Source: ngonghiepvietnam.vn This is a recommendation made by experts of Real Estate Consulting Company Savills Vietnam in a newly released study. Chris Mariott, Managing Director of Savills Southeast Asia, said: “Nowadays, thanks to the development of the Internet of Things (IoT), we can access data through live cameras and sensors. Out. The data recorded in the building management system will help us to improve the management. In addition, smart technology will also proactively send notifications to management about maintenance schedules as well as potential or pending problems at the building. In addition, the application of artificial intelligence and technology will also help reduce the workload for management. In Vietnam, recently, the trend of applying technology in real estate project management is also considered as one of the solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the project. This factor contributes to making a difference to the standard of professional real estate management services, enhancing competitive value for real estate business units. According to Savills data, it is estimated that startups in the real estate technology sector attracted investment of USD 10 billion in 2016 and this number increased to USD 44 billion in 2019. The first-year students of the BK MCE group of the University of Science and Technology (Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City) have successfully built an IoT-integrated automatic body temperature meter and hand washing machine to serve the prevention of the COVID-19 epidemic. 19.

The group consists of eight first-year students: Chu Minh Nhan, Cao Khanh Gia Hy, Nguyen The Binh, Ho Huynh Gia Bao, Tran Duy Khang, Nguyen Duy, Ngo Ha Gia Bao and Mai Hoang Kim Son. The group made the fabrication under the guidance of three lecturers, Prof. Dr. Quan Thanh Tho (Deputy Dean of Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering), Dr. Le Thanh Long (lecturer of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering) and Dr. Vo Thanh Hang (Deputy Head of Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering). lecturer in the Department of Environment and Natural Resources). A group of students worked hard together to make a thermometer Dr. Vo Thanh Hang (female), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Quan Thanh Tho (shirt) and a group of students next to an automatic body temperature measuring device. It is expected that in the middle or the end of June 2021, the group will complete the apparatus and put it into use at the school’s entrances. Compared with other machines on the market, the advantage of IoT-integrated automatic body temperature and hand washing machine is that it is programmed with IoT to recognize faces (check student IDs and faces) to remind you to wear a mask. voice. The device will automatically measure the body temperature and warn when the body temperature exceeds the normal range. Update data on user information and temperature of use, record information, when the user is using the machine… The machine also supports automatic hand washing with a sufficient amount of antiseptic solution. In particular, the data (temperature measurement results, entrance time, facial recognition images) will be stored and transmitted to the central server. Medical staff will easily access and retrieve data for control and tracing of suspected COVID-19 cases. Dr. Thanh Hang, instructor, said that the thermometer is a product developed by a community project and entered the top 10 of the soft skills class of the school’s international training program. After that, students continued to research and develop machine manufacturing, combined with smart internet usage features, to improve usage efficiency. According to Dr. Thanh Hang, the group has now registered a student scientific research project (start-up program) and manufactured according to the university’s order to use in the prevention of COVID-19 at the University of Science and Technology.

With the complete RPA solution provided by Viettel, businesses can reduce costs by 30% and increase work accuracy to 99%.
In an interview, Mr. Doan Dai Phong – Deputy General Director of Viettel Solutions – emphasized that Viettel’s advantage lies in the infrastructure of digital solutions, as well as experience in solving automation problems for large systems. and complexity thanks to a process automation solution (RPA).

