From Bianba to Qamdo, it was the easiest day for me to Tibet this time. I just got down from the snow-capped mountains, and the excitement is still there. This day is so flat. I look at the clouds and the mountains along the way, and I walked along the road from the early morning with the sun. The sky is full of afterglows in the evening, and there are scenery and constant discoveries all the way. It has been more than half a month since I drove in Tibet this time, and I have been driving almost every day, and this day is the most comfortable, easy to walk, and no burden, all the way to see the scenery. 1. Speaking of G349, what kind of road is this? The unfamiliar national highway G349 starts and ends from Chaya County, Changdu, Tibet to Saga County, Xigaze City. The places it passes through are Chaya, Luolong, Bianba, Jiali, Mozhugongka, Nedong, Dha-nang, Gongga, Qushui, Langkazi, Gyangze, Bailang, Xigaze, Xietongmen, Lazi, Angren , Saga. In fact, many people are not familiar with this one. It is a road going east-west along northern Tibet. This time we walked from Zhongyu Township in Bianjiali County to Jinling Township in Bianba County, and then crossed Xia Gongla. Mountain, keep walking, and finally arrive at Qamdo. 2. Scenery all the way, easy all the way Although yesterday I walked the most difficult section of Tibet to cross Xia Gongla Mountain, today it is a completely flat road. It’s so pleasant to watch the scenery and listen to music along the way. G349 is actually in the refurbishment stage. If it is completely repaired, it will become another choice for Tibet and tourism. The scenery in this area is also very good. In the future, G318 will enter Tibet deliberately, and then G349 and G317 will go out of Tibet and return to Chengdu. On this day, we took the section from Bienba, Luolong to Chaya, and finally went to Qamdo from G317. From the beginning of sunrise to the end of sunset, most of the whole day was on National Highway 349. 3. Complaining that the peach blossoms in Linzhi, Tibet are “the most expensive peach blossoms in the world” I was idle along the way and watched the Internet. I found that there were a lot of complaints about Linzhi taking photos of peach blossoms this year. The main reason was the high cost and the fact that I had not yet captured anything. Others said that the soul was not purified when they came to Tibet, on the contrary the wallet was “purified.” Indeed, tourism in Nyingchi, Tibet has exploded this year, so the most direct manifestation is the increase in hotel room prices, not only in the core area of the peach blossoms, but also the better rooms are more than 1,000 yuan, even the hotels along the way have also risen to four or five hundred yuan. This makes it difficult for many people to accept. Apart from hotels, it is the skyrocketing of air tickets. Cheap air tickets cannot be bought, and even return air tickets are not easy to buy. If you come by car, go over the mountains and run long distances, you will encounter congestion, which will cause a lot of difficulties and cost a lot! So some people say that it is easy to think of peach blossoms, but difficult to see peach blossoms. In addition to having a good health, you also need to have money… In fact, there are peach blossoms everywhere and you can see them everywhere, but Linzhi’s peach blossoms are so lucky this year… 4. The G318 line is congested due to ice and snow, which is caused by unfamiliar and irregular ice and snow roads The network also saw the congestion of the