More climate-friendly flying Less emissions thanks to biofuel

Status: 06/17/2021 6:04 p.m.

Contrails on the horizon show: An airplane was traveling here. But they also say something about the emissions that are released when flying. A new study shows: biofuel is more climate-friendly.

From Iris Völlnagel, SWR

You can see them most clearly in the early hours of the morning: Since more planes have started taking off from Frankfurt Airport, the contrails in the sky over Mainz have been thickening. They seem harmless, but climate researchers have long been concerned about them. Not because they are so-called chemtrails, as some conspiracy tellers suspect, but because they contribute to global warming. Because: Even before CO2, contrails cause the largest share of global warming through aviation. This is what researchers from the German Aerospace Center (DLR) found out together with NASA.

Contrails become “warming” clouds

While in flight, aircraft emit black carbon particles – so-called soot particles – because the fuel is not completely burned. In addition to soot, aircraft exhaust also contain water vapor. At high altitudes, where the air is very cold, the water condenses on the particles and freezes. At an altitude between 8,000 and 12,000 meters, ice crystals form, which we see as contrails. These ice crystals can last for several hours and form high clouds – so-called contrail cirrus. Depending on the position of the sun and the surface, they have a warming or cooling effect. Research shows that global warming effects predominate.

Mixed fuel helps the climate

For years, scientists at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) have been researching, in collaboration with NASA, whether airplanes run on biofuel in a more environmentally friendly way. With their experiments, the scientists were able to prove that using a 50-50 mixture of kerosene and sustainable fuel can reduce the number of ice crystals in the contrails by half.

“We were able to clearly demonstrate that fewer soot particles in the exhaust gases through sustainable fuels result in fewer ice crystals in contrails,” says Christiane Voigt from the DLR Institute for Atmospheric Physics. “A smaller number of ice crystals reduces the additional energy input into the atmosphere caused by contrails. This significantly reduces the climate-warming effect of the contrail clouds.” The scientists assume a percentage of 20 to 30 percent.

Can biofuel make flying less harmful to the climate?

Flying for Science

The scientists had already carried out the tests in 2018. For this purpose, the DLR research aircraft ATRA, an Airbus A320, flew from the US military base Ramstein in Rhineland-Palatinate with various fuel mixtures over Germany. It was followed with a one to two minute delay by NASA’s CD-8 research aircraft. With the help of measuring devices, the scientists from NASA, DLR and the Max Planck Institute for Chemistry were able to record data on emissions and contrails. They also tried different fuel blends – including a sustainable biofuel.

There are now individual attempts by the airlines to refuel their planes with biofuel. In May 2021, Air France announced its first long-haul flight from Paris to Montreal, Canada, using partially sustainable fuel made from cooking oil. During the test flight, there was kerosene and 16 percent biofuel in the tank. So far, a maximum of 50 percent biofuel has been allowed in aircraft, says Martin Kaltschmitt, head of the Institute for Environmental Technology and Energy Economics at the Technical University of Hamburg.

Traveling expenses The kerosene tax as a climate aid?

More and more people are flying on vacation or to business meetings.

The challenge of fuel development

The greatest challenge on the way to climate-friendly flying is the development of biofuel, say scientists. Biofuel, so-called Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), is currently mainly produced from old vegetable and edible oils. In contrast to conventional kerosene based on mineral oil, biofuels are not subsidized and are much more expensive, also because they can only be produced in small quantities.

“Bio-based fuels will not be the only solution. With bio-based fuel, we don’t get the amount we need,” says Patrick Le Clercq, ECLIF project manager at the DLR Institute for Combustion Technology in Stuttgart. The future also lies with hydrogen, believes Le Clerq. In further experiments, the scientists from DLR and NASA now want to investigate how one hundred percent biofuel affects the atmosphere

Japan’s All Nippon Airways (ANA) has launched a service that allows couples to hold weddings on planes, amid the suspension of flights due to the epidemic.
According to the Japan Times , this service started at the end of May, will operate until June 13. A representative of All Nippon Airways said that having completed the reservation, there are 7 couples who will hold a wedding ceremony on a Boeing B-777 passenger plane at Haneda Airport, Tokyo.

