Designer Cuong Dam has marked his fashion journey with a collection of FUSION inspired by the East and the West, the beauty of the past and present is conveyed in parallel with the spirit of royal approval. Nam Phuong, bringing a contemporary breath to each design.

Throughout the collection are contemporary images developed from many popular materials such as peach bibs, four-piece flaps, do paper fans. The Phuc Viet inspiration at the same time also becomes a stretching red thread.

Each outfit is favorably given its own name. ROSEWOOD is inspired by the white silk dress of Queen Nam Phuong, with improvised folds on a minimalistic form. Or, TIMBER combines bold menswear inspiration with the image of a calendar queen in a sleeveless dress.

Peach bibs are cleverly integrated with contemporary innovations, reminiscent of old memories of Northern girls with slim shoulders and sexy bee backs. At the same time, it is also the designer’s intention to highlight the hidden charm of the old woman.

Designer Cuong Dam brought the image of cones, palm leaves fan, paper fan, areca fruit on his costume.

The movement of the paper fans creates rhythmic contours from sleeve to chest cup creases, resonating with raglan hand curled with youthful ruffles.

Prominent on the SAPELE blazer is the button detail developed from the areca image – becoming a unique highlight for this design.

Intangible cultural heritages such as Nam Son mat are cleverly integrated into the trendy outfits. Crinkle Crepe Wool is inspired by the papyrus mat surface, along with the curvaceous cuts like a palm leaf fan.

The process of studying Vietnamese costumes with variations has brought the design a cross between traditional and modern. Since then, promoting the spirit of freedom, freedom, and creative breakthroughs.
