Facebook about to launch smartwatch?. Illustration The Verge said that Facebook’s smartwatch will have a removable screen, equipped with up to 2 cameras to help take photos and videos without the need for a smartphone. In addition, you can also share photos directly from the smartwatch to Facebook or Instagram easily. A camera of the smartwatch will be mounted on the front to help make video calls and a camera placed on the back of the screen with 1080p resolution with integrated autofocus. Facebook’s idea is to encourage the use of smartwatches to completely replace current smartphones. A plan by Mark Zuckerberg, to be able to surpass Apple and Google, when unable to compete in the smartphone market. Currently, Facebook has also worked with major carriers in the US to support LTE connectivity for its smartphones. That means users can use Facebook’s smartwatch to replace smartphones. Facebook expects to hit around six figures in revenue in its first year. And their products will be distributed through the network’s retail chains. According to the plan, Facebook’s smartwatch will be launched in 2022 and it will use Google’s operating system.

(Photo: AP Photo) The ban took effect on January 6, 2021, when Mark Zuckerberg’s company locked the account of the former US President. And it will be at least until January 7, 2023, two years after his social media account was suspended, that Trump can reappear on Facebook and Instagram. So with this ban, Mr. Trump will not be able to post anything to influence Facebook and Instagram for the next 2 years. The Facebook account of former US President Donald Trump. If Facebook finds that there is still a threat to public safety, it will continue to suspend Trump’s entire account.

Billionaire Jan Koum is one of the few billionaires with a ‘poor’ start, living on pensions. But he rose to build the popular messaging app WhatsApp, which was later acquired by Facebook for $19 billion.

Rejected by Facebook Jan Koum is of Jewish descent, born in 1976 into a poor family on the outskirts of Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. Koum’s father worked as a hospital and school construction manager, and his mother worked as a housewife. At the age of 16, Koum followed his mother and grandmother to the US to settle first, intending to settle down to welcome his father. They live off social welfare, from food stamps for those who cannot afford food. Koum’s mother takes care of the kids to earn extra money, while Koum cleans a grocery store. Koum still uses notebooks and pens brought from Ukraine because he lacks money to buy them. In 1997, when Koum was 21 years old, his father died in his hometown. Three years later, Koum’s mother also died in the US from cancer. In high school, Jan Koum didn’t have many friends and was seen as an outcast. He almost failed to graduate because of his lack of education. Jan Koum finds joy in his old computer. This time, Koum joins a hacker group called woowoo. With the experience gained from this hacker group, he applied for the exam and entered the University of San Jose. During his studies, he worked for Ernst and Young Auditing Company in the position of security vulnerability tester. In 1997, he ran into Yahoo employee Brian Acton. With the help of Acton, Koum got a job in cybersecurity six months later at Yahoo. Koum decided to leave school to focus on working for Yahoo. After 9 years at Yahoo, Koum rose to the position of infrastructure manager. In 2007, Koum and Acton both quit their jobs at Yahoo, spending time traveling South America in search of new inspirations. When they returned, the two applied to Facebook together, but were rejected. During his unemployment, Koum mulled over his next job. Buying an iPhone, Koum realized he could succeed with apps from the App Store. Koum came up with the idea to let people set up status updates on their phones. He said: “I am annoyed because I miss a lot of calls when I am at the gym. So I came up with the idea of an app that lets friends know if the person on the other end of the line is ready to take a call, with a feature called “status”. We didn’t originally plan to start a company, we just wanted to make a product that people could use.” In February 2009, Koum and Acton co-founded WhatsApp, turning the product into a messaging app. At first, the cost to verify SMS for users cost about 500,000 USD/month, making Koum’s bank account almost exhausted. By December 2009, they updated a new version for WhatsApp on iPhone, making it possible for this application to send images, immediately the number of users increased. To ensure coverage, WhatsApp charged about $1 a month to use, which brought in about $5,000 in revenue in early 2010, enough to cover expenses later. By February 2013, when the number of WhatsApp users reached about 200 million and the number of employees was 50, Acton and Koum decided to organize a fundraiser and was invested 50 million USD by Sequoia Investment Fund, increasing the value of WhatsApp to 1 , 5 billion USD. The founding duo is very concerned about security for users. “We want to know as little of the user’s information as possible. We don’t run ads, so we don’t need personal data,” Koum said. WhatsApp quickly grew without any marketing or PR campaigns, especially in less developed countries where users rely heavily on SMS messages. Return to conquer the big man WhatsApp’s growth caught the attention of Facebook’s CEO. In 2012, Mark Zuckerberg phoned Koum to express his interest in WhatsApp. The two then kept in touch, often climbing mountains and chatting about the topic of world connection. In February 2014, Zuckerberg met Koum and offered to buy WhatsApp for $19 billion (including $4 billion in cash, the rest in Facebook stock). At the time Facebook acquired WhatsApp, the app had 450 million monthly active users. In 2019, this number has reached 1.5 billion. By February 2021, the application has surpassed 2 billion users in 180 countries, is the world’s most popular free messaging application over the internet today. However, the sale of WhatsApp by co-founders Jan Koum and Brian Acton is said to be a bad decision. The biggest split between WhatsApp and Facebook is the messaging app’s monetization policy. Koum and Acton have resisted the adoption of Facebook’s widespread advertising model, which uses personal data to allow marketers to show ads to specific sets of customers on the social network. Those disagreements have led to tensions with Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and COO Sheryl Sandberg. Acton left WhatsApp in 2017, 8 months later Jan Koum also left. “I sold my company. For great personal gain I sold my users’ privacy to Facebook. I made a decision and compromised with that and I regret it” – Jan Koum shared with Forbes. After the two founders left, Facebook persisted with the policy given to WhatsApp. In early January 2021, WhatsApp made a controversial decision, when it changed its policy and terms of use, requiring WhatsApp users to agree to the sharing of their personal information with the parent company Facebook. and Facebook affiliated companies. According to WhatsApp, sharing information will help this application better understand users, in order to improve and enhance the quality of the service. However, this move of WhatsApp has angered many users and called for a boycott of the application, because they do not want to share their information with Facebook. Many WhatsApp users have switched to other free internet messaging apps and services, like Telegram and Signal. In 2014, Jan Koum entered Forbes’ list of the 400 richest Americans at number 62, with an estimated net worth of $7.5 billion. As of August 2020, his net worth is estimated at $10 billion.

