“The other party is typing…” Two words popped out of the chat box.
“The other party is typing…” The chat box continued to pop up three words.
After five messages, I finally received a complete sentence.
You and I, who stay on social media every day and keep inputting and outputting messages, shouldn’t be unfamiliar with this way of chatting—dividing a sentence into multiple messages to send.
When hundreds of millions of people have become accustomed to online communication as a way of communication, there are also many characteristics worthy of attention throughout the process, such as the previously discussedLanguage inflation ,Emoticons flooded ,Irregular use of punctuation Wait.
In addition, “fragmented expression” is also a common phenomenon of communication. When chatting on the Internet, many users, especially young people, are becoming more and more accustomed to sending several messages in one sentence, and even one word and one punctuation should be a separate message. This is unthinkable in the past SMS era of bargaining.
This issue of Quanmeipai (ID: quanmeipai) focuses on the interesting phenomenon of fragment expression in social media chats, and analyzes the reasons behind and the characteristics of communication.
Language fragments in online chat
The splicing of fragments of a sentence into different sentences is not born out of social networks.
Recall the modern poem “Rain Alley” I read in middle school. The poem “Holding a paper umbrella, alone/wandering in a long, long/lonely rain lane” is also in a similar format. However, the fragments in today’s online communication are obviously not out of the need for literary expression and poetic beauty like the cross-line of poems.
Today’s interbank news is mostly like this: At the top of the dialog box, it always shows that the other party is typing, but what you receive is a few words that keep popping up.
A common scenario is: After a lunch break, I picked up my phone and took a look. In the dialog box, there were dozens of unread messages sent by my friends. I quickly opened it. After climbing up the stairs to read, I found that only three complete sentences were actually spoken.
This situation is probably often seen in your chat history. With the transformation of communication technology and the growth of social media, fragmented language expression has become more and more common. This kind of “fragment” is not a bombardment of a complete sentence, but a sentence is divided into several messages and sent out separately.

After eight messages, I still don’t know who I met This fragmented expression is a habit of many people when chatting online, but it is not universal. Most of them appear in specific communication objects and scenes. such as,Familiar friends and relatives, when talking about daily topics, it may be easier to break out a sentence at will; while in more formal scenes such as work communication, the frequency of similar expressions may drop a lot. Chat with friends, on some more lively and relaxed topics , For example, when you follow stars, watch dramas, and share anecdotes, your dialogue may look like this: Which star girl has never sighed that her brother is so handsome And in some formal workplaces, or when communicating with teachers and elders, You moreIt may be possible to edit the good news in advance, carefully consider each sentence, and then send the news. When talking to the teacher, I always want to put everything into a message Of course, apart from objects and scenes, fragmented language is also nourished by the special attributes of social media of. Nowadays, the commonly used social software was also a typical place for fragmented expression at the beginning of its birth, and it assumed more auxiliary social functions. With the changes in technology and environment, social media has gradually evolved into a major social tool, even surpassing offline communication, which also bears a deeper need for communication. At this time, in some special scenes, Fragmented expression can help emphasize emotions and become a magnifying glass of emotions . For example, when talking with a friend about academic troubles, it may be like this: A sense of despair overflows the screen In a similar special context, a sentence composed of cross-messages can strengthen the special mood of the speaker in the scene and set off a specific atmosphere. In short, for fragmented expression that is becoming more and more common, some people regard it as a normal expression habit, which is simple, stress-free, and interesting. Others regard it as an inappropriate way of communication, believing that it increases the pressure of information overload and makes people one step away from “speaking well.” And more often, it is an invisible phenomenon that has not attracted special attention. Zhihu has also discussed this issue.Image source: Zhihu Why is a sentence divided into several pieces of information to send? 1. The impact of changes in media channels In the answers to related questions about Zhihu, some netizens said: “People who have been tortured by text messages (that’s me) naturally like to develop separately when they use WeChat chat software.” This answer reveals a background in which fragmented expression can be understood- Changes in media channels have reduced the cost of communication. In the pre-social media era, people used text messages, letters, emails, etc. to overcome the obstacles to offline communication, but most of these methods limited the way of expression from different sides: one text message and five text messages correspond to different costs. The mail has a fixed format, and the writing procedure is more cumbersome. It takes time to write it, send it, and wait for a reply. Nowadays, the popularization of the Internet and the dominance of social media have ended the era of “inch-and-inch” communication, and people have been liberated from restrained and prudent communication.So, a sentence is divided into several messages and sent, Perhaps it is a kind of “retaliatory consumption” for remote communication, and it is also a new way of communication in new media channels. 2. Adapt to online social communication scenarios Fragmented communication is also an adaptation to online communication scenarios. In the online chat scene, in addition to the words spoken, the tone, expression, expression and eyes of the other party can all convey effective information at the same time. These are all difficult to achieve in the online space. From this point of view, fragmented speech can strengthen the tone to a certain extent, convey information other than text, and adjust the atmosphere of the chat. A message that is too long inevitably makes people feel like they have received a small composition More specifically, the cutting of a sentence is not done randomly. It is often divided into different fragments such as adjectives, nouns, pronouns, and even a punctuation, each corresponding to a different meaning. The separation of elements allows different language fragments to be separated, which can help the other party to get to the point of speaking. For example, when “I am super xxx!” becomes “I”, “super”, “xxx”, and “!”, the latter seems to convey the emotional characteristics of the words more clearly on the small mobile phone screen. In addition, fragmented expressions are also compatible with the immediate nature of social media communication. In instant messaging software, it is a universal need for communication to maintain the presence status and let information arrive in time in the shortest possible time. Therefore, no punctuation, typos caused by the input method, no withdrawal, and correction in the second line are common phenomena in instant communication. And send short sentences of three or five characters, arranged line by line, It reduces the difficulty of editing and modification, and it is also a kind of “meeting” to the immediacy feature. [1] 3. Become a discourse symbol for online communication Guo Qingguang’s “Communication Course” mentioned that in human social communication activities, information is the unity of signs and meanings, signs are the external forms or material carriers of information, and meanings are the spiritual content of information.[2] Communication in social media is a process of symbolic interaction, and language symbols are the most important type of presentation. From the perspective of symbols, the information transmission form of “dividing a sentence into multiple messages” is also an angle to understand its meaning and meaning. Compared with a long message that is composed of paragraphs and sentences, the symbol of a short sentence message is a more direct and simple expression. Long sentences seem to require more attention and energy, while short sentences are easier to understand. Each one conveys clear meaning and can reduce the pressure and burden of communication. From this perspective, a sentence that is divided into blocks is a special text symbol-like voice, emoticon symbols, etc., it undertakes the needs of online expression and exerts different communication functions. This symbol also has a role other than the content itself.In addition to the aforementioned adjustment of the chat atmosphere, strengthening of tone and emphasis, and catering to immediacy, there are Maintain the consistency of words in the chat, and even grab attention. Imagine a scenario where you want to say an important thing to your friend, but when you are still typing and editing in the chat box, the topic has been transferred to a new thing by your friend, or your friend can’t wait, exit first The chat interface. If you and your friends like to post short sentences, your chat may become chaotic due to multi-threading Therefore, in order to overcome this “communication dislocation” during online chat, it is better to preemptively send the message while chatting. The disassembled discourse symbol conveys the message itself, and also keeps the other party in a state of receiving the message, indirectly maintaining the stability of the discussion topic. On social media where “squandering flowers are becoming glamorous”, this may indeed be a way to ensure smooth and timely communication. 4. A piece of puzzle in a fragmented world From a broader perspective, the fragmented expression of chat in social media can be regarded as a specific manifestation of fragmentation. Fragmentation is a commonplace and real communication feature in contemporary digital life. It grows together with the innovation of information communication technology, and affects our way of thinking, media channels, and speech expression. Social media is an important soil for fragmented information. Different from the public domain in the traditional sense, the virtual space constructed by social media represented by WeChat has the characteristics of information fragmentation. In WeChat chats (especially group chats), the behavior of discussion participants is close to a kind of “square expression”, and everyone can express it at any time, so the utterance expression is often discrete and diffuse.[3] Diffusion expressions are everywhere here. From the previous words such as “unminded jueli” to the abbreviations such as “yyds” nowadays, people seem to always tend to use the least words to convey meaning, and they are used to constructing common uniqueness with special symbols Discourse space. After getting used to the ubiquitous fragmentation, people’s nerves may not be so sensitive to splitting a sentence into several messages, and they naturally accept and use this method unconsciously—fragment, right? Familiar. Fragmented expression, promote or hinder the spread? For a long time, people’s attitudes have been mixed with regard to the way to split a sentence into multiple messages. People who are accustomed to use this as a way of decompressing online communication, adding a bit of relaxation and fun to the chat, and reducing the difficulty of reading and understanding. However, there are also opposing attitudes that an increasing number of messages will at least increase the burden of information in terms of quantity, and also eliminate the already broken language. Different views on this behavior.Image source: Zhihu Factors such as attitudes towards social media and language habits have affected people’s different judgments. But at least it is undeniable that this habit seems to have been embedded in our daily communication unknowingly and has become commonplace. Back to the origin, chat is a process of information transmission. From the perspective of information dissemination, this fragmented expression also has two possible directions. One is positive- Fragmented expression can help both parties understand information more easily and efficiently in online communication. In social media networks with information overload, this can be a self-controllable way to decompress. The other is the opposite direction, That is, fragmented news may hinder information dissemination, cause misunderstandings, and reduce efficiency. How to understand this misunderstanding? On the one hand, the behavior of “sending a sentence into multiple messages” is not accustomed to and accepted by everyone. Therefore, when this kind of news appears in untimely occasions-such as in formal group chats, at work, or facing a communication partner who attaches great importance to communication norms, it may accidentally cause the other party’s impression of themselves to be reduced, even if this Not your true image. On the other hand, the dispersed language itself can also cause misunderstandings. In the scattered words and sentences, the sequence of the utterances is easy to be confused, and the logic is more likely to be unreasonable. Waiting until the person on the opposite side of the chat box assembles these fragments and understands it clearly, which may consume more energy than typing out a paragraph. Of course, social media is not static, and some of its own functions are directly/indirectly helping to improve the efficiency of information dissemination. For example, the frequently used WeChat “quote” function can allow people to mark key points in cumbersome messages. When faced with a sentence composed of multiple fragments, the recipient is also more likely to grasp a symbol to respond. In short, this microscopic phenomenon of “a sentence is divided into multiple messages” is also a perspective for us to look beyond the established framework to examine social media and self-expression. Regardless of the attitude toward this report, the language signs that are in sentences or fragments are actually the need for people to seek communication and connection. At least, our common expectation is a more efficient, friendly, and less big communication space. 1.
Recently, Apple officially released the next-generation desktop system macOS Monterey, and also added some interesting features. such as:

