Exercise is essential to burn fat, build strength, and gain muscle. According to the GQ , some people who perform the most extreme exercises also do not achieve the expected results.

If you’ve been training hard but it doesn’t work, that’s one of the signs that you’re doing it wrong and should be corrected so as not to waste time. Exercising with intensity but without a plan will make the body tired. Photo: Snhfoto. No long term plan This has to do with what’s known as HADD, which stands for attention-deficit disorder. It happens because people change exercises too often and without a particular plan or focus. GQ It is said that repeating the same movement even if it is boring will complete the exercise and get in shape faster. At the same time, it helps you gain strength, muscle. While a variety of exercises is the key to good results, changing too often will prevent you from reaping the benefits. Experts recommend sticking to one exercise for at least 2-3 weeks, analyzing how many reps you can perform and how much weight you want to lift to see your progress. Besides, you must have a combination of exercises to accelerate weight loss and muscle gain. You need to repeat the movements for a long time for the body to adapt. Photo: Body. Too much exercise Experts say everyone’s body has a limit on the number of effective workouts. Therefore, overtraining is not the fastest way to achieve results and can cause injury. It is important that you do enough warm-up and the right sequence of steps in the exercise. Repeat the exact same exercises and change the time to increase the amount of time each day so that your body can adapt and limit fatigue. Extra exercise There are many exercises that are not effective for the body. So make sure you do them as directed by your coach to avoid losing time. Some exercises or movements do not have much effect on weight loss and muscle gain. They are even potentially dangerous if you do not do them correctly at home. Exercises with weights require the supervision of a trainer to ensure safety. Photo: Self. Overhead barbell squats : Squat while lifting weights can help you look like a bodybuilder. However, this exercise has many potential risks of injury to the spine, hands and head. While it’s not “useless”, people don’t yet have the necessary skills to do it right. Walking on the treadmill: If you are a fan and regularly use this exercise, change the speed and intensity of the machine continuously. You should start warming up for the first 5 minutes at a slow pace to get the blood circulating. Then gradually increase the speed for the body to adapt. This change helps the body to expend energy instead of being stuck on the machine without seeing results. Exercises to help men have 6 pack abs Exercises that affect the abdomen, which can be done at home, help men build muscle.

In the period of social distancing, working from home has become familiar, but achieving optimal work performance while not going to the office is not simple.
Let’s see how young people have changed and implemented the motto “do the best, play well, enjoy to the fullest” and work remotely.

Before the pandemic hit, most people were used to the route from home to the corporate office. The traditional workspace is designed for us to work, meet colleagues – partners, directly talk to each other about everything. When the first wave of social distancing suddenly arrived, millions of people had to rush to adapt to the changes in working style. Every morning when we wake up, instead of going to the office, we can work at home, right in the living room, dining room, or even bedroom. As long as modern computers are connected to the internet, family members can “do their own thing” side by side: Children play or study online, parents work on their laptops. In order to avoid feeling alone when suddenly having to work alone, without friends and colleagues – which is an important part of office life, young people also compete to create challenges for their colleagues at work. “home office”. There are many trends on social networking sites such as: push-up challenge, jump rope challenge, dance challenge to the “wash your hands” music… What’s more surprising than discovering that your friend/coworker has capital? suddenly appeared with a healthy and dynamic image when working from home. But social distancing is not as fleeting as many people at first think. It is no longer a few days or weeks of “just lying in bed and meeting online”, the months-long distances, repeated for the second, third, and fourth time… On social networks, a trend is to create a new space. working from home is really taking shape. Unable to be “temporary” as before, the requirements for this space are seriously given: it needs to be modern, to optimally meet the work, to help increase concentration and to be “quality” to create inspiration. . Of course, the advantage of working spaces at home compared to the traditional office is still not too restrictive. No boss will be bothered if we put more pots and favorite items on the table. Even some people invest in a workspace to comfortably enjoy leisure time, listen to music, play games, watch movies… after stressful meeting hours. One of the most significant changes to the traditional working-from-home style is the rise of online platforms like Zoom, Viber or Google Meet. With just a laptop, users can meet at any time, connect with colleagues, partners, customers anytime, anywhere. This makes the demand for ultra-lightweight laptops, huge screens, super long batteries or outstanding fast processors also increase. At the same time, also during the period of social distancing, the form of freelance work has become increasingly popular, especially for jobs such as image design, content creation, filming and editing… These are jobs that need support from technological devices with modern improvements. Many people have invested heavily in home offices with large computer screens to help broaden their horizons and maximize creative potential for users in the direction of multitasking: from office tasks to work. Content creation, professional design… Grasping trends and changes in workspaces during the time of social distancing, LG has taken the lead and contributed to creating super products that immediately serve these increasingly modern and high-end needs of users. by officially launching the full suite of IT solutions ITP 2021 including: computer monitors, laptops and projectors. Mr. Alexis Goosdeel, Director of the European Monitoring Center for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA), said that despite the COVID-19 epidemic, the drug trafficking market in Europe is still very active. According to him, drug buyers and sellers have “communicated with each other” on the online platform. Through online advertising, people who need to buy drugs can receive goods right at home. More sophisticated, drug buyers and sellers also use encrypted messaging applications.

