Stay away from smoke

Stay away from smoke to help firm round 1. The latest studies have shown that smoking is an indirect cause of increasing the risk of breast cancer in women by 2 times. In addition, smoking is also the cause of decreased resistance to a variety of dangerous diseases for the body as well as other diseases. Increase fat The structure of breasts is fat tissue, so increasing the amount of fat is the fastest way to help breasts grow. This is a very simple but highly effective way to take care of small breasts. Note that the amount of fat should be balanced appropriately, avoiding fat loading in the evening. Shower with shower Showering helps to enlarge breasts. Tiny water jets from the shower help blood circulation better, helping the skin increase elasticity and rosy. Every day, while bathing, you should let the shower spray directly on your breasts. Gently massage from bottom to top with your hands, from the inside to the outside, it will help round 1 round, not sagging. If you can’t take a cold shower, you should alternate between warm water and cold water for “double mountains”. Do not take a bath that is too hot as it will soften the skin and chest muscles. Exercises for the chest Exercise 1: Stand up straight, hands on hips, tiptoes, and at the same time bring your elbows back, so that the elbows are as close to each other as possible. Do 30 times rhythmically, relax for a few minutes and then do another set. When you do pay attention to inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth naturally. Exercise 2: Stand up straight, bend your arms at shoulder height, hands clasped together. Elbows pointing outward, hands facing chest. Squeeze 2 hands. Breathe, take a deep breath (as much as you can) and count to 100. Exercise 3: Sit up straight on a chair, shoulders relaxed, arms hanging along the body, bring your hands up to your chest and press your palms together. Hold for a few seconds and then return to the starting position. Repeat 20 times.

Herbs are as fresh as the rain and wind of heaven and earth. Herbal equity between rich and poor, good and bad. Herbs are treasures.
The group took medicine and stopped at the foot of Ba Doi Om mountain. Looking at the steep cliff I blocked the way up. “You have to go to places with few human footprints to have a valuable source of medicine,” said Mr. Tam Co, who has decades of experience in the profession of taking medicine for charity, as he showed me the way.

Mr. Tam Co’s group was used to taking medicine in the mountains, so even though they were vegetarians, they were thin, but climbing the mountain was unharmed. I shuffled behind. Where is the medicine? I climbed up and down. Seeing flower eyes, weak legs. Wanting to complain, but afraid of being kicked back, try to keep climbing. Kick after kick and then kick again. Interspersed in the rock are flat sands planted with clover. The drug is further away. It was almost lunch time, when the group had collected a pack of cigarettes each, I caught up with the group. I hesitantly walked over to take some pictures of people taking medicine. Hesitating every step for fear of long reptiles hiding under the leaves, hidden somewhere in the rock crevices. The more wild the place, the more drugs, the more potential wild animals contain venom. Those who take medicine follow the shadow of each branch of medicine growing in the rock jam, on the cliff to reach, uproot, remove the roots… Dust leads to the other, up and up again. Taking medicine is not easy. The journey of carrying heavy packs of cigarettes down the mountain was even more difficult. The steep stone slopes are slippery, and people are crawling along each rock crevice. When taking a lot of medicine, the whole group had to climb up and down carrying medicine three or four times a day on the narrow road. Uncle Ut Egypt, the leader of the group, wore a bandana and smiled with a crisp black smile: “What’s the point of coming here? We’ve been going to get medicine since we were biking. Pedal here from home for half a day, then climb the mountain to dig for medicine and then carry the medicine down the mountain. It takes a couple of days to get medicine for a couple of days. Then the medicine dwindled, had to go all the way to the island, to Cambodia, Thailand, and Laos. Many people have died from falling ill while taking medicine in the deep forest of poisonous water. But when you see drugs, you are greedy, so go ahead without fear of extremes.” Uncle Ut Egypt is trying to fly over Ba Doi Om mountain. Uncle Ut Egypt is more than sixty years old, good at picking bones for hire. People take the salary of five million, you take two million. Then he spent that money as the cost of going to herbal medicine to collect each medicine cart and distribute it to good doctors in the area. Extremely happy to help life. Seeing the drug ham is like a farmer having a successful crop. People like the group of Uncle Ut Egypt, Mr. Tam Co turn their own lives into the miraculously healthy arms of caring doctors. They replace the hard work of doctors in planting, tending or hunting for precious medicinal plants in places where there is miasma. They replace the doctor in danger to bring back the patients the quintessential medicine that heaven and earth worked hard to mold. During this trip, the group of men looking for medicinal herbs followed the silhouette of a winged tree. Let’s fly. They have no wings but they can fly. As long as the spores are able to settle, life is formed. Looking at each hour trying to lie in the rock, with thick root clusters, containing large tubers overflowing with medicinal resin, people wonder: “How does it live in the drought?”. Drought here, even the ancient trees with large long roots crawling deep in the ground are also bare and bare. At that time, each bunch of people trying to eat on the rocks turned their heads down in the burning sun and kept cherished in small streams of life. The stream of plastic gradually dries up with the water source. Mother’s body has long withered. Before it died, it exerted its last bit of strength to multiply countless spores. The spores hide in the dry body of the mother, lying there or blowing in the wind and then leaning against the cliff to wait. Sunny, then sunny, then more sunny. The germ of life is still waiting quietly. Humans eat plants and then the corpses eventually mix with the soil to grow plants. In plants there are people, in people there are plants. Each bunch of trying to wear a living cliff waits to live like this year after month. Medicinal plants themselves aspire to live, overcome hardships to live, not to flower and bear fruit, and finally to accumulate and store medicines… Living herbs spread somewhere in the mountains, in the middle of the forest, next to the lettuce leaves. Who knows the name of the drug, who knows the use. People just call it trash or worse, a weed. The herb has been smoldering in it so much sun and wind. How many pure minerals of the wind and sky country are received and retained in each herbal body. Yet when it comes to the pharmacy, in the hands of the user, the herbal slices are no longer worth the money. People easily collect hundreds of ladders of medicine, drink it and can’t throw it away. What is wrong with herbs? Every human body is a product of nature. Every drop of herb is every drop of pure nature. For or against it, it is also reversible in nature. No matter how rapidly society develops, it must realize that what nature creates to nurture each other is perfect. Plants that flower and bear fruit feed butterflies, while the caterpillars also cultivate fertilizer for flowers and fruits. Humans eat plants and then the corpses eventually mix with the soil to grow plants. In plants there are people, in people there are plants. The flow of minerals operates like the circulation of water through all life. Herbs, the species that live quietly like flying, like ginseng, such as octopus, sand species …, live not to accumulate essences for fruit but to put all the accumulated minerals year after year for the stems and leaves of tubers. roots. The older, the more concentrated the essence, the more seasoned the drug. Mr. Dien takes care of a medicinal herb garden of about 15 people with more than 20 varieties. The cinnamon tree has been sewn for eight years and is only as tall as a human head. Herbs are a treasure of heaven and earth. But it is precious only to those who belong to it. There was a teacher in the medicine profession who said, “In the fields, people call for herbs. In the hands of a physician, the plant becomes a single element.” But a few doctors can really turn plants into lingzhi. The ominous thing is that we are still plying our trade and praying for good luck and herbs. So drugstores are still rushing to collect drugs, medicinal plants are still being cut down and herbs are still the last place to cling when the disease has reached the final stage. Each herbal treatment becomes a black and red game of chance. We understand so little about herbs. Like the old saying we die on a pile of pills. We understand very little about herbs, so many doctors prescribe them inappropriately, but patients believe that the doctor tries to take them, making the condition worse. We abuse the source of herbs because simply walking out in the summer can fill a pot of medicine with a floating prescription. Both herbs and chemicals need dosages and procedures. Physicians who truly understand their profession and have a real work ethic will monitor the patient’s daily medication use, mastering each of the properties of herbal plants to prescribe and change prescriptions according to the disease’s condition. If not carefully monitored by conscientious physicians, herbs are poisonous. A good physician is a researcher who can understand the properties of herbs, describe the symptoms, listen to the feedback. A good doctor will recognize where the patient’s disorder comes from, and how to get rid of that root. After doing a lot of research to be able to speak clearly, to create confidence in the patient, the doctor gave his prescription fifty percent effective. When the body accepts, a little medicinal properties also make the disease calm down. When the body receives, one can drink cold water and still be healthy, let alone drink the quintessential herbal lines of heaven and earth. Human life lies in the core of the proverb “eat vegetables when hungry, take medicine when sick”. Medicines of the ancients were herbs. We understand too little about herbs to have no faith in herbs. Let’s be our own teachers to accompany the doctor in the path of healing by a benign path from herbs. Don’t let ambiguity push you into the arms of charlatans and don’t let ignorance blame herbs. Herbs are as fresh as the rain and wind of heaven and earth. Herbal equity between rich and poor, good and bad. Herbs are treasures. Let’s open another life because of the old saying. Understand and be at peace with herbs.