The portrait mode in FaceTime video blurs the background;

Live text used to copy and paste, find or translate text in photos;

Interactive 3D earth in map application;

More detailed maps of cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York and London in the Maps app;

Text-to-speech conversion in more languages, including Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish;

Device keyboard dictation that performs all processing completely offline;

Unlimited keyboard dictation (previously limited to 60 seconds per instance);

……

It seems that a lot of new capabilities have been added, but the problem is that on the function page of macOS Monterey, there is a line of small characters displayed. The following functions require a Mac equipped with an M1 chip to use.

Give up Intel processors?

Judging from the currently confirmed news, even if these machines are not old enough to be compatible with new functions, and are still very smooth and easy to use, some new functions of macOS Monterey cannot be used on Macs and MacBooks equipped with Intel processors.

macOS Monterey currently looks like it was designed specifically for the M1. If you still want to use an Intel processor version of the Mac, you may not be able to blur the background when using FaceTime; you cannot use the neural network to read the text in Swedish , Danish, Norwegian, Finnish; offline device dictation is not possible, that is, voice-to-text, and unlimited continuous voice-to-text, etc.

This kind of “special treatment” actually makes some users feel uncomfortable. They think that it is also an Apple product and some function optimization should be synchronized; some users think that some functional differences based on hardware capabilities are unavoidable, and the problem is not big understanding.

In addition, Apple has always done a good job in supporting old devices. Even though the transition to its own chips has been completed, Cook still publicly promised to continue to support Intel-based Macs.

Intel processors lack the neural engine needed for new features?

Apple did not directly explain why these features cannot be used on Intel-based Mac computers. But according to speculation, it is because Intel-based Mac computers lack the neural engine needed for some new features.

At present, Apple is making a two-year transformation for Mac computers, from using Intel processors to using custom Apple silicon chips, which is expected to be completed before the 2022 World Developers Conference (WWDC).

However, facts have also proved that Macs equipped with M1 chips are much faster than “predecessors” equipped with Intel chips, and even the basic MacBook Air equipped with M1 chips outperformed the 16-inch ones equipped with Intel chips in benchmark tests. MacBook Pro.

There are also rumors that Apple plans to redesign the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro around the end of this year and will use the faster M1 chip.

