In mid-March 2021, I participated in a Sichuan-Tibet line photography group, starting from Chengdu to Nyingchi to shoot peach blossoms. It took 15 days and cost 16,800. The content of this article is the sixth day.

When I arrived in Tibet, I felt the pressure and pressure of going to Nyingchi to see the peach blossoms. The most obvious is the tension and price increase of accommodation. Not only are prices in Bomi and Suosong villages soaring now, but the general standard rooms have reached 1,000 yuan, which is just a matter of course along the way. The prices of hotels in Wuhu, Linzhi and even Lhasa have all increased.

There are also a lot of vehicles on line 318, self-driving tours, group tours, and all kinds of tours are coming out anyway, and the most are photographers with cameras behind them. Isn’t it also for taking photos of peach blossoms when you go to Linzhi to see peach blossoms? But the team leader, Old Xu, was always worried. He said yesterday that he looked at Line 318 and there were few vehicles on the opposite side. However, the area was snowing the previous day. I was afraid that the roads of Dongda Mountain would be blocked. I don’t know if it could be opened in the morning. After breakfast, there was already a long queue of vehicles in front of the hotel. They just waited for the front to let them go. Old Xu inquired and said: There is no problem. You can let them go before nine o’clock, but you must have snow chains, otherwise you won’t be able to go up Dongda Mountain. 1. Linzhi is so hot this year! The helicopters are here! On the headline, Luo Hong also came to Tibet to take photos of peach blossoms. On the way, I saw a Hollyland helicopter, saying it was transported from Kunming to Linzhi. Isn’t this close? Regarding Mr. Luo Hong’s obsession with photography, he took some photos of animals in Africa more than ten years ago. According to the information, he rented a helicopter and took photos from above. Now that there is an aerial camera, these are not difficult. But the plane arrived, which is really bullish! Guess how much the shipping cost for this trip? 2. You must be cautious when using aircraft in Tibet, as some places cannot fly. While I was waiting, I saw a soldier coming over with an aerial photographing “aircraft” and asked if it was possible to take aerial photographs here. The answer was that there were troops stationed and photographing was not allowed. And this plane was just “captured”. Someone might not understand the situation and took off rashly, and was arrested. Sure enough, a young man followed in frustration and asked where the soldiers had gone. He said that he didn’t know that he was not allowed to fly here, and he was bored while waiting for passage, so he wanted to use the plane to see the situation ahead. Fortunately, he wanted the plane back later. In fact, there are still many no-fly zones in Tibet. You must be cautious when shooting with aircraft! 3. Going into Tibet along Route 318 and crossing the pass of Dongda Mountain was delayed for almost two hours. Dongda Mountain encountered traffic jams. The cause of the traffic jams was that it snowed a few days ago, the mountains were frozen, and the roads were particularly slippery. Dongda Mountain is located in Zuogong County, Tibet. The pass is 5130 meters above sea level. It is the highest place we have traveled during this time. Due to the high altitude and cold weather, the body here is covered with snow and the road becomes a snowy road. If he would leave, the truck didn’t dare to leave at all. When passing the checkpoint, the police warned one by one to prepare snow chains and install them before going up the mountain, but many people didn’t take it seriously, but they didn’t dare to leave when they got to the top. They stopped and installed them immediately, and didn’t even lean on the side. It seriously affected the passage of cars behind. I don’t understand ice and snow roads, I don’t know how to open ice and snow roads, and I don’t follow the rules and add sills indiscriminately. These are the direct reasons for the congestion. In the end, I don’t walk fast and mess around… It makes people sigh and heartache. When can Chinese people learn to be disciplined and modest? It is convenient for others to make it convenient for yourself, artificial chaos, obstacles to each other, it shouldn’t be… 4. The best thing to see on the way is the 72 turn and the 318 line sign The most beautiful scenery along this road, except Dongda Mountain to see the snow, is the 72 turn of Yela Mountain, which is beautiful and exciting. Turn 72 is the Yela Mountain Panshan Highway that leads to Route 318 to Basu Line. It is 4618 meters above sea level and about 16 kilometers long. Due to the twists and turns of the road, it is called the “Ninety-Nine Turns Back” and Yela. Mountain “108 turns”, “Sichuan-Tibet 99 bends” and so on. I have walked this road twice. I set off for Lhasa in 2013. It was the same direction as this time. At that time, it was still a dirt road. After taking a few photos, I started going down the mountain. It didn’t feel great all the way. In 2019, I drove from the new Tibet line, and went retrograde 318. I went out of Tibet. When I got here, I was actually climbing up the mountain. It seemed that I couldn’t finish walking. When I reached the top of the mountain, I realized that it was turn 72! If you go from the bottom up and turn 72, the direct altitude of the climb is more than one thousand meters… Although this road is very challenging, it is fortunate for people entering Tibet, because it is completely downhill, directly descending to 3100 meters above sea level. For those who ride, hike, and even push trolleys to broadcast live, it’s time to What a pleasant “slide”! For those who come to Tibet, whether driving or cycling, Yela Mountain is a pleasant one. On the contrary, if you leave Tibet and walk here, it will be a little difficult. 5. Found a shooting spot, but unfortunately the lake has not melted, and the reflection of the snow-capped mountains cannot be photographed. Due to the congestion of Dongda Mountain, more than two hours were wasted, so we missed the time to take pictures at Ranwu Lake. The car drove fast along the way, but it still couldn’t arrive as planned. Seeing the sun gradually sink, we are still far away from our destination. In the end, I had to find a lake before sunset and parked on the side of the road, but there was a lot of ice on the lake, and I couldn’t take a reflection. 6. Along the G318 line to see the snow and clouds all the way to Ranwu Lake When I arrived at Ranwu Lake, I slept the most in the past few days. The altitude is 3900 meters. It is a bit difficult to carry luggage to climb the third floor. Unexpectedly, the accommodation here is also tense. Fortunately, I booked the hotel in advance (300 yuan for a standard room). When I checked in, someone came to look for a room. It has risen to 450 yuan. The only room left was that someone else got the wrong date and canceled the reservation. People move in “luck”. The boss said that it was sunny after three or four days of rain and snow, and it must be fine tomorrow… The accommodation is in good condition, but the room is very cold and there is no air-conditioning (central air-conditioning cannot be used due to the shortage of electricity). Fortunately, there is an electric mattress to warm it up. But the altitude of 3900 meters here is still a test for those who go to the plateau!

This is one of three blocked points in Thoi Tam Thon commune with 53 households and 255 people. Inside the blockade area, sometimes a few people ran out to receive medicine and food that had been mailed since early morning.

