Photo: VGP / Nhat Bac This is the first foreign business trip in the new position of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, affirming Vietnam’s priority is to tighten and strengthen solidarity and mutual assistance with ASEAN member countries, contributing to enhance ASEAN’s central role and position in solving emerging challenges, thereby creating a peaceful and favorable environment for sustainable development of each country and the region. The trip also affirmed that Vietnam made a positive contribution to the ASEAN Community building process, continuing the results achieved in the ASEAN 2020 Chairperson of Vietnam; affirms Vietnam’s commitment, responsibility, and active and active contribution to regional and international issues.
