Speaking of gardens, people always think of the gentle and elegant Jiangnan gardens for the first time. In fact, in the south of our country, there are also beautiful Lingnan gardens that are amazing to the world. Unlike the drizzle and affectionate Jiangnan sentiment, the beauty of Lingnan gardens lies in the inadvertent expression of the intoxicating affection of the city. Among the many Lingnan gardens, the most famous is the “Liang Garden” in Foshan. As a model of Lingnan style gardens, Liang Garden is recognized as the first of the “Four Famous Gardens in Lingnan”. It was built in the Jiaqing and Daoguang reigns of the Qing Dynasty. It took more than 50 years to complete. It integrates the mansion, ancestral hall, garden and pavilion. The courtyard space adopts the Lingnan style, and the landscape of the garden pursues natural elegance. It is the Qing dynasty Lingnan literati garden. Classic masterpiece. Liangyuan is located on the Pioneer Ancient Road, Songfeng Road, Chancheng District, Foshan. After more than 100 years of vicissitudes of wind and rain, this ancient architectural and cultural treasure still stands in the “cracks” of the modern reinforced forest. It is a miracle worthy of admiration. On the busy Songfeng Road Pioneer Trail, the door of Liangyuan is not domineering, but when you pass through the third gate, you will know the beauty of the Lingnan House. The pursuit of being away from the hustle and bustle and the joy of Linquan in the metropolis is the ultimate hobby of ancient literati in Foshan. Today, this quiet environment and artistic conception are perfectly preserved in Liangyuan. A door is separated from the busy and noisy surroundings, and you are a quiet and authentic paradise on earth, where all the impulsiveness of the world disappears instantly, as if you are in another time and space. Passing through the busy traffic and bustle of the city, walking into Liangyuan, you will find that there is a unique cave here. Although you are in a busy city, you can enjoy a rare tranquility and tranquility. From pavilions and pavilions to Qushui loops, from forests and interesting stones to blue brick alleys, everything in the garden is elegant and full of poetry and painting. It’s refreshing. Liang Yuan is the general name of Foshan’s Liang Family Garden. It was built by local poets and book masters Liang Airu, Liang Jiuzhang, Liang Jiuhua, and Liang Jiutu’s uncle and nephew. It took more than 50 years to build during the Jiaqing and Daoguang reigns of the Qing Dynasty. The entire garden is mainly composed of Wuluozhai, Qunxing Caotang, Fenjiang Caolu, Hanxiang Pavilion and other architectural groups. It is large in scale and covers an area of more than 21,000 square meters. As one of the typical representatives of Lingnan literati gardens in the Qing Dynasty, Liangyuan’s mansion, ancestral hall and garden are integrated, and the Lingnan-style “garden” space changes repeatedly, and the style is elegant. The landscape gardening group is eclectic, pursuing elegant, natural, and picturesque pastoral charm. The garden is full of shades of fruit and trees, rich in the characteristics of Lingnan water town. The old buildings in Liangyuan have rarely undergone large-scale renovations, and the historical traces are well preserved. The brick pavilions that linger in them all show a characteristic unique to the classical Lingnan. The style is complete, light and transparent, and the buildings are fully integrated during the period. It is a brick and wood structure, decorated with wood carvings and brick carvings, which are elegant and delicate. It is worth mentioning that Liang Yuan is unique in its variety of different shapes of stones, large and small stones, and ingenious setting and combination. During the period, the art of mountain rock was second to none. According to legend, there were more than 400 strange stones in Liangyuan, and there were wonderful stones in Taihu, Lingbi, Yingde and other places in the garden, which has the reputation of “more stones than books”. Although the Liang Garden today is not as prosperous as it was in the Qing Dynasty, fortunately, you can still enjoy the architectural wonders of this Lingnan courtyard in this bustling city. Here, you can spy on the beauty of prominent literati families, marvel at the exquisiteness of ancient man-made landscapes, admire one stone and one bridge, read one painting and one poem, and stare at Foshan in silence.

Wuhan, Hubei, has been a military and commercial center in southern China since the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. It has a history of 3,500 years. Rich historical and cultural resources have left a large number of natural and cultural attractions in Wuhan. When traveling to Wuhan, in addition to the famous East Lake and Yellow Crane Tower, there are also many historical sites worth seeing in the urban area, and Gude Temple is one of them. Gude Temple, located on Huangpu Road in Hankou, was founded by Master Longxi in the third year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1877). It was originally named Gude Maopeng, which means “good spirits of the ancients, Pudu with virtue”. The temple building we see now was rebuilt and expanded in November 1926 by the later Master Changhong, which lasted 5 years. Since then, the Gude Temple has experienced wars and natural disasters, and only the Yuantong Hall has been preserved intact. Today’s Gude Temple covers an area of nearly 30,000 square meters and has a construction area of nearly 8,000 square meters. Together with Guiyuan Temple, Baotong Temple, and Xilian Temple, they are collectively called the four jungles of Wuhan. Although this large hidden temple in the city is not as famous and area as the Guiyuan Temple, and there is no endless stream of worshippers, it has become the only one in the religious world in Wuhan with its rich exotic architectural style, and it is also rare in the country. Buddhist temple. Many people would think it was a mosque or a Western church when they first saw Gude Temple, but would never have thought that it was actually a Buddhist temple. The architectural style of the temple is ingeniously mixed with the elements of the world’s five major religions. It is completely different from the traditional temples with yellow tiles, red pillars and angled cornices. It is known as “a great wonder of Buddhist resorts” and “the first wonder of Buddhist temples in Han Dynasty”. The beautiful-looking Yuantong Hall is the core building of the whole temple. The temple is modeled after the Ananda Temple in Myanmar. The architectural structure combines ancient Greek and Roman, medieval Catholicism, South Asian and Southeast Asian Buddhist architectural styles, especially the round windows on the walls. It is very similar to the long window and the Christian church, and the pagoda on the top of the pagoda is no different from the cross. In addition, the Yuantong Palace also maintains certain Chinese elements. In addition to the windows inlaid with Eight Diagrams, the eaves also erected the twenty-four gods in Buddhist mythology in accordance with the custom of enshrining ridge beasts in ancient China. The top of the building represents the nine pagodas of the five Buddhas and four bodhisattvas. No matter which direction you look at, you can only see seven of them, which coincides with the Taoist saying of “the seven beaks show and two are hidden.” The Yuantong Palace covers an area of more than 1,000 square meters, and the architectural structure adopts the processing method of traditional Chinese architecture with the shape of “jian” as the space unit. The eighth-level lotus seat enshrines the Buddha Shakyamuni, Amitabha and Medicine Buddha. The architect skillfully used natural lighting to make every beam of light refract just right, presenting the golden light and auspiciousness. As a jungle of Mahayana Buddhism passed down in the Han Dynasty, Gude Temple integrates the three Buddhist schools of Mahayana, Theravada and Tibetan Buddhism. Exquisitely carved lions, white elephants, golden-winged birds, peacocks and other gods and beasts of Southeast Asian Hinayana Buddhist temples can be seen everywhere in the temple. Among them, one of the four-faced Buddha, which was invited from Thailand at a huge investment in 1997, is one of the Buddhas enshrined in Theravada Buddhism. It is said that the wish is very effective. Openness and integration are the foundation for a nation to maintain its vitality. The Gude Temple fully demonstrates the characteristics of Chu culture’s aggressiveness, innovation, and non-rejection of foreign culture. It is worth it whether it is a friend interested in Buddhism or a photography enthusiast. Come here and have a look. Transportation: Take bus No. 3, No. 4, No. 30, No. 509, No. 707, No. 802, and No. 2 city tourist line.

