Google has announced changes to its Workspace suite of applications and services for all users with a Google account, which Google counts to more than 3 billion users.

The new Google Workspace service will reach more than 3 billion users. Photo: Google Google Workspace is essentially a new version of the previous G-Suite, it will be available to everyone including those using a free Google account. This change will enable deeper collaboration between users using services such as gmail, calendar, drive, documents, sheets, slides, meetings or chat. Not all, but many users will soon get Google’s modern look and feel for services. All of them can be integrated in one tab to help users more convenient in operations. Google will separate the workspace into a top-level form of communication alongside Gmail, chat, and meetups. Google is focusing on some new features such as improved message flow, more emojis, user roles, moderation tools. Google WorkSpace allows users to carry their own encryption keys instead of managing the user’s own code. Photo: Google Users will receive many interface changes. The left sidebar will look like the bottom bar of Gmail on iOS and Android today. The right side will continue to provide various shortcuts for other features like Calendar, Tasks, and Keep. On the security front, Google announced a partnership with providers Flowcrypt, Futurex, Thales, and Virtru to allow users to carry their own encryption keys instead of managing their own. Vice President and GM, Google Workspace, Javier Soltero, said Googe’s focus is on giving consumer workers, teachers and students an equitable approach to collaboration, while still providing flexibility. Enables small groups of different users to take their own approach to communication and collaboration. Sure, Google will charge for its new service, but it’s unclear how much users will pay. With the new interface, users will have access to premium features, including smart booking services, professional video meetings and personalized email marketing. Some markets will be available in the near future and implemented by Google such as: US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Brazil and Japan.

After 20 years of separation, Gianluigi Buffon is set to return to Parma, who will attend Serie B next season. Spider-Man’s goal is to be called up to Italy to attend the 2022 World Cup finals.

Buffon became a legend of Italian football thanks to his achievements at Juventus. But Spider-Man has never forgotten Parma, Ennio Tardini’s small football field was the first launch pad for him to become a big star of world football. After several failed negotiations over the past few years, this time Parma finally convinced Buffon to return to the Emilia-Romagna club. Before becoming a Juve legend, Buffon had 220 official matches to hold the Parma goal for 6 years (1995-2001). Back then, Buffon was teammates with a series of big stars like Lilian Thuram, Fabio Cannavaro, Hernan Crespo or Enrico Chiesa, a student of coach Carlo Ancelotti. Now Parma is no longer sparkling like the late 20th century used to stir European football, they will have to play in Serie B next season. This tournament is not too new for Buffon, who played in Serie B in the 2006/07 season under the Juventus shirt right after winning the world championship with Italy. Although he said goodbye to Italy in May 2018 at the age of 40, Buffon is… thinking again. Spider-Man feels that his mission with the blue shirt is still unfinished. Buffon would have become the first player in the history of world football to have six World Cup finals if Italy hadn’t slipped in the qualifying round in 2018. Buffon’s goal is to be selected as Italy’s number three goalkeeper in the 2022 World Cup finals (assuming Italy qualify). Of course, Buffon will have few opportunities to play if he is the number three goalkeeper, but his experience can help his teammates at important moments. This is not an impossible task because apart from Gianluigi Donnarumma being so excellent in goal, neither Alex Meret nor Salvatore Sirigu are Buffon’s opponents in terms of stability. Before agreeing to return to the old roof of Parma, Buffon also turned down the opportunity to serve Barca, simply because he could not be started if he joined the Camp Nou. Meanwhile at the age of 43, Buffon is still very hungry to play, after 2 years on the bench at Juve. If Parma’s form helps Buffon qualify for the 2022 World Cup, he will set two records: the first player to attend 6 World Cup finals and the oldest player in the history of this tournament (44 years old when the tournament started. ).

CDI water filtration technology allows to retain natural minerals, adjust the mineral content. This is the research result of scientists at the Center for Research and Development of High-Tech Park in Ho Chi Minh City.

