If you don’t like the crowded scene on the banks of Tuyen Lam lake, you can go deeper and stop at Happy Hill. This area is quite large, so tourists spread out to many places. The price of drinking water is about 60,000 VND/cup. Experience early morning cloud hunting in Da Phu and watch Trai Mat light up. In the evening, we went to eat hot pot. Tao Ngo é chicken hotpot is always on the group’s list of places to visit. The meal cost 400,000 VND, a lot of meat, just enough for 6 people. Vu Thi Village Coffee, beautiful view, watching Trai Mat light up, is a suggestion you can refer to. The group also visited the square to drink hot soy milk – a familiar dish chosen by many tourists when coming to Da Lat. Day 2/5: Da Lat returns to its quietness The next morning, I enlisted to clean up, check out and find a coffee shop when I returned to Ho Chi Minh City, back to busy office work. During 3 days in the foggy city, I had the opportunity to visit many coffee shops, in which, the space in Bo Hem was the most poetic. Perhaps many tourists take advantage of leaving early, so the shop is quite empty. A reasonable schedule is the secret for visitors to have a full experience. Before leaving, we had delicious and cheap broken rice at Ms. Thu’s restaurant 118 on Hai Ba Trung Street. The journey back to Ho Chi Minh City starts at 14:00. The section below the people of Bao Loc pass was still congested, so the friend took a shortcut to Binh Thuan. Great, we got home exactly at 10pm. For me, choosing a destination and schedule when traveling to Da Lat on holidays is quite important. Located on the river right in the heart of Hai Duong city, Hai Duong province is a small hamlet of the people in the fishing boat village. One of the families who have lived here the longest is Mr and Mrs. Vu Thi To and Cao Van Vuong. This family has 9 people including 3 generations. To’s youngest son, before going to work abroad, participated in many swimming competitions for 9 years and won many excellent medals. Although the house is small, Mrs. To has a special place to display her son’s medal. Currently, on the houseboat, there are Mrs. To and her husband and the youngest son with 2 grandsons. Although it is a houseboat, but with the help of families on the shore, the house always has electricity and clean water. The daily livelihood of Mr and Mrs To as well as most of the people in the village is fishing. From dawn, Mrs. To wakes up to prepare tools and waits for her husband to pick up the boat. Like Mrs. To’s family, after returning from fishing, they often hold a market right on the front bank of the barrier dike wall. The markets usually start around 3pm every day. The people in the fishing village consider each other as family members, they are willing to share the work and the work of this house is also that of the other. When this family goes fishing at night and cannot return to take their children to school, another family will take the children to school. Children’s way to school is also very special. Many households do not make a bridge to the mainland but use another small boat to move. When the day’s work was basically completed, the men in the village rested, played chess to relax, and bonded more with the village. In the evening, the houseboat also lights up to prepare a full and warm family meal, mixed with the laughter of children.