Tianshui, Gansu, was called Qinzhou in ancient times. It is an important birthplace of the Chinese nation and the Chinese civilization. Because the “head of the three emperors” Fuxi created gossip here, it is called “the hometown of Emperor Xi”. The rich historical and cultural resources have left 470 cultural relics under protection in Tianshui. In addition to the well-known Maijishan Grottoes at home and abroad, there are also many places of interest in the urban area that are worth seeing. Hu’s ancient residence is one of them.

Located in the center of Tianshui city, the ancient residence of the Hu family (commonly known as the Nanbei Zhaizi) is composed of Nanzhai and Beizhai, which are across the street. It was the Ming Dynasty’s deputy envoy of the Ministry of Justice of Shanxi Hu Laijin and his son Zhengqing Hu of the Taichang Temple Shaoqing Department Among Xin’s private residences, Nanzhaizi (Hu Laijin’s Mansion) was built in the 36th year of Wanli Ming Dynasty (1608), and Beizhaizi (Hu Xin’s private residence) was built in the 43rd year of Wanli (1615). As the only existing Ming Dynasty official mansion in the Northwest, the Hu family’s ancient residential buildings are basically constructed in the form of a traditional Chinese courtyard house. The houses are connected on all sides and the corridors are connected. They have the solemn and rigorous style of the northern houses and the lightness and agility of the southern ones. Without losing its boldness, it was rated as “the only and rare Ming Dynasty ancient residential complex in Gansu Province by experts and scholars”. In addition to the architectural layout and structural form, the roof ridge decorations and brick and wood carvings of the two ancient houses have high historical, artistic and scientific value. It is worth mentioning that the ancient houses have not undergone major renovations since they were built, and they still maintain the original appearance of 400 years ago, which is extremely rare in China. According to expert analysis, it is precisely because of the dry climate in the northwest that these ancient brick-and-wood houses have been well preserved. Hu Laijin and Hu Xin were famous ministers in the Ming Dynasty, and they were known as “father and son in their hometown”. In the 19th year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (1558), Hu Laijin was elected as the county magistrate. During his tenure, he was honest and upright, not afraid of power, and had a good reputation. Hu Laijin’s son, Hu Xin, was very clever since he was a child. He was a Jinshi. He served as the magistrate of Linfen, the Ministry of Industry, and the Secretary of the Shaoqing of Taichang Temple. A folk song that has been circulating in Tianshui until now: “The Hu family came out to accompany the emperor,” Hu Xin said. Because of the high prestige of the Hu family in the local area, the Hu family’s ancient houses have never been destroyed for more than 400 years, and they have been inhabited by the Hu family for generations. The traces of life and residence in the house vividly reproduce the life of large families in the northwest region at that time. The appearance is known as “the first residential building on Longshang”. In 1998, the Gansu Provincial Bureau of Cultural Relics evaluated Tianshui ancient dwellings: “It is a rare historical and cultural heritage preserved so far, and an important part of Tianshui’s historical and cultural city.” In 2007, when the cultural relics department repaired the southern house of Hu’s residence, a very hidden “treasure hole” was discovered in the ground floor of the foyer. The “treasure cave” is made of blue bricks, 2.5 meters high and 114 meters long, and reaches the second underground level. It is connected to the North House on the opposite side of the road. There are also a number of shelters on both sides of the tunnel. The room of the object. In the Ming dynasty buildings 400 years ago, there was such a large-scale underground tunnel, which is rare not only in the western region but even in the whole country. It can be called a miracle of ancient architecture. It is worth mentioning that in this “treasure cave”, there are also hundreds of boxes of gold and a hundred jars of fine wine, which can be called a veritable underground vault. As for the origin of these gold and silver treasures, it is still an unsolved mystery. Nowadays, Hu’s folk house has been turned into a museum of Tianshui folklore and ancient folk house architectural culture. You can visit it for free. If you have the opportunity, you might as well come here for a walk. Transportation: In the city, take Bus No. 1 to the Department Store Station, or take Bus No. 5 to Qinzhou Bus Station, and Bus No. 6 to Central Square North Station and get off on foot. You can also walk from Fuxi Temple.

As the dynasty with the largest territory in the world, treasures piled up in mountains. If the mass emperor tomb is found and excavated, its value will even exceed the valley where the Egyptian Pharaohs were buried.
The location of imperial tombs during the Yuan dynasty has always been a hot topic in archeology, according to the records of “Yuanshi”, most of the Yuan emperors, including Genghis Khan, were was buried in a place called “Koi Lien Coc”, which has the same meaning as “King King’s Cup” – the valley where the Egyptian pharaohs were buried.

