Mrs. B. repeatedly asked for money, but Mr. Vinh used enough reasons to avoid paying debts. Therefore, Ms. B. sued the People’s Court of Dong Xoai City asking Mr. Vinh to pay more than 16 billion VND, including principal and interest, overdue.