Two famous stylists have explained the phenomenon of standing hair of many Korean idols.
According to the Koreaboo , two hairstylists Goya and Aeri have had the opportunity to work with Korean stars for many years. Their client list includes EXID group, Wanna One, Super Junior, NU’EST…

On June 4, through an online interview, an audience member asked Goya and Aeri about the idols’ hair standing up. Many Korean stars have hair standing up. They were teased by fans when they had “dandelion flower” hair. Photo: SBS, Nate. According to two hairstylists, Korean stars’ standing up hair phenomenon comes from excessive hair bleaching. Aeri said that after bleaching, the hair is almost devoid of moisture. When the hair is subjected to a lot of friction, the lack of moisture makes the hairs bulge and difficult to style. Regularly bleaching hair damages the cuticle on the hair, thereby standing up when subjected to static electricity. This is easy to happen with Kpop idols because they change their hair color and hairstyle constantly. Busy work schedules also make Korean stars less time to take care of their hair. Besides, some people’s hair stands up more in winter. Cold air usually carries low humidity. Using a beanie to keep warm creates more friction and the hair is also more prone to static electricity. Measures to limit hair standing up after bleaching: Hair moisturizer: Adding moisture to your hair is essential to maintaining healthy hair. This combats frizz, static electricity and nasty weather effects. Use shampoo with vegetable oil ingredients, hair serum … to nourish the scalp, creating a natural balance between water and oil. If you like to bleach your hair, you need to regularly moisturize your hair to avoid static electricity. Photo: Dahyun__twice. Do not skip the conditioner: Conditioner works to protect the hair cuticle, improve shine and nourish the hair. Conditioner also reduces frizz or static electricity. Hair care with masks: If your hair is prone to dryness or damage, conditioner may not be enough to keep it moisturized. In that case, using the mask once a week or more helps restore a soft, shiny look to your hair. Shampoo every other day: If you wash your hair regularly, your hair will reduce the amount of natural oils. You should wash your hair alternately with washing your hair with clean water to remove dirt and excess oil. Restrictions on the use of stylers: High heat takes away moisture from the hair.

Exercises to help girls own a desirable flat stomach
The exercise below includes 8 movements, the first 4 movements can be done in the first 3 weeks to warm up the muscles to get used to the basic activities. Then, by week 4, you will practice the last 4 moves to improve. You do not need to practice continuously every day, but just do interval training (1 practice day, 1 rest day). If you exercise regularly, you can confidently wear a bikini with a flat stomach this summer.

If you are applying other sports activities, you do not need to give up completely to follow this exercise. On the contrary, you can consider this as an additional exercise after your familiar gymnastics. This is a suitable exercise to practice after jogging, cycling or using the machines in the gym. Movement 1 (basic): Hold the board with your hands Lying in a push-up position, slowly lower your elbows and front torso, focusing on your arms. The whole body forms a straight plank, without raising the buttocks or lowering the hips. Tighten your abs for 60 seconds. If you can’t hold for 60 seconds continuously, hold the abs like this for about 5-10 seconds, then relax for 5 seconds, continue to repeat for 1 minute. Movement 2 (basic): Leaning to hold the board Lie on your right side, legs straight. With the right elbow, raise the upper body, so that the body forms a diagonal line with the floor. Place your left hand on your hip. Continue squeezing your abs for 60 seconds. Take care to keep your hips and knees off the floor. Return to the original position, do the same with the left side. Movement 3 (basic): Pull the bridge Lie down with legs bent, feet flat on the floor, arms stretched out to the sides, hands up. Raise your hips so that your shoulders, abdomen, and knees form a straight line (A). Squeeze your abs and bring your right knee closer to your chest (B). Count 2 beats and then lower your right leg. Similarly with the other leg, repeat the whole movement about 10 to 30 times. Movement 4 (basic): Swinging Choose a dumbbell about 2-5kg, hold with both hands. Stand straight, feet hip-width apart, hold dumbbells in both hands and raise them straight in front of your chest (A).
Take a long step forward with your left foot, bend your left knee at a right angle, tighten your abs, rotate your upper body to the left, and lower your hips until your right knee is about 15cm off the floor (B).
Return to the starting position, do the same with the other leg. Repeat the movement about 20 to 45 times. Remember to always keep your arms straight when holding the weights. Movement 5 (advanced): Hold the board with one hand Lie in a push-up position (A). Squeeze your abs, slowly shift your weight to your right hand, and extend your left arm forward (B). Hold this pose for about 3-10 seconds depending on your ability. Then slowly bring the left hand back to the original position and extend the right arm. Repeat the movement about 10 times, then rest for 1 minute, continue to do 10-20 more times. Movement 6 (advanced): Rotate to hold the sideboard The starting position is the same as the side position to hold the board (A). Squeezing your abs, reach your left hand toward the ceiling (B). Slowly bring your left hand down, pass it through your torso, and then rotate your body so that your upper body is nearly parallel to the floor (C). Return to the leaning position holding the board. Repeat the movement about 10-30 times and then do the same with the other hand. Between 10-15 beats can rest about 1 minute. Movement 7 (advanced): Hip-thigh lift Lie on your back on the floor, arms outstretched to the sides, right leg bent, left leg kicking up, buttocks slightly down (A). Kick your left foot up so that your body forms a diagonal line (B). Hold this pose for 2 beats and then return to the starting position. Do the same with the other leg, about 10-15 times on each side. If you want to make the exercise more difficult, you can cross your arms in front of your chest. Movement 8 (advanced): Stretch with each arm Lift a dumbbell about 2-5kg with your left hand, lifting it to shoulder level, palms facing in (A). The left leg takes a step back, lower the body until the right knee forms a right angle with the floor, the left knee almost touches the floor, the left hand pushes the dumbbell straight above the head, the right hand is on the hip, not hunched (B). Stand up straight and return to the starting position, lowering the dumbbells to shoulder height. Repeat 10-15 times and then switch sides. Notes To increase the efficiency of fat burning for each exercise, rest for 30 seconds between movements, until you have completed all 8 movements, rest for 1 minute and then start again. The recommended exercise regimen would be: First week: Strengthen for 1 minute, relax for 2 minutes, repeat 5 times (first 4 movements
Week 2: Strengthen for 1 minute, relax for 90 seconds, repeat 6 times (first 4 movements)
Week 3: Strengthen for 1 minute, relax for 1 minute, repeat 8 times (first 4 movements)

Mr. Sy, a boat owner in Nhon Hai (Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh) said that for a long time, people had built this wall to block waves from destroying the fishing village. Every month, only a few days when the water dries up, the new wall becomes visible, especially on the 1st and around the full moon day.
Mr. Sy, a boat owner in Nhon Hai (Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh) said that for a long time, people had built this wall to block waves from destroying the fishing village. The third lunar month is the season of green moss on the rocky beaches of Phuong Mai peninsula. Every month, only a few days when the water dries up, the new wall becomes visible, especially on the 1st and around the full moon day.