At present, although some of the new features are not available, macOS Monterey is still compatible with a variety of Intel-based Mac computers, and Apple is also providing a beta version for developers. Software updates may be rolled out to all users between September and November.

The mood of the expresser; the author of this article has conducted a detailed analysis of this phenomenon, let’s take a look together.

Despair overflows the screen

In a similar special context, a sentence composed of cross-messages can strengthen the special mood of the speaker in the scene and set off a specific atmosphere.

Why should one sentence be sent in several messages? 1. The impact of changes in media channels

In the answers to related questions about Zhihu, some netizens said: “People who have been tortured by text messages (that’s me) naturally like to develop separately when they use WeChat chat software.”

This answer reveals a background in which fragmented expression can be understood-changes in media channels have reduced the cost of communication.

Nowadays, the popularization of the Internet and the dominance of social media have ended the era of “inch-and-inch” communication, and people have been liberated from restrained and prudent communication. Therefore, sending a sentence into several messages may be a kind of “retaliatory consumption” for remote communication, and it is also a new way of communication in new media channels.

Adapt to online social communication scenarios

Fragmented communication is also an adaptation to online communication scenarios.

A message that is too long inevitably makes people feel like they have received a small composition

More specifically, the cutting of a sentence is not done randomly.

Therefore, no punctuation, typos caused by the input method, no withdrawal, and corrections in the second line are common phenomena in instant communication; and short sentences of three or five characters are arranged line by line, which reduces editing and The difficulty of modification is also a kind of “meeting” to the immediacy characteristics.[1]

Become a discourse symbol for online communication

Guo Qingguang’s “Communication Course” mentioned that in human social communication activities, information is the unity of signs and meanings, signs are the external forms or material carriers of information, and meanings are the spiritual content of information.[2]

Communication in social media is a process of symbolic interaction, and language symbols are the most important type of presentation.

This symbol also has a role other than the content itself. In addition to the aforementioned adjusting the chat atmosphere, strengthening the tone and emphasis, and catering to the immediacy, there is also the effect of maintaining the consistency of the words in the chat, and even grabbing attention.

Imagine a scenario where you want to say an important thing to your friend, but when you are still typing and editing in the chat box, the topic has been transferred to a new thing by your friend, or your friend can’t wait, exit first The chat interface.

If you and your friends like to post short sentences, your chat may become chaotic due to multi-threading

Therefore, in order to overcome this “communication dislocation” during online chat, it is better to preemptively send the message while chatting. The disassembled discourse symbol conveys the message itself, and also keeps the other party in a state of receiving the message, indirectly maintaining the stability of the discussion topic.

On social media where “squandering flowers are becoming glamorous”, this may indeed be a way to ensure smooth and timely communication.

A piece of puzzle in a fragmented world

From a broader perspective, the fragmented expression of chat in social media can be regarded as a specific manifestation of fragmentation.

In WeChat chats (especially group chats), the behavior of discussion participants is close to a kind of “square expression”, and everyone can express it at any time, so the utterance expression is often discrete and diffuse.[3]

Diffusion expressions are everywhere here.

Familiar.

Fragmented expression promotes or hinders dissemination?

For a long time, people’s attitudes have been mixed with regard to the way to split a sentence into multiple messages.

People who are accustomed to use this as a way of decompressing online communication, adding a bit of relaxation and fun to the chat, and reducing the difficulty of reading and understanding. However, there are also opposing attitudes that an increasing number of messages will at least increase the burden of information in terms of quantity, and also eliminate the already broken language.

Different views on this behavior.Image source: Zhihu

Factors such as attitudes towards social media and language habits have affected people’s different judgments. But at least it is undeniable that this habit seems to have been embedded in our daily communication unknowingly and has become commonplace.

Back to the origin, chat is a process of information transmission. From the perspective of information dissemination, this fragmented expression also has two possible directions.

One is positive-fragmented expression can help both parties to understand information more easily and efficiently in online communication.

Regardless of the attitude toward this report, the language symbols that are formed into sentences or fragments are actually the need for people to seek communication and connection.

At least, our common expectation is a more efficient, friendly, and less big communication space.

Chat fragmentation seems to have become a very common phenomenon in our lives. Are your chat records also full of fragmented messages? What do you think about this phenomenon of news fragmentation?

Protection of the world’s oceans Hope for the “Blue Economy”

As of: 06/08/2021 12:59 p.m.

 The seas are at risk from climate change, pollution and overfishing. But gradually a rethink is also beginning in the economy – the protection of the oceans is recognized as a business. From Notker Blechner, tagesschau.de Sometimes an accident can lead to a complete change in life. For example with Emily Penn. The architect and passionate sailor had her aha experience on a boat trip from Great Britain to Australia. “One night all the passengers woke up to a loud bang,” she says. “Our ship had rammed a plastic mountain – in the middle of the ocean, away from any civilization.” Since then, Penn has been committed to protecting the oceans, giving lectures, organizing events and doing research expeditions to find solutions to the fight against the plastic flood in the oceans. Penn is known as the “advocate for the seas”.

Shoes, sunglasses and backpacks made from ocean trash

The marine activist is encouraged by increasing business initiatives against plastic waste pollution in the oceans. Several companies and start-ups have developed methods of making new products from marine litter. Adidas offers shoes and jerseys made from recycled “ocean plastic”. Other manufacturers are making new sunglasses, backpacks and skateboards out of marine plastic waste. Even the Dutchman Boyen Slat, founder of the start-up “Ocean Cleanup”, now sells sunglasses with frames made from recycled ocean plastic. “Ocean Cleanup” collects plastic waste on the open sea with ships. The Italian Giulio Bonazzi has managed to make a special fiber – Econyl – from old fishing nets, which is used for tights and bikinis. Bonazzi calculates that every ton of Econyl saves six tons of carbon dioxide.

Marketing gimmick?

Environmentalists warn against being misled. Products made from ocean plastic are often a marketing gimmick and misleading. In some of them there is hardly any plastic waste from the oceans, according to the WWF. Nevertheless: The fight against the mountains of plastic has now begun in business and politics. The G20 states have announced that they will ban plastic waste from the world’s oceans by 2050. It is currently estimated that around 13 million tons of plastic waste end up in the oceans every year.

14 coastal countries are leading the way in marine protection

The pictures of polluted beaches after tankers leaked like now back in Sri Lanka show how important global marine protection is. A total of 14 countries, including Australia, Canada, Japan, Indonesia, Mexico and Norway, have come together in a kind of “Ocean Panel” and have committed to sustainably managing their national waters in the future. “For too long we have made the wrong choice between marine protection and production,” admits Norway’s Prime Minister Erna Solberg, co-head of the Ocean Panel.