Responding to the Prime Minister’s call on applying technology to COVID-19 prevention and control, Vingroup has successfully negotiated with Breathonix Company (Singapore), a manufacturer of COVID-19 testing machines. through the world’s first breath – to bring this device to Vietnam from now until the end of August 2021. The method of testing for COVID-19 through breathing has particularly outstanding advantages: it is fast, highly accurate and does not need to take nasopharyngeal and pharyngeal secretions. The testee only needs to blow into the mouth of the disposable one-way valve connected to the breath sampler. Exhaled breaths are collected and put into an advanced mass spectrometer for measurement. According to the developers, this test machine uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology, detects biochemical changes in the breath to detect COVID-19, gives results in less than a minute, with more than 90% accuracy. This test device has been licensed by the Health Sciences Authority of Singapore (HSA).

Friends hugged and toasted as Britain’s economy reopened on May 17, giving 65 million civilians freedom after a dismal four-month lockdown.
The UK economy began to “open up” when some restrictions were eased on May 17. France also has very positive signals.

“Will hug everyone who can” Most Britons will be free to hug, albeit with caution, have a few beers in pubs, sit down to eat in restaurants or visit the cinema after a series of strict lockdowns. Britain’s biggest public health crisis in a century has brought parties, gatherings and religious services to a halt, with fines of up to £10,000 ($14,000) for violators. The UK has begun to relax the anti-epidemic restrictions. (Photo: Reuters) British actress Joanna Lumley told The Telegraph: “I’ll literally hug everyone I can.” However, besides the excitement, there is also anxiety. Prime Minister Boris Johnson warned people to be cautious and suggested that the spread of the variant first identified in India meant the final reopening in the UK in June could be delayed. “Together, we have reached another important milestone in our path out of lockdown, but this next step must be taken with extreme caution.” he said. There is growing concern about the B.1.617.2 variant, which British scientific advisers say will become the dominant variant in the country, more contagious than B.1.1.7. From May 17 in the UK, gatherings of up to 30 people will be allowed outdoors, two families will be allowed to meet indoors; cafes, bars and restaurants will reopen for indoor service; nursing home residents will be allowed five visitors; and the use of masks will no longer be compulsory in schools. Clare Smyth, head chef of Core restaurant in London, who won her third Michelin star in January, said: “It’s been a long time.” Restrictions will be eased to varying degrees in different regions. The UK death toll from COVID-19 is 127,679 – the highest in Europe and the fifth highest in the world, behind the US, Brazil, India and Mexico, according to Johns Hopkins University. The UK economy last year suffered its worst contraction in three centuries. The government spends hundreds of billions of pounds saving jobs and companies. France opens the door cautiously Meanwhile, with vaccination being accelerated and the number of cases falling, the French are waiting for the anti-epidemic restrictions to be eased on April 19. Groups of up to six people will be able to dine together as restaurants with outdoor spaces open at 50% capacity, people get access to museums, theaters and cinemas, while curfews are in will be rescheduled from 7pm to 9pm. Locations in France will be opened to operate at partial capacity. (Photo: The Connexion) This is the latest step in a gradual reopening plan in France, starting with allowing travel between regions from the beginning of May. Public health official Jerome Salomon told JDD Sunday: “Continued social contact is one of the factors that make up public health” However, some restaurant owners are complaining about serving limits, especially in light of the risk of rain in May. “Imagine you restarting the whole machine, creating a new menu, bringing all the staff back, but then you have to destroy everything and throw away your merchandise because it rains.” Chef Philippe Etchebest told JDD. Furthermore, less than half of restaurants across France have outdoor dining spaces, he said. Movie theaters can open at up to 35% capacity. Museums, theatres, zoos, libraries and all shops will be allowed to reopen at partial capacity. In France, 20.3 million people have received the first dose of the vaccine to date, and 8.8 million have received both doses. The government aims to hit the first 30 million doses by mid-June and is currently rescheduling injection appointments for people over 50 to anyone over 18. However, President Emmanuel Macron warned that if infections flare up again, the government could “emergency brake” on reopening.

Screenshots According to the CNA , the 356m high SEG Plaza building began to shake at 13:50 ‘, causing people inside to panic and flee, while passersby gasped in surprise. Local media reported that the building was cordoned off at 2:40 p.m. SEG Plaza, completed in 2000, is home to various commercial centers and offices in the heart of Shenzhen – one of China’s fastest growing cities. Local officials are investigating what caused the building to shake, although no earthquakes have been recorded. Source: CGTN SEG Plaza is the 18th tallest tower in Shenzhen. Chinese authorities last year extended a ban on the construction of skyscrapers taller than 500m, after the order was enforced in some cities such as Beijing. Five of the world’s tallest skyscrapers are located in China, including the world’s second tallest, the Shanghai Tower, at 632m. Building collapses still happen occasionally in China, where lax construction standards and rapid urbanization have led to hasty construction. Last May, a five-story hotel in the southeastern city of Quanzhou collapsed due to poor construction, killing 29 people.

Diners enjoy coffee outdoors, when shops are allowed to reopen after a 7-month separation to fight the COVID-19 epidemic, in Brussels, Belgium on May 9, 2021. Photo: AFP/VNA According to European sources, during the meeting in Brussels, diplomats proposed that those who can present a certificate of having had a full dose of an EU-approved COVID-19 vaccine, can enter the bloc. . In addition, the limit for assessing a country on the list of entry restrictions has also been raised, whereby this list will include countries with a rate of new infections within two weeks of 75 cases per 100,000. population, instead of the current 25 cases. The recommendations are expected to be approved by EU ministers on May 20. Currently, the 27 EU member states still ban entry without a good reason, except for some countries considered safe with low rates of COVID-19 cases. However, business in Europe is also being resumed after the epidemic prevention restrictions are lifted. * On the same day, French people could not hide their joy when they were able to do old habits again such as sipping a cup of coffee outside a restaurant, preparing to go to the cinema or visit a museum. After more than 6 months of imposing measures to control the COVID-19 epidemic, France has relaxed restrictions, whereby cafes and restaurants with courtyards or rooftop gardens can serve guests to eat and drink. outdoors, while museums, cinemas and theaters will also reopen. This is part of phase 2 of the plan to lift the blockade. After that, restaurants will be allowed to serve indoors from June 9, and the French economy will fully reopen on June 30. Contrary to the deserted atmosphere, “doors closed, bolted” for many months, all over Paris, cafes and restaurants are busy preparing and arranging outdoor dining and drinking areas, while the first “gods” were enjoying their morning coffee. Mr. Pascal, manager of Saint Jean’s in the Montmartre district, is pleased to say that he has welcomed 3 customers to drink coffee. Meanwhile, one of the customers called it a big change from having to buy takeaway coffee. In the western city of Rennes, Patricia Marchand, manager of the cafe des Feuilles, confirmed that the whole city center is busier and full of excitement, although the meteorological agency predicts rain may occur in many places. . Also from May 19, the night curfew in France will also be shortened by 2 hours, starting at 21:00. Thus, people were able to have dinner together and chat longer, although eating and drinking still had to be limited to no more than 6 people/table. Not only enjoying a cup of coffee or drinking wine, many French people also look forward to going to the movies or watching exhibitions. In a statement posted on the webiste, the Louvre museum posted a status line expressing its joy when it was reopened to visitors. In order to boost the economy, France has also decided to reopen non-essential businesses but must implement social distancing regulations. Currently, the number of patients with COVID-19 in intensive care units in France has decreased to 4,250 cases, much lower than about 6,000 cases a month earlier. The weekly rate of new cases also fell to 142 cases per 100,000 people, much lower than 400 at the beginning of April.