Mr. Goosdeel affirmed that this situation shows that in order to be able to deal with future disasters, it is necessary to quickly change the perception that drugs are not a problem of only one person, but that it is affecting people. community at large in more ways. In the report, EMCDDA warned that drug addicts now have access to a wider range of drugs, with higher purity. In 2020 alone, 46 new drugs were discovered in the European Union (EU). In the context of many countries imposing restrictive measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic, whereby, discos and bars must close at night, reducing the drugs used on special occasions. parties such as ecstasy, consumption of some has increased significantly, especially the purchase and sale of the compound benzodiazepine, often prescribed for sedation. In addition, the EMCDDA report also noted that the authorities had seized a record amount of cocaine in 2019, with 213 tons, much higher than 177 tons in 2018, and the number of people who had to detox for the first time as well.

In the midst of social distancing, many companies in Ho Chi Minh City let employees work from home. Remote support tools like Zalo are used to ensure work efficiency.
According to the results of PwC’s survey on efficiency when working from home, tools or technology are one of the factors that directly affect work performance. This shows that technology plays an important role when people work remotely.

Popular group chat, video calling application During the complicated development of the Covid-19 epidemic on a large scale, working remotely with the help of modern tools like Zalo is a safe and effective solution for office workers. Online messaging and video calling are two important features that replace face-to-face conversations. Ms. Nguyen Mai Huong, head of recruitment at an insurance company, belongs to the 7x generation, is quite worried when working remotely for a long time. Self-identifying as “blind” to technology, the arrival of Covid-19 is a challenge but also an opportunity for her to apply technology to work more. “I often use Zalo’s unlimited video calling feature to meet with members or interview candidates, which is both convenient and free. Thanks to that, the work is not interrupted during the epidemic,” Huong shared. Zalo on computers allows users to make free video calls for 24 hours, up to 100 participants. Meetings are also more effective with the in-call screen sharing feature, integrated on the computer version of Zalo. The messages made at this platform are also easily adjusted at will to increase the efficiency of information exchange in the group. Taking a job at a technology company in Ho Chi Minh City as a marketing specialist, Mr. Le Dang Long Phi, 21, was quite surprised when he had to work from home from day one. Thanks to her previous experience of studying and working online, Phi shared that she confidently completed about 80% of the work. Zalo on the computer is a working tool used by Long Phi often. Long Phi said that due to the nature of his work, he often exchanged documents and plans with colleagues and partners. So, the feature of sending files with a capacity of 1 GB on Zalo helps him save time and effort in the process of transferring data, without leaving the chat frame. Organize scientific work While single people are quite comfortable working remotely, families with young children are confused when it comes to balancing work and family. Ms. Ta Bao Nguyen, a content specialist for an e-commerce site, shared that staying at home gives her peace of mind. However, she must plan to arrange time for housework, child care and company work. “At the beginning of the day I usually make a to-do list like I’m at the office. I usually deal with important things to solve, less priority things to spend at the end of the day,” said Ms. Nguyen. She also confided that because her children did not go to kindergarten, she had to make the most of her time. At lunch break or break, she used to chat with her child or feed him solid food. Ms. Bao Nguyen has to balance housework, childcare and work during the quarantine period. Meanwhile, Mr. Tran Anh Hoang, a real estate expert, said that due to the nature of his job, in addition to the time he spent in the office, he had to meet 3-5 customers every day. To ensure safety during the social distancing period, his consulting and brokerage activities are now online. Hoang will connect with guests via Zalo because everyone has an account. High quality images and videos of his projects are sent to customers quickly. However, to discuss more clearly, he often calls video consultation directly. Text formatting and To-do are useful features for office workers. “It is difficult to remember the appointment time of each client when there are so many people to consult. Therefore, I often make an appointment in the message, until now I am notified, making the most of the day,” Hoang said. Remote working opens a new trend for many businesses in Vietnam. This trend directly affects employees, forcing them to adapt and master information technology quickly.

