Will the costume of the Coc Em ethnic group move on the stage of Miss Universe by attaching a wheel to make Khanh Van under pressure?
Right after the national costume Cocoon Em Being released, beauty fans are temporarily satisfied because the finished product is quite similar to the previously announced sketch model. Wearing a design that carries many of these messages helps Khanh Van show off the masterpiece of beautiful curves.

If we clearly divide the Coc Em pattern layout, this is a design that includes 2 separate main parts, that is the slender Ao Dai body and the cocoon nest. With the meticulous and fussy engagement in knitting, this is also the first time Vietnam has brought a national costume with the meaning of honoring Vietnam’s long-standing silk weaving profession to Miss Universe. Coc Em was researched by the author using lightweight, flying materials, combined with foreign marcame-tying techniques. Also at the launch ceremony Coc Em was the National Cosutme of Khanh Van at Miss Universe 2020 The beauty born in 1995 had an interesting “demo” performance in front of the cheers of the fans. However, there are two points of note that Khanh Van must extremely consider and study a plan to handle Coc Em fluently, quickly and quickly on stage. Initially, the entire cocoon nest will be attached directly to the body of the ao dai with the purpose of helping Khanh Van show the curves and elongated legs right from the beginning of the runway. However, to minimize it as much as possible, the fact that Khanh Van must bear the burden of the cocoon’s ancestors more or less affects his charisma … just because the accessories are too heavy, during the implementation process, “the father of Coc Em “decided to use the alternative of separating the cocoon nest into a separate part and using the form of a pull wheel. Obviously, if on stage Miss Universe with majestic light effects and Coc Em is “moved” with the wheels that promise to create many interesting and unexpected things. This inadvertently makes Coc Em also has the reverse side of it in the wheel details. Khánh Vân must consider carefully the slippery, slopes and even beware of the terraced stage. Remember, Hoang Thuy used to have a hard time handling a cup of coffee just because the stage was too small and narrow at the Miss Universe 2019 competition. Behind the scenes images showed that the queen of Thanh had to constantly bow her head, tiptoe to “Milk ice coffe” not be hit by any obstacles. In addition, Miss Khanh Van must also be careful with possible problems related to mobility techniques. Because, right from packaging to assembly and “gliding” on stage, the wheel can malfunction. This shows that, in order to have shining moments in the National Costume competition, the Vietnamese warriors had to make great efforts. Coc Em is divided into small packages for easy transport to the US. Due to the fussy nature of the national costume competition, contestants will gather at the same location and always be ready to compete. It is the cumbersome of the cocoon’s nest that makes the whole outfit disassemble and split into different packages. Khánh Vân will be the one to manually assemble and chain the accessories together and not be allowed to deviate any part. Designer Khoa Lo shared that only cocoon nests have been separated into many parts with many different weights and sizes. Miss Khanh Van On the one hand, having to convey enough messages that the little people make extraordinary things when wearing the Ken Em ethnic costume, Khanh Van must also carefully consider the feasibility and take the time to Manually disassemble this amazing design.

Despite applying the new emission standards, cars manufactured from 1999 to 2008 still meet the required emission standards.
According to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 16/2019 on the roadmap for the application of emission standards for cars in traffic and imported used cars, from January 1, 2021, the standard will officially apply. Level 2 emissions for vehicles manufactured from 1999 to 2008. However, according to a survey of PV, despite having to meet the new emission standards, most of the old cars pass the classification. this part.