The length of the wall extends from Hainan fishing village to Hon Kho During the day, when the water rises, from Nhon Hai looking to Hon Kho is still a vast sea of water. At dusk, the sun gradually turned off, and the new wall appeared. The water here is not too deep, but because of that, it is not possible to run close by canoe, but must go on a rowing boat to reach this unique wall. “Be careful, the rocks are very easy to get hurt,” Sy reminded us when we excitedly put our hands into the clear sea. From the fishing village to the wall, you can only go by rowing boat like Mr. Sy’s boat. Temporarily anchoring the boat to a ledge, Mr. Sy said he could stay here as long as he wanted, until the water dried up completely. We reached the wall on the full moon day, that’s when the water was almost completely drained. If in another season, the solid connections from the rocks will be clearly seen, but now, only a green color of moss is visible. In the morning, the wall is submerged in sea water A few years ago, tourists to Hon Kho were few, and few people knew about the existence of the wall. But now more people come here. In addition to being curious about a mysterious construction on the sea, it is also because it is a very suitable place for “virtual living” photos. The wall rises out of the water in the afternoon The break is said to be the gate of the city for boats to pass through From Quy Nhon city, go across Thi Nai bridge to Phuong Mai peninsula, straight towards Nhon Hai, to Hai Nam fishing village, you can see the wall. But few people come to Nhon Hai without spending a little more time to take a boat out to walk on the strange wall surface. When the tide recedes, the wall is exposed with moss There is no record of an artificial wall in the Nhon Hai area. Ancient records only recorded four great walls built by the Champa people in Binh Dinh, including Thi Nai citadel in Tuy Phuoc district, Do Ban citadel, Chas citadel in An Nhon town, and Uat Tri citadel in Tay Son district. Only the third lunar month has so many mosses Was the wall in Nhon Hai built by man or a miracle of nature? But the people here, including Mr. Sy, believe that it is a legacy of many previous generations. Looking from the Nam Hai fishing village in the direction of the wall to Hon Kho, three distinct segments of the wall are clearly seen. The gaps between the sections are enough for small boats to pass through, which Mr. Sy surmises may have been the gates for ancient ships to pass through. It could simply be a dam built to break waves as Sy guessed, or it could be a defensive work of the Champa people – that mystery is still waiting for an answer. The flora and fauna here are quite interesting Natural grape seaweed is quite abundant here The wall surface is quite wide, about 3-4m, when the water recedes, you can walk comfortably. The wall is about 3 kilometers long. Even at the broken sections, the fishermen said that when the afternoon falls, the water only reaches the neck level, and can swim through easily. If on the full moon day, the tide is at its lowest, from above you can see the full stretch of the wall. Abundant biome in the middle of the sea It is moss season, so the wall is an extremely rich biome. From the Ganoderma lucidum, to the completely natural grape seaweed bushes. Starfish glittering in the water or clownfish hiding among the moss. The wall is now an attractive photography destination for many tourists Pointing to a boat also anchored in the distance, Mr. Sy said that his family had been here since morning until now. They went to Hon Kho, then rowed the boat over the wall, but still attached to this place…

The idea that “four great peaks” is the biggest challenge for backpackers, but few people know that in Vietnam there is another road that is “horror” twice as much. That is the pass known as the “14-storey slope” that is the most rugged and dangerous in the Northeast.

(Photo: Internet) The exact name of this scary pass is Me Pja, but locals often call it Me Pia. Me Pia Pass is a famous pass in Cao Bang, located on National Highway 4A, 2.5 km long, extending from Xuan Truong commune to the center of Bao Lac (a district bordering China). The pass consists of 14 steep floors, with bends, winding and winding roads. On both sides of the pass are high mountain ranges. (Photo: Vietnamroadtrip) It is said that the Me Pia pass dates back to the French colonial period, which was originally just a trail that could only be passed by horseback. The widest part of the pass is only about 40 cm. It was not until 2009 that the new pass was built and completed in 2011. Now, the pass is opened to be more open, with a width of about 5 m. Because of the ruggedness and picturesque winding, this road is always a place where many domestic and foreign backpackers when coming to the Northeast, typically Cao Bang, want to conquer. (Photo: Internet) Unlike other passes in Vietnam, you only need to reach the top to catch a panoramic view of the magnificence of this 14-storey pass. To reach the highest point of the pass, you need to trek through the forest along its slopes. In the layer of floating white clouds, the Me Pia pass appears winding, with winding bends, cascading like stairs to the “top of the sky”. The majesty of the natural landscape of the Northeast mountains, makes any visitor who can see it firsthand feel overwhelmed. (Photo: Internet) The time to climb up to the panoramic view point of the pass is about 1 hour (both up and down). Therefore, you need to bring water and snacks. Absolutely do not litter in the forest, in the route. If you see garbage, plastic water bottles, you can pick them up and bring them down the mountain to throw them away. (Photo: Internet) (Photo: Internet) Due to the rugged mountainous terrain, all roads in the Northeast provinces are very difficult to move, only for skilled drivers. So, if you decide to drive your own car or travel by motorbike to Me Pia pass, you need to make sure that your ability to cope with all situations.

Reader Hai Le Cao shares a 3-day, 2-night journey to conquer the most arduous Nam Kang Ho Tao trekking in the Northwest with complex and dangerous terrain.
Belonging to Lai Chau and Lao Cai provinces, Nam Kang Ho Tao is a wild mountain area with many slippery and steep cliffs. Many backpackers call this the “mortal road”. With many complex terrain, without a helmet, you can hardly pass.

Below is the 3-day 2-night schedule to conquer Nam Kang Ho Tao of readers Hai Le Cao. Choose the right route You can choose 2 routes to climb the top of Nam Kang Ho Tao. If you have good physical strength, experience and like to try difficult roads, you should choose to start in Lai Chau province and return to Lao Cai province. Choosing this route, you will encounter romantic stone streams and primeval ancient forests. The terrain of this direction is suitable for all subjects. Ideal timing Around February-March or September-November is the time for you to conquer this road. Dry weather, less fog will make it easier to determine the direction. You should not trek this route in the rainy season or after a long rain. The mossy cliffs are quite slippery, the streams will become dangerous rushing water. Schedule The first day: 7h: The group moves by car from Sa Pa to Thao A village. The distance is about 90 km. 11h: Delegation to the village, meet the porter, distribute food and drink before departure. Right after that, the group started the journey. The first 1-2 km I found the road easy to go. The terrain is not too steep, enough for us to warm up and catch up with the challenge behind. After 1-2 km, starting to come to the stream, the terrain is gradually complicated, slopes and big rocks appear. After climbing the slope, I encountered the first big rock with a beautiful view. You should check-in here to get the photos you like. Continue going, the main road is still streams and rocks. I met the 2nd and 3rd giant stones in turn. The Nam Kang Ho Tao road has a lot of repetition, but it is not easy to conquer. I am impressed with the 3rd stone because it is located in a high position, with water pouring down, creating a beautiful scene. After crossing 3 rocks, I immediately met a small waterfall with a cool blue lake. The delegation stopped here to swim, play and continue the journey. I see that those who are weak in this bow will have a hard time. Because the terrain is mainly streams and rocky slopes, it requires you to use your calves to jump continuously. You can overcome it by preparing yourself a support stick, which helps to take power from your hands to support your legs. After a long journey, the group finally reached the campsite. I ended the first day with a barbecue served by Mr. porter. Monday: 6h: The group wakes up quickly for personal hygiene and moves to camp 2. The road is mainly steep, but walking in the cool forest and fresh morning air, you will not feel tired. 8:30: Our group went to camp 2 to eat and rest. 10 am: The group continues to depart. The next road must continuously follow the stream. The boulders appear more often. You will have to jump continuously to go through this journey. After a long journey, we will come to the saddle area, which is an area divided on one side to Lai Chau, the other to Lao Cai. Because the place does not have a shack, if you leave your things, you should arrange them neatly to avoid passersby. Our group rested, had lunch here until 14:00 and continued the journey. I find the road to the top lighter because it has reduced the burden of the backpack. The rest of the road is less difficult, the slope is not too high. Near the top, you will pass through the bamboo forest. Gloves, hats or glasses will make you safer. 16h: The group reached the top of Nam Kang Ho Tao. From here, you can zoom out to see the majestic scenery of the mountains. After resting, taking pictures at the top, the group returned to the junction to leave their belongings at 17:30. The way down is always faster and easier. 18:30: Return to the camp, eat, rest, end day 2. The third day : During the trip, I was quite sad because Nam Kang Ho Tao was not as beautiful as I imagined. However, the last day when returning to Lao Cai was the highlight of this whole trip. 6h: The group wakes up, collects luggage. 7:00 am: The group begins to descend the mountain. This is the time when the sun begins to creep through the leaves, peeking at the stream bank. The scene that appeared before my eyes made me bewildered and tried to go slowly to take a closer look. On the journey down the mountain, you will encounter ancient trees of huge size or slopes like challenging conquerors. The sudden drop in altitude from 1,700 m to 1,400 m can take less than an hour for inexperienced people to conquer. 14h: I go to Den Thang board and move by motorbike to Sa Pa to rest and have dinner. 20h: Me and my companion get on the bus back to Hanoi in the night, ending the journey. Trip cost (2 people) – 2-way sleeper bus ticket / 2 people: 880,000 VND (recommended to book round trip ticket will get 40,000 VND discount) – Ticket to the forest: 500,000 VND/2 people (porter is free) – Food: 1,299 million VND/3 people (including porter) – Porter rental: 1.5 million dong/3 days – Rent a motel for porter to Sa Pa to wait for the delegation: 100,000 VND – Car fare from Den Thang village to Sa Pa: 900,000 VND/3 car – Total cost: about 5.2 million VND/2 people