Despite many risks of new strains, European countries are simultaneously allowing restaurants and cafes to reopen, with the hope of recovering the economy.
Europe is gradually recovering from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, when cafes in Paris, gelato shops in Rome and beer gardens in Bavaria (Germany) are allowed to reopen. This is said to be a great test for the recovery of European countries in terms of health and economy.

Excited but still worried Authorities in the old continent gradually eased social distancing restrictions, as infection rates fell and the number of people vaccinated increased. In Italy, the original epicenter of the pandemic in Europe, a nationwide curfew will be lifted in the coming weeks; Germany is gradually easing tough restrictions imposed for a long time. In France, restaurants are allowed to serve guests outdoors starting May 19; Museums, including the famous Louvre, have plans to return visitors. The scene filled with breath of life at Paris’s famous Cafe de Flore on May 19. Photo: AFP. While cafes in Paris, including Ernest Hemingway’s familiar Les Deux Magots, are busy returning to their pre-pandemic rhythm, the famous nightclub Moulin Rouge is also starting to get excited, its dancers They took to the streets to promote their reopening in September with bold attention-grabbing styles. Although excitement is everywhere, there are still worries about the pandemic that has not passed. Because the new strain from India is spreading rapidly in many other parts of the world. Therefore, measures to prevent the disease will continue to be maintained. In Berlin, open-air restaurants will be trialled from May 21. Meanwhile, the rhythm of life in Paris cannot return to the way it was before the pandemic. Paolo Viglianisi, 66, owner of Paparazzi restaurant, located in a quiet square just behind Paris’ opera house, said: “We are very happy to reopen and are fortunate to have such a great location. great. But things will never go back to the way they were.” Before the crisis, his restaurant had 39 employees. Now, Viglianisi will open its doors with only about 15 employees on May 19. He aims to serve about 100 guests for lunch and another 100 for dinner, equivalent to two-thirds of pre-pandemic guests. Cautiously optimistic On May 19, the European Union (EU) decided to reopen its borders to people who have been vaccinated against Covid-19. Europe’s leaders need to strike the right balance between economic recovery and public health protection, or face the ire of voters. Chancellor Angela Merkel’s conservatives are battling the Greens to run Europe’s largest economy, while French President Emmanuel Macron, who has struggled in vain to avoid a third lockdown, will face the challenge of running for re-election next year. French President Emmanuel Macron (right) at an outdoor cafe in Paris on May 19. Photo: AFP. “It is a very rare new moment of freedom and the fruit of our joint efforts,” Macron said in a televised interview, while drinking coffee on the morning of May 19, at the cafe. Outdoor coffee in the heart of Paris. The current overarching sentiment is cautiously optimistic. Containment measures have significantly slowed the spread, vaccination work is being carried out rapidly. But with the threat of new strains like the one from India, the risk is still there. “We can be confident but not hasty,” said Steffen Seibert, Chancellor Angela Merkel’s spokesman. The infection rate is still much higher than it was a year ago, so no one has yet reached the scene of enjoying a comfortable summer like before. Authorities have been on high alert since last spring, when the outbreak was under control and flared up worse in the fall. The town near Düsseldorf, Germany has temporarily quarantined 189 people after discovering the only case of the Indian variant here. Concerns have prevented businesses such as the Chinesischer Turm beer garden in Munich, which have been reopened, to return to their former life. Normally, about 7,000 diners can enjoy hot dogs and drink beer here, but due to few foreign tourists and gloomy weather, the picture of the future is even darker. Maria Pinzger, representative of the beer garden, said: “As long as we can continue to open, we are happy. But there is still a risk from new Covid-19 strains, we cannot assess the situation right now.” In Spain, restaurants and theaters reopened about two weeks ago with other restrictions on numbers and early closing hours. Sergi Ferrer, president of Barceloneta’s beachfront shop owners association, said that in Barcelona, demand from locals is not enough to displace millions of tourists. “If we don’t have tourists this summer, business is going to be very bad,” said Ferrer, who runs a restaurant on the city’s pier. In Rome, extending the curfew past 10 p.m. will create a breakthrough for businesses like Ripa 12 fish restaurant in the Trastevere district. Although open since late April, many outdoor tables are empty by early evening, suggesting a slow-going revival. People eat outdoors at a restaurant in Rome. Photo: Xinhua. “Our customers are businessmen who work late into the night, barely showing up before 9pm,” said Vincenzo Colao, the restaurant’s owner. Restaurant revenue is down about 70% from pre-pandemic levels. This situation is also happening in Paris, where the outdoor tables of Paparazzi restaurant are limited to 6 people and everyone must keep a safe distance.

At alley 287 Nguyen Dinh Chieu (District 3), people help the shop to rescue food. In the Sunview Town apartment building (Thu Duc city), families share each gourd and egg.
On the morning of May 20, like every day, Minh Man and his wife (residering at alley 287 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City) woke up at 5am. Both of them prepared boiled meat and a large pot of broth to open a noodle shop at noon.