Removes water-soluble dirt Dr. Do Huu Quyet, Center for Research and Deployment of High-Tech Park in Ho Chi Minh City, said that CDI is a Capacitive Deionization (CDI) capacitance technology, derived from the super absorption technology of supercapacitors. CDI water filtration technology has been certified to meet the standards at the TQC Quality Testing and Certification Center and meets the national technical requirements of TCVN 11978: 2017. “The development of supercapacitor technology in recent years has created electrodes that can store large amounts of electrical charge in their hearts. Applying the same principle, if one considers water a solution where 99% of the substances are electrolytes (including toxic substances, micronutrients, dissolved salts …), one can give a stream of Light electricity runs through the water. Use electrodes to absorb the dissolved substances from the water and store on the plate for the pure water to pass through. When the electrode is full of electrolytes, it can reverse the current to release harmful substances and use another small stream of water, causing the electrode to return to its original state. Under ideal conditions, the poles can be charged 1 million times while still retaining 80% of the performance. The discharge – charge properties are similar to the supercapacitors that the water filter elements can work continuously with a very long lifespan, up to 5 – 10 years, ”said Dr. Quyet. Drinking water must provide essential nutrients such as sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, iodine, phosphorus … If only using purified water according to RO technology completely will lead to a lack of minerals. Super absorbent water filtration technology will create mineral water, kill bacteria, safe for health. Electrostatic CDI water purification technology can separate salt and water-soluble chemicals to create a drinking water source that ensures essential mineral levels, good for health. Safe water does not contain harmful toxins such as pesticides, fertilizers, heavy metals, cancer-causing oxidants, neutral or slightly alkaline pH, no harmful bacteria and delicious taste. The filtration system is designed like other water filtration systems, the only difference is that the CDI filter element is located just below the tap. The structure of the filter core is essentially a lot of electrodes combined together to absorb dirt. In the water, heavy metal components are immediately attracted to these electrodes. Meanwhile, the mineral components will be retained flowing through the membrane filter to the tap. In addition, the CDI filter element also has a micro ultrafiltration filter that removes suspended substances. Because water is circulated in the same direction with the filter, there is no tearing of the membrane, causing bacteria and toxic substances to escape. In addition to retaining minerals, filtering toxins, killing bacteria, CDI technology also has a high filtration efficiency when retaining 70 – 95% of water, the amount of wastewater compared to RO technology is much smaller (from 20-25 % compared with 50-70%). Especially, CDI filtered water always has air particles formed by minerals, tastes delicious, easy to drink … Due to the nature of the electrodes that will absorb toxins, users can adjust the amount of minerals at will by adjusting the electric current on the machine. Increasing the voltage to the highest level will produce the output water as pure water, decreasing with each degree, the mineral content will increase according to the needs of the user. Provide safe water for hospitals, schools Dr Quyet said the team’s future intention is to build large-capacity brackish water filtration systems integrated into water treatment plants in the West. Most of the provinces here do not have factories that can handle this problem. Traditional technologies have proved ineffective because they are expensive and fail quickly. Meanwhile, people often have to buy fresh water at the price of 50,000 – 100,000 VND / m3 during the salty drought. The essence of RO technology is to squeeze water through a filter to retain salt and obtain a stream of pure water, with both salt and water molecules too small to be easily pressed through the membrane, so the filtration process will requires great pressure and consumes a lot of energy. As a result, RO technology creates waste water flow up to 40% – 70%. Although RO wastewater can be used for purposes with less stringent standards such as irrigation, washing, washing … but other water purification technology developers are still striving to earn billions. clean water rates for living as high as possible in the same cost range. Because the operating principle of CDI technology is to “pick up” particles of salt and toxic substances out of the water stream, Dr. Quyet said that the amount of wastewater disposed of is only about 5-10%. According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan, Director of Vietdream Technology Co., Ltd, the goal of the business is to provide optimal, safe and effective water filtration solutions for users. The company does not sell water purifiers but only supplies filtration technology to partners with needs such as buildings, hospitals, schools, businesses using high standards of water, water purification plants. small and medium scale, enterprises producing food and beverages … With the co-founding of a technology company named Vietdream to commercialize this new water purification technology, Dr. Quyet hopes to “produce CDI water filters to replace RO filters”. Although the initial investment cost of CDI technology can be 2-3 times higher than RO technology, due to the difference in membrane life and operating cost, the overall cost of the first year of these two technologies are being equal. Currently, 70% of materials for Vietdream’s CDI water purification technology have been localized, including electrodes made from carbon nanotubes and polymers, water filtration modules and control systems. This trend could be reduced if they build more efficient supply chains or become widely accepted by the market.

Even though it comes bundled with the new generation iMac, the Magic Mouse 2 wireless mouse has held the position of a charging port that has been criticized for many years.
In addition to the newly designed Magic Keyboard, the Magic Mouse 2 wireless mouse is an accessory sold with the iMac 2021, the computer model launched by Apple on April 20 with a colorful design, M1 processor and a number of upgrades inside.