4 things to do to protect the knee joint

  1. Strengthen thigh muscles According to doctors, when you strengthen your muscles, the knee joint is also stabilized. You should do strength training in a safe way, starting with your hips and core. Here are exercises you can do at home: – Warm-up position: Stand up straight, hold the handrail firmly, twist the body at a 90 degree angle (as shown in picture 1). – Next put your foot on the next step. – The front leg is the pillar, lift the back leg to straighten. – Return to the starting position. – Do 10 reps, switch legs and repeat. 2. Wear knee support belt, cushioned shoes when exercising vận Studies have shown that using a knee brace reduces pressure on the knee on the dominant side by 43 percent and the non-dominant side by 63 percent, compared with no support at all. In addition, the knee support belt reduces the side effects of doing deep squats. So if you play basketball or go to the gym, wear a knee brace to protect your knee joint. Doctors also recommend wearing quality running shoes, wearing gel insoles when walking or when standing for long periods of time. 3.Increase the range of motion of the knee Experts have found that most of our knees get stiffer with age. That’s why you have to train your knees to be straight. Knees can be worked out in the pool or at home with the following exercise: -Sit on the bed or the floor. Place a pillow under your ankles, bend your knees. – Use leg muscles to slowly push the knee down. 4. Don’t wear shoes that are too old Shoes are important accessories when you run, walk or stand. Shoes can stretch and wear out after a period of use. No matter how much you love your shoes, don’t wear old shoes when they have lost their support and anti-slip effect. There are 2 types of footwear you should not wear to protect your knee joints, which are high heels and flip flops. High heels shift your center of gravity forward and cause muscle imbalance. Flip-flops are bad for your joints because they don’t support the arch of your foot. 4. Don’t eat too much salt, corn oil, cheese Eating too much salt or corn oil can lead to arthritis. You should reduce salt intake, use extra virgin olive oil. Some experts also recommend avoiding cheese because cheese can speed up knee osteoarthritis, possibly due to its high fat content.

Every day when going to the fields or looking for honey, the people of Ba Lin village often pass through national landmarks. From men to women, young to old, everyone has the spirit of protecting borders and landmarks
The people of Ba Lin village (A Vao commune, Dakrong district, Quang Tri province) automatically call the A Tang valley (where the residents of the Pa Ko people live) an 8-house village. In fact, now this version has “layed” many new houses, surpassing the number 8 for a long time.

Isolated in the middle of the forest Panting, I followed Lieutenant Ho Van Giang, an officer of the A Vao Border Guard Station (Quang Tri), crossing steep slopes to find the 8-house village. Giang is good at going to the forest, crossing slopes, so his feet are always pounding, sometimes even making jokes. I don’t make up for it, sometimes my heart feels like it’s going to jump out of my chest. “Ba Lin village is the most remote and most difficult area of Quang Tri province. But in Ba Lin, the place with the most things must be this 8-house village” – Lieutenant Giang said, while his feet were still fast. mountain pass. The road to the village of 8 houses is just a small path, enough for one person to go. There is a passage through the reed grass and myrtle forest that is in full bloom. The distance to the village is about 3 km, but it took us more than 1 hour to arrive. That’s right, the steep slopes to overcome have consumed all of my time and energy. A corner of the 8 house version Kitchen corner of the people of the 8 house village The people of the 8-house village swim and catch fish in A Tang stream The 8-house version now includes 10 roofs with nearly 50 people. Standing from above, looking down, the village is picturesque with close-knit houses on stilts, thatched roofs with dark thatched grass. The village is located right at the foot of A Le hill, upstream of A Tang stream. In this place, the summer is cool but the winter is bone-chilling because of forest dew and mountain air. Mr. Ho Van Sau, nearly 60 years old but his muscles showed no signs of slackening, welcomed us into his house. While the two- and three-year-old children saw a stranger, they rushed into the kitchen, nestled in the gap in the door and looked out. They may squeal if strangers try to get close, even if their faces widen in goodwill. Old Ho Van Sau and his son reported the situation of the border and milestones to border guards A student from the 8th village carried him back over the mountain after a day of studying Pouring water to invite guests, Mr. Sau said that people’s lives here are almost self-sufficient. In the rainy season, the spring water rises, this place is completely isolated from the outside. In the village, people do not use money to transact. Only when going out, do people use money to buy food and reserve food. “Here, the grid system and phone signal are still not available. The way to become people’s life is separate from the outside. Our relatives mainly live in the forest, fearing the Giang (heaven) and old age. All children are united in one heart,” said Mr. Sau. Ong Sau was one of the first two people to enter the A Tang valley to build a house and make a village. It was 1991. At that time, he and his brother went through the forest to find land to build a village. The forest is immense, it takes 3 days to reach A Tang valley – where many species of birds and animals live. Seeing that the land was good, they offered a posthumous ceremony to ask Giang to establish a village and settle down to this day. Drink roots, eat “specialties” In the dry season, people in the 8-house village go up the hill to burn, hoe, and chop. In the rainy season, they go to the forest to find cardamom and hunt wild animals. In addition to upland rice cultivation, they grow pumpkins, potatoes, and cassava to eat. During the year, they rarely bring goods outside to exchange. Sometimes, hunting wild animals, catching big fish or getting a nest of wild bees, they bring them outside to sell or exchange for food. In the whole village, only the head of the village, Ho Van Au, has a motorbike but posted it outside the center of Ba Lin village. Because the road becomes different when someone is sick, the boys in the village have to take turns going to the military medical station in Bali for treatment. The sick, after being cured, cross the mountain to return. Everyone is like that in the past. I went to all 10 rooftops in the village, seeing that almost every house invites guests with a bowl of crimson water. Is it new or is it the water cooked from the roots of a forest tree called “blood tonic”. Throughout the year, people drink water cooked from the roots of this tree. According to the people, the root of the tree tonic blood is very good for health and cures many diseases. In the A Tang valley, just tiptoe into the forest to find this root species. Step out of the door to see the forest. The forest is very primitive, with trees so big that some people can’t hug them. It is home to many rare species of wild animals. Three years ago, people also saw the footprints of a bear by the A Tang stream. Footprints are bigger than adult feet. “Tigers and leopards don’t exist, but wild boars, gills, chamois, and weasels are abundant. They often drag their herds to clear fields to plant rice, corn, and potatoes. In the season, people have to put a lot of effort into barricading the fields. trails from the forest and keep watch through the night,” said Mr. Sau. The day I went to the village, the young people caught a flying weasel about 2 kg. Asking to know that they set traps on trees, disguised discreetly, so they tricked it. One sister, when she returned from the upland, still dragged along with her a black tiger snake, as big as an adult’s wrist. She smiled and said that she went to work in the field and saw it lying in the sun in the middle of the road, let’s catch it! In the forest, there are countless holes and deep waterfalls along the A Tang stream. This is an ideal place for eels and cool fish to live. These two species of fish are now specialties in the lowlands and although the price is very “expensive”, now looking for red eyes can’t find it. “Sometimes people catch eels that weigh more than 10 kg, and those that weigh more than 3 kg are often. When they catch fish, they divide and eat. Too many people can’t eat it all, they cross the mountain and bring it outside to sell or exchange rice.” – Mr. Ho Cu Chang – 35 years old, a “fisherman” in the 8th village – said leisurely. Let’s keep the milestone together In village 8, the house has 2 main roads. That is the road to the village and the path to the national landmarks on the Vietnam – Laos border. The village is located between 3 national landmarks 627, 628, 629. In which, the nearest landmark is about 2 km from the village. Among the 10 national landmarks that the A Vao Border Guard Station is managing, these are the landmarks with the most dangerous and craggy terrain. Veteran Ho Nhat (79 years old), white hair like clouds on the top of A Le hill, said that every day when going to the fields or looking for honey, the villagers still often pass through national landmarks. From men to women, from young to old, everyone has the spirit of protecting borders and landmarks. “We always tell each other when crossing a border marker to stop to observe. If you see high grass, you have to break it, if a tree falls, you have to clean it up, if you see a mold that’s chipped, you must report it to the official immediately. border guard” – veteran Ho Nhat confided. Senior Lieutenant Ho Van Giang affirmed that the people here are very responsible in patrolling and protecting the borders and landmarks of the Fatherland. Among them are typical examples such as father and son Ho Van Sau, village chief Ho Van Au or veteran Ho Nhat. “The evidence is that every time we go on patrol, we see that the national landmark area is cleared by people. If there is anything at the border, they also send people to cross the mountain to report,” said Lieutenant Giang. Difficult words On the way to leave the 8 house village, we met a lot of students returning from a day of study. The children go in groups, sometimes the older child carries the baby over steep slopes. According to the head of Ba Lin village, Ho Van Nhien, because of the bumpy roads, children’s education in the village is interrupted and they do not reach their destination. In the village, no one studied until grade 10 and many children dropped out of school very early. Stopped learning so the pickaxe, the machete, therefore, “sticks” tightly to the hand.