When many companies allow employees to work from home to contribute to the prevention of the Covid-19 epidemic, employees try to ensure work efficiency with support tools like Zalo.
For a long time, developed countries have been advocating for businesses to allow employees to work remotely to solve some existing problems and promote the application of information technology. Japan is a prime example when it encouraged people to work from home to reduce traffic and establish a new working style in 2017.

Vietnamese people are gradually getting used to working remotely With many multinational companies, it is common to connect and work regularly with foreign markets. Or their employees can choose to work remotely in another country, relying on the help of modern technology platforms that are being upgraded day by day. Japan once encouraged people to work from home to reduce traffic in 2017. In Vietnam, with a number of new careers such as developer (software engineer), market research and analysis, freelancer (freelance), many young people gradually choose to work remotely. However, these are mostly specialty jobs. The concept of working without an office is still quite strange to Vietnamese people. Like many countries in the world, from the beginning of 2020, Vietnam began to convert the form of direct work to online according to each stage of the development of the Covid-19 epidemic in society. While some countries are already familiar with this way of working, Vietnam is beginning to adapt. Most recently, Singapore, the government of this country is tightening the mandatory guarantee for people to work from home. For the first time working from home for 4 months, Mr. Vo Le Hoang Anh (market development officer in Hanoi) confided: “It was quite difficult at first because everyone defaulted to working from home, which would be less effective However, if you are familiar with online working tools like Zalo, everything is quite smooth, reaching 80-90%, if you try harder, you will achieve 100% efficiency. Working remotely is seen as a challenge in the context of a society that has not been properly prepared. But from a positive perspective, this is also an opportunity for Vietnamese to optimize the application of technology in work and build a new working style. Adaptive or follow the trend? In addition to avoiding the epidemic and preventing the risk of Covid-19 infection in the community, working remotely helps employees save travel time and be more flexible in life arrangements. However, a question arises whether the work efficiency is guaranteed as when working at the office. Many people think that working remotely is only suitable for individual jobs, while those who often work in groups, efficiency will be significantly reduced. Others objected with the belief in the effective support of modern technological tools. Mr. Lam Anh Tuan has left Ho Chi Minh City to Dong Nai for more than half a year. His parents’ garden became his workplace. “Not going to the office will reduce some of the pressure, and have a comfortable mentality to work. Whenever I need to meet with a partner or colleague, I will use the group video call feature, everyone connects regularly. and easy”. Zalo version on the computer can make calls to up to 100 people. Based on recently released information, employees of many companies in developed countries are allowed to work from home indefinitely after the epidemic. Satisfied with the current work performance, Ms. Vo Trang Anh – a designer in Ho Chi Minh City – has the same hope as Mr. Tuan when looking forward to working remotely even after the epidemic ends. Users can easily drag and drop files up to 1 GB into the chat frame to transfer documents or high quality images. For employers, letting employees work remotely can save space rental costs, but make it difficult to manage and build corporate culture, besides connecting and creating motivation. give. According to Mr. Cao The Loc – general director of a media company in Hanoi, his employees look forward to being able to return to the office soon to discuss face-to-face and understand each other better. Although some large enterprises around the world have opened the door to the trend of working remotely indefinitely, domestic companies have not yet taken any concrete action or expressed support. Whether this wave will change the working style in Vietnam is still a question mark, because this decision depends a lot on the nature and actual work efficiency based on the change in market quality. future labor market and work tools from modern technology.

