Wang Gao, a descendant of Fancha (who used to be in charge of Jianzhou Youwei), led the Jianzhou Jurchen troops to attack Fushun and looted them violently. Then they attacked Liaoyang, killed several Ming dynasty officers, and shocked the Ming court. Li Chengliang, the general army of Liaodong in the Ming Dynasty, assembled his forces to attack Jianzhou Youwei. Nikan Wailan came forward to persuade the city to surrender Gule.