Having a tall, toned butt is not only dependent on genetics, but also on diet and exercise. Here are 5 moves to help your breasts firmer.
  Move 1

This exercise does not require much movement, but it is very effective. Lie flat with your face down on the floor, arms under your head, and legs stretched out behind. Bend right knee and place foot on left leg. Raise your knees as high as you can, but don’t move your hips. Repeat several times, then switch legs. Move 2 This exercise needs to prepare a pair of weights weighing about 2.5 – 3.5 kg. Stand up straight with feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly arched, keeping the dumbbells in front of your thighs. Lower the upper body until it is parallel to the floor. Then, return to the starting position and repeat the above movements a few times. You can also lift the weight of the dumbbell to about 4 – 6kg to perform the following movements: Squatting with arms straight and back slightly arched. Next, lift weights, combined with lifting your buttocks and pushing your hips forward. Finally lower the dumbbells down and complete the above movement. Movement 3 Lie down, face up on the floor. Raise your legs, bend knees, and touch soles of your feet together. Then extend your legs to the sides as far as possible. Next, pull the leg back while keeping the tension on the inner thigh. Movement 4 Pillars on the floor with hands, knees and back straight, abdomen tightened. Raise and bend knees outward. Then kick straight leg to the right direction, then pull back and switch legs similarly. Do this 15 times. Movement 5 Lie flat with your face facing the floor, arms extended to the sides. Bend your right knee while keeping your left leg straight and several centimeters above the floor. Raise your left leg until it is as high as your right leg and the entire body is in a straight line from knee to shoulder. Then return to the starting position, switch legs, and repeat. To improve the effectiveness of keeping the buttocks beautiful, you need to coordinate exercise with diet and sedentary lifestyle changes …

A baby decorated with flowers when taking pictures. Although it has faded as digital has evolved, photographing the dead was once a huge business, a means of denouncing war crimes. The origin of the trend Currently, cameras are available on mobile devices so people can store images anytime, anywhere. However in the Victorian period, cameras were not so popular and convenient. Taking personal photos is also very expensive, so many people do not have any pictures while living. Until their death, relatives have spent a large amount of money on a photo to keep memories. Especially for families with the death of a child, it becomes more spiritual to take pictures. Early photos were often blurred, but not because of the technology of the camera at the time. Victorian cameras were capable of producing sharp images but the technology was very slow. Usually, the person being photographed must sit still for at least 20 seconds, no blinking or moving limbs. Even breathing can affect image sharpness. People are under pressure to sit or stand upright in clothes that are flat. Photographing the living person at that time was extremely difficult. On the contrary, it is easier to take pictures of the dead because they do not move or breathe or ruin the photo. Amateurs looking to improve their skills and create sharp images often find dead guests. Many people have saved a few photos while living, but because the quality of photos of dead people is usually better than those of living people, families still take pictures of them after death. This photo can show sharp details and features about the deceased. When corpses take pictures with loved ones, they also become “in focus” with sharp images while the people around them may be a little blurred. Nowadays, it seems crazy to spend large sums of money to take photos of the dead. But because today, or at least in the West, death is hidden, no longer lurking around. Modern people enjoy life to the fullest and often avoid thinking about or mentioning death. Death has become a foreign thing, a horror to them. But research from the University of North Carolina, USA, shows that during the Victorian period, human life expectancy was low while mortality was high. People have to constantly watch their relatives and friends pass away. In particular, it is common for children to die when they are young. From childhood, people have become acquainted and understood about death. The art of photographing the deceased Not only taking photos, but people want the pictures of the dead to come true and vivid as if they were just taking a nap. Death is often associated with mourning, but if you look at the Victorian photographs, the reality is the opposite. Photos of the deceased are quite beautiful. Many pictures are arranged or arranged purposefully. When photographing the dead became a major business during the Victorian era, trade magazines such as Philadelphia Photographer offered advice to “assist the amateurs in creating impressive photographs of the dead”. They suggested placing the corpse near a window to take advantage of natural light. Even so, sunlight cannot bring a corpse to life. Therefore, photographers have created many ways to make shooting the dead look more natural. After the photo was printed, they used color to paint the eyes wide to help the dead look soulful. Let the dead sit upright, loved ones can take pictures with and support their backs. Normally, it takes about three people to hold the arm, lift the dead person’s head, and some people use a support to help the dead stand upright. Families also often decorate teddy bears and toys around children to create a joyful, warm space, and comfort the little souls … However, more and more people photographing was transformed and commercialized. Celebrities died have become “prey” to the wings of photographers. They secretly attend funerals to take photos of celebrities to sell to newspapers or card printing companies in exchange for large sums of money. Many people, because of their idols or curiosity, have spent money to buy these pictures. For example, the photo of a French writer, Victor Hugo, who died looking like he was sleeping, was printed in large numbers on postcards. Soldiers died in the American Civil War. Exposure to war crimes Photographing the dead isn’t just limited to the home. When photography became popular, the American civil war broke out. Photographers have another task is to take pictures of the battlefield. In it, it is indispensable to take photos of the generals and soldiers who died in different poses, but all in all are bloody, haunting moments. War is a strange thing for people living in a peaceful area, but photography has brought war closer to everyone. The sacrifices of the soldiers denounce the cruelty and the heavy damage that war brings. War photos are displayed at photo galleries, published in newspapers or as souvenirs. They have had a strong impact on people’s awareness of war crimes, and spurred movements to restore peace. The trend disappeared In the early 20th century, photographing the dead was no longer popular because of changes in society. Thanks to the development of health care, the infant and population mortality rate has sharply decreased. From the 1900s, whether old or young, when sick, they are admitted to the hospital and may die in them without relatives. This means death takes place behind closed doors, rather than in the comfortable and open spaces of the house. Furthermore, photography has become more popular. Everyone can take pictures many times by themselves, without the need for a photographer, it is no longer feasible to take a “single and last” photo. However, photographing of the dead still exists, but for more privacy or for special purposes. In the present era, it will not be easy to see pictures of the deceased even though this trend has flourished many decades ago.

