<p>In 2003, he chose to return to China to start his own business and set up the Hanergy Investment Group. Over the years, the company has invested in and participated in mergers and acquisitions of many well-known companies. <p>In 2018, Hanergy invested in JD Logistics because of its new economic attributes. Chen Hong said that JD Logistics is not a traditional logistics company. It has a strong sense of science and technology. It has many of its own things and its service quality is higher than that of its peers. JD Logistics is relatively independent, serving both JD Group and other e-commerce companies. &#8220;The scale of e-commerce companies is growing rapidly. There are always a few leading companies, so I invested.&#8221;</p>
<p>Speaking of the recent changes in investment trends in the Internet field, he said that since the high-speed growth period has passed, &#8220;many Internet companies may not have much growth in their daily activities.&#8221; This has led to fewer Internet-related investment opportunities than in the past, but there are still some areas that are relatively hot.</p>
<p> The first thing worth paying attention to is the field of corporate services. Chen Hong believes that this sends a signal, &#8220;As China becomes more powerful, consumers, especially young people, will gradually like domestic consumer brands.&#8221;</p>
<p>However, he also reminded that in the new consumer field, if a company only relies on a &#8220;net celebrity&#8221; product to make money, it is likely to be a gust of wind, and after a while, it will quickly disappear. <p>Chen Hong said that the benefits of integrating this sub-industry are twofold. First of all, each company does not have to fight price wars, and the competition is smaller. Secondly, as the scale becomes larger and the company&#8217;s negotiation ability becomes better, the amount of an order negotiated by an advertising salesperson may change from 500,000 yuan to 10 million yuan. <p>He also said that Hanergy will not invest in companies that diversify prematurely. When an enterprise is satisfied with its current market position and intervenes in an industry that it is not good at, it may cause funds to be dispersed and ultimately fail.</p>
<p>In the venture capital circle, there has always been a saying that &#8220;investing money is also investing in people&#8221;, that is, the quality of the founder and founding team is fancy. Chen Hong also agreed with this statement. He jokingly said, &#8220;For start-up companies, this is the only stage that can be seen.&#8221;</p>
<p>Hanergy has invested in a start-up company that uses artificial intelligence to detect human breast cancer, lung cancer and other diseases. The accounting information system (IT) has an influence on the effectiveness of budgeting, reporting, auditing and control activities (Soudani, 2012). The accounting information system has a close relationship with the management information system, the accounting information provided by the accounting information system is important in making decisions of managers and external parties (Tóth, 2012). . With the role of the accounting information system, studying the impact of factors on the implementation of the accounting information system is necessary for enterprises. Garment industry is a key industry of Vietnam. In recent years, Vietnam&#8217;s garment industry has made great strides and rose to become one of the five largest textile and garment producing and exporting countries in the world. The event that Vietnam joins the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) has brought many potential benefits to Vietnam&#8217;s textile and garment industry, bringing domestic textile enterprises many opportunities and challenges. knowledge in the short and long term. In order to improve the competitiveness of Vietnamese garment enterprises, the provision of accounting information is essential for management and decision-making. Therefore, determining the factors affecting the quality of the technical information system in Vietnamese garment enterprises is a matter of great concern, helping garment enterprises to find the important factors to improve the economic information system in particular and the economic information system in particular. information systems in the enterprise in general in order to promptly meet the requirements of system users and effectively serve the administration. <strong> Theoretical basis </strong> <strong> <em> System Theory </em> </strong> Systems theory has been around in the world since the 1940s (Bertalanffy, 1969). Based on the theory of systems, the accounting information system in enterprises is a subsystem of the management information system. Therefore, when studying the technical information system, it is necessary to consider the management information system as well. When considering measures to improve the effectiveness of the accounting information system, it is also necessary to put the accounting information system in the context of the enterprise and in relation to other parts of the enterprise. Based on the theory of systems, this study considers the theoretical background of the information systems in general, and also examines the relationship between the accounting systems and the information systems and other parts closely related to the information systems. The system theory provided for this study is the foundation for determining the factors affecting the quality of the technical information system. <strong> <em> Random Theory </em> </strong> Contingency theory is derived from organization theory and has been widely used by research since the 1950s and 1960s (Dwivedi et al., 2012). Contingency theory is based on two main findings: (i) There is no single best way to organize or manage a business; (ii) Each method of organization or management, when selected by enterprises, has different effects. For the study of information systems, randomization theory appeared in the late 1970s (Dwivedi et al., 2012). As for the TA, the stochastic theory suggests that the TA should be developed within an adaptive framework. Research on accounting information systems based on stochastic theoretical approach has suggested a number of factors affecting the quality of accounting information systems: job characteristics, user