Sejila section of the G318 line yesterday, which was a bit serious. In the past few days, the Sejila section of Route 318 has been heavily congested due to ice and snow. A friend was stuck here for 12 hours the night before and only went down at 4 o’clock in the morning. “It’s cold and hungry at an altitude of 4500. It’s unforgettable”. The deepest memory of the trip to Tibet is not Linzhi peach blossoms, but the cold Sejila Mountain. The time I passed two days ago was also blocked for more than an hour. Since it was morning and there were not many vehicles, I passed with luck. However, I saw that there are many reasons for the congestion here, mainly caused by chaos. First of all, some big trucks were afraid to drive because of ice and snow, and stopped directly on the side of the road, occupying some roads. In addition, the drivers of small vehicles were helpless and inexperienced on the ice and snow roads. Some people simply did not dare to go; some would not go; Others did not abide by the rules and jumped into the queue randomly, causing the roads to be crowded and jammed. Another important reason is that most car drivers don’t use snow chains and don’t know how to install them. Moreover, they don’t know how to install snow chains and drive the car to the side of the road. Instead, they stop directly on the road and install them on site. Being proficient, or even not capable, hinders the passage of vehicles behind. Here is a reminder to learn about knowledge before taking the Sichuan-Tibet line, know how to drive on snow, learn to install snow chains, and also to drive according to traffic regulations, not to rush to the road, it is convenient for people, and it is convenient for yourself. Otherwise, this kind of congestion, everyone is a victim and also has a responsibility 5. Tibetans don’t eat dog meat, but they eat cows and pigs. Do you know how to slaughter them? Yesterday I arrived at Zhongyu Township, Nagqu Region, which belongs to the hinterland of Tibet. It is an important transportation road and is relatively remote. In the morning, I went to a restaurant opened by a Chongqing native for breakfast. I saw two dogs at the door and thought it was raised by the boss. He said no, it was a local Tibetan dog, a stray dog. He said that these two dogs had been guarding here last year. They went home for more than two months during the Chinese New Year. They only came back not long ago. The next day they found them and kept guarding here. These two dogs are very docile and obedient. The boss also said that the two dogs are “squeamish” and don’t eat leftovers, so he feeds them bones and some leftover meat every day. In addition to dogs, there are some yaks in front of the door. I didn’t expect that these yaks would like to eat leftovers, and a few pigs would also come to fight for food. I think this pig is savage and looks like a wild boar. The boss said that this is a Tibetan pig. It is very expensive. A pig will sell for more than 40 yuan per catty, and a pig of more than 100 catties can sell for four to five thousand yuan. . The boss also said that although Tibetan pigs are expensive and delicious, but the local Tibetans do not bleed the pigs, so the processed pork is not delicious, even a bit fishy. He said that Tibetans believe in Buddhism and do not kill, so they do not eat dog meat. As for pigs and cows, Han people are invited to help slaughter them, but they are all strangled to death by hanging them without bloodletting. The cost of slaughtering a pig is 200 yuan

