The road has a scale of grade 3, especially the section from Hung Vuong bridge (Tuy Hoa city) to Da Nong bridge (Dong Hoa town) with a length of more than 30 km is planned as an urban road with a median strip between. This road is invested by the Ministry of Transport and Phu Yen province with more than 50% of construction.</p>