Instagram icon. Illustration According to the Vietnam News Agency correspondent in New York, in a letter to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, the attorney generals of the states and territories pointed out that the results of many studies have shown the harmful effects of children using use social networks. There are many issues affecting children’s mental and physical health and many cases related to cyberbullying at a time when children are not yet able to face the challenges when they have an account. private social network. They argue that there are more secure ways for children to connect with family and friends than by connecting on social media. For her part, New York State Attorney General Letitia James raised concerns around online harassment, the potential for children to become victims of adult “predators”, mental health issues as well as Facebook’s gaps in data protection and privacy. According to Ms. Letitia, there are too many concerns around allowing Facebook to continue pursuing this idea, so the heads of judicial agencies in 44 US states and territories called on Facebook to abandon plans to release a version. Instagram Kids. This is the new pressure that Facebook has to face when it announced its intention to release a version of Instagram Kids for children under 12 years old from March this year. The very next April, Democratic congressmen sent a letter to CEO Zuckerberg criticizing the plan. In the latest response on May 10, Facebook spokeswoman Stephanie Otway emphasized that parents know their children are on social networks, so Facebook wants to improve the situation by offering solutions. giving them control over what their kids are doing online. The company is working with child psychologists to prioritize the safety and privacy of children, said Stephanie. In addition, Facebook will also work with authorities and parliamentarians on these concerns. For his part, CEO Zuckerberg said that if supervised, the use of social networks can help children more connected with friends. Meanwhile, talking to the Wall Street Journal, Adam Mosseri, in charge of Instagram, said that the plan to create an online playground for children is in its infancy at an early stage and if it is born, it will certainly be a tool to help fathers. Parents manage their children’s activities better and this playground will be completely ad-free. Facebook currently bans children under 13 from using this social network, but according to CEO M.Zuckerberg, many children still lie about their age to create their own login accounts.

Back in March, Buzzfeed reported that Facebook was planning to release an “Instagram for kids” app for children under 13 in a way that was deemed safe.