Danger to the species: A sea turtle that has become entangled in a drifting net. Image: picture alliance / AP Photo According to a study that was published in the journal “Nature” at the end of March, hundreds of millions of CO2 could be saved through marine protection. So far, not even three percent of the world’s oceans have been strictly protected. The study’s authors see the greatest potential in restricting bottom trawling. This controversial fishing method involves ships pulling a net across the ocean floor. The living beings on the ground are destroyed, plants are uprooted and spawning grounds for fish are destroyed. In addition, the agitation of the seabed releases organic carbon compounds and converts them into climate-damaging CO2.

Great potential for CO2 savings

The Ocean Panel has proposed several measures to promote marine and climate protection: In addition to carbon storage in the seabed, the panel recommends sustainable fishing and aquaculture, the expansion of offshore energy in the sea and ocean-compatible transport. According to calculations, this could reduce carbon dioxide emissions by a fifth, trigger investments of over 15 trillion dollars and create 12 million new jobs. Indeed, there is a gradual rethinking of the maritime economy. The International Maritime Organization has mandated stricter sulfur emissions values in 2020. Instead of using heavy fuel oil, the ships now have to run on marine diesel. The only exception: ships with so-called scrubber exhaust gas cleaning systems are still allowed to use heavy fuel oil. Over 350 container and cruise ships as well as tankers have switched to liquefied natural gas (LNG). LNG contains no sulfur, hardly any nitrogen oxides and 20 percent less CO2. However, the greenhouse gas methane allegedly escapes. “The liquefied natural gas turns out to be a harmful wrong path,” says Nabu in the meantime. Shore power systems have been put into operation in Rostock-Warnemünde and Hamburg so that cruise ships do not need the ship’s diesel for power supply while they are in port.

“Blue Economy” becomes a billion dollar business

Investors such as the DWS fund company from Deutsche Bank have long been interested in the “blue economy”. According to the WWF, the ocean’s annual “gross sea product” is $ 2.5 trillion. This would make the “blue economy” the eighth largest economy in the world. DWS fund manager Paul Buchwitz predicts that the “blue economy” will grow twice as fast as the established economy by 2030. The “blue economy” includes companies that help to reduce marine pollution and curb ocean acidification – as well as those that deal with the sustainable use of marine resources, ecosystems and sustainable fisheries.

The vast ocean seems to be a safe habitat for millions of sea creatures, from the common to the rare. However, over the years, when the sea is gradually polluted, many aquatic species have also silently disappeared from the earth.

 Sea turtles are wrapped around a plastic net. Blue sea cries for help Sea pollution is happening more and more seriously! That is the affirmation of many domestic and foreign environmental experts and organizations. In Vietnam, for many years now, due to waste from human activities, marine pollution has been clearly noticed. According to estimates by scientists, 80% of the waste entering the sea comes from activities on land. Vietnam has 112 estuaries, which is the source for garbage to drift into the ocean. Many creatures mistake garbage for food or get caught between fishing gear leading to habitat destruction. Data from the United Nations Environment Program announced in 2018, each year Vietnam discharges 0.28 to 0.73 million tons of plastic waste into the ocean (accounting for 6% of the world), ranking fourth in the world. A huge amount of garbage is dumped from the mainland to the sea every day by many different routes. Many coastal estuaries have been polluted by industrial and urban wastewater. In many coastal provinces, the discharge of untreated or untreated wastes has not met the standards, causing great economic losses, life and livelihoods of coastal communities and unpredictable damages. for marine ecosystems. However, this situation is not only happening in Vietnam. On a larger scale, marine environments around the globe are on red alert. The biggest danger comes from the huge amount of plastic waste that is floating day and night on the ocean currents. Although warnings about plastic pollution are continuously raised to a higher level, although countries have been trying to solve the problem from plastic waste and recycling, it is difficult to solve the problem on the basis of an early mooth afternoon. In fact, plastic waste has been slowly accumulating in the marine and ocean environment since the 1960s, to the point where we have huge mountains of plastic floating in the ocean and other plastic waste drifting across the oceans. Beautiful clean beaches in the world. There are an estimated 580,000 different sized pieces of plastic per square kilometer, with more than 8 million tons of plastic waste entering the oceans each year. The amount of plastic from waste can release harmful chemicals that seep into the surrounding soil, which can then seep into groundwater or other surrounding water sources and the world’s ecosystems. This can seriously harm water-drinking species, including marine and terrestrial creatures, including humans. Environmental activists have warned that there could be more plastic waste than fish in the oceans by 2050. Globally, it is estimated that more than 100 million marine animals are killed each year by plastic waste. . Black sewage discharged into a sea. Return the roof to sea creatures According to statistics of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, marine pollution in recent years has caused many marine species to plummet in number, some species have become locally extinct. Up to 236 rare and precious aquatic species are threatened at different levels, of which more than 70 marine species have been listed in the Red Book of Vietnam. The exploited seafood resources are increasingly depleted in both quantity and quality. Fish stocks have declined from 4 million tons in 1990 to 3 million tons today. The average fish size and species diversity also decreased significantly. What is heartbreaking in the consequences of pollution is the disappearance of populations of turtles in the water. Vietnam has five of the seven species of turtles in the world. These are snail, tortoiseshell, hawksbill turtle, leatherback turtle, and pineapple tortoiseshell, all five species are currently included in the Vietnam Red Book. Many species are almost extinct. Previously, sea turtles were distributed mostly in the seas of our country with high density. Looking at the information box about sea turtle species, we can see that all five species of sea turtles in Vietnam are now in a significant decline in numbers. During the period from 2008 to 2013, only one leatherback turtle was recorded on Cat Dai beach in Cam Lam district (Khanh Hoa province) and Hai Lang (Quang Tri province) in 2013. In other localities There have been leatherback turtles to lay eggs like Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen… there is absolutely no trace of leatherback turtles coming ashore to lay eggs. Expanding to Southeast Asia and the world, quite a few marine animals are in danger of extinction. Photographs taken by photographers around the world show the dire plight of many creatures in response to the onslaught of garbage. The fishes are wrapped around the body with nylon rope. Dead fish in a plastic soda bottle. The long-snouted fish was starved to death by a rubber band wrapped around its snout. Sea turtles swallow plastic foam until their intestines are blocked. Many of them died with a large amount of plastic in their stomachs. In June 2018, a whale was found on Songkhla beach, southern Thailand, choking to death with 80 pieces of plastic garbage weighing 8 kg in its stomach. Around the same time, a green turtle was found dead in Chanthaburi, Thailand, with plastic debris from fishing gear, rubber bands and other marine debris in its stomach. In 2016, a Sei whale and a Baleen whale were found on a beach in the southern Malaysian state of Johor. The photos and stories that bring tears to the viewer’s eyes as a shock to human conscience: Live well and let the creatures have “living land”. It is the irresponsibility, lack of consciousness and greed of mankind that have contributed to climate change, global warming, and creatures being hunted and destroyed. The ocean here and there changes color, only a dull brown color thanks to the secretion of plastic waste, sewage… And where is it only marine life that is destroyed by humans? Sea life is gradually worn down by the pollution of the ocean, causing people’s lives to be turned upside down, poisoned, and reduced quality of life. Back to the story in Vietnam, in order to conserve endemic, precious and rare aquatic species, the State has issued many policies to protect aquatic resources as well as conservation and regeneration of aquatic species. , valuable assets such as: Law on Fisheries 2017; Decision No. 742 in 2010 on planning and setting up 16 marine protected areas; Decision 1479 in 2008 on planning and setting up 45 inland aquatic conservation zones; Decree No. 33/2010 on management of fishing activities; Circular 19/2018 guiding the protection and development of aquatic resources… The most recent is Decree No. 26/2019/ND-CP detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Fisheries Law 2017, including content on management of endangered and rare aquatic species… People’s habits, from daily living habits to making a living, fishing with fishery exist a lot of ugly behaviors, thinking only of their own benefits but casually destroying the surrounding environment. However, in parallel with the regulations applied in life, there is also a need for a “big surgery” in people’s awareness. It is a change of perception by practical, thorough and effective propaganda. That is the practical action of young people when carrying out environmental protection projects, from picking up beach trash, exchanging trash for trees, beach trash projects… Every small change turns into a big change. If each person is subject to positive change, the environment and life will be more positive and greener. We have a big roof to live in, so do creatures. Change and action is to protect the roof for people, aquatic creatures and onshore.