In mid-March 2021, I participated in a Sichuan-Tibet line photography group. I set off from Chengdu to Nyingchi to shoot peach blossoms. It took 15 days and cost 16,800. The content of this article is the fifth day.

Due to the impact of the epidemic, people were depressed at home for a whole year. This year’s tourism broke out, and Linzhi was the first to “blow out”.

In fact, March is not the best season to enter Tibet, but the end of March is the season of peach blossoms in Nyingchi. Millions of wild peach blossoms are full of mountains and plains, as well as villages and river beaches. Some people say that peach blossoms are everywhere. Why do you have to go to Linzhi to see peach blossoms? Although there are peach blossoms, can there be so many plants that can bloom freely? In addition, there are blue sky and white clouds, snow-capped mountains and valleys, and Nanga Bawa, one of the most beautiful snow-capped mountains in the world? In addition to the special scenery, there are also the publicity and hype in the past few years. Photography has brought the essence and myth of Linzhi’s peach blossoms and attracted more photographers to shoot. Who doesn’t want to be able to shoot “blockbuster” and shock themselves even more What about others? Nowadays, Chinese photography has become a kind of mass entertainment, and who has a camera does not want to use photos to prove their status and goodness? Isn’t Lin Zhi the best choice for a shooting spot that many people admire but is not familiar with? Besides, there are still a large number of self-media people who have arrived, or are still on the road, contributing to the situation… When you enter Tibet, the first thing you see is the opening of wild peach trees. There are many such wild peach trees on Line 318, but they are not scaled up, and they are already in full bloom at low altitudes. And when you get to the high place, Dongda Mountain is covered with snow. It turned out that it snowed just yesterday. The scenery is really beautiful. 1. It’s a bit early to enter Tibet in March, and a large number of cyclists have not set off yet It was the second day after I took the 318 line. I crossed the Jinsha River and entered Tibet in the morning. This is also the third time I entered Tibet on the 318 line. I saw two travellers riding motorcycles while resting in Lawu Mountain. It takes courage to ride this season. The weather is too cold. Once it encounters rain and snow, it will be too cold! I saw him wearing a raincoat outside, making a cup of hot coffee during a break, and then hurried on the road again… The last thing I did not expect was that I saw a bicycle with less than ten people this time. In 2013, I took this line. There were too many people riding. Now there are fewer people playing, or the season is early. Some? In fact, what I admire most on the Sichuan-Tibet line are cyclists and hikers. They are the real heroes. Unfortunately, I saw very few this time… 2. How much does it cost to eat a meal in Tibet? Eight dishes cost less than 43 yuan per person. Entering Tibet this morning, the first stop is Mangkang County. I will eat at the county seat at noon, a very casual Sichuan restaurant. I ordered eight dishes, including two meat dishes. The final bill was 681 yuan (two sets). For 16 people, the average per person was less than 43 yuan. This dish is done well and everyone is very satisfied! In fact, as far as eating is concerned, there are many Sichuan restaurants along this road, which are not expensive. Mangkang is a meeting point. There are vehicles from Sichuan Line 318 and tourists from Yunnan Line 214 in the south. They meet here, and then they enter Tibet along Line 318 together. 3. The price of Mangkang Hotel has increased sharply today! Linzhi line travel accommodation is very tight! Everything went smoothly when I entered Tibet. I moved into the mangkang county as originally planned. Rumei Town , Live in a pre-booked hotel (200 yuan for a standard room). Go around and take some pictures casually. However, it was found that there were very few cars passing by the 318 line. It turned out that the Dongdashan line had problems with the snowy roads, and vehicles were restricted as well. As a result, vehicles were stranded in the area from Mangkang County to Meiru Town. This makes the accommodations tight. The hotel I stayed in has risen to 580 yuan at night, and there are no rooms. It is said that the price of Mangkang County has also increased. During dinner at night, Old Xu told me that for the next Ranwu Lake and Bomi, he had not reserved enough rooms. When he arrived, he had to find a place to live on his own and let me share a room with someone else… Here is a reminder to friends who come to Nyingchi to see the peach blossoms, they must first book a hotel along the way, otherwise they may have “nowhere to settle”. This year, Tibet’s Linzhi line travels hot, and the accommodation is not enough… 4. The Batang Shuimogou RV camp on Line 318 charges 20 yuan. During this trip to Tibet, several friends asked me if I saw the RV camp. To be honest, I have not paid much attention to it. Today I finally saw one on the side of the road a few kilometers away from Batang County . This is called “Shuimogou RV Camp”. The boss said that the cost is 20 yuan, and you can add water to the car and wash the car. There are guest rooms, restaurants, supermarkets, and toilets nearby. This camp is on the edge of Line 318, and on the other side is the Jinsha River, the boundary between Tibet and Sichuan. There is a big turn here and the scenery is very beautiful. The boss told me that they had purchased electrical equipment, and in a few days, they could use electricity in addition to adding water to the car. The boss said that there have been a lot of cars parked here in recent days. In addition to standard RVs, there are also many “bed cars” and other types of travel vehicles. Most of them have been in Tibet early in the morning… However, during this trip, I found that there are not many real RVs. What is going on? 5. What should I eat when I enter the plateau? Can I drink alcohol? Regarding eating, you have to follow your fate on the journey, and don’t deliberately ask for and look for what you encounter. After all, there is not much room for choice on the plateau. If you have an endorsement in advance, you can look for the past directly. But my recommendation is to eat more vegetables and less meat, especially foods that are rotten and easy to digest. In short, don’t ruin your stomach or cause gastrointestinal discomfort. In addition, do not eat too much at every meal on the plateau. You can prepare some snacks at ordinary times. It is mainly not hungry. I have a precedent of overeating. For drinking, try not to drink on the plateau, especially those who are new to the plateau, there must be an adaptation process. For experienced people, you can drink moderately, which is good for rest and sleep, but you must be restrained and not unscrupulous. In short, the diet of highland travel is very important. Try not to eat or try some unsure foods, eat as little as possible, drink more water and eat fruits.