Roadmap well prepared According to the registry centers in Ho Chi Minh City, the number of cars produced from 1999 to 2008 failed to register much. One of the reasons is due to the pre-existing registration roadmap, so people are aware of car maintenance and care during use. In addition, cars currently operating on the streets in Vietnam are not large and instead of using 10-20 years as before, car owners only use about 5-10 years to have the need to change new cars. . Mr. Tran Van Chu, branch director of the 5003V Registry Center, said that people had prepared and cared for cars in advance, so the fact that the car produced from 1999 to 2008 applies level 2 emission standards. it was too sudden for them to panic or worry. On a professional perspective, the director of another center shared that nowadays people also ride a lot of new cars, so the new emission standards are being met. According to this position, the good is not 100% of the cars are qualified, but with the current threshold, most cars do. In particular, the care and maintenance is one of the issues that greatly affects the emission standards. This director analyzed further, it is possible to compare emissions like using the stove for cooking, if you want to smoke out well, you must have a good source of ingredients. If wet firewood is used, the haze of the sky, likewise, poorly maintained engine and exhaust, not changing filters, or not cleaning the exhaust pipes will affect the exhaust gas. “As for a diesel engine, it doesn’t matter how to burn it, but being sprayed with black smoke is not good. Sometimes the exhaust or exhaust is clean, but the engine’s source (gasoline, oil) is not up to quality, ”- emphasized this taste. According to the Vietnam Registry Department, gasoline-powered vehicles from 1999 to 2008 accounted for 5.5% of the total number of sleds registered. Photo: THY NHUNG Tighten the emission test to protect the environment According to data provided by the Vietnam Registry Department, the number of vehicles produced from 1999 to 2008 failed to register too much. Specifically, from the beginning of 2021 to the end of April 19, for gasoline-powered vehicles, there were 13,121 sleds out of a total of 541,390 vehicles registered. Particularly, this type of vehicle has a production life from 1999 to 2008, accounting for 5.5% of the total number of registered sleds. As for diesel-powered vehicles, there are 36,278 sleds out of a total of 460,878 registered vehicles. Likewise, the number of cars produced between 1999 and 2008 also accounts for 12.7% of the total number of sleds registered. According to the Registry Department, the inspection of emissions in the automobile inspection started in 1999 in Vietnam. Currently, regulations on emission standards and emission measurement procedures for automobiles are regulated in Decision No. 16/2019 of the Prime Minister and National Standard TCVN 6438: 2018. . Accordingly, any vehicle may not meet the regulations on emissions in the technical safety inspection and environmental protection of motor vehicles in traffic if the vehicle is not inspected and maintained. regularly according to the manufacturer’s instructions and regulations. “The application of the new emission standard is part of the roadmap to raise the emission standards and tighten the inspection process for motor vehicles in Vietnam. Accordingly, this will contribute to reducing environmental pollution caused by transportation, contributing to creating a better living environment, protecting the environment, and protecting people’s health ”- Mr. Dang Tran Khanh , Deputy Head of Motor Vehicle Inspection Department, Vietnam Registry Department, said. According to Mr. Khanh, people should check and maintain their cars regularly, in accordance with the regulations and instructions of the manufacturer and before going to the inspection. In addition, it is also important to use a vehicle that conforms to its design specifications, without overloading the design load. From 2022, cars must meet 5 emissions standards Circular 06/2021 of the Ministry of Transport promulgating national technical regulations on level 5 emissions for new manufactured, assembled and imported cars takes effect from January 1, 2022. This Technical Specification specifies emission limits, tests and test methods, requirements for the management and organization of level 5 emissions checks in quality control, technical safety and protection. production and assembly automobile environment and new imported cars. Accordingly, the types of cars applied in this regulation include cars with at least four wheels, classified as low-standard-volume cars and high-standard-volume cars (explained in the circular. ). Tricycles with a self weight greater than 400 kg (considered cars according to TCVN 6211: 2003) are tested for exhaust gas according to QCVN 04: 2009 and QCVN 77: 2014. This Regulation does not apply to the following types of cars: Cars designed and manufactured to run on all types of terrain and roads that do not belong to the road traffic system; electric cars (cars that use electricity only as the driving force).