However, before he had time to prepare the ingredients, Man heard from his neighbors that the alley in front of the house had been blocked off after a person living here was positive for SARS-CoV-2. “At that time, everyone was surprised, did not understand what happened. However, knowing that the epidemic situation is complicated, all of them strictly follow the instructions of local officials and medical staff.” Like Mr. Man’s family, most of the households in alley 287 are trading and trading in food. At the time of the blockade, many households had prepared cooking ingredients, and breakfast shops that had just moved out had to be cleaned up immediately. “A few stalls of ready-made rice, porridge, and soup cakes that can’t be sold are shared by everyone in the neighborhood, each family taking a few portions to eat. They’re all neighbors, and they both work as wholesalers, so they all try to support each other,” Mr. Man said Zing . Alley 287, Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City was blocked on the morning of May 20. Photo: Chi Hung. “Rescuing” food in the blockade area During the outbreak from April 27 to now, Ho Chi Minh City has recorded 6 positive cases of SARS-CoV-2 and is blocking 9 areas in Go Vap District, District 10, District 3, District 7, Binh Tan district and Thu Duc city. Although quite surprised by the blockade information, people living in these areas remained calm and complied with epidemic prevention measures. Especially for business and trading households, despite facing many disadvantages, they still show their concern and help the community when they switch to distributing food and free food to people in isolated areas. Alley 287 Nguyen Dinh Chieu connects with alley 270 Vo Van Tan about 500 m long with 70 households living. In addition to the large concentration of business households, shops, and restaurants, this alley is the place where Ve Chai market is held every morning. Ms. Linh, a fish seller in the market, said that on the morning of May 20, when her family and many other people had finished packing, the ward officials announced the disbandment, no market meeting and quickly erected a fence to blockade the surrounding area. around the alley. People in the blockade area share food with each other. However, what surprised Ms. Linh was that everyone who visited her shop also offered to pay instead of receiving free items. “Many people say that when they sell, people buy to support them, but when they give, they don’t dare to accept them,” she said. Similarly, Mr. Man’s beef noodle shop was also “rescued” by many familiar neighbors. However, because he did not prepare much and did not suffer much damage, Mr. Man refused. “The first day, everyone in the neighborhood kept ‘rescuing’ from one shop to another. Everyone hopes no one gets hurt much. Like my family, we also run to the market to support the sisters selling fish, selling vegetables and at the same time having food for the coming days.” “Health comes first, money comes second” Ms. Pham Minh lives in block A1, Sunview Town apartment building (Hiep Binh Phuoc ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh City) – a place under lockdown after recording a Covid-19 case on May 18. Previously, Ms. Minh sold fruit and some drinks online. However, after the block was blocked, she switched to making smoothies and juices to cheer up her neighbors who were quarantined like her. “Every day, I make about 20-30 glasses of juice and smoothies to distribute for free to neighboring households. It’s not much, but it’s also a way to spread positive energy and optimism to everyone around,” Minh said. On each glass of juice, Ms. Minh sticks sticky notes with words of encouragement and encouragement for the recipient. “The epidemic has also affected my business a lot. However, for now, health is still first, money can be earned later.” Parts of bread and sticky rice were distributed free of charge by Mr. Bui Hoai Thanh’s group to people in the blockade area in Thu Duc City. Many of my regular customers are living in this apartment, so when I heard the news of the blockade, I immediately thought of helping people,” Mr. Thanh said. know. In the past few days, temporarily putting aside the business, every day Mr. Thanh and his group of friends prepare ingredients and make dishes from morning to 5 pm to deliver to the apartment. “We are planning to make 100 more jars of braised fish sauce to support people to bring home to eat with white rice. Everyone is affected by the epidemic season, but I believe that with the spirit of solidarity and the efforts of each individual, we will all win the pandemic together again,” Thanh shared.

The Covid-19 epidemic has only broken out for a few days, but there have been a series of fake news released related to the stopping of technology vehicles, the curfew, the blockade…
Technology car company Grab 2 today has to face fake news about stopping passenger transportation, delivery, and food services in Ho Chi Minh City from May 21 to fight the Covid-19 epidemic. With the speed of spreading quickly on social networks, this news made many customers and technology drivers operating in the area bewildered.

The Grab side then denied the information, and sent an official notice to the driver partner about the normal deployment of services in areas permitted by local authorities. A fake news by the Vietnam Fake News Processing Center “whistle” The complicated development of the disease also makes a lot of information related to social isolation, blockade … have the opportunity to explode like mushrooms after rain. Recently, at 7:30 p.m. on May 4, a Facebook account named “Hanoi Pho” posted information: “Hanoi is open on the first day of the blockade” with an illustrative video. Through verification, the Inspector of the Department of Information and Communications of Hanoi confirmed that the content of the information posted above is untrue, violating the provisions of Article 5 of Decree No. 72/2013/ND-CP on management, provision and use of internet services and information on the network. This information has caused anxiety and insecurity for people, causing many people to prepare plans to hoard food, potentially causing market instability. Similarly, right after Ho Chi Minh City appeared more cases of Covid-19, on the evening of May 18, social networks also spread fake information about the “curfew” of the whole city from 10 pm. The Vietnam Center for Handling Fake News under the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information – Ministry of Information and Communications, was just launched earlier this year but has continuously published fake information on the official website – tingia.gov.vn. Among them, the amount of fake news about the epidemic and fake accounts accounts for the most. This center asks people not to share fake information about the Covid-19 epidemic. At the same time, warning acts of fabricating or spreading information known to be false can be punished by imprisonment from 3 months to 1 year. The Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control (HCDC) on the afternoon of May 21 also issued a warning to the community to raise their vigilance against cases of fake medical staff scams for bad purposes, avoiding the occurrence of serious health problems. unfortunate case of people and property. The incident stemmed from people’s complaints to HCDC about a strange message calling for concentrated isolation with the content: “You are currently on the list of people to be isolated, the isolation code is: xxxx, please contact the phone number xxx…”. Many websites and Fanpages fake businesses to cheat Vietnam Fake News Processing Center 2 days ago also issued a warning about a fake website of the Vietnam Export-Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank). Accordingly, this fake website uses the name, image, logo design, color … of Eximbank with the domain name eximbank.xyz to confuse users. Currently, Eximbank has an official website under the domain name https://www.eximbank.com.vn . Not long ago, a website with the domain name www.vietnamairslines.com was also set up with the purpose of pretending to be the official website of Vietnam Airlines as vietnamairlines.com to scam. user.

After living in London for nearly 30 years, Christophe Reech is fed up with the city’s blockades. This spring, he sold his townhouse and left for the desert city of Dubai to start a new life with his family.