On May 23, the first in-flight wedding was held in the business class of an ANA plane for Toru and Mami Murakami, a Tokyo couple. The wedding was attended by a pilot, some of the airline’s flight attendants and a few guests to witness the special moment. The pilot holds up the marriage certificate of Toru and Mami Murakami. Photo: ANA. During the wedding, the airline will provide a band, accompanied by a message from the crew to celebrate the happy day and special lighting system that projects the image of the galaxy on the ceiling of the passenger compartment. ANA said the price for the in-flight wedding service was 1.56 million yen ($14,200), combined with the party held in the airport lobby for 3 million yen ($27,338). The wedding ceremony is limited to a maximum of 30 people. Before knowing about the wedding service on the plane, this couple planned not to hold the wedding, just taking a few photos to celebrate the big day. “I signed up immediately, because it would be a wonderful memory and we both love flying. There was a time when I thought it would be impossible to get married during the escalating epidemic situation, but in the end I was very happy. satisfied with his wedding ceremony,” said groom Toru. Before that, the airline had unique campaigns to attract the attention of the soon-to-be-married couples. Although the months of May and June are considered “wedding season”, many people have to limit the organization of mass gatherings to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic. Most weddings are affected by the ban on serving alcohol at party venues. In an effort to reduce the damage caused by the pandemic, ANA used to offer domestic tours by Airbus A380 aircraft. Each flight lasts 3.5 hours, passengers are served meals.

In addition to visual effects, the online community also uses conspiracy theories to explain this phenomenon.
According to the Unilad , user-generated footage @lesxbalboa share. In it, the plane seems to be “motionless” in the verdant summer sky. After a short time, more than 7 million people watched this strange video.

The author said that she started recording this scene because she noticed that the plane seemed to be stationary in the air. “There was another plane that flew a few minutes before so I knew it wasn’t moving,” the person added. The plane is stationary in the sky in two videos. Photo: Unilad. Two days later, @lesxbalboa once again passed by the same spot and saw the plane motionless, hovering right where she had last seen it. She continued to post a second video, showing the mysterious plane standing still in the sky but this time at night. It is not clear where the video was filmed. Myself @lesxbalboa also appeared confused, she could not explain to her followers online about the strange phenomenon. “I know this is unusual. Google says it happens very rarely, but why do I see it twice,” she commented. This is not the only video showing the phenomenon of aircraft hovering, almost not moving in the air. Videos shot in Moscow, Russia or Dallas, USA have also been uploaded online and have hundreds of thousands of views. There are several ways to interpret the image of an airplane “standing” in the sky. Many people point out that this may just be a hallucination. Specifically, the blue sky behind the plane has almost no clouds or an object to refer to. The plane may not have reached top speed because it is taking off. The clip was shot on a moving car, which means the focal length and distance between the camera and the aircraft change, akin to the Dolly Zoom technique in the movies. Because the background is the sky, there is not much detail, so the viewer has the illusion that the plane is hovering in the air. In addition, if the aircraft is landing and encounters strong winds, the pilot may also have to maneuver skillfully to keep it stable. At this point, the plane actually moves very little in the air and if standing from a distance, it looks like it is standing in the sky. Many people associate this phenomenon with conspiracy theories about simulated worlds. Photo: Futurism. Of course, there are also many comments explaining in a humorous way. Some users joked that the plane was in “Airplane Mode” or that the pilot was taking on a challenge to make a mannequin. Others believe that the pilot has just graduated from a training course via… Zoom, the moment the plane stands still is when he is looking for more instructional videos on YouTube. For those who like conspiracy theories, there is another explanation that fits the theory that we live in a simulated world, like in the movie The Matrix. With the simulator, the plane “standing” in the air is like a system malfunction. This hypothesis originated in 2003, in a famous scientific paper by philosopher Nick Bostrom from the University of Oxford. He thinks our reality is just a computer simulation of some advanced civilization. According to Nick Bostrom, at least one of the following three statements is true: civilizations often go extinct before a realistic simulated development is possible; advanced civilizations are often not interested in creating realistic simulations; We are almost certainly living inside a computer simulation. Not only scientists, some famous figures also doubted the reality of humans. During the Recode 2016 conference, Elon Musk – founder of Tesla and SpaceX – said that “the probability that we are living in the original world is one in a billion”. What if you dig a tunnel through the Earth? The tunnel through the Earth will take several years to complete under extremely high temperatures and pressures. The gravity train will make this trip in 42 minutes.