characteristics, user participation, process enterprise size, enterprise characteristics. Some studies on management information systems and accounting information systems have used randomization theory such as Gordon and Miller (1976); Nicolaou (2000)… Therefore, the application of stochastic theory to determine the factors affecting the quality of the technical information system is appropriate. <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_05_30_241_39018341/c28c87a590e779b920f6.jpg" width="625" height="472"> <strong> <em> Research Methods </em> </strong> The author uses synthesis method, theoretical analysis and expert interview method. The objective of the qualitative research method is to find out how to measure the quality of the technical information system and determine the factors affecting the quality of the economic information system, associated with Vietnamese garment enterprises. The method of synthesis and theoretical analysis starts from synthesizing previous studies from different database sources to find out the theory of the quality of the accounting information system and identify the factors affecting the quality of the accounting information system. From the process of synthesizing previous research documents, the author analyzes to define the concept of the quality of the technical information system and propose the factors affecting the quality of the economic information system in Vietnamese garment enterprises. The method of interviewing experts was carried out in the form of semi-structured interviews. Patton (2002) said that, there is no principle to choose the number of research samples in interview research (or qualitative research). For semi-structured interviews, the quality of information and the source of information collected are the first things to pay attention to. Therefore, in order to ensure the information collection process, the author selected a research sample to interview 10 people who are leaders, staff of the IT/ICT department, staff of the finance and accounting department (accounting). chief, accountant) of Vietnamese garment enterprises. First, the author interviews experts to get a general assessment of the research topic. Next, the author conducts in-depth interviews with experts to adjust the scale and complete the official research model. <strong> <em> Research results </em> </strong> The results of the qualitative research method are useful information for the construction, evaluation and completion of the scales/indicators/attributes. Although the construction of the scales is based on previous studies by the author, it is necessary to adjust the scales to suit the research context at Vietnamese garment enterprises. The proposed technical information system quality scales have a high consensus of the interviewees and the sentences are adjusted to be more suitable with the research context of Vietnamese garment enterprises. For the factors affecting the quality of the accounting information system, the author proposes a number of factors based on previous studies and asks questions to the interviewees to find out the appropriate factors. The results of the selection of influencing factors by experts are shown in Table 1. Based on the results of the selection of factors affecting the quality of the technical information system, the selected factors have a rate of over 50% of the total number of experts&#8217; opinions. <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_05_30_241_39018341/0d1c4e355977b029e966.jpg" width="625" height="558"> The factors affecting the quality of the accounting information system (independent variable) were determined based on previous studies. The author intends to select 3 factors affecting the quality of the accounting information system, including: (i) Knowledge of accountants; (ii) Manager&#8217;s knowledge; (iii) Management support. Ismail (2009) said that managers with basic accounting knowledge and accounting information system, the quality of accounting information system is improved. In addition, managers&#8217; knowledge of technology and accounting information system will help them make decisions to choose the technology and information systems that best suit the characteristics of enterprises. If the accountant has professional knowledge and experience, the system will be easier to use. The accountant&#8217;s experience with the accounting information system has a positive effect on the effectiveness of the accounting information system as well as the implementation of the accounting information system (Dehghanzade et al., 2011). Thong et al (1996) said that managers with knowledge and experience in technology and accounting information system will realize the importance of a quality accounting information system. From there, managers will make the right decisions in choosing the accounting information system in line with the enterprise&#8217;s objectives, promoting the quality of the accounting information system. Therefore, the author proposes a research model as Figure 1. We believe that two transformations are essential for future corporate development:<strong> Intelligent Transformation and Green Transformation</strong></p>
<p><strong> Intelligent transformation</strong></p>
<p>The outbreak of the new crown epidemic last year has brought rare development opportunities to technology companies. At the same time, for many companies, the epidemic is also a test of the effectiveness of their digital transformation. On this basis, companies urgently need to use artificial intelligence and other technologies to better tap and utilize the value of data assets, facilitate product and service innovation, and discover new business and business models. Intelligent transformation is being used in many industries. However, the rise of new energy vehicles, especially the addition of some new car-making forces and technology companies, has greatly shortened the iteration of new energy vehicles, and put forward higher requirements for the development and launch of new models of car companies. <p><strong> Green transformation</strong></p>