Despite the addition of multiple colors that sync with the iMac 2021, the Magic Mouse 2 still keeps the charging port on the bottom. The Magic Mouse 2’s charging port placement is one of Apple’s silly designs. Photo: The Verge. Placing the charging port on the underside means Magic Mouse won’t be able to use it when it’s plugged in. According to the Tom’s Guide This charging port position is confusing when created by a company that focuses on the design, optimal user experience. Talk to The Verge Apple also confirmed that the only change to Magic Mouse 2 is adding more colors, the rest of the features have remained the same since the release of the mouse in 2015. Although the charging time is very fast, 2 minutes for 9 hours of use, having to turn upside down and plug the charger cord when the mouse is lying on your back makes many people feel confused. This isn’t Apple’s only “catastrophic” design. The first-generation Apple Pencil stylus also had a confusing way of charging when it had to be plugged into the iPad’s Lightning port. Not only absurd, the fact that a sharp object extending from the iPad charging port is also easy to cause impact and damage. The charging design of the original Apple Pencil was criticized by users for being too uncomfortable. Photo: Business Insider. By 2018, the new charging port problem is resolved when Apple introduces the 2nd generation stylus, connecting and charging by iPad via magnets. While you can’t charge and write, the new way of charging doesn’t affect your iPad’s use. Apple is also not an easy company to change the design. The “butterfly” keyboard on the MacBook has existed for 4 years, despite being criticized since its launch. Similarly, the new Apple TV remote received a design change on April 20, after 6 years of receiving many complaints. It seems that 2015 was the year Apple’s design team came up with the most dumb ideas. While most of the design has been upgraded, the charging port position on the Magic Mouse 2 has yet to show signs of change. The secret behind Apple’s success Apple’s success comes from the smooth combination of hardware and software. At the time of Apple, this strategy was still unfamiliar to many brands.

Boiled and poached eggs retain many nutrients, do not add fat or calories causing weight gain.
Eggs are cheap, but very nutritious. Eggs contain relatively few calories but high in protein, vitamins, minerals, healthy fats …

The way eggs are processed can affect the nutritional profile. Low-time and low-temperature cooking methods cause less cholesterol oxidation and retain most nutrients.

For this reason, boiled and poached eggs are the healthiest way to eat. This method of processing also doesn’t add any unnecessary calories.

Artwork: Onceuponachef

Processing eggs makes it easier to digest certain nutrients

Cooking eggs makes this food safe and makes it easier for you to digest the nutrients inside them. In fact, one study found that the human body can use 91% of the protein in cooked eggs, compared with 51% in raw eggs.

Digestibility changes occur because heat leads to structural changes in the protein of the egg.

Eggs are also a good source of biotin, which is used in the metabolism of fats and sugars.

In raw eggs, a protein in the white called avidin binds with biotin, preventing your body from using biotin.

However, when an egg is cooked, heat causes the structural changes of avidin, making it less effective at binding with biotin. This makes biotin easier to absorb.

Cooking at high heat can spoil other nutrients

While cooking eggs makes some nutrients easier to digest, there is a risk of destroying others.

Cooking most foods will deplete some of the nutrients, especially at high temperatures, over long periods of time.

One study found that cooking eggs reduced vitamin A content (17-20%), significantly reducing the amount of antioxidants (6-18%).

Overall, shorter cooking times (even at high temperatures) have been shown to retain more nutrients.

When cooked for 40 minutes (baking), eggs can lose up to 61% of their vitamin D intake, compared with 18% when fried or boiled for less time.

However, even when cooked reduces these nutrients, eggs are still a rich source of vitamins and antioxidants.

Artwork: Eggs

Cooking at high temperatures oxidizes the cholesterol in the eggs

One large egg contains about 212 mg of cholesterol, 71% of the recommended amount of 300 mg per day.

When eggs are cooked at high temperatures, the cholesterol in the eggs can be oxidized and form compounds called oxysterol. This is a concern for some, as oxidized cholesterol and oxysterol in the blood are linked to an increased risk of heart disease.

Tips to cook eggs with health benefits:

Choose a low calorie cooking method

If you’re trying to cut calories, choose boiled eggs or poached eggs.

These cooking methods do not add any fat calories, so the meal will be lower in calories than an omelet.

Combine with vegetables

This is a great opportunity to increase vegetable intake and add fiber and vitamins to your diet.

Artwork: Meatmerchant

Fry in oil that is stable at high temperatures

The best oils for cooking are those that remain stable at high temperatures and are not susceptible to oxidation to form harmful free radicals.

Examples of good options include avocado and sunflower oils. If using extra virgin olive or coconut oil, it’s best to cook at a lower temperature than the last time.

Choose the most nutritious eggs possible

Several factors, including the method of farming and the diet of the chicken, can affect the nutritional quality of the eggs.

In general, eggs from hens raised in pasture and organic eggs have a higher nutritional value than eggs from industrial hens.

Don’t overcook

The longer you cook the eggs and the higher the temperature, the more nutrients you lose. This habit can also increase the amount of oxidized cholesterol in the eggs.