This time I went inside. The sky is clear, the waves match the sun. Clear water, white foam boiled up from the shimmering rocky shores. It is Tam Lu waterfall. ‘It feels so yomost’ to come here!
I often want to throw myself in the dust and wind with insane excitement. Confused face. Red eyes read. Let my soul float, I am adventurous rise to faint. But this time I went inside. The sky is clear, the waves compare to the sun. Clear water, white foam boiled up from the shimmering rocky shores. It is Tam Lu waterfall. “It feels so yomost” to come here!

Tam Lu waterfall is located upstream of Long Dai river, in Truong Son border commune, Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province. The driver is Tung, a young man bold forest, solid as iron but gentle as a stream in dry season. The boat is made of aluminum, fragile leaf-shaped but can carry up to a dozen people. We all jumped onto the boat with great vigor. It seems that Tung is too used to the excitement of those who are “lost” so he still waits for us to settle down. The boat glides very lightly. The sound of the cole machine rang out, bouncing into the tall rocks, disturbing the empty river. The river upstream is strangely peaceful. On one side are limestone karsts calmly. One side is a row of green upside down hills. Looming far away from the small stilt houses of the Van Kieu ethnic group. There is no signal to tell us that there is a terrifyingly beautiful waterfall, only when you see more and more large and small rocks scattered between the stream and the sound of strong swirling water can you feel the adventure was very close. Artist Ho Ai plays Pi flute at Tam Lu waterfall. Tam Lu is not as powerful as everyone imagined, but very special. Not too high, only about 20 meters, not too long, only about 100 meters, is made up of three stone steps of all shapes and types overhanging the river surface. Perhaps that is why the waterfall is named Tam Lu. This is the most beautiful waterfall among nearly 100 large and small waterfalls on the Long Dai stream. This feature has helped Tam Lu become an extremely adventurous and attractive tourist destination. People come here not only to contemplate and walk, but also to test their courage to cross the falls on small boats and admire the superior ability of the boys to sail in the Truong Son forest land. At the door of the waterfall, Tung stood up, holding the handlebars, his legs firmly behind the roof of the boat, reaching out ahead: “Prepare to cross the waterfall!”. The boat jerked up, leaned down, we trembled and clung our hands tightly to the side of the boat in feeling very heart attack. Tung still calmly kept stepping to let the boat rise above the rocky steps or wriggle through narrow gorges. The driver’s talent is how the boat will launch without being tilted, the flight must be sure to pass the rapids and water safely. Putting your nose down is … done. Three stone steps are three such flights. White waves bounce. The boat lowered. Very adventurous and somewhat dangerous but everyone likes it. Many of the sisters, whose faces are pale because of the “unprecedented” rushing boats to the air, are still determined to make an appointment: “There is a chance to continue. Afraid of what! ”. Tung has 13 years of sailing on the Long Dai River. He said: “The first time rowing over the falls was also very good. Boat hit the rock is upside down immediately. But going forever is familiar. Now it belongs to every gutter, every rocky snout. Without looking, the hand can also drive which side … “. Tung is one of the very few people still sticking to the river, with Tam Lu waterfall. Heard, not far from Long Dai River is a unique “road” connecting Quan Hau – district capital of Quang Ninh and downstream communes with Truong Son. Nearly 100km in length, the river is always bustling with boats coming up and back. People who make a living as a boat driver also do well, customers trade goods in the lowlands and upside down. Since the day Ho Chi Minh Road connects the region back to the lowlands, people go to Truong Son by car, motorbike, and gradually forget about the boat trips along. At this time, anyone is free to spend all day on the river! The boat’s job is gradually disappearing. At present, there are only about a dozen people who still stick to work, both exploiting aquatic products and taking visitors. Tung is one of them. For a living. Because I love the river. Because you like adventure on the white waves where the rapids are. In recent years, his work seems to be thicker because of the increasing demand of tourists to play waterfall. However, this job is only spontaneous, Tung is worried because crossing Tam Lu is a risky trip, which can affect his life, while this travel route has not been recognized, safe for tourists. Waterfall crossing is not guaranteed. Tung wishes Quang Binh province, Quang Ninh district to build a tourism development program on the Long Dai river so that he can work with peace of mind … That wish will come true because within the framework of the sub-projects of the Development Project. To sustainably develop the Mekong sub-region in phase II, Quang Binh’s tourism industry has built a tourist route by Nhat Le – Long Dai river, connecting the sea mouth with the upstream. Accordingly, Long Dai River, Tam Lu Waterfall is an interesting tour. One can explore the cultural life rich in the identity of the Van Kieu ethnic group, can cruise on the river, admire the scenery, fish, fly and … enjoy self-made rustic dishes. With wild vegetables picked on the hillside, fish and shrimp caught in the river. Walking on the boat, grilled fish to eat with wild vegetables and enjoying a song of the country ‘s song is great. Boat upside down Tam Lu waterfall. I have been back and forth on the Long Dai river since the peak of 1001, the origin of the discovery to the end of the sea mouth, I have come to Tam Lu to jump many times. The scenery on both sides of the shore is indescribable. The color of the sky, the color of the sky, the color of the mountain disappears. Lots of mountains along the green river are lined with coniferous forests in the candle-lighting season. Purple mountain waves, tired and exhausted, like a full-time woman draining her blood once for a lifetime. The mountains and classes jumped up like a herd of war horses blowing the mist wind of Tay Son army Nguyen Hue from Thang Long capital back to Phu Xuan. Sometimes the mountain is like a dead, green thirsty man who falls out of the river and licks a little moisture from the beach … That feeling never gets old. I was shocked to hear the deep, majestic Pi flute soaring in the roaring voice of the waterfall. Suddenly saw heaven and earth border Truong Son immense, gill. That belonged to the village elder Ho Ai. He sits by the waterfall, playing a Khap dance of the Van Kieu. The elder of Ho Ai village in Khe Cat village, Truong Son is the last rare person who is keeping and transmitting the art of Pi flute playing. With white hair like clouds, he is like a gentle fairy, but Quang Binh people consider him an artist of the people. The photographer came to him. Musicians find him. Folklore researcher turned to him. Writers find him. Journalists found him. Tourists also came to him … To hear him talk about his unique flute and to hear him play the sacred tunes of the Van Kieu. Tam Lu waterfall has a grandfather and the sound of Pi flute becomes soulful. The Pi flute is an ancient musical instrument of the Van Kieu people in Truong Son. It is made from the trunk of a giant old tree on the edge of the Laos forest. I heard that the old man of Ho Ai village had to go three days to find it. From the day he was young, he stormed the mountains and forests until today, nearly 80 seasons fill the hole, the flute was always led by him on his side. Be faithful to him. Communicate with him. Studying carefully the cultural life of the Van Kieu ethnic group has realized that the people have a very special communication channel through various types of folk folk songs, folk dance and folk music. The Pi flute is a musical instrument used by people in many different living contexts and has a very strong impact on the emotional psychology of both sides, the listener and the flute player. Therefore, only the men who have spent the warmth of life can understand enough and are seasoned enough to use the flute as a means to express their hearts. They can play the flute when alone. At that time, the flute sounded sad as blood. They play the flute when rejoicing. At that time the flute sounded like a ring, like a song. Sometimes the flute sounds like a confidant, cooing. At that time the flute was very personal, only the person worthy of hearing could understand. Ho Ai is one of the very few Van Kieu who can use the Pi flute skillfully in each such situation. Amidst the vast space of the border mountains and forests, the sound of Pi flute opens the mysterious inner world of the people. The sound of the flute perched on the mountain, the mountain has its soul The sound of a starling flute landed on the tree, the tree has the soul of the tree. The sound of the flute landing on the river, the river has the soul of the river. Flute flickers on the white waves, fluttering on the rocky banks of Tam Lu, the waterfall has the soul of the waterfall. The Van Kieu say that wherever Pi flute sounds are located, they are their hometowns. Ho Ai House is quite far from Tam Lu. He said that he had to play Pi flute in a vast place to hear its beauty, so on beautiful moonlit nights, he often went to sit beside Tam Lu to sing the melodious songs. In the middle of the blue green space, the clouds and the sky make a sound of flutes soaring freely and soaring, making the same gongs in the waterfall. Boys and girls in sim card also followed him in the morning and night. Tam Lu Waterfall is like a fairyland on earth. Waterfall and people, creating a wonderland …