According to the survey of Zing The direct flight from Hanoi to Con Dao during the peak of April 30 to May 1 is the economy class with the highest fare in the domestic aviation market.

Departing on April 29 and coming back on May 2, passengers will have to pay about 7-8.4 million VND including tax fees. Specifically, if you choose the cheapest flight, you will travel on the departure flight at 13:05 and arrive at Con Dao at 15:25, with a round-trip ticket price of 7 million VND including tax and fee. During the peak of April 30 – May 1, the fare for a direct flight from Hanoi to Con Dao reached more than VND8.4 million per round-trip ticket, higher than the peak ticket price of Tet 2020 before translating Covid- 19 outbreaks. Photo: BAV. In addition to many flight options priced at about VND 8 million round trip, this flight also recorded a pair of round-trip flights with a total ticket price of up to VND 8.4 million / passenger. The departure of this flight with the price of 8.4 million dong is the flight departing at 12:30 from Noi Bai airport and arriving at Con Dao airport at 14:55 on April 29. The return leg of the journey will depart at 9:25 am on May 2 and land at Noi Bai airport at 11:50 am. Ticket price for the first leg of the itinerary is VND 4,245,000 including tax and return fare is 4,205,000 VND, making the total ticket price up to 8,450,000 VND. These non-stop flights are operated by Bamboo Airways with the 195 regional Embraer jets. In addition to the option to fly directly with Bamboo Airways, passengers can save money by transiting in Ho Chi Minh City with other airlines. flights of Vietnam Airlines Group. The cheapest round-trip fare that Vietnam Airlines and Vasco offer on the same flight sector is 4.5 million VND including tax and fee. Passengers will move to Ho Chi Minh City and transfer to Vasco’s ATR 72 to continue their journey to Con Dao. This kind of flight is half as cheap as a direct flight. However, passengers’ journey will last from 4 hours 30 minutes to more than 6 hours due to plane transfer. Meanwhile, the direct flight option only takes 2 hours and 20 minutes. In addition, the Embraer 195 experience is also more appreciated than the ATR 72 propeller airplane experience. According to the Aviation Administration, in the first quarter alone, Con Dao airport welcomed nearly 221,000 passengers, an increase of 2 times over the same period last year. Having direct flights from Hanoi and other northern provinces has made Con Dao tourism more accessible to passengers. Rising passenger demand and low Con Dao flight supply capacity, each flight can carry only 68 passengers (ATR 72) or 100 passengers (Embraer 195), making Con Dao fares always in the highest group in the market. inland.

