<p>With a combined PCI score of 75.09 points in 2020, Quang Ninh is the leading province in the PCI in 2020. Increasing 1.69 points of synthetic PCI compared to the previous year, Quang Ninh has surpassed itself to establish 1st place in the PCI Ranking for 4 consecutive years. Not only that, Quang Ninh is also the only province among 63 provinces and cities that surpassed the 75-point mark in the PCI results since 2010.</p>
<p>With a score of 72.8, Dong Thap holds 2nd place in PCI 2020.</p>
<p>Long An reached 70.37 points and ranked third in PCI 2020, an increase of 5 levels compared to 2019.</p>
<p>The next provinces in the top 10 provinces and cities of the PCI 2020 are Binh Duong (70.16 points), Da Nang (70.12 points), Vinh Long (69.34 points), Hai Phong city (69 points). , 27 points), Ben Tre (69.08 points), Hanoi City (66.93 points) and Bac Ninh (66.74 points).</p>