These days, visiting K-Pop idol’s Instagram, you will easily see many pictures taken with cherry blossoms. Tiffany Young was engrossed in watching the flowers but still did not forget to show off her long, long legs. Yeri (Red Velvet) excitedly showed off a series of selfies with warm cherry blossoms and spring sunshine. Despite wearing a mask and simple clothing, Yeri still stands out. Jiae (Lovelyz) is as lovely as a lady who comes out from a manga dressed in a harmonious outfit that matches the blooming cherry blossoms. Leader Soyeon (G) I-DLE played even bigger, investing in hanbok to take beautiful pictures with flowers. Kim Se Jeong, who was busy filming, still did not forget to stop taking pictures to capture the best blooming moment. Jennie (BLACKPINK) is also not out of the trend when releasing more than 10 pictures posing with flowers.

Blooming cherry blossoms make the scenery in Japan even more beautiful, but this is the earliest blooming year in the history of 1,200 years.

Japanese cherry blossoms in full bloom, setting the record for the earliest blooming time of 1,200 years Cherry blossoms, also known as ‘sakura’, the symbol of Japan in bloom, the country is experiencing one of the best times of the year. White and pink flowers bloom throughout the cities and mountainous regions, and thousands of petals cover the ground. For more than a thousand years, Japanese people who have maintained the tradition of seeing cherry blossoms often experience a period of ‘peak full bloom’ only a few days. People often flock to popular places to take photos, camping right below the beautiful blooming trees. But this year, the cherry blossom season comes early and fades quickly. In downtown Kyoto, cherry blossoms are recorded in full bloom for the first time in the history of 1,200 years. Besides the joy of seeing cherry blossoms early, scientists also warn it is a sign of the ‘climate crisis’ that is threatening ecosystems everywhere. Yasuyuki Aono, a researcher at Osaka Prefecture University, collected records from Kyoto city, from historical documents, diaries that the cherry blossom season in downtown Kyoto this year is the year. as early as 1,200 years. In Tokyo, this is the second recorded early blooming time. The last time cherry blossoms peaked at this time of year was 1953, almost 70 years ago. Dr. Lewis Ziska, from Columbia University’s environmental health science, said: “As global temperatures warm, the last frosts of spring appear earlier and flowering occurs early. than”. The timing of peak blooms varies from year to year depending on many factors including weather and precipitation but the recent trend has been ‘earlier and earlier’. “Cherry blossoms are very sensitive to temperature,” said Yasuyuki Aono. Flowering and blooming may be earlier or later depending on the temperature. The winter is very cold, but spring comes surprisingly fast and warm. Young shoots wake up after a period of full rest. ” However, early blooming cherry blossoms are just the tip of the iceberg, a worldwide phenomenon that can destabilize the natural systems and economies of nations. There are two sources of increased heat that are the main drivers of earlier blooms, urbanization and climate change. With increasing urbanization, cities tend to become warmer than surrounding rural areas, known as the heat island effect. But there’s a bigger reason why climate change is causing temperatures in the region and around the world to soar. The day when cherry blossoms bloom early not only appear in Japan, but also occur in some other areas such as Washington, USA. And these earlier blooming days are not only a matter of tourists scrambling to see the flowers in full bloom before their petals fall, but they also have a long-term impact on the entire ecosystem and threaten the existence of many species. The effects of climate change are not limited to cherry blossoms. Many other plant species also experience changes in their lifecycle, which can even drastically affect the stability of their ecosystems. In some areas, farmers may have to change the type of crop. Some climates become too hot for what the tree can tolerate to thrive. Meanwhile, other climates experience more floods, more snow, and increased humidity in the air, which limits the plants that can be planted.