But what is surprising is that such a huge mass of emperors’ tombs have never been found, they seem to have disappeared into thin air. “Starting the cup” – where this mysterious valley is located, is still a mystery to this day. This problem has been troubling archaeologists around the world for over 600 years since the late Yuan and early Ming dynasties, countless people have searched for the exact location of the “Kaijia Valley”. Of course, after many years of exploration, it is not without results, for example, the true location of “Starting Cup” now has some clues. Currently, in the world, there are two most valuable historical documents for studying the Mongol Empire, one is the “Yuanshi” compiled during the Ming dynasty, and the other is the “History” of Iran. However, many people have never heard of the book “History”. This book was compiled by the Prime Minister of the Yer Khanate (also known as the Yili Khanate or the Yi Er Khanate, one of the four khanates of the Mongol Empire founded in Persia in the 13th century, considered to was part of the Mongol empire that covered almost half of Central Asia). After the Mongol cavalry conquered all of Central Asia, they brought with them the secret skills unique to the Central Highlands. The book “History” was written in this context, so it belongs to the mainstream history books and its contents are quite reliable. In the “History”, it is clearly indicated the location of the “Beginner Cup” – Burkhan Khaldun Mongolian Mountains. Not only that, the “History” also lists in detail all the rivers near the mountain, which is an important basis for scholars to discover the specific location of the “Burkhan Khaldun mountain range”. In “History”, it is mentioned that the east side of the mountain is the Onon River, the northwest is “Cable Lat Hop”, the southwest is “Tula”, the south central part of the mountain is “Kep Luc Lien”, Names of rivers in Mongolian. Based on the direction of these rivers, foreign experts have finally determined the true location of the “Starting Cup” – the Great Kent mountain in present-day Mongolia. In addition, the search for the tombs of the Yuan Dynasty is not only studied by the archaeological community in China, it is also a major topic worldwide, and there are many leading scholars inside and outside China. National research on this issue. According to the “History” record, Genghis Khan and his successors were buried here, noting that the successors included not only Yuan emperors but also many the great khan of the four great Mongol khanates of more than half of the globe. Now everyone knows why archaeologists all over the world are interested in this issue. With the vast territory of the Mongol Empire, the treasures of the different races of the world in the “Starting Cup” could be piled up like mountains. If this place is found and excavated, its value will even exceed the excavation of all the tombs of the Pharaohs in Egypt. Of course, the “Beginner Cup” which is the “Mongolian Kent Mountains” above is just one of many statements, mainly attributed to many scholars around the world. Another group of scholars believe that “Starting the Cup” is near Ordos – China (a city of Inner Mongolia). This view has two bases: First, the “Eight White Houses” Genghis Khan of Ordos. The “Bai White House” is now the “Tomb of Genghis Khan” in Inner Mongolia, about 40 kilometers from the Ordos urban area, which is not only a famous 5A grade tourist attraction, but also the most important place for tourists. with people of all ethnicities in Mongolia to worship Genghis Khan. Scholars suggest that Genghis Khan’s actual burial place is probably not too far from the “Bai White House”, as the camel hair associated with Genghis Khan’s last breath is here, and the “breath” is here. last” means “soul” of the Great Khan, and the burial place of course would not be too far away. Second: Genghis Khan died midway through his conquest of the Western Summer, if the body were transported to the present “Great Kent Mountains” the journey would be too long. According to various historical records, Genghis Khan died in Lingzhou, Western Xia, now in Ningwu County, Ningxia, China. “The Secret History of Mongolia”: “In the Year of the Pig, Genghis Khan ascended to heaven after capturing the city of Duo Bon Mien Can.” “History”: “In the Year of the Pig, Han (Genghis Khan) entered Luc Ban Mountain, died on August 15. “History of the Yuan Dynasty”: “Thai To besieged Tay Ha for 22 years, in May leaped away from the summer heat in Luc Ban Mountain, descended to Tay Ha in June, and collapsed in the Thich Do Palace in Ta Ly Xuyen. in August, and was buried in the Khoi Lian Valley.” There is no doubt about the death of Genghis Khan in Lingzhou, Western Xia. So the question is, scholars have pointed out, if the Mongol court at that time would have brought Genghis Khan’s body back to the “Great Kent” mountains? If the road is so far, how should Genghis Khan’s body be preserved? These two questions are very good. Therefore, it is reasonable to say that Genghis Khan’s body was buried in Ordos, Inner Mongolia. In addition to the above two main theories, there are other theories such as Altay mountain, Luc Ban mountain where the burial site is located, and Truong Gia Khau, these statements are relatively small, so it is not necessary to repeat them here. The tombs of the Yuan dynasty are very mysterious, closely related to the Mongolian custom of “secret burial”. According to “Marco Polo’s Travels”, those who wrote the way to bury the coffins of the khan had to be killed, to prevent the news from spreading. In addition, the place where the mausoleum is located must be in the “No signs, no trees”, not have any landmarks. From the outside looking in, it is impossible to know the location of the tomb. The Mongolian custom of “secret burial” was an important reason why the Tomb of the Yuan Dynasty remained undiscovered for hundreds of years. Those who really know the location of the tombs of the Yuan emperors and the Great Khans are as secretive as the bottlenecks, unable to reveal half an hour to outsiders for a lifetime. The reason is very simple, they do not want the rest of their ancestors and themselves to be disturbed by outsiders. Diep Tu in the book “Tao Moc Tu” of the Ming Dynasty said that in the past, the way to the tomb was found by Mongol soldiers killing the young camels in front of the female camels in the mausoleum, and the female camels would recognize it. the location of the mausoleum and lead the way if needed. However, Mr. Diep’s way of finding the way does not seem to be correct, the matter of the tomb is great, how can the Mongol aristocrats find that way? Just one question: What if the mother camel died in the middle of the road or was stolen? So this statement has no basis. The tombs of such mysterious Yuan emperors are indeed closely related to the Mongolian custom of “secret burial”. Currently, it seems that Genghis Khan and the tomb of the Yuan dynasty are most likely in the Greater Kent Mountains or near Ordos. In fact, the historical records of the location of “Starting the Cup” have been thoroughly researched by experts, and now the only thing that is needed is, just to find the exact address through surveying. archeology. If it is true that the mausoleum is in China, they plan to be properly protected, but if the mausoleum is on the Mongolian side, perhaps cooperation between these two countries is needed to find the exact address.

A false door dated to 2,400 BC. Photo: Sharron Mollerus. What is a fake door? False doors were one of the most common architectural features in ancient Egyptian tombs, mainly royal tombs, dating back to the Egypt’s Old Kingdom period. False doors first appeared in the Mastaba . tombs [loại mộ cổ hình chóp cụt] It belonged to the Third Dynasty and was widely used in tombs of the Fourth to Sixth Dynasties. False doors are usually made from a monolithic limestone rock, sometimes painted red with black spots. Its shape resembles a real door with an outer frame but is longer and narrower, such as the false door in Sean Khui Ptah’s tomb located in the Teti cemetery in Saqqara, Egypt. However, in the tomb of Hesire lăng [bác sĩ của Pharaoh Djoser] and many others, false doors can be made of wood. The fake door is almost always fixed in place. But in rare cases, they can be teleported. The original form of the false door was just a small alcove facing the west. Then, the ancient Egyptians carved out a square or rectangle at the top where they believed that gods or dead relatives would appear to receive offerings. The sides of the door are stone and linoleum [bộ phận nằm trên khung cửa có tác dụng đỡ mảng tường gạch phía trên] where the Egyptians wrote hieroglyphs. During the nearly 150-year rule of Sixth Dynasty pharaohs including Pepi I, Merenre and Pepi II, the false door underwent a series of design and layout changes. Based on that, historians can date many tombs based on the characteristics of the false doors. After the First Intermediate Period, the popularity of false doors in tombs dwindled. During the New Kingdom period, false doors became simpler, just drawings on the flat surface of a wall or stele engraved with hieroglyphs. Sometimes, fake doors are painted on the sides of the stone coffin. A grave may consist of two false doors, one for the owner of the grave and the other for his or her spouse. Also, in some cases of extended family graves, each member has their own false door. Gateway to the afterlife For the ancient Egyptians, false doors were considered a gateway between the world of the living and the world of the dead. They believe that the souls of deceased relatives can pass through this door to receive offerings or offerings. The false door is usually located on the west wall of the main room in the chapel, or altar room. It is meticulously decorated, bearing the name and title of the owner of the tomb. The hieroglyphic content on the false door also refers to offerings for the deceased. Sometimes it was a curse meant to protect the mummy and their spiritual journey after death. Anyone who dares to enter or tamper with the mummy’s tomb will be met with bad luck and inevitable death. However, those with good intentions who come to make offerings will be blessed. For example, the false door in Redi-ness’s tomb at Giza (Egypt) records the following: “I never wanted to harm anyone. But anyone who dares trespass on my resting place will be punished by the gods.” The life-sized statue is walking through the fake door. Photo: Wikimedia In some of the tombs, life-sized statues were created walking out of the center of the false door. On either side of the door were painted two servants accompanying them to show their noble status. Usually, in front of the fake door there will be a stone table – where offerings for the dead are placed. Offerings can be real food or symbolic food carved directly on the table such as bread, beer, chicken, beef, etc. Currently, fake doors are one of the unique architectural features of the ancient Egyptians that are interested and studied. Although many fake doors still exist in the mausoleum grounds, there are a few that have been removed and displayed in different museums around the world. Fake door outside Egypt Egypt is not the only place where strange fake doors can be found. In 1996, tour guide Jose Luis Delgado Mamani accidentally discovered a stone gate 7m high, 2m wide in the mountains of Hayu Marca, about 35 km from the Peruvian city of Puno. It was named the “Gate of Gods”, or “Gate of the Gods”. According to legend, anyone who walks through the Gate of God will become immortal. The native Indians believe that the great heroes of the past passed through this gate to enter the land of the gods and enjoy eternal life. Gate of God in Peru. Photo: Alamy In addition to the Divine Gate in Peru, there are many ancient structures that are said to be portals to other worlds. For example, the Stonehenge stone circle in England; Gate of the Sun in Tiahuanaco, Bolivia; The Star Gate in Sri Lanka, … In January 2018, archaeologists discovered a fake door in a Greek tomb at the Al-Abd archaeological site in Alexandria. Dr Ayman Ashmawy, an expert in Egyptian antiquities, said that the fake door in this case played a role in misleading thieves, making it impossible for them to find the real door of the tomb.

According to the Bloomberg , after the trading session on May 10, the market capitalization of China’s number one food delivery company lost 16 billion USD. The plunge came after CEO Wang Xing posted a Tang Dynasty poem on Fanfou. Many people believe that the 42-year-old billionaire implied criticism of the management apparatus of the Chinese government.