Recently, however, a coalition of 44 US attorneys general signed a letter to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, listing reasons and citing research suggesting Facebook should not continue with the plan. develop the Instagram app for kids. One of the reasons listed in the letter is: Facebook has had many controversies in the past related to protecting children’s privacy; other research also shows that social media can harm children both physically and mentally; children do not have a complete understanding of privacy and can easily become targets of anonymous criminals; especially the large percentage of young Instagram users surveyed have experienced cyberbullying on this app. It seems that with the development of Instagram for Kids, Facebook not only failed to meet the need, but even created another need, as the platform mainly appeals to children with or without Instagram accounts. In short, an Instagram platform for young children will be harmful for a multitude of reasons. The attorney general urged Facebook to drop its plans to launch this new platform. In a statement released by Attorney General Maura Healey, the head of the coalition, she cited Zuckerberg’s rejection of the idea that social media is harmful to children. The statement points out that there is much evidence and research that contradicts Zuckerberg’s denial. Currently, children under the age of 13 are not allowed to own an Instagram account unless the description of the profile clearly states that the account is being managed by a parent or guardian. Back in March, Instagram released a blog post showing their efforts to protect minors under the age of 18 on the platform. The AG Alliance believes that this is not enough, especially for those under 13 years old. According to Gsmarena

According to the Elite Daily , we are wasting too much time choosing clothes or frivolous details for the new day. One outfit won’t change the world, it can even cause problems in the workplace if it doesn’t fit.

GQ Mexico reported that many successful men dress alike. They often simplify their decisions by building minimalist habits. Here are the reasons why successful people wear the same thing. Waste less time Entrepreneurs have a lot to deal with during the day. Instead of pondering for 5-10 minutes for the look, they choose simple items such as t-shirts, dark turtlenecks with jeans and sneakers. Steve Jobs is one of the most influential people in the computer industry. The familiar outfit of the former Apple CEO is a black turtleneck, blue jeans and New Balance sneakers. This quickly became his signature look as well as part of the brand. Steve Jobs chose a simple set of clothes to save time at work. Photo: GQ Mexico. Save gray matter Former President Barack Obama said in an interview with Vanity Fair : “You need to focus your decision-making energy. What you have to do every day to be successful is to always improve yourself and avoid being distracted by trivia.” Inc says that when you build minimalist fashion, you reduce your daily anxiety and focus on growing your work. Mr. Obama chose minimalist colors to be able to speak confidently in any situation. Photo: Business Insider. Make life simple Fashion has a wide range of items and styles to suit everyone. If you choose simple designs, soft materials, you will always feel comfortable and confident. The vast majority of us are obsessed with material things and the way people look at us. In fact, buying a new pair of shoes may make you feel more confident, but it won’t enrich your life in the long run. Similar to Steve Jobs, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg only appeared with a gray or blue T-shirt and dark jeans. “I want to free up my life to focus on making the necessary decisions for work,” he shared with GQ Mexico. Minimizing clothes every day helps entrepreneurs simplify their lives.

‘Offline’ is a practical must-read for those who are ‘addicted’ to using smartphones and social networking sites.
“We initially decided to write this book because we felt suffocated by the constant ringing of the phone calling our attention and pulling us away from what was happening in the real world.” Authors Imran Rashid and Soren Kenner explain so in their book.