PIA will provide Bamboo Airways with maintenance, repair and warranty services for aviation equipment … Professional partner Under the cooperation agreement, when becoming a strategic partner of Bamboo Airways, the Aviation Technical Service Center under PIA Group Joint Stock Company will provide Bamboo Airways with maintenance, repair and warranty services. aviation equipment such as maintenance, overhaul, and upgrade of aircraft equipment; supply of spare parts for aircraft and aircraft equipment; providing aircraft equipment rental services and special technical services of international standards. Along with that, the Center also provides technical training services to support human resources for Bamboo Airways as well as for other airlines; designing, manufacturing, replacing aircraft interior details and many other ancillary services. Regarding the selection of the Aviation Technical Service Center under PIA Group Joint Stock Company as a strategic partner, Bamboo Airways leaders said that the two sides have gone through a close working process, learning the capacity of the work in a far-reaching way. “Always putting safety and punctuality ratios on top, Bamboo Airways has very strict requirements for technical units. For the Aviation Technical Service Center of PIA Group Joint Stock Company, this is a maintenance facility with the most modern equipment system in the region. In particular, many stages have been automated to limit errors caused by human factors. Currently, in the field of aircraft equipment maintenance in Vietnam, there are few domestic units that have a serious and methodical investment like PIA ”, said Nguyen Ngoc Trong, Deputy General Director of Bamboo Airways. concentration. PIA meets very strict requirements from Bamboo Airways. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Trong added that, in addition to being approved by the Vietnam Aviation Administration for the rating, the aircraft maintenance facility must pass the inspection process carried out by Bamboo Airways internally to assess the status of equipment. tools, human resources, inventory, … to ensure the provision of high quality services and to strictly comply with all strict requirements of the manufacturer as well as the authorities. In addition, partners must be available 24/7 to promptly process requests from the airline regardless of day and night, which helps to minimize waiting time to ensure the aircraft is operating in good technical condition. , fly on time. Long-term strategy fit Since its inception, Bamboo Airways has positioned itself as an airline towards 5-star standards. The strategic cooperation with PIA is in line with Bamboo Airways’ strategy of modernizing and professionalizing its fleet and flight operations team in the coming years. It is known that since cooperating with PIA, Bamboo Airways has been able to on-site maintenance of many equipment instead of sending abroad as before.
Passengers wait in long queues for boarding procedures at Tan Son Nhat airport. (Photo: CTV / Vietnam +) Over the past few days, Tan Son Nhat airport has been constantly overloaded and congestion in the security screening area, causing frustration for passengers, delayed flight and affecting service quality at this airport. . The number of visitors increased dramatically According to the report of Tan Son Nhat International Airport, in recent days, the number of passengers pouring into this airport has increased dramatically. Specifically, in peak hours, the number of visitors increases by about 30% compared to other times of the day, especially during the morning peak period (5am-10am). Among them, there are many flights operated by airlines using large aircraft such as Airbus A350 or Boeing 787-9. To reduce congestion, Tan Son Nhat International Airport has strengthened its personnel to guide passengers when they arrive at the airport to check in and at the same time require airlines and ground service units to increase their staffing. implement measures to quickly relieve the number of passengers when checking in. At the security checkpoints, this port also arranged additional support forces and maximized the scanning system. Regarding the cause of congestion, the representative of Tan Son Nhat International Airport explained that after the COVID-19 epidemic was well controlled, the demand for passenger travel by air increased, especially on weekends. . Meanwhile, airlines also increase flights and operate large aircraft while ensuring 100% of passengers complete electronic medical declarations when passing the checkpoint. security screening . Airport representatives said that the Aviation Department has regulated the airline staff must check whether passengers have declared medical or not before loading into the screening security screening area. However, many passengers still arrived at the security door and were asked to return to add additional declarations, making the congestion worse. Therefore, the airlines are advising passengers to come Tan Son Nhat Airport early and online check-in before flight. Medical clearance is required before arriving at the airport To make quick flight procedures, Tan Son Nhat International Airport recommends that before boarding the airport, passengers should proactively make medical declaration on https://tokhaiyte.vn/, save information ( take a photo of the QR code after successful declaration). Passengers