A poem by a poet of the Tang Dynasty, about the phenomenon of burning books in the Qin Dynasty. “What CEO Wang posted is an anti-government poem. It shows that he is under a lot of pressure because of the investigations,” said Hao Hong, an analyst at Bocom International in Hong Kong. CEO Wang deleted the post on May 9 and denied the above rumor. He claimed to only use the verse to refer to the company’s competitors. A spokesperson for Meituan made a similar comment. Mr. Wang Xing, CEO of Meituan. Photo: China Daily. In October 2020, billionaire Jack Ma publicly criticized the Chinese banking system. As a result, Jack Ma’s startup Ant Group was forced to stop its $35 billion listing, Alibaba was investigated and fined $2.8 billion for violating antitrust laws. “Many people think that the poem posted by Wang Xing is a criticism similar to what Jack Ma said. This is not the time for Chinese businessmen to raise their voices.” Bloomberg quoted Kerry Goh, Investment Director of Kamet Capital Partners as saying. In recent years, the Chinese government has tightened supervision of technology companies. The Hang Seng Technology Index is down a record 30% from its peak in February. Meituan is also the subject of investigation by Chinese authorities for monopolistic behavior. Meituan is accused of forcing merchants to sign exclusive business contracts on its platform. On May 10, the Shanghai Consumer Council criticized Meituan for infringing on the rights of consumers.

Sung Trinh De was a brave Emperor. Outside of the chaotic army, he sadly looked back at the palace and his relatives and then chose to commit suicide according to the country.
The king is on guard for the water but powerless because the dynasty has come to an end

Chong Trinh Emperor can be considered as the emperor with the most tragic fate in the history History of the Ming Dynasty . Unlike other kings who lost their country in history, during the 17 years of Sung Trinh De’s reign, he always ruled the kingdom, carried out reforms, wiped out the parties in the court, and always worked diligently. hope to save the tragedy of the decline of the Ming dynasty. Unfortunately it’s too late! The court at that time had hundreds of thousands of holes, politics was chaotic, moreover Ming Dynasty At that time, it was in the “downhill without brake” stage, the people lamented endlessly. The area of Guangdong, Xiamen, even Hainan has snowfall, drought in the North, floods in the South, it is this extreme weather phenomenon that has fueled the fire of hatred among the people when life Theirs had fallen into an impoverished stalemate. Because of that, peasant uprisings arose everywhere, for the Ming court, it was cold and foggy, and things that were bad are now getting worse. Starting from the first year of Chong Trinh (ie 1628), there was a great drought in the North of China, the land was white and the grass could not grow, in the “Han Nam custom of the district” it was recorded that: Illustrations. “In the first year of Chongzheng, the whole Shaanxi region was red like blood. In the fifth year there was a famine; in the sixth year there was a flood; in the seventh year there was a locust plague, causing a loss of crops and famine; in September of the eighth year, Xixiang In the tenth year, there was a great drought, Luoc Duong had a great flood, and houses were ruined; in the ninth year, there was a great drought and locusts; in the tenth year, the autumn crops were completely lost; in the eleventh summer, locusts flew through the sky; … in the tenth year. three great droughts; … the fourteenth year of the great drought.” The appearance of the rebels Because to cut spending, Emperor Chong Trinh ordered the removal of the epidemic station, the savings were used for military expenses in the Northeast. But no one expected that this staff reduction would bring back Chong Trinh De a very strong enemy, which is Ly Tu Thanh. After being dismissed, Ly Tu Thanh joined the insurgent army and soon became Thunder King. In 1644, the insurgents attacked the Forbidden City. Faced with the situation of dehydration near the shelf, along with the scene of the insurgent army breaking through the main gate of Beijing, Emperor Chong Trinh’s heart was like cold ashes, completely hopeless. In fact, this emperor could have fled with his court officials to the south, to Nanjing, continuing to maintain Ming domination. Because at that time, Nanjing has always been Beijing’s subsidiary capital, Beijing has a key force, and Nanjing also has a part. Moreover, there are still some descendants of the Zhou family, who did not follow Beijing, still continue to live in Nanjing. So even if Beijing was later destroyed, Emperor Chongzhen could still establish a new government in Nanjing. If Emperor Chongzheng can escape from Beijing, with his status, position and talent, the Ming dynasty still has the opportunity to rebuild and rebuild again. But Chong Trinh De was a brave Emperor. Outside of the chaotic army, he sadly looked back at the palace and his relatives and then chose to commit suicide according to the country. The fate of the concubines who served the Chong Trinh Emperor It is surprising that many of his concubines have committed suicide with him. Emperor Chong Trinh wholeheartedly took care of the country, so his harem concubines were not many. Moreover, the affection between Emperor Chong Trinh and Empress Chau was also very good, so he did not favor many other girls. Therefore, there are very few records of his concubine in history, moreover, there are also some people of high status who died at a young age. By the time the country died, there were not many people who personally paid their respects. The relationship between Chong Trinh De and Chau Empress has always been very good, extremely close, the feelings of the two can be compared to the love of a loving couple. Chong Trinh De and Chau Empress parted for the last time, after saying goodbye, Empress Chau also hanged herself and died. In addition to the Empress, there is also Consort Yuan. After parting, Consort Yuan also tied her neck with a rope, unfortunately because her body was a bit fat, so the rope broke. Yuan Gui fell to the ground, was in a coma for a while, and then regained consciousness. When the Qing army entered, she was arranged by the Qing army in a suitable position, enjoying her old age. Concubine Dien Quy was also one of the concubines of Emperor Chong Trinh. She was also favored by the king. Unfortunately, her health was always not good, so the three princes she gave birth to were also sick and died young. Tian Guifei couldn’t get over such a shock, was too pitiful, caused constant illness, and eventually died prematurely. Consort Vuong Thuan is also one of the concubines who died early. She came from a poor background, was a maidservant next to Chau Empress, the relationship between the two of them was very good. During his time at Tin Vuong Palace, he served Emperor Chong Trinh and Empress Chau. After that, he went to the palace with the Empress, always serving by her side. Once she happened to be blessed by the Emperor Chong Trinh, she became pregnant with a dragon race. Unfortunately, after giving birth, she died of bleeding. Emperor Chong Trinh’s harem still had a few other concubines, but because of his low status, he could not personally say goodbye. Most of them chose to commit suicide, following the Chong Trinh Emperor. In the face of the threat of dehydration, the weak women showed their last resilience, taking their own lives to express the last resistance, truly making people feel.

In the feudal dynasty system of China for more than two thousand years, the emperors of the past dynasties will continue to improve the country’s bureaucratic political system based on the actual conditions of their country and the rich experience of their predecessors. Among them, the internal and external dynasty system created by Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty is the most famous . Until now, there are still many historians doing research on this new bureaucratic political system.

What is the internal and external dynasty system? The inner dynasty is a bureaucratic group dominated by the emperor’s cronies and guests, whose main function is to discuss and decide on national affairs; the outer dynasty is a political group composed of Jiuqing headed by the prime minister and other officials.

Many people have doubts about this. Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty has never before made an article on the centralization of management of the central government. Most of them follow the predecessor’s concept of governing the country. The bureaucratic political system is mostly inherited, and there are few drastic reforms. So what made Emperor Wu of Han to sharpen his sword to the political system?

1. What is the background of the birth of the “Internal and External Dynasties”?

There are only two backgrounds: the local level and the central level. Firstly Local level Looking back on the background, I have to mention Liu Bang, who founded the Han Dynasty. At the beginning of the establishment of the Han Dynasty, the national situation was unstable. In order to consolidate his emperor’s rights and further achieve the goal of unification, Liu Bang had to formulate a system of enfeoffment of kings of different surnames according to local conditions.