Social networking sites have only appeared in recent years: Facebook was founded in 2004, Youtube – 2005, Twitter – 2006 and Instagram – 2010. But its level of “manipulating” users is amazing. Before that parameter, Offline exposes digital technology overload and its consequences, and tells readers to free their minds and keep a safe distance from smartphones and social media. Social networks are “manipulating” people As of 2019, there are more than 5 billion people in the world with smartphones and 1.5 billion people with tablets. Soon, it is expected that about 75% of the total global population will be using this advanced device. Among the social networking sites today, Facebook holds the title of the most popular social media platform. In Vietnam, more than 70% of the population has a Facebook account. However, a surprising information is that, in the midst of a forest of “addicts” to Facebook, even its father – Mark Zuckerberg – does not spend much time surfing the product he created. Instead, he lives a happy life with activities of reading, traveling, playing sports… In the midst of people immersed in online, Mark Zuckerberg (creator of Facebook) still leisurely travels, plays sports and reads books. Photo: Bing Bong Bot. Every day we “tribute” online time to Mark, instead of spending it with our loved ones or other healthy jobs, and this online activity continuously turns us into subjects, responsible for answering the king of the world. I asked “What are you thinking?”. Book Offline spent half of its pages sparking revelations about brain hacks that Facebook, Apple, Tiktok, or Instagram used to entice users. The more glued to the screen, the more the founders of the technology applications will have more pocket money. Online how to not cause harm? It is undeniable that electronic devices also partly change individuals and the whole society in a good way when connecting human exchanges and interactions quickly. The impact is good or bad depending on how we spend our time and minds online on social networks. Soren Kenner (one of the two authors of the book) shared, in this high-tech world, he even has to text through Messenger to invite his children to dinner because he knows otherwise they will not come down. Offline books help free your mind from smartphones and social networks. Photo: TT Next, the two writers posed the question: Do you ever feel chills in a cafe when friendly jokes are replaced by sombre silence, when the whole cafe flickers with bright lights? light emitted from dozens of large and small electronic screens? Smartphones are slowly becoming the first thing you look at in the morning and the last thing you see before you go to bed. Social networks also create a virtual feeling for people, making us sometimes feel as if our pockets are vibrating. But this is just one of the many consequences of being online too much. This level of damage can be improved if you know how to control the frequency of “tribute” time to social networks and high-tech applications. With practical, straight-to-the-point writing, Imran Rashid and Soren Kenner offer a range of methods for freeing the mind from smartphones through setting the modifier of creation: Identify the sizing factor. activities, coping planning, psychological fundamentals, learning to focus… Offline Not only researching tricks to attract and manipulate users’ brains, but also drop in on readers how to protect themselves from digital pollution to use healthy electronic devices and more connected to the real world.

Internet users claim that Max and Bitcoin are Zuckerberg’s two goats, implying that the Facebook co-founder is also interested in Bitcoin and the crypto market. AquaGoat’s value soared after Mark Zuckerberg’s two goats. Photo: CoinMarketCap. AquaGoat was launched by an Australian programmer on April 7 and appeared on CoinMarketCap from April 21. This is a decentralized token on the Binance exchange that emphasizes transparency and community contribution. According to AquaGoat’s website, transactions will be partly deducted and donated to organizations that conserve marine life and clean the ocean. AquaGoat’s Twitter page also repeatedly mentioned Mark Zuckerberg, referring to the image of his two goats contributing to the price increase of more than 500%. This is not the first time cryptocurrencies “animals” have increased in value thanks to technology billionaires. Recently, the crypto value Dogecoin with the image of Shiba dog has continuously fluctuated after the posts of billionaire Elon Musk. On April 17, a post with the content “Doge barking at the moon” of the billionaire made the Dogecoin price more than doubled. Earlier in February, the coin also appreciated more than 50% after Musk’s survey of the future currency in the world. Zuckerberg’s post shared the names of two goats, Max and Bitcoin. Soon after, the Dogecoin price surged and reached a historic high of $ 0.72. However, before the time Elon Musk aired the program, the price of Dogecoin fell sharply. On May 10, Musk’s aerospace company SpaceX announced a mission called “DOGE-1 Mission to the Moon”. This is a delivery program to the Moon in which SpaceX accepts payments in Dogecoin. While attracting attention, crypto experts recommend that Dogecoin, or “animal” currencies, have many drawbacks compared to other decentralized assets like Bitcoin. Therefore, investors should be cautious before deciding to enter the market. The high cost of Bitcoin mining Since the advent of cryptocurrencies, the amount of electricity needed for mining has increased significantly. This leads experts to believe that mining cryptocurrency is not environmentally friendly.

In a Facebook post, CEO Mark Zuckerberg revealed the names of his two goats are Max and Bitcoin.
Specifically, Zuckerberg shared a photo of two goats raised on a private farm. What attracts attention is the names of 2 goats: Max and Bitcoin. After more than 2 hours, Zuckerberg’s post has garnered more than 290,000 likes and 64,000 comments.