In April, Mui Ne, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province not only have the blue sea, white sand, and golden sunshine inviting the crossroads but the beauty of the apricot flowers along the two sides of the Vo Nguyen Giap route (from the city center. Phan Thiet to Hon Rom) is also attracting many people.
This season, those who for the first time stepped foot on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, the poetic coastal road of Phan Thiet City, were thrilled by the splendor of the apricot flowers.

Apricot is known by many different names, being the Japanese cherry blossom, the cherry bean tree or the fake cherry tree. This plant is quite similar to cherry blossoms, but the difference is that apricot beans are adorned with a slight pink color, double leaves, and green and white. In many parts of the world, apricot beans are also grown as green runways to prevent fire and wind. Tourists take pictures on the “road of apricot flowers” in Phan Thiet In the coastal city of Phan Thiet, through the Lunar New Year, bright pink apricot branches flooded the road again. The beauty of apricot flowers is even more prominent thanks to the blue color of Mui Ne Bay, combined with the golden sand stretching along the road from the center of Phan Thiet city to Hon Rom tourist area. Not only does it have a shimmering pink color, but the apricot petals on the beach city also make visitors fall in love with the gentle and elegant fragrance. The apricot flowers were planted not long after the coastal road of Vo Nguyen Giap came into operation. The route has a starting point at Nguyen Thong roundabout (Phu Hai ward) and ends at Nguyen Huu Tho roundabout (Mui Ne ward). This 16 km long road is considered the most beautiful in Binh Thuan when winding around the romantic coast of Mui Ne Bay. Along the two sides of the road, there appeared many new urban areas interspersed with tourist areas north of Phan Thiet. The famous landmarks located on the “road of apricot flowers” checked-in by many tourists are Mui Ne sand hill, Wine castle …

I missed the Wuhan cherry blossoms, 60 kilometers away from the city, there are more than 40,000 mu of rhododendrons. At this time, the flowers are blooming into the sea. If you miss it again, you will have to wait for the coming year.

I first met rhododendrons in the northern mountains when I was a child. When spring came up to pick wild vegetables, I saw the crevices of the cliffs and mountains, and there were pink flowers swaying in the wind. They were particularly eye-catching among the green hills and green trees. , But I wanted to walk in but couldn’t climb up.

The adults told me that the azaleas bloom so beautifully, for fear of being damaged by people, that’s why they like to grow in the crevices of the cliffs. From then on, I also planted a dream of getting close to the rhododendron. I imagined that one day I could see a sea of rhododendrons in the mountains that I could walk into.

Yunwu Mountain, located in the Mulan Cultural and Ecological Tourism Zone of Huangpi District in Wuhan’s “Back Garden”, is 60 kilometers away from the central city of Wuhan. It is a natural scenic area dominated by mountains and a national 5A-level tourist attraction.

When I came here at the beginning of April, it coincided with the blooming of more than 40,000 acres of azaleas in the mountains. I was fortunate to have a glimpse of the beauty. From then on, I realized my dream about the sea of azaleas when I was young.

A local friend said that the time when you came was just right, and the azaleas in Yunwu Mountain were blooming. And another voice said that if you come to Huangpi to see the rhododendrons in Yunwu Mountain, you will come to Huangpi for nothing.

As a result, on a rainy day, I took the rain into the mountain and encountered the sea of azaleas in the depths of Yunwu Mountain.

Yunwu Mountain is located in the northern mountainous area of Wuhan. It has a mild climate and humid rain. It has an ecological environment suitable for the survival and reproduction of wild rhododendrons. As a result, there are 10,000 acres of wild rhododendrons and it is also a famous rhododendron research base in the country. Every late March, the rhododendrons in the mountains and plains begin to bloom, which is famous at home and abroad.

The Yunwu Mountain in the rain highlights the three characteristics of its name “Yunwu Mountain”. Take a scenic tour bus up the mountain to see the azaleas. The mountain road is winding, and as the mountain rises all the way, the mists and clouds appear and disappear. As the altitude increased, the azaleas on the roadside gradually increased, so that the passengers on the car could not help but cheer.

The tourist bus driver said, don’t worry, the most beautiful is still on the mountain.