present this QR code to the airline staff at the check-in counter, at the kiosk check-in area, or at the area in front of the security checkpoint entrance to get a medical confirmation mark. before entering the security check. In addition, the airlines, ground service units arrange enough staff at the check-in counters, the check-in kiosk area, in front of the entrance to the security checkpoint and at the location of the declaration desk. medical to control and assist passengers, ensuring 100% of passengers must complete the electronic medical declaration before entering the screening security checkpoint. Previously, to prevent the COVID-19 epidemic, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam required airports, airlines, agencies and units in the aviation industry to continue promoting the propaganda of love. The requirement of medical clearance is required prior to flight. Accordingly, the airlines have the right to refuse to transport cases that do not comply with medical declarations and epidemic safety regulations. In case passengers have not made medical declaration according to regulations on board, the airlines must be responsible. The Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam also requires airlines to arrange personnel at check-in kiosks at passenger terminals to assist and guide passengers in making medical declarations. The airlines Vietjet and Bamboo Airways said they had arranged more staff to remind and assist passengers with online medical declaration procedures at the ticket booth area. “For passengers who do not use smart phones, the airline staff will assist customers to make medical declarations with paper declarations or to the desktop layout areas for the fastest electronic medical report, to reduce work time flight procedures , “said representatives of these two airlines. Customers should check-in online In addition, in order not to wait in line for check-in at the airport, passengers should use other convenient check-in methods such as check-in via website www.vietnamairlines.com, Vietnam Airlines mobile app. ; check-in at the airport kiosk counter; using auto check-in service on mobile apps; Check in by phone at the call center 1900 6265 if traveling from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City or in-town check-in if traveling from Hanoi, Da Nang. When performing security screening, passengers should take care to prepare identification papers and boarding passes, store all personal items such as watches, bracelets, keys … in backpacks, bags hands before entering screening and immediately retrieving luggage to clear the scanner. In the event that the flight is about to arrive but has not been screened yet, please contact the airline staff present at the security check-in area for priority assistance. In this regard, Vietnam Airlines notes that passengers proactively arrange their schedules to be at the airport at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time and move to the security screening area to perform screening procedures. right after completing the check-in procedure. In addition, Vietjet and Bamboo Airways also recommend passengers to check in online (via website, mobile apps, airport kiosk) to reduce waiting time at the counter.
The plane model handbag costs nearly 900 million VND by the Louis Vuitton brand This airplane-shaped handbag is designed by Virgil Abloh, the fashion arts director for men of Louis Vuitton, a famous luxury brand. The bag is part of this year’s men’s collection, but most notably, the price. It is known that a handbag in this model plane costs 39,000 USD, equivalent to about 900 million VND. It is not clear how convenient the bag is with the sophisticated design like this real plane, but it must be a fashion product many fanatics love. Launched in January, Louis Vuitton’s 2021 men’s fashion fall-winter collection has many outstanding ideas. It includes clothing products inspired by famous architectures and landmarks, but what really caught the attention of netizens lately is an airplane-shaped bag. The brand’s signature deep brown handbag and monograms carry the Louis Vuitton logo. The bag has an identical design to the real-life airplane The bag features an identical design to the miniature commercial airliner, complete with a tail, wings and even four engines embossed with the iconic Louis Vuitton logo. Notably, the price of this luxury bag is exorbitant, more than a used Cessna engine aircraft, for sale for $ 32,300, equivalent to more than 745 million. ‘The money to buy the bag you can buy a real used plane and even have enough money to repaint it,’ commented netizens. Cessna aircraft are produced by the US civil aircraft company Cessna, headquartered in Wichita, Kansas. The company specializes in the manufacture of small, often private, civil aircraft using piston engines. Old Cessna planes, which have been in the air for several decades, are no longer polished but are of perfectly good quality to fly. Great income, famous and rich, famous Hollywood stars or top football players are not difficult to buy for themselves expensive planes and many of them choose Cessna aircraft. Legendary Hollywood actor Harrison Ford owns a luxurious and expensive Cessna 525B CJ3 Citation Jet. Welsh player, Gareth Bale, owns Cessna Citation XL Plus aircraft, Sweden player, Zlatan Ibrahimovic used to use Cessna Citation Longitude private jet …