Dubai has many attractive policies to attract wealthy expats. (Photo: AP) He said he had no way back. The businessman’s super-rich foreign friends did the same, sending sales of luxury properties in Dubai skyrocketing. “In Dubai there is only one strategy: do business as usual. The philosophy is simple: Make sure everyone is vaccinated and everything is open. Of course that appeals to me,” Reech, president of a series of real estate and fintech companies, told the AP. As vaccines are being distributed unevenly around the world, disease outbreaks have prompted many countries to extend their lockdowns. As a result, the number of foreign visitors to the luxury real estate market in Dubai skyrocketed. It’s the few places in the world where they can go out to dinner, shop, and meet face-to-face to discuss business. Soaring demand caused the price of villas and townhouses here also to increase rapidly, with 230% in the first quarter of this year. Prices in some first-class areas have increased by as much as 40%, according to Property Finder, one of Dubai’s largest real estate websites. Up to 90 properties worth $2.7 million/unit were changed hands in April, while the whole year of 2020 there were only 54 similar transactions. Many people take advantage of investment to sell for profit. Analysts say this trend will continue until prices get too high and profits dwindle. Low bank interest rates and families’ desire for more space have led many wealthy people in big cities like New York and Paris to look for suburban mansions. But there are other compelling elements in the home of long-haul airline Emirates and the world’s tallest tower. Since reopening to visitors last summer, Dubai is establishing itself as an attractive tourist destination for visitors amid the pandemic. Without mandatory quarantine for many days, foreign tourists are allowed to party in bustling bars and beaches, take selfies at Dubai resorts, while many helicopters are ready to serve their needs. request to return home. The influx of tourists contributed to the outbreak of COVID-19 cases in Dubai in January this year, prompting the British government to decide to postpone flights here. But the UAE, with its young population and low mortality rate, has endured relatively well during the pandemic. This country of 9 million people has used 10.6 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, mainly from Sinopharm. This global financial hub is seen as an oasis in the volatile Middle East. Dubai benefited from the wave of capital flight. Homeowners in the Palm Jumeirah area, which saw a 43 percent increase in transactions in April, are home to Afghan warlords and political elites from countries like Nigeria, Syria and Lebanon. They all want to find a safe place to keep their money. Now, a large portion of the wealthy clientele of this man-made archipelago and Dubai’s luxury villas come from Europe, India, China and Russia, who are looking for a better life. in an epidemic situation. In March, the Palm archipelago saw an expensive home sale, when a Swiss family bought the city’s second most expensive beachfront villa for $ 30.2 million. Last month, a European family bought their third most expensive home for $28.6 million. Although there are many questions about the effectiveness of the Sinopharm vaccine, Dubai allows people to choose, including the Pfizer/BioNTech and AstraZeneca vaccines. In order to be vaccinated, residents need a residence visa – something the city government readily grants to investors and luxury home buyers. Considering buying land in Dubai to build his dream home, Reech ordered the Pfizer vaccine shortly after being granted citizenship. In England, he said he had to wait four months for his turn. Many other initiatives are being taken by Dubai to attract wealthy expats, such as remote work visas, retirement visas, and renewable “golden” visas. To build the image of a cosmopolitan city, the UAE also revised its strict Islamic law to allow unmarried couples to live together and allow non-locals to apply foreign laws on divorce and inheritance.

(Photo: AFP / VNA) Goverment New Zealand has suspended the program stimulate tourism just opened to Australia, after appearing a drive COVID-19 translation new in this neighboring country. Announcing on the official website on April 23, the New Zealand Government stated: “As agreed in the Trans-Tasman tourism stimulus protocol (between the two countries), the travel between New Zealand and Western Australia. had to pause, wait for the next announcement. ” The decision was made after the state of Western Australia said the Perth and Peel regions began a 3-day blockade (from 0:00 on April 24) after a tourist tested positive for the SARS virus. -CoV-2 causes COVID-19 disease. Local media reported that a man in his 50s traveled from Perth to Melbourne on April 21 and tested positive on the morning of April 23. Previously, this person underwent regulatory quarantine at a hotel in Perth and when the quarantine ended, for five days in the city, he went to several restaurants, a university, a swimming pool. public, a private clinic and a friend’s home before leaving. The friend he visited also tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus. New Zealand and Australia has opened a program to stimulate tourism in isolation since April 18, nearly 400 days after the two sides closed the border due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This program is the result of months of negotiations between two neighboring countries that have essentially curbed this translation, which is seen as a major effort to re-start the travel industry between the two countries that are already heavily impacted. plague. Under the program, passengers from Australia to New Zealand can fly over the Tasman Sea without having to undergo mandatory isolation on entry.

While shops and bars in the US and Europe wait for the day to reopen, Indians are breathing heavily due to lack of oxygen and languishing for the day of the epidemic to pass.
On the morning of April 12, long lines of people gathered outside a sports store in central London just hours after Britain loosened the blockade.

At a barber shop in Liverpool, customers flock in droves, making the barbers never rest their hands. The pubs, entertainment areas, parks, and gyms were full of people after more than 3 months of being in silence because of the blockade. “I felt like I was released from prison” Says Kate Asani, a London resident. While Asani was chatting with friends in the afternoon sun at Kilburn pub, the Indian Ministry of Health announced the country had 168,912 new cases. April 12 is also the day when India “regained” the position of the second translation area in the world from Brazil. In a row after that, the number of new cases of the South Asian country in turn pushed the record of the previous days. Currently, India is struggling with the biggest medical crisis in the world and doesn’t know when to stop. The number of cases of COVID-19 in India is still growing rapidly. (Photo: NYT) Contrast picture The contrast between rich countries with oversupply of vaccines and poor countries, short of breath in the vaccine race is becoming clearer than ever. In the early days of May, the US airports were getting ready for a summer that promises to be very bustling when tourists fly back. After a period of closing most stores for COVID-19, Philadelphia International Airport is planning a reopening of 185 food, beverage and retail stores. Jim Tyrell, Philadelphia Airport’s Chief of Revenue, says not only are stores resuming operations, but customers are shopping at the airport more than ever before. Currently, Americans who have the COVID-19 vaccine can fly to many places, including Europe. People who have received the two-dose vaccination can go to a public place without wearing a mask. Major cities in the US have also recently been voiced about reopening. New York officials on May 3 announced plans to “fully open” the city from July 1 to after more than a year of closing due to translation. In Europe in late April, a number of countries began to gradually loosen blockade measures. On April 22, the Finnish Prime Minister’s Office announced the roadmap to reopen the country until August. Accordingly, restrictions on sports and entertainment activities for young people will be gradually lifted from April. The library and museum will reopen in May. The ban on gathering of 10 or more people during outdoor events will be lifted in July and indoor events can start from May. 8. In early May, France eased travel restrictions across the country before allowing businesses, culture and sports facilities to resume phased in from the middle of this month. At the same time, Greece has allowed restaurants to reopen after long closings. Part of the reason that the US, France or the Netherlands confidently chart the reopening route is due to their abundant vaccine inventory. In most developing countries, vaccine orders soared to billions of doses. The number of cases of COVID-19 in this country is also on the decline, people are ready for the upcoming summer vacation. The British danced in celebration as the blockade was eased. (Image: Reuters) Whereas in many developing countries, the virus is still raging, sometimes out of control. Immunization delay due to a shortage of supplies makes these countries unable to protect the most vulnerable. “We are living in a state of inability to defend at all levels” Said Victor Guevara, 72, from Honduras. In many countries, people of his age have priority to be vaccinated, Guevara said. Guevara’s relatives in Houston (USA) have also been vaccinated. But he and many Hondurans still don’t know when he will be on the vaccination list. Honduras – a Central American country with about 10 million people has only injected 59,000 doses. Nepal – India’s neighbor is struggling to cope with the new epidemic wave. Two major state hospitals in the capital, Kathmandu, are facing a serious risk of hypoxia. The Ministry of Health of Nepal acknowledges that the sudden increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in the country is beyond the capabilities of the health system. “Hospitals have almost run out of beds so the situation is difficult to control”, Nepal’s Ministry of Health said. Similar to India, many corpses of patients with COVID-19 in Nepal have to be cremated outdoors due to overloaded cremation centers and crematoria. In Bangladesh – another neighboring country of India, the government of this country is forced to extend the blockade measures when the disease progresses seriously. The number of deaths in the capital Dhaka increased sharply in recent days, making Rayerbazar – the cemetery for the burial of patients with COVID-19 in this city increasingly narrow. Jasimuddin – the custodian of Rayerbazar said that every day he and others had to prepare in advance for the grave for 15 to 20 bodies. Although starting at the beginning of February, Bangladesh’s immunization campaign is still extremely slow. Those who are lucky enough to get their first shot are not sure when they will get their second shot. In African countries, the COVID-19 mortality rate is rising sharply. Kenya recorded an increase in the number of deaths compared to January of 674%. This rate in Djibouti is 550%. Experts in Africa warn that the crisis in India will soon spread across the black continent. “We don’t have enough medical staff, we don’t have enough oxygen”, Said John Nkengasong, director of the African Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Last week, Brazil became the second country to cross the 400,000 COVID-19 death mark after the US. A shocking statistic in mid-April showed that every minute three Brazilians died of COVID-19. South America – the region is home to 5.5% of the world’s population accounts for 32% of all deaths from the epidemic. “What’s happening is a disaster”, Argentina’s Health Minister Carla Vizzotti said. In India, COVID-19 is still raging, the number of people infected with COVID-19 is still growing rapidly. Due to a shortage of hospital beds, people in the country die in hospital corridors, on roads, in their homes. Parking lots turned into places of cremation. This picture is too much in contrast to the relaxation and freedom in countries with superior immunization rates such as the UK or the US.