 Cyprus requires travelers to have a negative Covid-19 test valid 72 hours prior to departure to the country. (Photo: AP) The world’s tourism-driven economy destinations are racing to open their borders and revive economies ravaged by the pandemic. The large-scale deployment of Covid-19 vaccination has given many places new confidence to welcome tourists back. But the moment is still really difficult. The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) estimates that the global tourism industry lost nearly $4.5 trillion and lost 62 million jobs last year. The world aviation industry alone lost $126 billion last year and will lose another $48 billion this year. However, inconsistent regulations to reopen international travel globally could make it difficult for anyone planning to travel this summer. For example, in Cyprus there are restrictions on places considered higher risk, requiring arriving passengers to take a negative PCR test for Covid-19 valid 72 hours before departure and to do so. new test upon arrival. Travelers must also self-isolate until they receive their Covid-19 test results. Europe Europe is opening up gradually. Last week, the ambassadors of the European Union (EU) agreed to allow visitors who have had a full dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, one of the vaccines licensed by the European Medicines Agency or come from places located in the UK. on the EU safety list. But this is a non-binding mechanism, each country can still apply its own rules and it is not clear exactly when this mechanism will come into effect. Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez on Friday announced that from the 24th, the country will allow fully vaccinated tourists from the UK and Japan to enter. Visitors from other countries will be welcome back to Spain from June 7. Restaurants and hotels in Greece are preparing to welcome international guests back (Photo: AP) Tourists have started showing up in Greece after authorities this month decided to accept vaccination and test certificates from the EU and 21 other countries. On the Greek island of Naxos, business owners have begun pulling furniture out of storage, cleaning stores and reopening once-stuck seaside pubs. “People here are very optimistic and in fact there have been a lot of bookings in the last two weeks,” said Naxos Mayor Dimitris Lianos, optimistic that visitors will return significantly even by the end of the year. Croatia has also reopened – one of the few places in Europe that Americans can visit this summer. Delta Air Lines and United Airlines have announced direct flights from New York to Dubrovnik this summer. Asia The Covid-19 epidemic is breaking out again in many parts of Asia, causing some countries and territories to pause cautious reopening steps. Hong Kong (China) and Singapore have postponed the “travel bubble” without quarantine for the second time after a new outbreak. Both Singapore and Hong Kong (China) have extended the mandatory quarantine period for many unvaccinated travelers. China has set up Covid-19 control points at toll booths, airports and train stations in Liaoning province, where new cases arose this month – travelers must present test results latest negative for Covid-19. Thailand may have to postpone its plan to welcome international visitors to Phuket this July (Photo: TheBangkokPost) Thailand, which closed its borders to control the outbreak for most of last year, is slowly starting to allow some foreign visitors to enter in the fall under tight control. However, the strong outbreak from the end of March until now has shown no sign of abating, prompting the country to re-impose strong measures such as closing entertainment venues and banning outdoor dining. The Phuket provincial government announced that the plan to reopen to international tourists who have been fully vaccinated from July 1 may not be able to go as planned if the daily number of Covid-19 cases does not exist. down to single digits. Middle East and Africa At the height of the pandemic last year, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) closed its borders and closed its airports to tourists. The capital, Abu Dhabi, still has strict measures including mandatory quarantine even for fully vaccinated citizens returning from certain countries. But the UAE’s largest city, Dubai, has been open to tourists since July last year with a few more restrictive regulations. Dubai – home to the world’s busiest airport for international travel – is drawing visitors from Europe to its beaches, bars, hotel pools, restaurants, cinemas, parks. leisure and spa. However, Dubai still applies social distancing regulations and requires mask wearing. Egypt is trying to attract more foreign tourists Meanwhile, the largest Gulf state Saudi Arabia does not allow tourists to enter the country. Saudi nationals from this month have been allowed to travel abroad if they have been vaccinated against Covid-19 or have recovered from Covid-19. Egypt is trying to attract more foreign tourists even as it faces a new wave of disease outbreaks. The country does not impose new restrictions on beaches, cafes and restaurants in hotels catering to tourists. Egypt even lowered the price of the tourist visa fee, although it still requires a negative test result for Covid-19 before entering. Latin America and the Caribbean The Caribbean region is largely dependent on tourism. In the last year, visitors to the area have dropped by two-thirds to levels not seen since the 1980s. Bermuda has been one of the hardest hit, with an 84% drop in arrivals. Some islands, including Bonaire, Martinique and Montserrat, remain closed to most countries. Elsewhere, return travelers are limited with epidemic prevention regulations including electronic trace management. Several islands, including St. Vincent and the Grenadines, created “bubble resorts” to attract tourists. Cruise lines are planning to bring tourists from the US to Caribbean ports this summer. Mexico remains open to international visitors (Image: AP) Mexico does not apply no-fly regulations, does not require travelers to be tested or quarantined upon arrival in the country. Therefore, although the number of visitors decreased, it remained stable, especially in coastal destinations. But, this has increased the rate of Covid-19 infection, forcing authorities in some places to impose restrictions in public places. USA and Canada The US currently still bans most travelers from Europe, China, India, Brazil and elsewhere. Guests, including US citizens traveling on international flights, must have a negative Covid-19 test before boarding the flight. The US State Department continues to advise citizens not to make unnecessary trips abroad. The border between the US and Canada remains closed to non-essential travel until June 21. In the US, domestic aviation has returned to near 2019 levels, but the smokeless industry is slowly showing patience with restrictive regulations. “As we’re seeing vaccination rates increase and Covid-19 incidence decline, from an economic standpoint, reopening,” said Tori Emerson Barnes, executive vice president of the American Travel Association. International travel is extremely important.”