Unlike Elon Musk, the co-founder of Facebook doesn’t usually share his investments on his personal page. According to the Livecoins This is the first time Facebook CEO has posted content publicly, specifically referring to the name Bitcoin, the most expensive cryptocurrency in the world today. The latest post implies that Zuckerberg is interested in Bitcoin. Some have suggested that Mark wants to reverse the price of Bitcoin like Elon Musk is doing with Dogecoin and some cryptocurrencies, even though the billionaire has never confirmed an investment or bought Bitcoin. Zuckerberg’s post shared the names of two goats, Max and Bitcoin. Screenshots. In addition, combining the two words Max and Bitcoin in the name of Zuckerberg’s 2 goats to create Max Bitcoin. This is a term for a person who buys Bitcoins to increase their distribution in a portfolio (maximize Bitcoin). Zuckerberg seemed intentional by naming the goats Max and Bitcoin, but it could also be a coincidence. Another interesting thing is that the word GOAT (goat) in English stands for Greatest of All Time (greatest of all time). Originally Zuckerberg’s post was “My goats: Max and Bitcoin”, which could mean Max and Bitcoin are the names of two goats, or Max and Bitcoin are the two “greatest of all time” for Zuckerberg. Member kylelock8788 on the Reddit forum also pointed out Max in the name of journalist Max Keiser, who always made a statement in favor of Bitcoin. More and more companies are investing in Bitcoin. At the end of April, Korean gaming company Nexon said it bought 1,717 BTC with an average price of $ 58,226 / VND. Previously, Meitu, a popular photo-editing app developer in China, revealed that it spent $ 100 million on Bitcoin and Ethereum. In February, billionaire Elon Musk’s Tesla electric car bought $ 1.5 billion in Bitcoin. The company then sells 10% of the Bitcoin to prove the cryptocurrency’s liquidity. In 2020, the price of Bitcoin increases by nearly 300%. From the beginning of 2021 until now, the price of the largest cryptocurrency in the world has continued to increase by 95%. In early April, Bitcoin peaked at $ 63,000 but then dropped below $ 60,000. According to the Coindesk Bitcoin price as of May 11 is over $ 56,000. The high cost of Bitcoin mining Since the advent of cryptocurrencies, the amount of electricity needed for mining has increased significantly. This leads experts to believe that mining cryptocurrency is not environmentally friendly.

Before that, he said: “I will not apologize for applying too much sunscreen. I think this cream is good”. In July 2020, the image of the CEO of Facebook flooded social networking sites. White face due to sunscreen taken by Mega. The photo immediately became the subject of photo preparation for netizens. His white face has been compared to cartoon objects like No-Face, Aayang defending the Fire Nation. In addition, the surfing photo of Mark Zuckerberg is paired with Michael Myers and Moreau in the movie The Island of Dr. Moreau , the villain Joker. Common mistake when applying sunscreen Mark Zuckerberg’s act of applying too much sunscreen can cause pore clogging. This phenomenon leads to acne, oily, dull skin … Insider recommend everyone to apply an appropriate amount, not too much or too little. Besides that, Insider mentioned 12 mistakes that many people often make when wearing sunscreen. Among them, using incorrect dosage is the most common mistake. Applying too much sunscreen can lead to pore clogging. Photo: Travelandleisure. Not wearing sunscreen every day is one of the bad habits. Skin is still affected by UV rays. Sun damage can occur in all weather conditions. Meanwhile, most sunscreen products have a shelf. Dermatologist Paul Jarrod Frank shared with Refinery29 : “You cannot determine the SPF when the sunscreen expires.” People must stop using expired skin care products. Some other factors to note such as reapplying sunscreen during the day, not applying makeup on makeup, using cream from home …