On the cliffs of tens of meters high in the highland district of Quan Hoa, many drawings are still quite primitive, the image of humans and animals carrying messages of the ancients. Absolutely not carvings, red drawings like penetrating into the grain, lasting at the same time have raised many unanswered questions with researchers and local residents …

A primitive drawing on Pa Tém mountain with 4 people holding hands (big circle) and 1 dog behind (small circle). The mystery of high frescoes Mural – a term used to refer to drawings on erect cliffs. In Vietnam, archaeologists have discovered many prehistoric frescoes on the cliffs in Lang Son province, Cuc Phuong National Park area of Ninh Binh province … In the highland district Quan Hoa, in addition to the drawings on Mount Pa Ti on the bank of the Ma River near Hoi Xuan town, recently discovered some more drawings on the Pa Phùng range in Phu Nghiem commune. Together with two researchers on history – folklore Ha Nam Ninh in Ba Thuoc district and Pham Van Cuong in Quan Hoa district, we arrived at the foot of Pa Phien mountain. Right along the inter-communal road leading up to Vinh Quang Ho tourist area of Phu Nghiem commune, the mountain with another name translated from Thai into Kinh language is “Nui Ong” with a high cliff of hundreds of meters. Because we were entangled in the luxuriant wood canopy that obscured the view of the paintwork, we had to move to the luong forest of the people quite far away. From a distance of hundreds of meters, but using the zoom camera lens close, still clearly recognized the red paint on the high, located about 50m from the ground. Although not really sharp in terms of art, but with the naked eye, we can also recognize that this is a picture of 2 people holding hands, one big and one smaller. The size of each “person” is about the size of adult gloves, the head is simply a round shape, without eyes – nose – mouth, and hands and feet are clear, but do not draw in detail each finger, toes. About 500 meters away from the way the birds fly, a “prehistoric picture” with richer drawings has been seen by local people for many generations on the Pa Ter mountain range in Cham village, Xuan Phu commune (old). It has now been merged into Phu Nghiem commune. In Thai, Pa Tém means “Nui Ve”, or mountain with drawings. The name of the mountain range since ancient times no one knows, perhaps also comes from these red frescoes. Standing on the right bank of the Ma River, pictures on the cliffs can be seen right on the left bank of the river about a few hundred meters away. Although being blurred by the natural factors over many generations, it is not difficult to recognize 4 figures of people in the state of walking quite quickly, the tallest figure of the second person is about 40cm, the remaining 3 people. 30cm high. Approximately 1 meter away is a picture of a red animal quite clearly, with long legs equivalent to the body. There is also a red line between the people and the animal, but is blurred, and it is difficult to recognize the specific shape. The position of the lines is also about 10m from the edge of the river, on a smooth cliff, it is difficult for anyone to get up. According to Pham Quang That, 71-year-old Thai ethnic group, former Chairman of the Veterans Association of Quan Hoa district, who was born and raised in the Cham village – right next to the Pa Tém mountain range since childhood: We grew up and saw the features This drawing already. My grandfather said, from previous lives, he said he grew up seeing these red pictures. When we were a child, we were breeding buffaloes on the banks of the Ma River. During the dry season, we still swam to the other side, competing with each other to throw stones and pebbles to see who threw the closest high to the painting. Many locals also told us that, when it rains, the wet the cliffs become, the clearer and redder the lines are. The problem is, on a steep cliff, about 50m high, how can the ancients come up to draw? Are the drawings from prehistoric times, when the cliffs were still low, after geological changes or earthquakes and then emerged as high as today? What kind of message do the owners of the paintings belong to, what message do they leave to the next generation? What is the red material depicting with something that still does not fade for hundreds, even thousands of years? And many other questions are still unresolved mysteries that need to be studied and explained on the scientific basis. Some scientific explanations According to researchers, the more primitive the brush strokes, the more ancient the ability of the owner of the strokes in time to us. “Regarding the history of the Muong Ca Da land – where there are the above-mentioned murals, although this is now the area where Thai people live, in ancient times, the whole area includes districts of Ba Thuoc, Quan Hoa, Quan Son .. is living by the Xa people (one branch is the Kho Mu people today). Together with the delegation of Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Lan Cuong – a leading expert in archeology and archeology in Vietnam, I discovered Ma Xa cave not far from this Pa Tém mountain, and discovered the corporal remains according to custom. Xa people about 16,000 years ago. Many other caves have been discovered on the cliffs in Quan Hoa, Quan Son and Ba Thuoc districts also quite a lot, with the remains buried in the Xa style. Thus, in addition to the assessment that the drawings are of the Thai people, it is not excluded that the above mysterious “pictures” are of the Xa people who used to live here “- shared researcher Ha Nam Ninh. Mr. Cao Bang Nghia, a researcher of Thai culture in Quan Hoa district also wondered: “The name of Pa Ti mountain, which means“ Nui Ve ”, has existed since ancient times, the red paintings we have been approaching for decades. before. The drawing on Pa Phùng mountain was only recently known because bushes were growing around, and lying on high. There are still many mysteries that have not been decoded, cannot confirm when the drawing dates back, possibly thousands or even thousands of years ago. Observed with the naked eye, we perceive that this is a drawing made of red material, not the stone carving station. So what is the drawing with that substance that will not fade? In fact, the cliffs with this drawing are all oriented to the west and southwest, so the intensity of sunlight in the afternoon is very great, not to mention rain, wind, weathered rocks … Not long ago , when we showed the photo to cultural researcher Hoang Tuan Pho, he considered that the drawing material could be “earth king”. This is a red, iron-rich soil that was often mixed with some minerals and resin to paint in the ancients. It can penetrate deep into the grain, last a long time. Through research, in China, Indonesia and some Southeast Asian countries, scientists have also discovered many prehistoric murals on cliffs quite similar to those in Quan Hoa district. If so, what message did the ancients leave? According to researcher Ha Nam Ninh’s speculation, based on the drawing of two people holding hands on Pa Phep mountain, it is possible that the ancients expressed the desire to love couples, maybe this is the group kissing period. moving to the progressive stage, marking the breakup of the cave habitats, the activities of maintaining the outdated pair of kissing pants ?. Another comment is that, after seeing the photos we took, researcher Hoang Tuan Pho said that the picture of 4 people and an animal on Pa Tém mountain could reflect an old hunt. All of the above explanations are only conjecture and deductive. If there are petrographic research, analysis, materials and drawing dating and the participation of leading scientists, it is possible to decipher many unexplored mysteries. The legend of Pa Tém mountain painting In the process of finding a solution to the mysterious mural, we also collected folk tales related to the painting on Pa Tém mountain. This is a story in Thai language, about the story of 4 people and beasts on a cliff, passed by word of mouth in the form of folk literature, so no one knows since when. Researcher Cao Bang Nghia is a local Thai ethnic minority, so he previously collected, recorded and could read every sentence. The content of the legend is translated as follows: In the olden days, in the area of Muong Moc and Muong Sang (in Son La province), there was a man who created the muong as Chu Sang. He married A Giam in the Trung Son (Quan Hoa) region today, after giving birth a girl with a beauty of diving fish, inclined to tilt the water. Due to the bad time, Chu Sang fell in love with his daughter and wanted to marry him. People in Muong objected to boycott and not allow them to live. Chu Sang built a raft, with his daughter – also a wife, a servant and a dog, who went to the river to live in. Heaven saw that Chu Sang’s work was unlawful, so he punished the flood to wash the raft. The raft continued to go down the Ma River, to the Mo Tom area of the Cham village, Phu Nghiem commune, the river changed river so the raft drifted into the cliffs of the Pa Tém range. This is the king of the Dragon King, so a voice can be heard from the cliff: If you and your family want to live, give up that bad idea, otherwise I will sink the raft immediately !. Mr. Chu Sang hurriedly took gold, silver, and jewels to throw in the river for Dragon King and asked for his life but still did not want to change his mind. The Dragon King refused to release Mr. Chu Sang and caused the swirling water to gradually sink the raft, the daughter, the servant and the dog were submerged in the Ma River. Regretting his actions to cause disaster, before the raft drowned, Mr. Chu Sang asked Long Vuong to be painted on the cliff of animals and family members to pass on to the next generation. After finishing the painting, the raft and the Chu Sang muong were also pressed deeply into the water stream. The verses of this passage are memorized by many locals: Frankly shabby / Frustrated shabby / Shagged shaggy howl. Translated into: Line one drawing a picture of her / Line two drawing pictures / Drawing pictures of the midwife and maids / Drawing a dog with closed ears, a big mouth, and standing ears. The pictures on the cliffs are completely consistent with the content of hundreds of lines long poetry still circulating locally. According to that content, the second highest person is a muong, the smaller one is probably a girl and the other 2 people behind are servants. The animal not far away was the dog that was carrying. However, both researchers Ha Nam Ninh and Cao Bang Nghia expressed the viewpoint: This is just a legend story, possibly after a long time of frescoes, which were composed by folk to explain the drawings. available that they observe every day.