However, the female financial expert in the city of Boston (Massachusetts, USA) still retains the tight belt genes. Body-shaping clothing became a post-Covid-19 craze in the US. Photo: Spanx. As the country gradually returns to a new normal, with weddings and face-to-face meetings happening more often, Angela thinks her waist belt collection will grow even more. “I have to admit that I’m pretty excited about wearing the gene, tightening the fat and looking slim again,” she told The Washington Post. Body-shaping accessories, which fell in sales during the pandemic, have skyrocketed again as Americans are looking for ways to get back in shape before the time of staying at home to avoid Covid-19. Shapermint, the online retailer that accounts for nearly 20 percent of U.S. bodybuilding clothing sales, said its revenue doubled from the previous month. Skims, Kim Kardashian’s corset brand, also sold more than 4 million products. It soon grew into a $1.6 billion brand and put the TV star on Forbes’ billionaires list. Spanx, the most successful accessory brand in the corset industry, is seeing a spike in sales, especially with its OnCore super-contour line. Compared to the corsets of the past, today’s waist belts are more comfortable with wide elastic, but still basically have the same purpose: to “edit” women to fit their criteria society and fashion standards. Kim Kardashian’s Skims are valued at more than $1.6 billion. Photo: Skims. Candyce Lindsay (59 years old), an auditor in Tempe (Arizona, USA), wore a waist belt during the pandemic. She has been fascinated with this accessory since giving birth nearly 30 years ago. Her wardrobe contains all styles and brands of waist belts: from cheap ones at Walmart to branded ones at Nordstorm. “I still have to answer a lot of video calls while working from home and I want to look my best, that’s all,” she explains. Post-Covid-19 customers still prioritize comfort, but they also want to create the “illusion” of slimmer waists, firmer buttocks and flatter stomachs, according to Sara Blakely, the company’s founder and chief executive officer. Spanx. This change in shopping was also quickly discussed on television. Jimmy Fallon, producer and host of The Late Night Show, quipped that: “The decrease in pajamas sales, and the increase in waist belts is proof that the number of people getting the Covid-19 vaccine is increasing. much”. After Covid-19, Americans still prioritize comfort, but they also want to create the “illusion” of a slimmer waist, toned buttocks and flatter belly. Even last month, when the brand opened its first branch in Los Angeles (USA), they sold 12,000 units in the first week alone, or about 3 pieces per minute. Roy Thomas (22 years old), a male singer-songwriter in Murrieta (California, USA), bought his first waist belt before the pandemic appeared to go to a nightclub with friends. A few months later, he bought a second one and started wearing it everywhere, from work, out to lunch, to the market. “I use it almost every time I leave the house. Now that the world is starting to reopen, I want to invest in more belts,” he shared.

 Tourists visit the Parthenon at the Acropolis archaeological site in Athens, Greece. (Source: Reuters) In order to attract tourists back to the beautiful islands, Greece has sent the country’s Tourism Minister Harry Theoharis 3 days to the UK to convince one of the biggest tourist markets of “ The land of myths .” According to the announcement of Greece, Minister Theoharis will meet with British Foreign Secretary Nigel Adams to discuss the tourism market in the context that Greece is gradually easing travel restrictions. It is expected that Mr. Theoharis will also work with British Airways, EasyJet and Jet2 – airlines that have regular flights to Greece. In 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic occurred, there were about 3.5 million British tourists on vacation in Greece and now the country wants to attract visitors from “The Land of the Mist”. blind” returns to the beautiful Greek islands in the coming months after gradually easing restrictions and blockade measures that have been imposed for months to combat the COVID-19 epidemic. Tourism contributes a quarter of the Greek government’s annual revenue, and Athens wants to convince tour operators that the country is safe to visit. Earlier, on May 10, Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, after talks with his Spanish counterpart Pedro Sanchez, emphasized that Athens is one of the first capitals of the EU, along with Madrid, to support the idea of a “vaccination certificate” to allow the resumption of tourism. Despite imposing a partial blockade since November 7 last year, Greece is still recording more than 1,500 cases COVID-19 /day, mainly in Athens, in which there are dozens of deaths and hospitals are always overloaded. In order to restart tourism, which has fallen into stagnation, since the beginning of April, the country has gradually reopened non-essential shops and cafes. On May 10, all schools were allowed to reopen after 6 months of closure. Under the new rules, students and teachers will have to self-test for the virus twice a week. Nearly a month ago, the 7-day quarantine rule was lifted for all visitors from the EU, the US, UK , Israel, Serbia, United Arab Emirates and some other countries. However, the UK has so far ranked Greece on the “amber travel list,” meaning Britons returning home from Greece must undergo at least five days of quarantine. At the highest level, the “travel red list” requires returnees to be isolated for 10 days.

Launching the Covid-19 vaccination program and a plan to welcome international tourists, hoping to revive Phuket’s ever more fragile tourism industry due to a resurgence of the epidemic.
Like many businesses on Patong Beach in Phuket, the crowded, bustling Hooters bar today dissipates, rusted furniture, almost no longer working.