One of the important factors that makes BTS as popular as it is now is the group’s music. With their talents, the trio of rapper-line RM – SUGA – j-hope, are the ones who have been making a great contribution to creating BTS’s musical personality.
Each person has a rap voice, flow rhythm

About more than a decade ago, gender Underground Korea has 3 characters, although young but soon famous for their talents, they are rappers Runch Randa and Gloss and street dancer Smile Hoya. Today, we know them by the names RM, SUGA and j-hope of BTS.

SUGA – RM – j-hope

RM – Kim Namjoon, SUGA – Min Yoongi, j-hope – Jung Hoseok are respectively the first 3 “pieces” of the group. At that time, BTS was determined to follow the Hip-Hop style, so they knew how to rap and write lyrics Raps are required. This is really a tough challenge for Hoseok – who has never raped before. Yoongi and Namjoon have contributed to helping Hoseok step by step conquer the challenge called Rap. Perhaps that is why, at the beginning, after debuting, it was difficult for fans to recognize j-hope’s rap because it sounded a bit like SUGA. However, more and more later, through each time comeback, the more j-hope you can show off your own personality.

RM

From the day when j-hope found her own style, the ARMYs stopped “confusing” in determining “who raps this part”. RM’s voice – main rapper most recognizable because it is very thick and super low. Rapper American veteran Warren G collaborated with RM on the song PDD in 2015 commented on RM: “He has great flow, style and rhythm. When I listen to Rap Monster’s rapping, I see that he looks like a rapper from America ”.

SUGA

SUGA – lead rapper has the ability to rap super fast (as in Cypher pt.2) but the guy doesn’t abuse this in every segment. The attraction of SUGA is flow rap rhythmically up and down, but ARMY often jokes as if he is drunk, making ARMY spoiled for “hugging his heart.” SUGA also has absolute sense of sound – a godly ability that is very rare to have and this also allows SUGA to control and change the rap and voice. flow easily at will.

j-hope

Different from the dark, heavy, and complicated rap style of RM and SUGA, sub rapper j-hope stands out with vibe bright. j-hope yes flow very special, full of dynamism, combined with ad-lib – an impromptu improvisation when performing so he can “manipulate” the crowd, making people unable to help but dance to his rhythm and lyrics.

j-hope can also make a rich rap voice, as in Base Line, he rapped with 4 different voice colors. Or like Airplane and Airplane pt.2, j-Hope’s rap in these two songs is exactly the same lyrics, just different flow. Besides, j-hope also has a good sense of rhythm due to being a dancer and vocal His own is also very good, so j-hope’s rap parts tend to be “half rap half singing”.

The lyrics masters

Rap stands for Rhythm and Poetry should one measure to define one rapper it is really whether that person can write his own rap or not. This one then rap-line BTS has been doing very well not only in quantity but also in quality. In the list of KOMCA (Korea Music Copyright Association), each guy pocketed more than 110 songs, RM even reached the top. Rap-line BTS is not only lyricist but also songwriter and producer.

Talking about the lyrics, the 3 guys are 3 different colors. Love poetry since childhood, RM is the one who wrote the most beautiful and poetic lyrics of the trio. RM’s strengths are his superior puns, such as:

“Love is a maze damn / But you is amaze, yeah ”(Love Maze).

“Us” is just plural of “U” (134340): “Us” is just the plural of “U”.

“Been calling your name in this whole universe/ (Now I need no space) / I got youniverse”(Heartbeat).

RM

Two of RM’s pun peaks are his solo song – Trivia: Love and Seoul Town Road (with Lil Nas X).

Love is a play on Korean words between “people” [사람- Saram] and love” [사랑- sarang], as:

넌 나의 모든 모서 릴 잠식 나를 사랑, 사랑, 사랑 으로 만들어 만들어

“You erode every aspect of me / Make me here become love, love, love”

In order for 사람 (human) to turn into 사랑 (love), the edges in ㅁ must become soft for ㅁ to become ㅇ. In addition, “angular” is also used to describe human personality. An “angular” person is a difficult and difficult person to approach. “You” are the ones that melt the “mine” corners, turning him into a loving person (or being loved).