However, as the Han Dynasty was destined to be stable, the royal family’s power gradually concentrated, and the princes and kings who were independent from the central jurisdiction became Liu Bang’s heart disease. How could anyone snoring on the couch, Liu Bang and Lu Hou resorted to tough methods to dismantle the powers in the hands of the princes and kings one by one, and sealed all the disintegrated forces to Liu’s clan.

Obviously, Liu Bang’s behavior did not convince the public, especially the repeated killing of the founders of the country, which was too dark. I thought that the formation of a monopoly centralization would allow me to sit back and relax, but I don’t know that this is actually laying the groundwork for the chaos of the country. The war has never stopped and has not improved, especially in the period of Emperor Jing, Chao Cuo’s policy of cutting the vassal vassal is the chief culprit that directly caused the Wu and Chu Seven Kingdoms Rebellion. Once everyone unites against the central government, the central government is bound to fall into a disadvantage.

The practice of unloading the moss and killing the donkey has existed in all dynasties, but it was particularly difficult in the period of Emperor Jing, and even nearly ruined the Liu family in the end. And it is precisely such painful lessons and consequences that have become a knife that hangs on the heads of the centralized powers of later generations.

Life is difficult at the local level, and the consequences of the system are huge, and the same is true at the central level. The Han inherited the Qin system was the original bureaucratic system and administrative operation system of the Han Dynasty. What is the Qin system? During the Qin Dynasty, the state established a mechanism for the prime minister to be the head of a hundred officials in the administrative operation system. This sentence was also born during this period. The prime minister has made decisions in all major sections of the country. Rights and suggestions.

Compared with the emperor’s role in steering the country, the prime minister seems to have greater power. The emperor can provide a direction, but the prime minister knows the specific operations and implementation steps best. In fact, this kind of operating mechanism seems to be no big problem nowadays. After all, everyone knows that a person’s energy is limited, and it is almost a idiot to be able to deal with all things big and small in the country. However, this is only from the perspective of modern people and analysis based on the modern state system.

In ancient times, as this mechanism runs for longer and longer, the emperor’s psychology will gradually become unbalanced. For no other reason, the emperor will think that the power in his hands is too scattered. If the prime minister and himself are like-minded people, it’s okay, but If it is a person who always disagrees with him, the emperor should be disheartened.

Before Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, the world was governed by the emperor, princes, and ministers. This did not fundamentally form the ideal vision of the emperor’s centralization of power.

Monopoly of power is the goal of every emperor, and one word is the life creed advocated by the emperor. Under these two political backgrounds, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty had to make changes. Once he caught the crux, he would naturally prescribe the right medicine.

2. The power contest between the emperor and the prime minister

From a background point of view, it seems that it is not enough to completely make Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty determined to start with the fundamental political system. So what makes him determined to carry out reforms? The emperor and the prime minister competed for power.

As I said before, at the central level, the central figure in the bureaucracy is not the emperor but the prime minister, who is the head of a hundred officials. The prime minister has very important decision-making powers and advice powers on all matters of the DPRK and China. People’s desire for rights is endless, and the existence of a dominant family and no natural enemy has caused many prime ministers to gradually lose their minds and become slaves under power.

It is hard to imagine that the original emperor was the leader of a country and gradually became a follower led by the prime minister. The prime minister’s absolute power reached its peak at the end of the Spring and Autumn Period. Examples of “three divisions of Jin” and “Tian’s generation of Qi” can be said to be everywhere. The doctors of the princes not only regard the prime minister as the leader, but also the strength can replace the emperor.

Usually the prime minister is the one who decides the life and death of ministers. The ancestral system of the early Han Dynasty stipulates that the prime minister has the direct power to appoint officials of the central capital and county officials under 400 shi, and has decisive recommendations for important ministers from 600 shi to 2,000 shi. right. Such an ancestral rule directly weakened the emperor’s power from the source, and directly assigned the power to the prime minister.

The dominance of a family is far more terrifying than the appearance of a treacherous villain around the emperor. For example, during the period of Emperor Han Jing, because Prime Minister Zhou Yafu disagreed with the suggestion to the queen’s brother Wang Envouhou, Emperor Han Jing not only dared not scold Zhou Yafu, but even obeyed.

If the prime minister’s heart is right, it’s all about being the country and capable, but if the prime minister’s heart is not right, the emperor will be bad luck. And Emperor Wu of the Han is the emperor who has fallen in bad luck. What do you say?

The prime minister of the Han Dynasty Emperor Wu Tian could be regarded as one of the most famous prime ministers in Chinese history. Tian Yu freely recommended officials with more than two thousand stone, and if Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty wanted to retain some of his optimistic officials, he had to discuss with Tian Yu. Comparing things, many people’s first reaction is “Who is the emperor? Who is the head of this country?”

Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty was not an emperor who had to obey, how could his talents be buried by the prime minister of a country. Strengthening the centralization of power and firmly grasping the power in his own hands is the most important lesson Tian Fu taught Han Wudi’s political career by his own death behavior.

Third, the internal and external dynasty system

Since reforms are to be carried out, all factors affecting the concentration of imperial power must be uprooted. Thus, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty thoroughly established a new bureaucratic political system. The reason why the prime minister’s family is dominant is because there is no power to contend with it, and there is no mirror of the opposite. Under this situation, the prime minister’s original intention is easy to deviate. In order to change this situation, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty independently established an Inner Dynasty on this basis. In this way, the arbitrariness of the prime minister was restrained.

Inner court officials mainly include these three types of officials: the close ministers around the emperor are usually people who serve the emperor and are trusted by the emperor. The emperor gives them greater rights than ever before. ; Shaofu officials, originally Shaofu was the department in charge of the emperor’s food, clothing, housing, transportation, and Shang Shuling, a member of Shaofu, was originally only a person who managed memorials and documents for the emperor. The emergence of internal and external dynasty systems directly allowed Shaofu departments to participate in major decision-making. The leader of the political organization of China has been given the absolute real power to handle government affairs and cashier memorials; the emperor’s henchman, this need not be explained, naturally has the right to participate in central decision-making.

From the composition of the officials in the inner dynasty, we can find a very intuitive problem. The fate of these people has been firmly tied to the emperor. They have become a clear emperor faction and have been labeled as emperor. And the rights they have are clearly directed against the real power of the prime minister.

I have to say that with the emergence of this new bureaucratic management system, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty became a direct beneficiary. Since then, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty adopted a Tweet Order politically and brought salt iron and coinage rights to the central government; ideologically banned hundreds of schools and respected Confucianism; established a supervision system for talent city selection; militaryly merged North Korea and South Korea. Major achievements such as Baiyue, the Western Expedition to Dawan, and the Northern Breaking of the Huns were all achieved on the basis of the internal and external dynasty systems. It can be said that without the establishment of this system, there is still a long way to go before the Great Han State wants to become famous.

In fact, the situation where the prime minister monopolized power during Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty and the subsequent reform of the political system were the inevitable results of historical development. Whether it was the establishment of the bureaucratic political system of the internal and external dynasties by Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, the establishment of the three-province and six-minister system in the Sui and Tang Dynasties, or the establishment of a privy envoy and three envoys in the Song Dynasty, and the abolition of the prime minister and the establishment of a cabinet in the Ming Dynasty, the imperial power gradually expanded itself. The adjustment of the scope of power is also a process in which local power and the power of ministers gradually converge to imperial power.

However, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty really opened the emperor’s exploration of the autocratic monarchy system. He provided a typical case and typical thought for the later emperor, and completely broke the situation where the emperor was led by the prime minister. For this, I believe that later emperors have to thank him. After all, without him, it will take a long time to fully realize the emperor’s words.

summary:

During Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, political reforms directly changed the position of the prime minister from the sweet and pastry that everyone was eager to, to a hot potato, and everyone was in danger. During his 54 years in power, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty replaced 12 prime ministers, but only 7 of them survived. In this power contest, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty became the ultimate winner, but at the same time this system also laid the roots for the subsequent dictatorship of foreign relatives and eunuchs. Of course, the topic is a bit farther apart. The emergence of the internal and external Korean system is indeed much better than the previous Prime Minister’s words. At least in this period, this system has indeed played the greatest role in the development of the country. effect.

Bijiashan is a very common place name. There are no less than 30 well-known Bijiashan in the country, let alone many unknown ones. However, I recently visited Bijia Mountain in Hejiang County, Luzhou, Sichuan, and I felt very comfortable. The short distance of 5 kilometers from the county seat and the absence of admission tickets make it a good place for short-distance travel by surrounding residents. The road conditions are also very good, and you can drive directly. Go to the “Shuitianyi Pavilion” on the top of the mountain.

Does it feel like a restaurant or a homestay when you hear “Shuitianyige”? Although you can also dine here, it is more like an activity center for the elderly. When we went there, many elderly people were chatting and playing cards, and they could even sing KTV. Now the children are busy, and the elderly find people of the same age here. It is also a joy to have fun together or reminisce about the past. At the same time, this is also one of the commanding heights of the entire Hejiang County. When the weather is good, you can see the entire Hejiang County, and you can even see the Yangtze River and Chishui River not far away. However, it is often covered by clouds and fog. It is scattered, and the county town in the distance cannot be seen clearly, but the lingering clouds and fog are another kind of scenery. This is the “Bijialianyun” which has one of the “Hejiang Eight Views”. In fact, it can be used as a health care center for the elderly and it is inseparable from the excellent environment here. As early as the Jiaxi period of the Southern Song Dynasty, Luzhou used to build a city on the mountain, and later Hejiang County was also here. The ruins of the ancient city can still be seen today. . It has always been inhabited by people, which shows that this place has been a place with a good environment since ancient times, and the ancients always like to pray for “good weather and rain.” Therefore, it was called Anle Mountain in ancient times. Later, it was discovered that the three towering peaks were shaped like a pen holder. Since the Qing Dynasty It was gradually called “Bijiashan”. It is precisely because of the profound historical heritage of Bijia Mountain that it has become a favorite place of literati and inkmen. There are many stele forests and historical relics left in the mountains and forests, covering the entire Bijia Mountain. According to “Taiping Huanyu Ji” In the reign of Emperor Kaihuang in the Sui Dynasty, Liu Zhen “fathered and became immortal”. Emperor Wen of the Sui Dynasty, Emperor Gaozong of the Tang Dynasty, and Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty all had imperial orders or inscriptions. The descendants of the old country are still dead today, how can the mountains and autumn leaves be gods? There are also sites on the mountainside such as the Bailu Cave where Luo Wensi from Qingjieyuan reads and the incarnation tower of Master Junhui in the bamboo forest next to it, which is full of historical value. In modern times, there are a large number of famous calligraphers inscriptions by Zhu De, Zhang Aiping, Lu Dingyi, etc. in the forest of steles in Bijiashan. These inscriptions are all carved on natural rocks and you can visit them along the walking trail. The historical, cultural and artistic value of the mountains are secluded and covered with moss. It has a full sense of history and precipitation. It has a completely different feeling from the stone carvings placed in the glass display cabinet, and it is more natural. Not only that, there are many places to visit in Bijia Mountain, such as the Yuntai Temple built in the Sui Dynasty, etc. The ancient camphor with more than 600 years of existence is still preserved in front of the temple gate, which is very rare in southern Sichuan. There are also hidden inscriptions of Huang Tingjian re-engraved by the Qing people, frescoes of the Ming Dynasty, and a bronze bell of the Qing Dynasty weighing a thousand catties. It is also a place with profound historical heritage, and I said before that I don’t need tickets for Bijia Mountain. Yeah! Travel Tip: For the time being, Bijiashan can only drive by car or take a taxi! When taking a taxi, you can leave a driver’s number to facilitate going down the mountain.

Now is the era of information technology. People are often “penniless” when they go out. They only need to bring a mobile phone. Whether it is a shopping mall or hotel or a street vendor, they can “scan the code and pay”, which not only saves the trouble of finding change, but also It also avoids the risk of losing money or finding fake money, which greatly facilitates people’s lives. However, in the national metropolis of Shanghai, there is a place that still does not support electronic payment. Tourists can only buy tickets with cash. This place is conveniently located in Qibao Ancient Town.

When it comes to Qibao Ancient Town, it can be said that it has a lot of background, and it is said that “Shanghai has seen the Bund for a hundred years, and Qibao has been seen by Shanghai for a thousand years”, which shows the status of this place in Shanghai. Since this place is called an ancient town, how “ancient” is it? According to records, the history of Qibao Ancient Town can be traced back to the Jin Dynasty. The ancestral hall of the famous writers Lu Ji and Lu Yun was here, named “Lu Baoyuan”. Later, Lu Baoan, Qibao Temple, etc. were renamed many times. It was not until the Song Dynasty that the scale of Qibao Town was officially formed here. It is said that the saying of “Seven Treasures” is still circulated among the people, such as: Flying Buddha, Triton Bell, The Golden Lotus Sutra, the sacred tree, the golden rooster, the jade axe, and the jade chopsticks, but I don’t know where these treasures are now. With the passage of history, Shanghai has become an international metropolis, but Qibao Town is still in the hinterland of Minhang District. Just walked in and even felt a little amazing. The tenderness of the Jiangnan water town is coming, and the thousand-year history has cast a deep foundation here. The historical heritage of the city, and the retro buildings are like a piece of pure land in a prosperous city, with willow trees hanging down, and a feeling of “big hidden in the city”, and the relatively superior geographical location and lower consumption have also made this place a Shanghai A better choice for people to travel to water towns. There is no charge for entering Qibao Ancient Town, so why do I say that I have to buy tickets here? Because in addition to retro buildings and small vendors, there are also many museums and ancient buildings, such as Qibao Winery, Zhang Chongren Memorial Hall, Cricket Thatched Cottage, Qibao Pawnshop, Zhou’s Miniature Sculpture Hall, etc. Some of these places require tickets. You can enter, and only supports cash payment. It doesn’t work either by scanning the code or buying tickets online. My friend and I didn’t have much cash after searching all over the body. We had to pick a cotton weaving workshop. It tells about “a trip to my country of a kapok”, which mentions that the southern, southeastern and northwestern frontiers of China are among the earliest places in the world to grow cotton. In addition to graphic materials, there are Many cotton objects, loom replicas, etc., together tell the history of the origin and spread of cotton planting, which is very interesting. On the second floor, the finished products of cotton are displayed, such as quilts made of woven fabrics, cotton clothes, etc. Of course, they also talked about the wedding homestays here in Shanghai. In the past, people were looking forward to Western-style weddings and felt that wedding dresses and suits were one. This kind of romance, and now you will find that Chinese weddings are also distinctive. Large areas of red are also very festive. Gradually, there are more Chinese weddings. I have to say that this is one of the expressions of cultural confidence. In addition to seeing the “thousand-year-old Shanghai”, the current Qibao Ancient Town has another special place, that is, it has become a love resort. I have just said that this is a wedding homestay in Shanghai. It is meant to be love, but more importantly, there is a place for wishing. Many newlyweds will make promises of love here and pray for a long time. It is said to be very spiritual. , It also allows more and more young people to come here to make a wish, which can be regarded as giving new life to the thousand-year-old town. Not only that, there are many authentic delicacies in Qibao Ancient Town, such as distilled grains made of glutinous rice and sweet wine medicine, Qibao square cakes that have a historical relationship with Fan Zhongyan, and white-cut mutton from a century-old shop, etc. It also makes Qibao Ancient Town another reason why Shanghai must punch cards, but don’t worry, these stores still support electronic payments, only tickets do not. The current old street has become a prosperous street market integrating “leisure, tourism and shopping”. Although it has a thousand years of history, the basic supporting facilities are relatively complete. There are also high-end brands such as Le Méridien Minhang Hotel and Liuli. Entertainment facilities such as workshops, tropical storms, etc., no matter what kind of consumption style you are, there is no problem at all. Go and check in “Shanghai Thousand Years Ago”! Travel traffic tip: Shanghai Bus Group (Ordinary Downtown Line) Route 87: Longhua-Qibao-Zhongchun Road and Huazhong Road Road 91: Beixinjing-Qibao-Xinli Road 92 Road: Shanghai Stadium-Qibao-Jiuting 189 Road (formerly Xinji Line): Xinzhuang Metro Station (North Square)-Qibao-Jiwang No. 196 (former Xinbei Line): Nanfu Road, Xihuan Road-Qibao-Beixinjing Road 198: Danshui Road-Qibao-Jiuxing Hongmu Home Furnishing Market Road 735: Luoyang New Village-Qibao-Zhongchun Road and Huazhong Road 748 Road: Hongqiao Road Kaixuan Road-Qibao-Jiuting 753 Road: Lianhua Road Metro Station-Qibao (Caobao Road Station)-Lvyuan Road 763 Road: Xinzhuang Metro Station-Qibao (Xinzhen Road Station)-Shanghai South Railway Station 803 Road: Shanghai South Railway Station-Qibao-Jinfeng Community Shanghai Rail Transit Shanghai Rail Transit Line 9: Yanggao Middle Road-Qibao-Songjiang South Station Shanghai Rail Transit Line 10: Hangzhong Road-Xinjiangwan City Shanghai Rail Transit Line 12: Qixin Road-Jinhai Road The picture/text is original by Xia Xia Xia, a travel mad, unauthorized reprinting is prohibited About the author: now go over 500+ global city, and had studied at Oxford University and Waseda University, UK, Sri Lanka and worked as international volunteers are welcome to continue to focus, eat, drink all over the world to share with you, like to remember the point Like Comment Or share!