This scene seems to clearly illustrate the devastation of the Covid-19 epidemic on the tourism industry of the Golden Temple, especially on an island famous for its never-sleeping nightlife, which once attracted about 15 million. visitors per year, according to New York Times. Just a few weeks ago, Phuket seemed ready for a comeback. After a year away from foreign tourists, the Thai government decided to allow vaccinated visitors to Phuket in July without going through quarantine. This is part of a project called the Phuket Sandbox. However, the land of the Golden Temple is facing the worst outbreak of Covid-19 since the pandemic began, partly due to the rich people coming to Phuket, Bangkok to party without adhering to the social gap. Due to the epidemic, Phuket’s beaches are deserted even at the time of year attracting tourists. The number of new daily reported infections increased from 26 on 1 April to more than 2,000 just three weeks later. In early December 2020, Thailand had only 4,000 cases of Covid-19. For months, Thailand’s strict quarantine, blockade and mandatory masking measures have helped limit the spread of the epidemic despite having a significant impact on the economy. But in the latest outbreak, the country’s government responded slowly. In Phuket alone, it was not until April 22, when cases of SARS-CoV-2 were recorded at a record high, did the local government begin to request Covid-19 screening for those arriving on the island. On April 18, the Thai tourism minister admitted that Phuket reopening on July 1 seems unlikely because it will depend on the anti-epidemic situation in Thailand. Bleak In preparation for Phuket Sandbox, the Thai government has provided a variety of vaccines to the island, in hopes of gaining public immunity by the summer. As of mid-April, more than 20% of Phuket’s residents have been vaccinated. However, the picture is still very bleak. Usually at this time of year, the golden sands of Patong Beach will be overflowing with foreign tourists. But now, they are almost abandoned, where some local residents line up for Covid-19 tests. On the way, reptiles can freely move around without fear of being hit by traffic. The absence of international tourists makes life difficult for local residents in Phuket. In mid-April, the Songkran festival is seen as a rehearsal for Phuket’s revival. Instead of foreign visitors, hotels try to attract wealthy locals who, if not for the pandemic, would have gone to Hokkaido (Japan) for a vacation or to shop in Paris (France). However, rather than preparing for a comeback as a tourist paradise, the Songkran festival seems to have spoiled the island’s chances of reopening in July. At the festival in Patong and other beaches in April, thousands of wealthy Thais party, wear bikinis more than masks. To them, Covid-19 is just a virus that can infect vegetable vendors or manual labor, not the upper class. However, subsequent viral test results showed how wrong their thinking was. Many local workers had to line up to receive food assistance due to loss of jobs during the epidemic. The outbreak of the epidemic after months of economic difficulties is also causing the majority of Phuket’s residents to suffer. Just watching a 3-year-old elephant nibble on a cane nearby, Jaturaphit Jandarot lay slowly swinging in a hammock, with nothing else to do. Before the pandemic, he and other elephant managers on the outskirts of Patong used to bring in more than 100 tourists a day, mostly from China. “I am delighted to know they will open Phuket to foreign tourists. Thais do not ride elephants, “Jandarot said. But no matter what the tourism situation, the elephants still need to be fed. . “Of course, we want to welcome people to Phuket, but when they do not defend themselves and bring Covid-19 here, I am somewhat angry,” said Huda Panan, a primary school teacher. Being a taxi driver, unemployed for a year. At one point, mosques in Phuket distributed food to the local people. The long line of people quickly ran out of food. “We can wait a little longer to improve Phuket situation, but not too long,” said Panan.

 Tie your hair too tight

When you tie your ponytail close to your scalp, tight buns or braids all cause hair follicles to stretch, weaken the roots and easily cause breakage, even scarring of hair follicles. difficult to regrow or permanently unable to grow. So, tie your hair neatly but just right, not too tight, or you can release your hair for the most natural look. Illustration. Incorrect brushing Wet hair is at its weakest point and is in its most vulnerable phase, brushing your hair or vigorously wiping your scalp with a towel will make your hair fall even more. Before washing your hair, brush your hair briefly to make sure it doesn’t get tangled before washing it. After washing your hair, use a washcloth to soak the hair. When your hair is dry, use a comb to brush it. Hair should be brushed with a wide-toothed comb to minimize the loss of hair, especially when the hair is still wet. Illustration. Dry combing makes it easy to remove tangles without damaging or breaking the hair. Note, whether you brush your hair when it is still wet or dry, you should be gentle, remove every tangle, not brace your hair, causing more hair loss. Scratch your head often Head itching can be caused by a build up of dirt on the scalp that is too thick or from causes such as fungus, inflammation or allergies. Whatever the reason, frequent scratching can damage the hair follicles, making it easier for hair to fall out and thinner. Instead of scratching, try a gentle scalp massage. Illustration. You should learn carefully about the problem you are facing to have a suitable solution such as washing your hair more often, having a healthier diet, supplementing with enough nutrients your body needs. When itchy head, instead of using your fingernails, massage the scalp with your fingertips and use products specifically for hair problems. Wash your hair with hot water Hot water can make your scalp feel comfortable, but inadvertently makes your hair dry, brittle, your scalp also loses the moisture it needs and it takes incessantly oil secretion to balance the moisture in the roots. This causes damage to the roots of the hair that makes the hair more prone to breakage and increases the amount of bacteria on the scalp. Illustration. You can use warm water to wash your hair instead of the water that is too hot. When rinsing hair with conditioner, use cool water to tighten pores and strengthen hair. Improper shampooing Many people have a habit of standing and washing their hair in the shower. This is a convenient position, but prevents the shampoo from being applied evenly, and it can flow down the body. Shampooing when bowing is said to be the best look. You bend over and stroke all your hair backwards. This position makes it easier for dirt to pass away. In addition, when you apply conditioner or hair mask, this position will limit the cream from sticking to the scalp or on the body, the manipulation is also easier. Illustration. Change your hair color regularly Frequent changes in hair color and hairstyle will affect your hair because these chemicals damage your scalp, causing hair loss, hair loss and can cause irritation. To protect your scalp and hair, you should choose a reasonable hair color change time. Use a dryer and hair styling tools Drying hair with high heat, strong winds will help the hair dry quickly. However, it does cause lasting damage to the hair. The same happens when using hair styling machines. High heat will affect your hair, they burn oil and protein in the hair, break down the hair’s cuticle, causing loss and dandruff. Illustration. Limit your use of dryers and hair styling tools to get healthy, smooth hair. To dry your hair, pat it gently with a towel and let it dry naturally for best. Wrapping your hair tightly with a towel also makes your hair more susceptible to damage, split ends. Do not block the sun Sunlight significantly reduces the elasticity and strength of the hair. If the scalp is heated in the sun for too long, the cuticles and hair fibers will be damaged, the scalp is susceptible to drying out from dehydration or constantly secreting oil to protect the epidermis. The brighter your hair, the more susceptible it is to sun damage. Please pay attention to wear a hat, use sun protection products on the street. You can use a hair mask 1-2 times / week to moisturize the scalp. Skip breakfast Breakfast provides calories for the day’s activities. Skipping breakfast not only makes the body tired, the mental state is not good, causes the heart, brain and other internal organs to weaken, but also leads to harmful effects on hormones. substances that cause hair loss, thinning hair. Hair is composed mainly of protein (keratin) and is very easy to break when the body lacks protein. Make sure to get enough protein your body needs each day.