The Kia Seltos model assembled and distributed in Vietnam is not included in the recall due to an oil leak error …

Since its launch to date, Kia Seltos has regularly been in the group of 10 most popular Vietnamese car models. Recently, Kia globally announced the recall of 147,249 Seltos and Soul units in the US market to fix errors in the oil ring in the engine. According to the announcement from the Korean automaker, all affected vehicles are fitted with a 2.0-liter Nu MPI 4-cylinder engine. The cause of the fault is identified as improperly heat-treated the rings, causing them to leak oil out. The large-scale recall is expected to start by Kia America on June 11, 2021. Error correction may include replacing the client’s engine with a new engine in the event of a breakdown of the engine. Kia says that the installation of oil ring noise sensors is also in progress to help better control vehicle engine performance. The large-scale recall in the US has caused more or less concerns for Vietnamese consumers. Because, Kia Seltos is currently one of the best-selling cars in Vietnam. However, the unit that assembles and distributes the Kia brand, Thaco Group, said that the Seltos model in the Vietnamese market is completely out of the recall. The reason is that Kia Seltos in Vietnam does not use the same engine as the car in the US market. Specifically, the Kia Seltos versions recalled in the US are equipped with a Nu MPI 2.0L engine while the car in Vietnam uses 1.4 Turbo and 1.6L MPI engines. Kia Seltos officially launched in Vietnam at the end of July 2020. Currently, the urban SUV model has 3 versions of Deluxe, Luxury and Premium with retail prices of VND 609 million, VND 659 million and VND 729 million, respectively. Since its launch to date, Kia Seltos has regularly been in the group of 10 most popular Vietnamese car models. According to the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers Association (VAMA), a total of 3,840 Kia Seltos cars were sold in the first three months of this year. This level of sales volume helps Kia Seltos rank 6th in the 10 most expensive cars in the market.

One of the new technologies from Porsche relates to the exterior paint. It sounds simple, but the reality is that the paint color of a car and the way it is painted are important for lasting quality.

Porsche cars are perfected on a new technological line Painting the body of a new Taycan on an assembly line at the Zuffenhausen factory previously required workers to move a tool weighing almost 7 with just the thumb 3,600 times per work day. It sounds strenuous, but Porsche has adopted a new system that eliminates that stress and improves quality by using patches to seal holes in the bodywork. These holes are not visible to the naked eye, but are intended to be filled by anticorrosive paints while in the paint shop. Once completed, these holes must be sealed so that they are watertight. If not, leaks will form. Taycan was not only the first Porsche to use this new patching method, but also the first car in the world to do so. The holes in the body of Taycan will be painted with new technology A total of 106 of the 143 holes in the Taycan body are now patch sealed in a very quick and automatic process. As noted previously, line workers do not have to push up to 3,600 plugs into holes in the body per shift. This new process is less complicated, faster and produces a higher quality product. The robot does this kind of work that looks like a barcode scanner. It only takes three minutes to do the whole job while 1 person needs more than seven minutes. Dirk Paffe, Paint Shop Process Planning Manager at Porsche: “The key feature of the solution is not just the seal itself, but also the automation of the process. We can glue patches in large quantities and at high cost, speed with absolute precision using a robot. ” New technology on Porsche Taycan will be spread on its models in the near future Does this mean that robots will soon take over all the work on the human assembly line at Porsche? Not at all, but making the worker’s life much easier and securing a better quality car.

On April 6, the Ministry of Transport issued Circular 6/2021 regulating national technical regulations on level 5 emissions for new manufactured, assembled and imported cars. Accordingly, the national technical regulation QCVN 109: 2021 of the Ministry of Transport applies to the following subjects: production, assembly establishments or organizations and individuals importing cars; agencies, organizations and individuals involved in the testing and certification of quality, technical safety and environmental protection for cars. The types of cars to be applied in this Regulation include cars with at least four wheels, classified as low-volume cars and high-standard-volume cars (explained in points 4.1 and 4.2, Article 4, Part I of the Regulation). According to this Circular, level 5 (Level 5) is a standard of testing and limits for pollutants contained in the exhaust gas corresponding to the Euro 5 level specified in the technical regulations on motor vehicle emissions of the Commission. The United Nations European Economic Commission (ECE) applies to new imported, assembled and manufactured motor vehicles. Regulations on level 5 emission standards. Notably, this regulation does not apply to the following types of cars: Cars designed and manufactured to run on all types of terrain and roads that do not belong to the road traffic system; electric cars (cars that use electricity only as the driving force). Circular 6/2021 of the Ministry of Transport takes effect from January 1, 2022.