 – What is the difference between the RPA (Robotics Process Automation) solution provided by Viettel compared to similar services on the market? – Viettel’s RPA is an end-to-end service, that is, comprehensive consulting from possibilities and opportunities to automate RPA to deploying automation, operation and optimization solutions to improve customer experience, employee experience during implementation. Viettel “tailored” to each customer, depending on their business. Mr. Doan Dai Phong – Deputy General Director of Viettel Solutions. – What special strengths does Viettel have when providing this service to other businesses and organizations? – Viettel’s first strength with RPA services is infrastructure, because RPA must combine other digital services such as IoT (Internet of Things), edge computing, and Cloud. The second strength is human resources, technology along with experience in solving internal problems in robotics. We believe these are our strengths when solving RPA problems for customers. – What difficult problems has Viettel solved to create strengths when deploying RPA solutions for customers? – Viettel is a multi-industry corporation, so it works in many fields such as finance and accounting, network operation, logistics … and needs to apply many robotics problems. For example, in terms of financial reconciliation, on average, Viettel reconciles from a few thousand to several tens of thousands of businesses a month. If we use manual invoicing, we will need a lot of manpower. However, when applying RPA, Viettel’s financial reconciliation only needs about 50-60 people, because most of the operations are handled automatically when receiving invoices from businesses. Accordingly, instead of manually entering invoice information into the system, and then having to check if the customer’s information included in the invoice is correct with Viettel’s management system, the application of RPA can help speed up to more than 10 times and save 70% on personnel costs. – With an external customer, how long will it take to deploy RPA for the business? – Implementation time will depend on the business of the business. According to my research, some banks in the world usually apply about 50-100 processes. On average, businesses need to apply RPA to about 50 processes. Meanwhile, within 1-3 months, Viettel can deploy RPA 3-5 processes. – What is the most difficult thing when implementing Viettel’s RPA solutions? – In my opinion, for RPA, about 80% of cases will not have any difficulty in deploying, because the essence of RPA is to apply robotics to operations that have to be done manually. The biggest difficulty when applying RPA is often when implementing it with other technology solutions. For example, when taking data from sensors to push to a centralized data warehouse, it is necessary to apply many different technologies such as IoT, related to Big Data, and then apply RPA. The difficulty will lie in the combination with other technologies, but in terms of implementing RPA solutions, there is almost no difficulty. Viettel signed strategic cooperation agreements with many enterprises. – Viettel has just signed a strategic cooperation agreement in implementing many digital transformation solutions for 3 companies, namely Vietnam Airports Corporation, Nova Group, and Saigon Newport Corporation. If deploying Viettel’s RPA solutions, how will they change? – The nature of internal efficiency of Viettel may partly reflect the effectiveness of customers. I once read a statistic showing that when applying RPA, on average, businesses can reduce costs by 30%, increase work accuracy by 99%. RPA can handle up to 25% of banking jobs, 36% of processes in healthcare and other industries.

In the immediate future, we will build a sales network for Japanese housing processing companies in Vietnam, this is a quite potential market because now many Japanese companies prefer sources. “Outsourcing (outsourcing)” is especially Vietnamese. A possible progression may be the development of customizing (customizing) specific to Vietnamese architecture ”, Mr. Thi added.

Top 8 digital transformation trends in education (Image: FOW) 5. Incorporate IoT-GSI into a school environment Incorporating IoT-GSI into a school environment (Image: Built In) In the age of ‘smart’ devices, the Internet of Things or IoT can be found with increasing popularity in our lives. Not just smart phones, technology makes everything from plugs, sockets to remote controls “smarter”. In education, this trend has begun to help connect schools and students in a whole new way. On one level, the IoT can benefit educational campuses by helping schools improve security and comfort features while keeping costs under control. Smart devices will help the school provide the best learning experience for students. For example, smart devices will control and adjust the most suitable air-conditioning temperature, or automatically adjust the lighting system to bring the best light for students. IoT can also help schools stay connected with students, helping students better track their progress. Monitoring students also helps teachers know when students are off. For preschools, this information can be used to let parents know if their child has an unexpected absence and provide better safety and communication about the issue. 6. Security on digital devices Security is extremely important in today’s tech age (Image: Forbes) With technology rapidly becoming a key feature in the daily lives of students and teachers, security has become another essential trend in the digital education revolution. Schools collect a lot of information about students, from personal data to their scores. This information should be strictly confidential. Schools need to ensure that they have a secure means of allowing students to submit personal information. This becomes even more important in cases where students can take tests or assessments online. Security breaches can be damaging to individuals and organizations in general, making them a key priority and trend throughout the digital transformation process in education. 7. Digital Citizenship Students need to know how to interact online in a polite and civilized way (Image: OLC) Since these digital transformation trends have affected students in many different ways throughout their lives, students need to know how to interact politely and civilly online. This is similar to how students learn to be professional in an office setting. Schools have begun to recognize this importance, and teaching students to follow the principles of digital citizenship has become an increasingly important trend. When educating students to become a good digital citizen, schools empower students to take full advantage of technology. To see the best results from digital citizenship instruction, organizations should aim to make it part of the culture for both students and teachers. These guidelines guide people to behave properly when studying online, which can help students succeed in their classes and in professional settings. 8. Big Data Big data (Photo: Industrial IoT) Schools have long gathered a lot of information about their students, including their demographics, grades, and grades. Big Data gives them the opportunity to take this information further and use it to better understand the student learning process. Big Data helps track large amounts of data, uses algorithms to find useful information about students quickly. This includes convergence of many different data sources. Schools may have gathered a lot of useful information about students in the past, but over time it can be “forgotten”. Big Data will help schools solve that problem, thereby being able to manage their students more closely. Big Data’s ability to synthesize and analyze data will bring a number of benefits to the school such as: Completion of each student’s program, finding outstanding students in specific fields. etc .. The change towards a modern, digital world has had a significant impact on education. Schools in many countries have begun to recognize that technology can provide them with a number of new benefits and strategies for educating their students more effectively. It is expected that in the near future, digital transformation will be widely applied in schools around the world.