Yunwu Mountain is famous for its majestic and majestic mountains. The main peak is 709 meters above sea level, which is the highest peak in Wuhan. On this highest peak is the world’s longest “cantilevered glass viewing platform” certified by the Guinness Book of Records. I visited Yunwu Mountain before in December, and at that time I also experienced the power of a Yunwu Mountain tourist bus driver.

On a vertical mountain road with a slope of almost 60 degrees and elbows turning on the way, tourists screamed in fright, but the tourist bus driver was calm and calm, admiring the driver’s superb driving skills.

When heading to the sea of rhododendrons in the rain, the mountain roads rained continuously. The driver master said, “Here, the mountain roads are steep and rainy. We are already familiar with the road conditions. Don’t worry.”

How many azaleas are there in Yunwu Mountain? “Come to Yunwu Mountain, you can see a live azalea encyclopedia,” the person in charge of Mulan Yunwu Mountain Scenic Spot told everyone.

Rhododendron has a long history of cultivation in our country. There is a record of planting rhododendron as early as the Tang Dynasty in my country, and it has a history of more than 1,000 years.

It is reported that there are more than 900 varieties of azaleas in the world, more than 500 in my country, and more than 400 varieties of azaleas in Yunwu Mountain. The 10,000 acres of wild azaleas here are a wonder of China.

Mulan Yunwu Mountain Rhododendron blooms from March to May every year, and the wild rhododendrons are mainly spring and alpine rhododendrons. There are four core viewing spots in the scenic area: Huashan, Huahai, Huayang and Flower Avenue.

Huashan has the lowest elevation and the earliest flowers bloom; the sea of flowers is continuous; Huayang has the highest topography and is a concentrated growth area of alpine rhododendrons. The best spot for viewing flowers is the “Flower Viewing Avenue”, also known as the Rhododendron Valley. This is a well-preserved natural and primitive azalea forest belt with a length of about 5 kilometers. There are both wild azaleas and new artificially cultivated species along the way.

Rhododendrons in Yunwu Mountain are divided into early, middle and late blooming. From March to May, the azaleas at the three major flower viewing spots of Huashan, Huahai and Huayang will continue to bloom. The flowering period is as long as 3 months. Therefore, we missed March 4 to You can still see it in May.

In previous years, the scenic spot will hold the Rhododendron Festival during the blooming period of the azaleas. This year it was not held due to the epidemic, but it did not affect the enthusiasm of tourists to come to view the flowers, especially loved by flower lovers and photography enthusiasts.

Although it was raining, I sometimes saw young ladies in Hanfu come here to take pictures.

An oiled paper umbrella in the rain is more versatile with the weather, and the slim figure of the ladies in Hanfu makes the entire sea of flowers more beautiful and moving, and others can’t help but take a few pictures.

It is said that there is a “hundred-year-old flower king” on the top of Yunwu Mountain. It is estimated that the tree is about 100 years old and the crown diameter can reach 5-6 meters after flowering. Due to the rush of time in the rain, I did not look for this century-old Kao, but in the Huahai Plank Road, there are azalea trees that grow into big trees everywhere. The whole branches are tilted above people’s heads like waterfalls, which is spectacular. .

It can only be described in two words: beautiful.

It turned out that the rhododendron I imagined is not more than half a meter tall like a grass. I never thought that it could be covered with mountains like this, and I have never seen a rhododendron that grows into a big tree.

This is why it is better to read thousands of books than to travel thousands of miles, and to travel thousands of miles is not as good as being on the scene and witnessing it with your own eyes.

Rhododendrons, branches and clusters, bloom in spring, graceful and luxurious, especially the wild rhododendrons in the rain, appear more and more delicate and beautiful.

In April, the azaleas in the Mulan Yunwu Mountain Scenic Area in Huangpi District were in full bloom, ushering in the best flowering period, while the colorful azaleas all over the mountains and the wild, at the same time, ushered in a flower viewing boom. It is said that it was only one day on April 4th. More than 20,000 tourists came to enjoy the flowers.

