Daqi Mountain National Forest Park is located in the foothills of Daqi Mountain in the Yumai of Longmengang, about 600 meters above sea level. It is about a 25-minute drive from the Yanziling Diaotai Scenic Spot where Deng Chao and Sun Li went.

In the 1960s, this lush, beautiful mountainous land was opened as a state-owned forest farm. It became a national forest park in 1992 and opened to the public the following year.
