I don’t remember the last time I went to the bamboo bridge. Only find my heart suddenly disarrayed when looking back at the home bamboo bridge nestled in a tourist area when people begin to remember the past. There was a bit of pity when he saw the coconut shell, the cowhide chair, and the bamboo bridge lying precariously in a noisy space. At that time, I would like to go back to my hometown and listen to the wind hissing through the doors, hear the birds chirping along the garden side, hear the bees gourd …

Photo: Internet Sometimes in my life, I want to forget the tiredness so that the towels can be returned to the peaceful little hamlets, I want to forget about the wide streets to settle myself with the peace of the old season. We went back to the small riverside hamlet, the monkey bridge lying on the river was gone, the water wharf, the boat had left with fragments of time. Sitting and watching the water dissipate, we seem to vanish with a rustling monsoon. The rows of old eucalypts have been waiting for many times to change leaves, how many times to change the land, to move the rain and sun, and the little village keeps it for us with so many overlapping mess. The day we left the hometown, passed the small bamboo bridge in front of the house, waking up with open horizons, sending our hearts back by the waterfront along the river, sending my first love back in a bitter look. I flow into the city with short, evenly long days. To one day find ourselves in abundance in the street, we dream about the simple lifestyle of our homeland. Wake me up every morning with the sound of chickens crowing, with a bright ray of sunlight that pierces the canopy of leaves, and sweet sales of goods in the morning. We walked out into the garden, took a deep breath of the fresh village air, and heard the flowers and leaves whisper blooming. Feel every beat of time, ignoring the old old dogma. Hold your hand to catch the clear morning sun – a peaceful flower blooms under your hand … I wander the familiar village path, where a coconut shadow always appears to lean on. Sitting under the shade of the hometown coconuts, from someone’s home warm, passionate lullabies, these songs follow me throughout my life. The figure of a woman who is industrious, enduring pain and suffering in the countryside is never mixed in up and down road dust. The proud voice of the country pours into the day of diligence so that we love the voice of the motherland forever. We went back and weeped in the night with doubts going through each other. The sound of frogs looking for each other, the clattering of insects, the sound of parents sitting back and forth in the cramped, quiet dinner pot. I used to be excited about the street, tired of the poor days in the countryside. Walk long distances on the feet of youth, across high hills. Let one day see sadness plunge, hesitate to pass each other as a part of life. The countryside brightly lit, we illuminate ourselves in the pond water. Each trace of time chasing after days, the nostalgia of flapping its wings in the iron, remember looking forward to. If you go far, you can be homesick, and you can see simple but heartbreaking images. Now back to look at the homeland, there are things that have forever remained in memory that cannot be changed. Small bamboo bridges, thatched roofs, rows of rows, the noises of noon gradually retreated into the past. I forever embrace the troubled youth, the alum is still sticking to the heels every day, so that every step we take is heavy carrying a domain … In the afternoon, sit back with the innocent river, the old images are blurred into our hearts with long, smoking streaks. On the country river wharf, a boat just let go of the anchor … /.

Mr. Tuan carried the pots of peaches from the yard and placed in the house suddenly heard a crack in his back and the entire spine, his legs were numb, and in pain he needed to go to the emergency room.

It costs hundreds of millions for the flower pots

Mr. Ngo Van Tuan (29 years old, Hoa Binh city) confided that the whole family passed away Tet just because he was hospitalized.

On the 29th of Tet, after the couple went to Tet market, they bought a peach tree. Gleefully brought out the peaches to pour out the soil and then Mr. Tuan carried the pots and put them in the house. Due to the small peach pot, he was subjective.

When just stooped, trying hard to hold the pelvis, I heard a cracking sound in the back, from which the entire spine was throbbing, the lower limbs were numb. Mr. Tuan could not sit up but lay on the floor, at that time the feeling of turning was also difficult. Burning skin, feeling like there are thousands or thousands of needles piercing the skin.

His family rushed to the hospital but could not sit, so they called an ambulance to carry a stretcher to the hospital. After pain relief treatment, the doctor reported that he had an acute disc herniation. Hearing disc herniation afraid of affecting the ability to walk later, Mr. Tuan and his wife rushed to Hanoi for treatment. After Tet, the acute stage was over, but because the herniation was too large, the doctor decided to operate.

Mr. Tuan said that just because of the calf flower pots, so far, the total cost of treatment has lost more than 100 million dong, not to mention the damage to health.

Illustration.

Not only Mr. Tuan, who is receiving rehabilitation treatment due to herniated disc, Nguyen Thuy Dieu (31 years old, Cau Giay, Hanoi) is also struggling with this disease. Last year, Mrs. Dieu said that when she washed the blankets, when she lifted the blanket to put it in the washing machine, she felt a sharp pain in her back. Then the pain gets worse and worse, standing up straight is also difficult. Ms. Dieu goes for pain relief treatment and is still suffering because her back is so painful, walking is also suffering.

Many bad habits young people have

Master, doctor Tran Quoc Khanh – Vietnam Duc Friendship Hospital Hanoi, said disc herniation is one of the most common spinal diseases today and tends to be more and more rejuvenated. In particular, young people are subjective with their own spine, there are many bad habits that affect it.

According to Master Khanh, most young people are admitted to the hospital after suddenly lifting heavy loads such as carrying containers and pot plants. When calves need to lift slowly, people often have a habit of bending over and lifting suddenly causing acute disc herniation. There are many patients who have to lie down in one place after calving the pot, their back and right leg down for emergency surgery.

In the case of a patient like Mr. Tuan, when the hernia is performed after sudden exertion, the hernia block is very large, so the patient has to operate early to avoid limb atrophy.

Occupations such as nail care, driving, watch repair are jobs where people often have spinal problems, including disc herniation.

In addition, some people gain excess weight, the heaviest pressure on the disc is the back when bending, arching, twisting, and jumping, so it is easy to have disc herniation.

Vietnamese people are fat pear shaped (belly fat), focus on forward, so the right spine arched forward is also the cause of disc herniation.

Bad habits in life are also prone to disc herniation such as smoking, sitting for a long time. Sitting at work for long periods of time, continuously crouching the disc in the damaged back and herniation easier than others.

When there are signs of pain in the spine, in the neck, the pain spreads to the shoulder, back, the thoracic spine … lasts about 1 week, the patient needs to be examined. If disc herniation is not treated in time, the patient can only lie still, unable to sit up or is paralyzed, disabled for life.

Therefore, whenever the above symptoms appear, people need to go to specialized medical facilities soon for early examination and treatment.

To prevent disc herniation, when carrying, should not exert effort. Spine can be moved before carrying heavy objects, calf in a straight-back position without stooping, those with a history of back pain should give up the habit of carrying something.