Speaking of ancient villages with profound cultural deposits, distinctive architectural features, and top-quality scenery, I am afraid that the first thing many people think of are ancient villages in southern Anhui, among which the most representative Hongcun and Xidi are listed. Included in the World Cultural Heritage List. In fact, in addition to the ancient villages in southern Anhui, there is also an ancient village in the south of the Yangtze River in Tonglu, Zhejiang. It is a complex of tangible and intangible cultural heritage. It consists of five unique ancient villages arranged along a stream called Yingjiaxi. On a closer look, the village pattern has generally remained the same since the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Today, we will walk into the largest and most famous Shen’ao Village among the ancient villages in the south of the Yangtze River to see what the beauty of this “most beautiful ancient village in Zhejiang” is!

“The bluestone winding path is far from the gate, and the clear water is deep in the canals. The old things are still simple, and the ancient style has not been changed for thousands of years.” Shenao Ancient Village is located at the northern foot of Tianzigang on the south bank of the Fuchun River in Tonglu County, Zhejiang Province. It is hidden in the Qingshan Mountains of Western Zhejiang. An ancient village in the green water. Compared with other members of the Jiangnan ancient village group, Shen’ao Village is regarded as the largest ancient village in Tonglu, so it looks more like an ancient town. The ancient village is a typical clan settlement due to the gathering of blood relatives, so most of the residents in the village have the same surname Shentu, of course, there are also a few residents of other surnames. As early as the beginning of the Southern Song Dynasty, the ancestors of the Shentu family moved in from the Shentu Mountain in Fuyang. After nearly a thousand years of multiplication and cultivation, the Shentu family of Shen’ao Village, which is now prosperous, came into being. We know that the most distinctive feature of Hongcun in Anhui is its scientific and reasonable “bull-shaped village-style” water system structure design. In this regard, Shen’ao Village and Hongcun have the same merits. It is said that in Jiangsu and Zhejiang where floods are frequent, the ancient town of Shen’ao has never been damaged by floods, all thanks to the most unique water system design in the village. The water system consists of culverts, open ditches, karez, ponds, streams, etc. It is somewhat similar to the planned water use system of modern cities and towns, and is mainly used to collect rainwater and discharge waste water. At that time, when the ancestors of the Shentu family planned the construction of the village, it was the first plan. To this day, this underground water system, which originated in the Song and formed in the Ming Dynasty, still provides convenience for the daily life of the villagers. Because the locals are used to calling the underdrain “Ao”, and Australia is usually buried deep underground, the ancient village of Shen’ao is also named for it. Shen’ao Ancient Village, founded in the Southern Song Dynasty, is the most famous Jiangnan Ancient Village in Tonglu and a famous historical and cultural village in China. It has the reputation of “the first well in the south of the Yangtze River and the first village in the Southern Song Dynasty”. It is not far from Tonglu County, surrounded by green mountains and beautiful scenery. In addition to the unique mountains and waters in the world, the unique underground water system of the ancient village, the huge group of ancient buildings, and the rich Zong’s culture are all attractions not to be missed. At present, there are more than 200 ancient buildings in the village before the Republic of China. They are exquisitely carved on the outside and exquisitely carved. Among them, more than 40 halls and houses were built in the Ming and Qing dynasties and are well-preserved, which is really rare. Mottled vicissitudes of old walls, ancient alleys paved with cobblestones, plus the patchwork of horse head walls, as well as the karez wells all over the village…make Shen’ao Village look so unique, so old and elegant. You can walk in the rainy ancient alleys and old streets, recalling the glimpses of time, or you can enjoy the light clouds and breeze alone in the warm afternoon sun. Of course, you can also go to the ancestral ancestral hall to learn about the time that has long been solidified into a painting, and you can also go to “Yunxi Shenaoli” to feel the ubiquitous petty bourgeoisie…

With the Google Maps application you can explore many beautiful places without ever having to set foot.
Recently, the online community has had the opportunity to admire the architectural photos of the ancient citadel along the country taken from above through the Google Maps application in satellite mode. Very quickly, this share received a lot of attention from the online community. Although not enough to synthesize all the ancient citadels in the country, it is enough to make people admire the architecture and design.