Seoul Town Road is a genius pun with 2 layers of meanings in English and Korean:

“I got the homis in my bag / Have you heard of that? / Homis made of steel, from Korea, they the be-e-est / Ridin ‘to the farm / Grabbin’ all the corn / We gon ‘get yo’ money with my homi in your backyard ”.

This is the paragraph lyrics purely in English, but when transcribed the word “homis” in Korean means “plow”, the lyrics This will take on a completely different class of meaning.

RM also likes to use metaphorical images, quotes and maxims in lyrics, making ARMY unable to stop saying, “IQ148 really can’t be kidding!”

SUGA

Unlike RM, SUGA often writes these lyrics very harsh and thorny, to be honest with the opponent, like: “The kids just flutter their lips and dance” (Daechwita), or advise the opponent in Cypher pt.2: “Find a part-time job and do it”.

j-hope

j-hope always gives off a bright glow and he brings this in lyrics mine. Even if you don’t know Korean, you may not even know that j-hope is diss haters always because the melody sounds very cheerful. Thing lyrics j-hope’s sound is gentle but also very sharp, such as this sentence in Airplane: “Spend a little bit to those who can’t fly / Give gifts to people with points earned from flights”.

3 rappers with vocals “cut the heart”

If watching I Need U the guys changed line for each other or more recently the show You Quiz On The Block then you think rapper-line BTS must sing very well, then you “baby the wrong” already. RM and SUGA can’t “swing” the high notes, but at lower intervals they both sing really well. You can hear RM’s voice with V in 4 o’clock or listen to SUGA sing Seasaw Let’s try. As for j-hope vocal “Good pressure” in the past. ARMYs were surprised to hear that j-hope took the part hidden vocal (pre-recorded vocals and fused with background music) in many BTS songs. With songs like Make It Right good Spring Day (on stage performance), j-hope also changed to singing.

Pride is named rapper-line

BTS is one of the few self-produced K-Pop groups. Therefore, it can be said rapper-line are the people who have great merit in creating the musical personality for BTS because RM – SUGA – j-hope is the main composers of the group. Referring to BTS, fans will immediately remember that it was an orchestrated group rapper very good quality, much higher than the general level of the idol rapper usually, common, normal.

BTS is also a group that has songs with lyrics Meaningful, sincere and profound, not only revolves around love but also talks about problems of young people and society. Originally from a Hip-Hop group, BTS still retains its signature Hip-Hop quality, while at the same time reconciling many other genres to challenge themselves and get closer to the majority of the music-loving public.

RM – SUGA – j-hope also makes ARMY proud because the achievements of all three are so high that BTS sometimes has to give up. Typical as in Top 15 Albums Korean artists won No.1 in iTunes in most countries and regions, BTS took 7 positions in the Top 10, but from No.4 to No.10. The 3 leading positions are 3 guys rapper BTS house, in it mixtape mono. by RM all-kill absolute with 120/120 No.1 iTunes. Agust D (SUGA) with mixtape D-2 reach No.2 (107 No.1 iTunes) and j-hope No.3 with 105 No.1 iTunes for mixtape Hope World.

– Rap Monster is an old stage name of RM.

– The lyrics of Trivia: Love, Daechwita, Cypher pt.2, Airplane in the article are excerpted from Young Forever Subteam.

Because he did not have money to buy a plane ticket, British teenager Brian Robson asked his friend to pack himself into a box and send it from Australia to his homeland by air.

Brian Robson and the suitcase were packed neatly in the package. Photo: Getty Image

As soon as he took a flight from Wales to Australia, Brian Robson quickly realized he had made a big mistake when he emigrated to the other side of the world.

Unfortunately, the 19-year-old does not have the money to cover the costs of the immigration plan nor can he afford a plane ticket to return home. Realizing he had not many options, Robson came up with a plan to pack himself in a box and send it home by air.