Di Li is a female writer who had a hurricane trip in India just before the country set up a blockade because of the first pandemic, a year ago.
In her new book published at the end of 2020 Lonely on Everest, There are halfway through telling the stories she has experienced in India. Di Li made readers heart when … followed her across the snowy Himalayan mountains and along the banks of the Ganges River. The characters have traveled by all means to follow the footsteps of the Buddha, through the dusty villages of the poor countryside of North India, spend cold nights at the temples and cook themselves in the temple kitchen. food bought from the village market … And the Ganges, the sacred river of Hindus, filled with corpses burned and dropped into the river, including those who were not burned, just drifting on the river, people launched There was defilement, a bath of devotion there …

Through her writings, is the feeling of an India different and out of the currents very clear? On the 7th day of the Lunar New Year, when COVID-19 raged in Wuhan, I was in Kolkata with a delegation of Vietnamese writers. For a few days we did not have internet, so we did not know any news in Hanoi or the world. Until the last day, we were invited to dinner by your side in a luxury restaurant, then there was wifi. Looking at the photos taken online, we were scared and scared, unable to believe that the city where we lived was still peaceful a few days ago. So we stuck our noses in reading the news, couldn’t eat or drink, didn’t even bother to raise our heads to chat with anyone. The landlord saw that no one had touched the chopsticks, and wondered and worried, did not understand what was going on. Of course they were saddened because the party they carefully prepared was a failure. We then were also ashamed of that impolite attitude. But at that time how could not eat anymore. So early the next morning, instead of going shopping and preparing presents, we suggest that you take to the pharmacy to buy … masks. Each person took advantage of buying 3-layer masks. Buying stubs buy crazy makes everyone surprised. We tell each other that this thing to bring back as a gift is very precious, because there is a shortage of goods at home. They were surprised because in the big city of Kolkata, people still go to school to work normally. Because COVID has yet to spread and India has not had any cases yet. At that time I said that if India had COVID, it would be catastrophic because their case number would definitely be at the top of the world. After exactly 1 year, the members of the crew kept saying that I had the ability … to prophesy, but I only spoke logically. Writer Di Li released flowers to pray at the Ganges River. Does the wave of COVID-19 seem like it only wants to submerge this country has to do with the different lifestyles of the people here? Yes, India is the second most populous in the world and is expected to be about to take the top spot of China. However, India’s population density is now 3 times that of China. If we look at the pictures taken of India, most of our impression is the terrible crowd. It seems that every time you open the door, you can see people intertwined in chaos as if there was a big turn, at times it seemed like there was a war and people were in a hurry to evacuate. Living conditions, hygiene and awareness of the people are also major issues contributing to the spread of the epidemic (not just COVID). The Indians are also religious. Vietnamese people participate in religious festivals not because of fanaticism or devotion, but a mixture of culture, habits, joyful assembly and superstition, if the Government requests that the festival be stopped. everyone is happy to obey. Not in India. We are amazed that the Indian Kashmir government is still allowing 600,000 pilgrims in the midst of more than 3 hundred thousand new infections each day and nearly 3 thousand COVID deaths. But religion has a huge power in this country. Many would rather die than give up on pilgrimage. The king lost to the village’s custom in such place. Di Li’s feelings in the days when the whole world was heading towards India must certainly be different from those who have never set foot here. You can share that with readers of Health & Life. I love India so much that after my return trip last New Year, less than 2 months later, I arranged another trip to India, which was to travel by myself, not for business. I bought a plane ticket and made a visa, but close to the date of the flight, in early March, India announced a blockade, internal and external import and export. It is true that I quietly watch India every day, over there I also have many friends. And I worry about them. I was heartbroken to see the numbers soar every day but not surprised. Anyway, I always pray for the country I love. I am extremely impressed with the pages written under the title Dawn on the Ganges River. Is there a connection between dead bodies floating in rivers and mass cremations in this country? In the past, when I was sailing on the Ganges River, I was scared to see the crematoriums along the river and the chaos of people bathing and washing activities right next to me. Now it is too mysterious that people have to cremate even on the street, still in the midst of the common activities. I can imagine it, but I always try not to imagine it anymore. Thank you writer Di Li for the conversation! Vo Hong Thu ( (perform) )

As the owner of a noodle shop with shrimp paste, a small supermarket and sells homemade sponge cakes in the Toul Tom Poung area, Nguyen Thi Nhung’s business (born in 1990, from Thanh Hoa) was affected when the Covid epidemic. -19 new outbreak in Cambodia over the past 20 days.

