<p>The US airline Delta is looking for staff again. 1000 pilots are to be hired in the coming months. Virologist Gregory Towers and colleagues at University College London cultured the coronavirus in human lung cells. They compared cells infected with Alpha with those infected with previous variants of the coronavirus. The team found that alpha-containing lung cells produced less interferon. Interferon is a protein produced naturally by cells in the immune system. They also found that in cells with Alpha, defense genes activated by interferon were less effective than in cells infected with other strains. They found that Alpha-infected cells made a lot of extra copies &#8211; about 80 times more than other variants &#8211; of a gene called Orf9b. According to previous research by molecular biologist Nevan Krogan and colleagues at the University of California, San Francisco, Orf9b makes a viral protein that attacks Tom70 &#8212; a protein needed to release interferon when the virus enters the body. body. <p>This is the first data center in Vietnam that meets Uptime Tier 3 standards in both design (TCCD) and construction and operation (TCCF).</p>
<p>Uptime Tier 3 is the 3rd on the Uptime Institute&#8217;s four-tiered data center scale.</p>

<p>To meet the strict standards of Uptime Institute, ecoDC uses 100% of infrastructure equipment from two strategic partners, Delta and Arista.</p>
<p>Besides, this Data Center also uses an inrow cooling system. This is an energy saving technology for the first time deployed in Vietnam with the ability to control the cooling temperature to each server.</p>
<p>This system includes air conditioning running along the rack with hot air intake assist. Thanks to that, ecoDC can increase cooling efficiency and reduce power consumption.</p>