On April 16, in Dak Lak, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development held a conference to summarize and implement the tasks for the year 2021 of Cooperative Economy and Rural Development.
Attending the meeting were Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Tran Thanh Nam, Mr. Y Giang Gry Knong, Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Le Duc Thinh, Director of Department of Economic Cooperation and Rural Development.

Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Tran Thanh Nam speaking and directing the conference. Photo: Quang Yen.

The number of cooperatives operating exceeded the set target

According to the report, by the end of March 2021, the country had nearly 17,600 agricultural cooperatives and 68 cooperative unions operating in the agricultural sector. Basically completing the target of 15,000 effective agricultural cooperatives assigned by the National Assembly and the Government.

Currently, 56/63 provinces and cities have issued a Resolution of the Provincial People’s Council on policies to encourage production and consumption of agricultural products; 48/63 provinces issued a list of key key products and commodities that need to be encouraged for development; 16/63 provinces have approved projects and joint projects of the province with 359 projects approved. In which there are 271 scientific organizations, 586,585 farmer households, 4,028 agricultural cooperatives participating in association with 1,867 enterprises. Out of more than 4,500 OCOP products, nearly 40% are owned by cooperatives and agricultural cooperatives.

According to statistics, there are 30,026 agricultural production and business farms nationwide, using 35,904 ha of land, 3.1 ha / farm on average; 3.7 employees / farm on average. The farm’s investment capital for production is VND 1,042 billion; average revenue reached 1,478 billion.

By the end of 2020, the country has 165 traditional occupations and 1,951 craft villages and traditional craft villages which have been recognized. The total number of establishments engaged in production and business in the rural industry is over 817,000, creating jobs for over 2.3 million workers, the total revenue from rural activities is over 236,000. billion VND, average income is 4 to 4.5 million VND / person / month.

In recent years, the level of mechanization of agricultural production in some stages has increased, especially for rice production. Targets for agricultural mechanization in some stages by 2020 will increase by 2-8% compared to 2019.

From 2017 to now, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has advised the Government to issue two important documents, namely Decree No. 40/2017 / ND-CP on management of salt production, processing and trading and Decision No. 1325 / QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on August 31, 2020 approving the salt industry development project for the period of 2021-2030. Salt production reaches about 1,350,000 tons, basically meeting the demand for salt in the country. To initially form industrial salt production zones in three provinces of Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan.

However, despite strong changes in both quantity and quality, the scale of revenue and the size of members of the agricultural cooperative remains small. Leadership capacity of cooperatives is still limited.

The implementation of agricultural mechanization still lacks strategy and is not synchronous. Important policies such as investment in supporting infrastructure, especially infrastructure for production and business, land policy and especially credit are still the bottlenecks.

Therefore, at the conference, many opinions said that the key point for cooperative development is human, so it is necessary to pay attention to support and improve the cooperative management capacity for the board of directors and the president of the society. board.

Deputy Minister Tran Thanh Nam and leaders of Dak Lak province chair the conference.

In addition, delegates also said that relevant ministries should continue to review and complete the legal system, mechanisms and policies on collective economic development, agricultural cooperatives (land, tax, credit). use …), promptly remove difficulties and problems, create conditions for the collective economy and agricultural cooperatives to develop stably.

Especially when the Free Trade Agreements take effect, the issue of product safety, quality and food security; Commodity competition will take place very fierce. With its advantages and potential, economic cooperation through cooperatives and cooperative groups will contribute to increase product value.

Main mission

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Tran Thanh Nam asked localities to continue developing cooperative economies in the direction of mechanization of production, cooperation in investment in processing technology. to develop agricultural products in the direction of multidisciplinary and multi-occupations, adapting to the market economy, renewing production and business modes, in order to step by step improve the competitiveness of goods.

