In 2018, DJI obtained the first batch of test licenses for intelligent connected vehicles in Shenzhen, and began to conduct normalized and large-scale tests. In 2019, DJI officially established an automotive business unit to clarify the positioning of DJI’s automotive brand and Tier 1 supplier (Tier 1). Traditional rights protection methods appear to be relatively lagging and cannot effectively prevent infringement.”

Song Congcong also believes that the “safe haven” principle cannot be used and is the key to solving the problem of infringement. If the fact of infringement is obvious, the short video platform still ignores it, and it will also be recognized as an infringement.