From March to May, I missed the cherry blossoms in Wuhan, and don’t miss the azalea sea of Yunwu Mountain when you come to Wuhan. It’s really your regret not to take a look.

There are too many ancient villages in Wuyuan. Last time we went to Xichong Village because of the recommendation of my grandmother sitting next door in a minibus. A day later, after visiting the Jiangling Scenic Area, one of China’s four major seas of flowers, I took a ride by locals to Qingyuan Ancient Village.

Like Xichong Village, Qingyuan Ancient Village is also a pristine village with no tickets. The reason for coming here is that the fellow said that there is the last sea of rape blossoms in Wuyuan. After arriving, I learned that there are more surprises beyond the sea of flowers.

ps. For the specific content of Xichong Village and Jiangling Scenic Area, you can read my previous travel notes:

One of China’s four big seas of flowers, terraces, seas of flowers, old trees and villages, so leisurely and beautiful

At the junction of Jiangxi, Anhui, and Zhejiang, there is an ancient village in secret, where the beauty Xi Shi lives forever

Qingyuan was built in the Kaiyuan reign of the Tang Dynasty (674 AD) and has a history of more than 1,300 years. It is also a village located at the junction of the three provinces of Zhejiang and Jiangxi in a true sense. It is surrounded by mountains, separated from Wulong Mountain in Xiuning County, Huangshan City, Anhui Province, and separated by Jinmaling Mountain from Kaihua, Zhejiang. The village was built in a valley between two mountain ridges. It was the place chosen by the ancestors to avoid chaos. Because of the remote and beautiful environment, it is known as the “Little Peach Garden”.

The distance from Jiangling to Qingyuan Village is not too far, but all the way along the winding mountain road, the large sea of wild azaleas on the rock walls on both sides of the mountain also allows us to see the beauty of another color in Wuyuan in spring. On the way, I also encountered a mountain lake, inlaid in the mountains like jasper, which is very magnificent.

Hovering all the way deep in the mountains, we finally arrived at the ancient village. Qingyuan Village was built along a small stream. The houses on both sides of the stream are uneven. Every few meters there is a small bridge connecting the two banks. Visitors can walk through it freely. There is a kind of ancient charm of “small bridge and flowing water people”.

Qingyuan Village is a multi-surnamed village dominated by Zhan, and it is also one of the birthplaces of the Zhan family in Huizhou. The ancestral home of the famous Chinese railway engineer Zhan Tianyou is here. For thousands of years, Qingyuan Village has experienced many celebrities, especially during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Today, the village still retains dozens of ancient Hui-style houses typical of the Ming and Qing dynasties, such as the old mansions of dignitaries such as “Da Shi Di”, “Doctor Di” and “Zhi Zheng Di”, telling of the past glory here.

In the residential buildings along the river bank of Qingyuan Village, a wooden roof is mostly set up in front of the gate, and there are chairs on the side along the river. It is said to be a place for pedestrians and villagers to rest and enjoy the coolness. Every interval there are stone steps down to Xibu for the villagers to wash clothes and vegetables. We walked and stopped all the way, and saw many villagers slurping here, and lamented that this is probably the most authentic ancient village.

Along the small river all the way down, through a stone covered bridge, is a natural rapeseed terraced field. We came from Jiangling. Most of the rapeseeds in Jiangling have died, and the rapeseeds in Qingyuan are still blooming. Probably because of the high altitude and low temperature. There were almost no tourists here, and we also had a great time playing in the sea of flowers.

However, because of the high altitude, when we came at the end of March, the peach blossoms on both sides of the stream in Qingyuan Village had just emerged with red buds. If you go at this time, the peach blossoms are in full bloom, which is another kind of beauty.

Qingyuan Village now has no tickets and no commercial development, and it still maintains its original ecological appearance. Because the road is remote, it has not been surrounded by large-scale tourists. However, when we came, we still met some photographers and painters who came here to collect the scenery. If you like the authentic ancient villages, why not come and have a look early!