The ancient citadel of Bac Ninh Bac Ninh ancient citadel, a typical military art work of Bac Ninh province, was built in 1805 during the reign of King Gia Long and Nguyen dynasty, on the territory of Do Xa villages, Vo Giang district (now in Ninh ward). Xa); Hoa Dinh village, Tien Du district (now in Vo Cuong ward) and Yen Xa village, Yen Phong district (now Ve An ward), the above places all belong to Bac Ninh city. Citadel of Vinh Thanh Vinh was in the old days of Vinh Yen commune, Yen Truong district, Nghe An province. Now it is in Cua Nam ward – Vinh city, Nghe An province. Citadel was formerly known as Thanh Nghe An, in folklore also known as Turtle City (into shape). The reason is called a turtle citadel because the citadel is built in a 6-sided shape, standing on Quyet mountain looking down looks like a turtle. The citadel was built in the Nguyen Dynasty, the reign of King Gia Long. In 1802, the Nguyen took power from the Tay Son dynasty. Although he hates Nguyen Hue – Quang Trung, but Gia Long cannot ignore the vision of the genius military genius Quang Trung – Nguyen Hue that: Quyet mountain, Vinh river has the stature of an imperial capital. why is it not worth building a provincial town. Therefore, in 1804 Gia Long started to build the citadel. However, because Gia Long wanted to erase the traces of the Tay Son tide, Gia Long did not allow the citadel to be built on Dung Quyet mountain but built in territory 2, Vinh Yen commune, belonging to Yen Truong district, where the vestiges of the citadel remained. until now. Chau Sa ancient citadel – Quang Ngai Thanh Chau Sa is the largest civil monument in the area of Quang Nam – Quang Ngai in the Amaravati continent of ancient Champa. The date of the citadel is determined around the end of the ninth and early tenth centuries. The basis for determining is the stele found in the citadel area. Chau Sa stele has a definite date of 903, on the stele there are information about the first two kings of the Indrapura dynasty (875-982), Indravarman II and Jaya Simhavarman. So Chau Sa citadel at least existed during the Indrapura dynasty. Hue Imperial Citadel Imperial Citadel was built in 1804, but it was not until 1833 that Emperor Minh Mang completed the entire palace system with about 147 works. The royal citadel has a surface area of nearly square, each surface is about 600 meters, built of brick, 4m high, 1m thick, surrounded by a protective moat, with 4 doors to access: The main door (the south) is Ngo Mon, the East There is Hien Nhon estuary, Chuong Duc in the West, Hoa Binh in the North. Bridges and lakes dug around the outside of the citadel are named Kim Thuy. Ancient Citadel of Dong Hoi This is an ancient architectural work and a military work was built nearly 200 years ago by order of King Gia Long. The citadel was built of earth, located on a crucial land on the road through Vietnam, and near the sea (about 1,500m from Nhat Le estuary). By the reign of Emperor Minh Mang, this citadel was built with stone bricks. A large part of Dong Hoi citadel was destroyed during the French colonial period. The remains of Dong Hoi citadel were destroyed by US Air Force bombs in the late 1960s during the Vietnam War. Source: Internet

In the history of our country, there are many interesting stories. In the Northern Song Dynasty, a small figure once drew a cartoon and defeated a prime minister, Wang Anshi, who presided over the reform during the reign of Song Shenzong.

In the second year of Xining (1069), Song Shenzong appointed Wang Anshi as a member of the governor (equivalent to deputy prime minister), and Wang Anshi began to rank among the ruling authorities.

Wang Anshi proposed that the most urgent task is to change customs, establish laws, and propose reforms. Song Shenzong deeply agreed.

In the third year of Xining (1070), Wang Anshi served as the secretary of the Tongzhong School of Ping Zhang, and was the same prime minister. As a result, he promoted the new law nationwide and began a large-scale reform movement.

The new law implemented by Wang Anshi includes the equalization law, the young crop law, the city trade law, the exemption law, the square land tax law, and the farmland water conservancy law; in the military field, there are the placement law, the Baojia law, and the horse protection law.

The purpose of Wang Anshi’s reform was to enrich the country and strengthen the army, so as to reverse the situation of poverty and weakness in the late Northern Song Dynasty. However, Wang Anshi’s reform violated the interests of the conservatives and was firmly opposed by conservatives represented by Sima Guang.

Less than a year after the promulgation of the new law, the two factions supporting and opposing the reform began fierce debates and struggles.

What both parties did not expect was that the ultimate cause of Wang Anshi’s failure in the reform was a small official who was once optimistic about Wang Anshi, but was a stranger because of the reform. This small person is Zheng Xia.

Zheng Xia (1041-1119), named Jiefu, was born in Fuqing, Fuzhou (now Fujian). He was a scholar of Song Yingzong in the fourth year of the rule of Ping (1067). “.

Zheng Xia’s father, Zheng Hui, served as the liquor tax supervisor of Jiangning (now Nanjing City). He was determined to study in his father’s place, and learned hard to become famous. When Wang Anshi was the prefect of Jiangning, he was told that Zheng Xia was outstanding in talent, and he attached great importance to him. Not only did he invite him to meet and offer condolences and comfort, he also encouraged him to become a good scholar of the country.

In the 4th year of Zhiping (1067), the 27-year-old Zheng Xia was a Jinshi and the first, and was awarded a general as a Lang, secretary of the provincial school.

In the second year of Xining (1069), when Wang Anshi implemented the reform, he promoted Zheng Xia to join the army in Gwangju (now Huangchuan County, Henan Province), and was in charge of civil and criminal cases in Gwangju. All suspicious cases in Gwangju were clearly reported upon trial by Zheng Xia. Wang Anshi gave all replies in accordance with Zheng Xia’s requirements.

Zheng Xia gratefully regards Wang Anshi as a confidant, and is determined to do his best to serve the country and the people, know everything without saying anything, and repay Wang Anshi’s kindness.

In the five years of Xining (1072), Zheng Xia’s three-year term expired, and he met Wang Anshi when he entered Beijing to report on his duties. Zheng Xia witnessed the shortcomings of the new law among the people. He directly reported that Wang Anshi’s Young Miao Law, the Immunity Law, the Baojia Law and other new laws caused harm to the people during the implementation process.

Wang Anshi was very disappointed with Zheng Xia, who he had been supporting all the time. The two of them didn’t say a lot of speculation. After Zheng Xia left, they stopped seeing him, but they still sent letters to Wang Anshi repeatedly, stating the harm the new law had caused to the people. I hope he will change his course.

The political divergence caused Wang Anshi to turn his eyes on Zheng Xia from blue eyes to white eyes. Not only did Zheng Xia fail to get the promotion he deserved, he was instead relegated to being the guardian of the capital.

From the sixth year of Xining (1073) to March of the following year, there was a major drought in Hebei and Henan. There was no rain for ten consecutive months. It was often the wind and the sand flying, the sky was dark, and the land was thousands of miles away. The people don’t make a living.

Officials in various places are still urging the victims to return the principal and interest of the loans provided by the Young Crop Law. A large number of victims can only feed their hunger with grassroots and trees, and they have to be locked and tortured to pay off the official money. The hungry people support the elderly. Young, there is no end to the way of escape.

In March of the seventh year of Xining (1074), Zheng Xia knew that Wang Anshi could no longer listen to adversarial advice. He drew the plight of the refugees who helped the old and the young, as a picture, and wrote: “The minister would like to draw a picture from what he has seen day by day, but he can already weep through his eyes. And there is nothing worse than that!”

When Song Shenzong saw the comic drawing of “The Refugee” of the hungry people displaced, he sighed and read the picture repeatedly. Although he didn’t say anything, he “cannot sleep at night” at night.

At the same time, Song Shenzong’s grandmother Cao and the mother empress Gao were crying in front of Song Shenzong, saying that the world was messed up by Wang Anshi, and begging Song Shenzong to stop the new law.

In April, Song Shenzong also became suspicious of the reform, so he dismissed Wang Anshi from the post of prime minister and was changed to Guanwendian University Scholar and Zhijiangning Mansion. Wang Anshi left the capital and went to Jiangning Mansion for training.

In February of the eighth year of Xining (1075), Song Shenzong recalled Wang Anshi back to the capital to be prime minister. However, just a few months later, a comet appeared in the sky. This was a normal phenomenon, but at the time it was considered an omen.

In the court, some conservative ministers took the opportunity to attack the new law. Although Wang Anshi tried his best to defend the new law, Song Shenzong still hesitated.

After Wang Anshi’s restoration, he could not get more support. In addition, the internal division of the reformists was serious, and it was difficult for the new law to continue to be implemented. In the spring of the following year, Wang Anshi resigned as the prime minister again and completely returned to Jiangning Mansion for retirement.