Icons of the Instagram application. Photo: Reuters The campaign for a non-commercial childhood and the Electronic Privacy Information Center are two of the nearly 100 organizations and activists for children from North America, Europe, Africa and Africa. Ocean has signed a letter to CEO Zuckerberg on April 15. The content of the letter stated that the Instagram photo-sharing app – owned by Facebook – “exploits teenagers’ fears of lagging behind, as well as the desire to receive acceptance from peers.” According to the letter, “this platform is constantly focusing on appearance, display and personal branding, thereby posing challenges to privacy and the fun of young people.” The letter also cites concerns about “green beards”, bullying in schools, and teen-inappropriate content on the platform. Like the parent company, the social network Facebook, the Instagram app only allows users over 13 years old to participate. However, verifying the user’s actual age is difficult to verify. The letter states: “What happened shows the negative risk of Facebook exploiting young users and thereby exposing them to unpredictable dangers. This shows that the company is not suitable for privacy. how to manage a teenage photo sharing and texting app In short, a kid’s Instagram page puts kids at serious risk, while only so much. Less benefits for families “. The call comes as Facebook claims it is developing a test version of Instagram exclusively for children under 13 and under the control of parents. According to Facebook, a lot of children want to use Instagram to connect with relatives and they are the next generation of Internet users. Facebook spokesperson Stephanie Otway said: “The reality is that children are living online. They want to connect with family and friends, have fun and learn, and we want to help them. do it in a safe and age-appropriate manner. According to Otway, Facebook is working with mental health and child development experts to find solutions that prioritize their safety and privacy on social media. In fact, the Instagram application – which currently has more than a billion users – has also taken many measures to protect “child customers” such as: not allowing underage children to create accounts, preventing adults from creating accounts. to contact young users they don’t know, or block users with “suspicious behavior” from trying to interact with teenagers.

The latest image of the office at the Mar-a-Lago resort (Florida) partly reveals the post-White House life of former US President Donald Trump, according to the Telegraph. His new desk is quite empty, featuring a few paper newspapers and a signboard commemorating the border wall. The brown leather chair he brought from his Trump Tower office to the Oval Office and now Mar-a-lago. This shows that Mr. Trump is prone to obeying habits, difficult to change. Judging from the two desk lamps and the photo frame behind the former US president, the Telegraph stated that Mr. Trump admires the balance, symmetry. Photo: Twitter.

At first glance, the office of the world’s fourth-richest billionaire Bill Gates is no different from the conventional designs of architectural firms. The large dark wood desk matched the cognac leather chair given to him by Melinda Gates’ wife. Other accessories are also made of brown leather to keep all stationery in order.
However, the bookcase on the back reveals the creative side of the Microsoft co-founder. The books are arranged and coordinated with eyes instead of overlapping, except for a stack of 3 books, the number of objects that are considered to be attractive to the human eye, is horizontal. A decorative bowl and family photo frame are also arranged alternately. Also, perhaps Mr. Gates did not refuse naps, so a cozy blanket was available on the velvet sofa. Photo: Gatesnotes.

No employee at Facebook headquarters has a private office, not even founder Mark Zuckerberg. The 2016 photo, when then-US Secretary of State John Kerry toured the California headquarters, showed that the workplace of billionaire Zuckerberg and his colleagues was very minimalist, according to the Telegraph.
The image of simple swivel chairs, a white desk and a mess of electrical wires may surprise the public when it comes to the office space of one of the world’s most valuable companies. However, it is quite suitable for Zuckerberg’s simple, no-frills style. When working, the CEO also focused on the computer screen. In addition, the building has 5 different dining areas, many exhibiting art installations, an entertainment area and a ball house. Photo: New York Times.

The headquarters of the beauty brand Kylie Cosmetics strongly impresses with a large neon sign, the M & M candy box featuring the face of billionaire Kylie Jenner himself, lipstick art and a meeting room full of white feathered swivel chair. Photo: Kylie Jenner / YouTube.

However, the desk of the world’s youngest female billionaire is not very attractive, according to the Telegraph. It was just a square black table, similar to the one commonly found in American cafeterias. The surface is cluttered and cluttered with stationery and sample products. Photo: Kylie Jenner.

The desk of Kim Kardashian, the newest member of the billionaire club, is housed in a space of beige, cream and mink feathers. Table accessories are kept to a minimum: a marble pen case, a lamp, a notebook and a few green plants placed in oddly-shaped pots to prevent the space from looking overwhelming. monochrome. The highlight on the desk is a rather large amethyst block. Crystal enthusiasts claim that this stone can help reduce stress, dispel negativity and promote psychic perception – a “very Kim” aspect, according to the Telegraph.