From April 15, she switched to online sales, receiving ships within the district due to a blockade order. When preparing items for customers, she came up with the idea of making cakes and tea to donate to the anti-epidemic forces in the area. “I saw that in other areas, many people were given water. There was no similar activity in the place where I lived, I thought I loved them so much, so I decided to make a cake and milk tea for them to eat during lunch break. On the morning of April 22, I had the opportunity to make 30 slots. Because we are busy selling goods, the bakery at home is small, so I can’t do much, ”said Ms. Nhung Zing. 30 sets of cakes and milk tea were given to the police on anti-epidemic duty in Phnom Penh by Nhung and his wife on April 22. Nhung’s husband, a Cambodian and Vietnamese, is on leave so he has time to help and drive his wife to give food by motorbike. “The police in our area besides young people, there are also elderly uncles on duty. Each post has about 5 people on duty. When they received the food, they were surprised, thank you very much and happily took a commemorative photo. I hope people in other regions will follow suit to cheer up the morale of the anti-epidemic forces, ”she said. Just eating a bowl of noodles in time to make 50 sets of cakes and lemon black tea before 12 noon 23/4, Ms. Nhung said: “It takes about 3 hours to finish. The ingredients are available because I also make a salted egg sponge for sale. I do it myself, I don’t like calling or supporting. I can take advantage of a day or that day, but I will try to do as much as I can. Tonight, Nhung and her husband will go to distribute supplies to the homeless. According to Nhung, a new outbreak in Cambodia broke out due to people quarantined to go to the bar. Each day this country recorded about 500 new cases, up to 1,590 a day. “I hope you all stay calm and comply with the Cambodian government’s regulations on quarantine. Each executor will make a small contribution to helping this country overcome the difficult period ”, she reminded. Nhung got married and moved to Cambodia to live for more than 3 years. Loving Vietnamese cuisine and wanting to preserve the taste of her homeland, she has opened a restaurant selling vermicelli, shrimp paste, bun cha and many other Vietnamese dishes for nearly 2 years. The raw materials are mainly sent by her biological mother in Thanh Hoa. In addition, the shop is also decorated with bold Vietnamese space with baskets, pines, lotus pots, ceramic bowls, peacock blanket. This Easter, Italy is likely to fall into a national blockade, including restricting travel between regions and implementing social gaps, according to the report. AP .

However, a few miles inland, the tourists on the cruise ship MSC Grandiosa are still comfortably swaying to latin music and sipping cocktails by the pool. Despite the blockade that caused many hotels and resorts to close, the luxury yacht MSC Grandiosa still organizes seven-night resort transfers across the Mediterranean Sea. Passengers at the station before boarding the tourist train MSC Grandiosa in Civitavecchia (Italy). Celebrating Easter offshore After cruise ships became the source of the Covid-19 outbreaks, Grandiosa attempted to devise a new route of movement, including a strict set of anti-epidemic rules approved by the Italian authorities. , aimed at creating a “health bubble” on the deck. Passengers and crew are tested before and during excursions. They are required to wear masks and bracelets to track, and check their temperature regularly. Ship disinfection and cleaning activities have also been carried out to prevent outbreaks. Foreign tourists must have a negative Covid-19 test paper within 48 hours of departure. In addition, only residents of the Schengen countries, along with Romania, Croatia and Bulgaria, can book under the Covid-19 insurance policy. On January 31, Grandiosa yacht left the port of Civitavecchia (Italy) for a week-long Easter vacation. Despite the capacity of 6,000 people, the train can accommodate only 2,000 passengers. The cruise is expected to call at Naples, Valletta and Malta before returning to ports in Genoa. Although the SARS-CoV-2 virus remains a threat, passengers are allowed to enjoy pre-pandemic normality, including the freedom to eat and drink in restaurants or rest by the pool without wearing a mask. The scene of tourists enjoying sunbathing and relaxing by the crowded pool. “After a serious year of implementing the restrictive rules, we think we have the right to rest, relax for a week,” Stefania Battistoni (39), a teacher in Italy, told AP. This single mother drove overnight to bring her two sons and mother from Bolzano to the port, on this trip. On the Grandiosa, passengers have the opportunity to enjoy activities that have been largely closed in Italy and Europe over the past year: theaters, restaurants, duty-free shopping and live music at the shops. bar. “The outing excursion is the best mental health option for our family after a year of limited, shutdown,” said Federico Marzocchi, who joins his wife and 10-year-old son Matteo, said. In the meantime, the rest of Italy is back in full shutdown this Easter in an attempt to reduce the outbreak of the disease. In addition, the government has imposed a 5-day quarantine order on people entering from other EU countries to prevent tourists who want to travel to Italy to relax. Trouble from the yachts The pandemic has severely reduced the number of passengers on board cruise ships, from a record 30 million people in 2019 to about 350,000 people since July 2020, according to Cruise Lines International (CLIA) – major marine tourism association best of the world. Currently, there are less than 20 yachts in operation globally. The MSC Grandiosa is currently the only ship in service in the world. According to independent consultancy Bermello Ajamii & Partners, only 23 cases of Covid-19 have appeared on board since the industry re-started in the summer of 2020, with an infection rate for passengers of 0.006. %. The European tourism industry is looking to reopen next spring, from April onwards. However, some critics point out that travel companies should take advantage of this long break to solve problems related to the working and working environment in the industry. “Travel agencies could have used this ‘Covid-19 vacation’ to address their negative impacts on public health and the environment,” says Jim Ace, from the group that works for Stand Earth environment, said. “Every big yacht uses the cheapest and dirtiest burning fuel available. They are large, polluting the air and water and contribute to climate change. They are toxic to the port environment and spread disease. They exploit the workers and put the passengers in danger, ”said Ace.

Patient COVID-19 is being treated at a hospital in Bry-Sur-Marne, France, on April 15, 2021. Photo: AFP / VNA Prime Minister Castex confirmed there is evidence that contagion in the past 10 days has tended to decrease. Castex also announced that measures to restrict people from leaving the area within a 10-kilometer radius around the house will be removed from May 3. France is implementing a third blockade to prevent the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, but this prevention measure is considered to be more relaxed than the previous two times. During the 3rd blockade, outdoor activities are still encouraged to improve the mental health of residents. Most of the non-essential stores, cafes, restaurants, and cultural venues are closed. In a new statement, Mr. Castex said that shops, certain cultural and sporting activities and cafes could be reopened from mid-May, depending on the disease situation in Vietnam. at that moment. The French Prime Minister also emphasized that the government will allow regional openings, starting with regions with low COVID-19 prevalence. National curfew from 7:00 p.m. daily remains in place until further notice. Mr. Castex noted this measure will be reevaluated in mid-May but the government has not put in place a firm schedule for easing. To date, France has recorded a total of more than 5.4 million cases of COVID-19, of which 102,164 died. Over the past few days, the number of COVID-19 cases requiring special treatment has been contained below 6,000. After a slow start, the COVID-19 vaccination campaign in France is accelerating, with more than 13 million people getting at least the first shot. From April 24, French people aged 55 and over will be vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine from the American pharmaceutical company Johnson & Johnson. This is the fourth COVID-19 vaccine to be licensed in France, after the products of Pfizer / BioNTech, Moderna and AstraZeneca. Meanwhile, to prevent the emergence of new variants of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the French Ministry of the Interior decided that all passengers from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, India and South Africa would have to undergo quarantine. At the accommodation for 10 days, under the supervision of French police. Currently, health officials in all countries are encouraging the implementation of measures to be alert for the types of viruses with faster spread rates. Also on April 22, Belgian health officials announced the presence of the virus variant in India in this country. Specifically, the new variant was discovered in 20 nursing students from Paris (France) to Belgium in mid-April. The group with a total of 43 students was quarantined upon entry. Experts say the group was infected from a super infectious patient, possibly a member of the group, or from another passenger also on the trip from France to Belgium. A variant of the virus detected in India called B.1.617 has also appeared in several other countries such as the US, Australia, Israel and Singapore. Concerned about this variant, some countries, including the UK, applied a restriction on travel with India.

