The architects have created a house that combines a biomeasurement system, energy efficiency and modern design. Completed in 2017, this 750 square meter home has 3 floors, a basement and a terrace. The terrace and outdoor balcony are inserted between the two facades. Metal façades provide privacy and shading to all glazed rooms. The architects explained: “The main spaces of the house spread like successive layers of a tree, from the indoor space to the front of the house. The house is designed as a three-dimensional matrix, layer after layer.” To preserve the neighborhood’s history, the architects retained the existing black metal fence and planted shrubs and large trees around the site. When the US brought troops to fight on Tuc Dup, they blocked all the supply of food and water to our soldiers. Thanks to mastering the terrain, the soldiers quickly find the underground water in the cave to eat and drink.