Previously, the Greek Minister of Tourism had stated that the gate would be opened on May 14 to welcome tourists to visit Greece. As time gets closer, the local government has continuously announced relevant opening-up measures. This shows that Greece’s determination to restart the tourism industry is very obvious!

Recently, the local area announced three phased measures for the hotel industry, including:

Phase 1: April 29

The open objects are large hotels for local tourists in Greece, such as hotels in Chalkidiki and Sounion in northern Greece. Some hotels that are open throughout the year will also be open during Easter.

Tourists can book hotels after obtaining travel permits from their home country, and then receive confirmation from the hotel. Some seasonal hotels will also open. These hotels mainly receive Greek tourists, but also foreign tourists in accordance with relevant bilateral agreements.

The second stage: May 15

Including B&Bs and hotels in Crete, Dodecanese and Cyclades. At that time, Greece will be open to international tourists, accepting three types of tourists who have been vaccinated against the new crown, or have developed antibodies, or have tested negative for the virus.

The third stage: the end of June is expected

The hotel industry will welcome the peak tourist season with the largest scale!

As for the catering industry, the local area is also studying the feasibility of allowing the catering industry to allow outdoor operations from May 4th or May 10th!

This is the first stage of the opening up of tourism in Greece. During this period, Greece will lift restrictions on flights to EU countries and five other countries (the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Serbia, and Israel).

Citizens of non-EU countries outside the EU regulations cannot enter Greece temporarily. Citizens of non-EU countries currently allowed to enter Greece include: Britain, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Thailand, UAE, Russia, Israel, Rwanda and Singapore. Rwanda and Singapore have returned to the “white list”.

Starting from March 25, Israeli tourists who have completed the vaccination do not need to be quarantined for 7 days after entering Greece. At the same time, international flights can only land at airports in Athens, Thessaloniki, Rhodes, Kos, Chania, Heraklion, Santorini, Mykonos and Corfu. By May 14, the epidemic in Greece is expected to improve, and international flights will be able to land at any international airport in Greece.

In addition, the current restrictions on Greek citizens in terms of catering and trade are also applicable to foreign tourists. Under the premise that interstate travel is prohibited, visitors must present the voucher for the hotel reservation when going from the airport to the hotel.

In terms of land transportation, the two entry points from Bulgaria to Promahonas (Προμαχώνα) and Nephia (Νυμφαία) were operating normally during the first phase of the opening of the tourism industry. When Greece officially opens on May 14, tourists can also enter Greece from other border checkpoints.

Starting from April 16th, entering Greece will need to present a vaccination certificate issued by the relevant department of the traveler’s country of origin, a negative nucleic acid test report 72 hours before the trip, and the “Passenger Location Form” filled out 24 hours before the trip.

After entering Greece, tourists are required to undergo relevant inspections. If a tourist is found to be infected with the new crown virus during the test, he needs to be temporarily placed in an isolated hotel. If you enter Greece from the land border and are detected to be infected with the new crown virus, the tourist cannot enter Greece.

So the most critical question is, can Chinese tourists enter Greece? ? ? This is also the most concerned issue of our investor customers!

There have been various rumors about the entry into Greece as long as they provide a certificate of negative nucleic acid or a certificate of vaccination. Many Chinese people have misunderstood that they can enter Greece in May.

However, after reconfirmation with our lawyers, there is no official statement that Chinese tourists can enter Greece in May. No matter whether the certificate of nucleic acid or vaccination is provided, they cannot enter Greece.

The Greek government has always followed the EU’s unified requirements and implemented the principle of equality and reciprocity with China. Before China opens its borders to the EU, it will not open its borders to China.

Therefore, we remind investors once again not to believe in rumors! Up to now, if you want to come to Greece, you still need more patience. At the same time, we will also update the entry policy information in a timely manner. Whether the EU and Greece will update entry information after May 14 or whether they will include China in the entry list is still unknown. Everything is possible.

The restart of the “tourism season” will not only bring tourism revenue, but also continue to pick up local homestays, hotels, and rents, which will drive the local real estate market to rise, and will also usher in a new momentum for real estate investment in Greece. Interested investors should hurry up and buy their favorite real estate!

With the issuance of national debt and economic recovery, Greece has once again become a “little sweet” in the capital market

On March 17, Greece announced the issuance of a batch of 30-year treasury bonds with an interest rate of 1.9%, raising a total of about 2.5 billion euros. International financial giants such as Goldman Sachs, HSBC and JP Morgan Chase acted as the underwriters of this treasury bond issuance. International media have reported on this, saying that the successful issuance of the 30-year treasury bond indicates that the Greek economy has been fully on track and has regained the trust of the international capital market.

Since the outbreak of the debt crisis in 2009, Greece seems to have become the “Mrs. Bull” in the international capital market, and everyone regards it as a mess. However, Greece, after all, has a splendid history and culture and a sound economic foundation. With the joint efforts of the government and people, as well as the help of the European Union and the international community including China, the Greek economy has gradually emerged from the quagmire and has become an international one again. “Little Sweets” sought after by the capital market.

The “Golden Visa” program launched by the Greek government in 2013 has attracted a large number of international investors to invest, travel and live in Greece. It has achieved great success and played an important role in the recovery of the Greek economy.

According to the OECD forecast, affected by the epidemic, Greece’s GDP will shrink by 10% in 2020, but it will return to the upward trend and grow by 0.9% in 2021, and it will increase by 6.6% in 2022.

In addition to the high quality and low price of a livable life in Greece, in recent years, with the continuous economic recovery, Greece has attracted many well-known companies such as Microsoft, Xiaomi, Alibaba, Fosun Group, and COSCO Shipping!

Greece’s launch of the home-buying immigration program is extremely competitive. Compared with other European countries that issue golden visas, the terms of the Greek golden visa are more investor-friendly, and the investment cost and threshold are low. With an investment of 250,000 euros, you can get a Greek green card, enjoy three generations of immigration, high-quality education, comprehensive medical care, high welfare and EU status, and start a romantic slow life in the Mediterranean!

European policies are gradually tightening, and when the amount of investment in Greece will be adjusted is still unclear. It is certain that the “window period” left for everyone is limited, and visionary investors have already taken the lead and grabbed the Greek housing market. If you still need overseas status, asset allocation, children’s education, vacation and retirement, etc., come and contact the immigration help to act in advance!