<p>Green transformation is another key element for companies to cope with future challenges. It is worth noting that, compared with the attention of all walks of life to digital transformation, the current enterprises&#8217; emphasis on green transformation needs to be improved. There are two main reasons why companies need green transformation. On the one hand, they are macro policy trends and continuously strengthened supervision; on the other hand, they also come from the development needs of the company&#8217;s own business.</p>
<p>At the policy level, green development is an important part of the five new development concepts of innovation, coordination, greenness, openness, and sharing in China&#8217;s 14th Five-Year Plan. The term &#8220;green&#8221; has appeared 50 times in the &#8220;14th Five-Year Plan&#8221;. Among the 8 binding indicators, 5 are related to the environment, which shows that the government attaches great importance to green development. China plans to achieve carbon peaks by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060. The proportion of non-fossil energy in primary energy consumption will reach about 25% by 2030, all of which have set clear requirements for green development. In recent years, central environmental inspections, special inspections, local inspections, etc., have become more stringent in terms of environmental protection law enforcement and the formulation of various measures. A large number of &#8220;scattered and polluting&#8221; enterprises have been shut down, and many enterprises have been suspended for rectification for reasons such as non-compliance with environmental protection standards and illegal discharge and over discharge. In the future, many companies, especially listed companies, may face mandatory environmental information disclosure requirements. Under constantly strengthened supervision, if companies do not pay enough attention to environmental and social issues in their operations, they will face increasing compliance risks.</p>
<p>At the enterprise level, green transformation can also create value for enterprises. ESG, that is, Environmental, Social, and Governance (Environmental, Social, and Governance) embodies the values ​​of an enterprise, and the expression of an enterprise&#8217;s ability to develop its sustainable development has received increasing attention from all over the world in recent years.Many studies have found that there is a positive correlation between corporate ESG management and company performance. Companies with good ESG performance can usually achieve higher profits.[2]. At the same time, a good ESG helps companies improve employee engagement and customer loyalty, enhance corporate reputation, increase corporate competitive advantages, and generate long-term value. In addition, green enterprises and green projects are also easy to obtain more financing channels and lower financing costs.In recent years, my country’s green finance has developed rapidly. At the end of 2020, my country’s green loan balance will reach 12 trillion yuan (Figure 1), the largest stock in the world, and 813.2 billion yuan in stock of green bonds, ranking second in the world, providing financial support for green development[3].</p>

Compared with these large companies, small and medium-sized enterprises are under greater pressure to achieve carbon emission targets due to capital and technology constraints, and they urgently need to think about strategies and implementation plans for green transformation.</p>
<p><strong> How companies promote intelligent and green transformation</strong></p>
<p>Intelligent and green transformations are undoubtedly crucial to the future development of enterprises, but it is not easy to promote these two transformations and cannot be accomplished overnight. The pain points and challenges faced by different companies and different industries are not the same, and the keys and paths to achieve these two transformations are bound to be different. In general, the following three items are something that companies need to consider carefully when promoting these two transformations.</p>
<p><strong> 01. Support from the top of the company</strong></p>
<p>A common feature of intelligent and green transformation is that they may make adjustments to the company&#8217;s overall business model, decision-making model, and even organizational structure. These deep-level changes are obviously difficult to implement without the participation and support of the company&#8217;s top decision-making level. of. The company&#8217;s top leaders need to recognize the necessity and urgency of transformation, and as the highest promoter of transformation, formulate transformation goals from the perspective of corporate strategy, and promote related issues of resource allocation and coordination. The company’s board of directors may also consider setting up a special committee to take charge of these two transformations, and regularly check and evaluate the implementation and effects of the transformation plan.</p>
<p><strong> 02. Oriented by corporate value</strong></p>
<p>Some companies tend to pay too much attention to the technology itself when promoting intelligent and green transformation, such as what AI technology to use, and what technological means to use to reduce carbon emissions, while ignoring that its fundamental purpose is to create long-term value for the company. Transformation requires companies to think about how to make changes in R&amp;D, production, marketing, management, services, and ecology. Cross-departmental collaboration is essential. To this end, companies should take demand as the traction and improve corporate value as the goal, so as to promote effective cooperation between departments. In actual implementation, companies can also combine the effects of transformation promotion with performance rewards to guide incentive resources to tilt in the direction of transformation.</p>
<p><strong> 03. Develop a comprehensive and clear vision strategy, but it can be implemented in stages</strong></p>
<p>In fact, not only at the enterprise level, but at the national level, my country’s promotion of carbon emission reduction is also carried out step by step, first achieving carbon peaks and then achieving carbon neutrality. Companies can also have a grand vision, and then, based on their own conditions and industry characteristics, formulate specific transformation plans in line with long-term strategies, and promote project development and implementation in stages and steps.</p>