Now, more than 50 years after his risky journey, Robson once again tells his story hoping to help him find two old friends to help him pack and send them back to the UK.

“The last time I spoke to John and Paul was when one of the men knocked on the barrel asking if I was okay. When I say okay, they wish me luck and hope to see each other again soon, ”Robson told CNN Travel.

Spectacular idea

A year before deciding to pack himself back home, Robson was a bus assistant in Wales. He found another job at the Victorian Railways railway company – the main railway operator in Victoria (Australia) at that time.

Immediately after his 19th birthday, Robson bought a plane ticket to Australia in the hope of changing his life. However, when he came to Melbourne and took a job, Robson found that the living conditions here were too big and decided to return home. He worked for a railway company for about 6-7 months, then changed to work as a paper mill worker.

Despite wanting to return to his homeland, Robson had financial difficulties, when the Australian government asked him to reimburse the support fee that brought him here just as he needed money to fly home.

“Costs fall from about $ 960 to over $ 1,000. But every week I only earn 41 USD. That’s not possible, ”Robson calculated.

Robson met two friends John and Paul while on his way back to the inn. The three quickly became close. When they went to a trade show, they saw a booth from UK-based shipping company Pickfords with the ad: “We can deliver anything, anywhere.” .

That advertisement gave Robson the idea of risking. The very next day, Robson went to the office of Qantas Airlines in Melbourne to find out the process of sending a package abroad. He carefully notes the size and weight of the allowed package, as well as the required documents and shipping fees.

After having enough information, Robson returned to the inn and discussed with the two friends. They take at least a month to prepare everything. All three bought a wooden box with dimensions of 76 x 66 x 96 cm to ensure the inside of the box has enough room to hold both Robson and suitcase.

Robson brought a pillow, a flashlight, a water bottle, a urine bottle and a small hammer to open the box when he arrived in London. All three also rehearsed once before officially suing Robson sent back to England.

Airport staff checking the cargo box discovered Robson inside. Photo: Getty Images

The journey is full of pain

“The first 10 minutes of being in the box is pretty good. But my knees started to tighten when pressed against my chest, ”Robson recalls. The parcel with Robson was loaded onto the plane just hours after he arrived at the airport.

Robson’s first British journey to the UK was a 90-minute flight from Melbourne to Sydney. However, Robson was in great pain.

When the package arrived in Sydney, the staff members put it upside down on the runway. “I was upside down on my neck and head during the 22 hours in transit,” Robson describes.

Due to running out of cargo space on Qantas to London, Robson’s cargo had to board another plane to Los Angeles (USA) and the journey was extended.

“This flight takes about 5 days. I couldn’t take any more pain and couldn’t breathe normally. I fell asleep and lost consciousness, ”said Robson, trapped in the shadow of a box and struggling with pain and hallucinations. “There was a time when I felt like I was going to die. I just want everything to happen quickly ”.

When the plane landed at its final destination, Robson waited until night to use his hammer to remove the nails from the box and escape. However, his plan was not flawed because two people working at the airport discovered light from inside the cargo box.

“Those people must be amazed. Someone kept screaming, someone was here. I cannot answer. I could neither speak nor move, ”Robson realized he was in America because of the voices of the other two employees.

After confirming that the people in the cargo box were alive and not posing any threat, the airport staff rushed Robson to the hospital. The guy takes at least 6 days in the hospital to recover.

Although Robson came to the US illegally, he did not face any charges. Robson was even arranged to fly to London in the first class seat.

The media hunted as soon as Robson arrived at London airport on May 18, 1965. Robson said his family felt very happy when his son returned but they were not satisfied with what he did.

In the days that followed, Robson haunted his time in the box and guilt over his two friends. Robson never thought of the case that if he died on that trip, his two friends would face criminal charges.

Now, as a 76-year-old man, Robson wants to see his two friends again and apologize to them.