Cambodia is facing a third wave of a highly complicated Covid-19 epidemic. The government of this country had to apply a series of strong measures such as: blockade of the capital Phnom Penh, prohibit people from traveling between provinces …
  Cambodian people support anti-epidemic measures

As the World Health Organization (WHO) warns, Cambodia is on the brink of disaster, if the people and the Government do not agree to join hands to fight the epidemic, the consequences are unpredictable. More than a year ago, since the epidemic began appearing in early 2020 and until February this year, Cambodia has successfully prevented, only about 500 cases of Covid-19 and no one died. Doctors take samples of Covid-19 for people However, since the outbreak in the community on February 20 until now, Cambodia has found more than 8,100 people infected with Covid-19, more than 5,200 people are being treated and 59 people have died. Phnom Penh capital alone has about 6,000 cases. With the sudden increase in the number of Covid-19 cases, hospitals have become overwhelmed, and some Covid-19 patients have had to self-treat at home. Facing the urgent situation, the Cambodian government had to apply drastic measures such as blocking the entire capital of Phnom Penh and the adjacent city of Ta Khmao for the first time, setting up a curfew, prohibiting travel between localities. , and the creation of “red zones” – high-risk zones in the capital, to stop the infection chain. The blockade order was issued on the night of April 14 and was applied immediately on April 15, so many Cambodians were surprised. When the blockade was executed, people’s lives were more difficult than before, both because of the loss or loss of jobs, and because of isolation and blockade, there were also some people reacting to this order. . But until now, after the propaganda of the government, a large number of people have supported the blockade order, and determined that this is a necessary step to control the epidemic. Economic activity is affected, the government implements support policies In recent years, the Government of Cambodia has used limited and phased administrative measures to ensure efficiency in preventing epidemics and minimizing the impact on the country’s economy. The government also decentralizes the provinces to decide on their own measures of travel restriction, curfew or blockade in their own areas to proactively respond. Accordingly, Preah Sihanouk province has banned people from entering and leaving the province from March 4, the capital Phnom Penh ordered a curfew from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am from April 1, many other provinces such as Kampong Speu, Sieam Reap later That also imposed a curfew in the evening, on April 7, the Cambodian government banned travel between provinces and now the capital Phnom Penh and Takhmao city are completely blocked. The curfew, travel restriction or blockade has affected economic activities, trade of people as well as made the lives of many families difficult. Especially, most affected are those who work in service, food, and unskilled jobs because most of them do not have savings or savings. However, the Government of Cambodia does not ban goods transportation, even encourages businesses to maintain food and food supply activities to ensure people’s lives. The government also has policies to support money, food, food, asking property owners to exempt or reduce rent, banks relax debts and not charge interest to reduce the burden on households suffering from effects of the disease. Coping scripts Covid-19 of Cambodia The epidemic situation in Cambodia is still in a very stressful period with hundreds of new cases detected every day despite drastic measures of the government. Up to now, there have been more than 8,100 cases of Covid-19, of which 7,648 were related to the public infection on February 20. This situation requires the Government of Cambodia to continue to take more effective measures to curb and stop the spread of the disease. After applying a blockade measure with the capital Phnom Penh and Takhmao city, the Phnom Penh government has stepped up a step further by zoning the “red zone” with some high-risk areas, people in This is prohibited from leaving the home for any reason other than medical. Food quantity and food are also transported by the government to the front door of the households. If other regions have more Covid-19 cases, these “red zones” will expand. The government also leaves open the possibility of prolonging the blockade time if the situation does not change positively. In addition to maintaining and controlling strict implementation of the blockade, the Cambodian government also resumed its Covid-19 vaccination campaign with the goal of vaccinating 1 million people a month and will soon vaccinate about 80 people. % of population equivalent to 13 million people. Up to now, Cambodia has injected nearly 1.3 million people, equivalent to 1/16 of the country’s population. Cambodia is one of the countries with the highest proportion of people vaccinated against Covid-19 in the region.

One of Sweden’s most densely populated regions has declared a ‘private blockade’ amid the country’s highest recorded new infections.
Mikael Kohler, health official in Uppsala district, Sweden, said: “We have asked residents of Uppsala district to conduct a” private blockade “, as the authorities recorded the number of new infections in the area. This is the highest in the country, Euronews reported on April 14.

“Accordingly, people should only have close contact with people who live with them. If they have to meet another person, it is necessary to consider that the person may be carrying a disease”, Mr. Kohler explained further.

Dr Anders Tegnell, a Swedish epidemiologist, said: “The measures taken against corona virus are completely consistent with the epidemiological situation in Uppsala district. This provision is not much different from the Swedish government’s message that requires people to practice social distance and limit communication as much as possible ”.

Swedish residents passed by a bulletin board that read: “Danger is not over. Keep your distance,” in the center of Uppsala district. Photo: AFP.

Preventive measures have been introduced in the face of increasing recognition of new Covid-19 infections.

Uppsala County found an average of 908 cases per 100,000 people in the past week, higher than the average rate of new infections across Sweden with 772 cases. “Therefore, the new rules are absolutely necessary,” said Mikael Kohler.

Uppsala District has 2 universities, Uppsala University and Swedish Agricultural Science University. “A lot of young people come and come here. This is the main reason leading to the number of new infections continuing to increase here ”, Mr. Kohler added.

Some argue that the Swedish government has been “very passive” compared to neighboring countries in fighting the epidemic since it became a worldwide pandemic.

Sweden has strengthened quarantine measures since the second outbreak in October 2020, including limiting the concentration of people in stores and in public places. However, Sweden does not require complete isolation like Great Britain or France.

On April 13, Sweden recorded an average of 587 new infections per 1 million people in the last 7 days, mainly infected with virus variants from the UK. This figure far exceeds that of other countries in Europe, including France and Poland.