Deputy Minister Tran Thanh Nam emphasized that the task in 2021 is to continue perfecting the system of legal documents in violation of the industry law, promoting synchronous mechanization in agricultural production. Develop a rural career development strategy to 2030; Project to develop agricultural cooperatives to respond to climate change; Development of collective economy and cooperatives.

Conference scene. Photo: Quang Yen.

According to Deputy Minister Tran Thanh Nam, MARD is preparing to issue a circular guiding the functions, powers and tasks of the agricultural sector. Therefore, the organization of the local apparatus, depending on the situation of each locality, is structured and arranged properly, and at the same time, the local Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development advise to develop key programs and plans to help support and develop agricultural cooperatives.

“Currently, the cooperative infrastructure is very weak. Therefore, industries need to have mechanisms to support the development of cooperatives. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has tried to develop cooperative infrastructure for the past time, but it has not been as expected. We will try our best in the New Rural Program and make points in a number of projects ”, emphasized Deputy Minister Tran Thanh Nam.

At the end of the conference, Deputy Minister Tran Thanh Nam launched the 2021 Typical Handicraft Products Contest. Accordingly, the contest will receive works from September to October and summarize the awards at the Craft Village Fair. later.

“Now we must have a new mindset, that is to develop agriculture in the direction of combining multiple professions and associated with rural services. The second trend is that the OCOP Program is very effective, the rural industries are also attached to it, so we have to do research to promote this program. This is the task of the Department of Economic Cooperation and Rural Development to coordinate with localities in building long-term strategies ”, Deputy Minister Tran Thanh Nam.

Despite a sharp increase in sales, Halico – the company that owns the Vodka Hanoi wine brand name still plagued to report a loss in the first quarter of 2021.
Hanoi Wine and Beverage Joint Stock Company (Halico – Ticker: HNR), the owner of Vodka Hanoi has just announced its Q1 / 2021 financial statements with net revenue of nearly 36 billion dong, up 10 VND billion (34.3%) compared to the revenue achieved in the first quarter of 2020. Among them, the majority is sales of alcohol products, accounting for about 96% of total sales.

Thanks to improved revenue, Halico’s gross profit also increased sharply to 11.3 billion dong, 2.7 times higher than the same period. However, because cost of goods sold and selling expenses still accounted for a large proportion, profit after tax in the first quarter of 2021 still suffered a loss of 1 billion dong but decreased by 88.4%, equivalent to a loss of 7.59 billion dong. with the same period in the first quarter of 2020 (loss 8.62 billion dong).

Net revenue in the first quarter of 2021 increased by nearly 10 billion dong compared to the first quarter of 2020.

In 2021, Halico targets net revenue of 115 billion dong and pre-tax loss of 31 billion dong. Thus, the company’s revenue target after the first quarter has been completed by 31%.

In 2020, Halico had a loss of 31 billion dong. However, this loss was lower than in 2019 (a loss of 65 billion dong) was thanks to the significant reduction in expenses. This is the 5th consecutive year this business has fallen into a loss situation.

Halico continuously fell into a state of loss.

According to Halico, the company has difficulty doing business due to changing and stricter tastes and requirements of consumers. In that context, Decree 100 strictly controls the consumption of alcohol and beer products, contributing to the decline in sales.

Halico outlined a development plan to open new showrooms. Besides, Halico continues to maintain and develop the Restaurant channel; search for consumer markets for 96% vol alcohol, 70% vol alcohol and HaliClean hand sanitizer.

Halico, formerly known as the Hanoi winery, was established in 1898 at 94 Lo Duc. The period 2008-2012 was when Halico achieved rapid growth in revenue, affirming its number one position in the wine industry of the country. However, Halico’s sales and profit figures plummeted in the two years 2013-2014 and started to sink in losses since 2015 up to now.

As of March 31, 2021, Halico’s total assets were only VND388 billion, down 7 billion from the beginning of the period, accumulated loss of VND445 billion increased by 31 billion compared to the beginning of the period.