Each water hyacinth that Mr. Duong has just completed is 1.86m high, the largest diameter is 0.59m, and weighs 20kg. More than 10 million pieces of water hyacinth for each water hyacinth are held together by aluminum wire, water pipes. He has used collected canning waste for many years.

Photo: NGUYEN TRANG Mr. Duong said: “The idea of making water hyacinth from cans of water since 2012 and I started collecting cans throughout 2014 to obtain a large amount”. After collecting, Mr. Duong washed and coated the cans with a shade to keep them for a long time. By 2015, Mr. Duong started to design a hyacinth, he used thin aluminum wire to knit, connect to form the frame of the water hyacinth. After that, he continued to use water pipes with a diameter of 20cm to be inserted inside to keep the water hyacinth standing upright. He used a smaller water pipe 17-18cm in diameter inside the original large pipe, the purpose of which can pour water and flower arrangements. All steps on the frame, the inner structure is complete, Mr. Duong continues to make the more difficult process of connecting the cans together and the boss overlaps in succession. “I used yellow spandex and cut thin enough to pass through the hole in the can. Use at least 10m of fabric to connect 10 million pieces of cans for each water hyacinth ”. According to Mr. Duong, the hyacinth base, knotted areas are the most difficult. He had to be skillful so that the water hyacinth wouldn’t lose its symmetry when it was placed from the bottom up. He had to remove and install it many times to make the base of the water hyacinth. Mr. Duong also made a tea kettle made of colorful cans. He said, in the near future, he plans to make more products from cans. >> Some pictures of a pair of water hyacinths made from a bottle of cans.

A lot of people think that gorillas patting gorillas are just a sign of defiance or domination.

Chest patting is a means of communication However, recently a new study has revealed that gorilla clapping behavior is not quite as we know it. Research published in the journal Scientific Reports concluded that gorilla clapping was in fact a means of non-verbal communication that “encoded” their competitiveness instead of boasting of strength. The gorilla clapping itself represents an interesting kind of communication unlike a human. It is not really a voice but an act of inclination to show off visible and audible physical strength. To draw conclusions, the researchers sought to record the sound of the chest beating using photometry. With this method, scientists do not need to get close to the gorilla because the extremely powerful male monkeys pose many dangers in Volcanoes National Park, Rwanda. However, even using photometry, scientists still need to be in the right place and at the right time to catch chest beats from gorillas. The results showed that sounds had lower frequencies in large male mountain gorillas, while younger males had higher frequency sounds. Where low-frequency sounds travel further than high-frequency sounds, which means that larger males can be more formidable competitors. This is useful for males of similar or smaller size who can use the information to decide if it is worthwhile against the competitor or to step back. In previous research conducted by the same group of researchers found that the larger male mountain gorillas not only were socially dominant, they were also more likely to reproduce successfully than the offspring. the male is smaller. With female monkeys, they will also collect information from the male monkey’s chest pounding sound to decide on a worthy mate. “The gorilla’s chest banging is one of the iconic sounds of the animal kingdom, so it’s great that we can prove that gorilla’s body size has been encoded in the displays. This spectacular performance, “said Edward Wright, author of the study from the Planck Institute of Evolutionary Anthropology. Critically endangered species on the Red List Gorilla is a genus of primates belonging to the family of humans, herbivores living in the jungles of Africa, the largest of the extant primates. Gorillas are divided into two species (there can be 4 to 5 more subspecies). The DNA of the gorilla is the same as that of humans 98% -99%. They are very closely related to humans after only 2 species of chimpanzees. This primate has a massive body. Gorillas are 1.7–2 m tall when standing upright and weigh 180–200 kg. These animals usually walk on all fours, although they can stand on two legs. Gorilla lives in the tropical and subtropical forests of Africa. Gorillas move with their knuckles, although they can sometimes stand upright with food or on defense. Wild adult gorillas weigh 135 to 180 kg (298 to 397 lb) while females are usually half as much as 68–113 kg (150–249 lb) males. Adult males are 1.7 to 1.8 m (5.6 to 5.9 ft) tall, with an arm span of 2.3 to 2.6 m (7.5 to 8.5 ft). Females have a shorter arm span. The adult male gorilla is known as the “silver back” due to the silver hair on its back. Occasionally, a silverback greater than 1.8 meters and 230 kg is recorded in the wild. The obese gorilla in captivity 270 kg. Gorillas live in groups under the command of the strongest and most powerful male. It is the male’s duty to lead and protect the whole herd from being attacked by wild animals. The gorilla’s most dangerous enemy is the very ferocious leopard. When threatened, the male will stand upright and pound his stomach with two hands to warn him before fighting. The gorilla is known as a powerful beast with a large appearance, much stronger than a human, powerful and intelligent hands and a gorilla punch that can make everything facing a deformation. . Despite its massive and massive body, Gorilla has an average running speed of about 40 km / h. All species (and subspecies) of the gorilla are listed as Critically Endangered on the IUCN Red List. Now, more than 100,000 western lowland gorillas are thought to exist in the wild, with 4,000 in zoos; The eastern lowland gorilla has a population of less than 5,000 in the wild and 24 in the zoo. The mountain gorilla is the most endangered species, with an estimated population of 880 remaining in the wild and no species in the zoo.
