Derived from the lifestyle and personality of the owner, Linh and the design team have breathed into the 60m2 apartment a ‘meditation’ space.
Zen in Japanese means “meditation”, derived from the Sanskrit word. Zen is a form of Buddhism that has a strong influence on the Japanese way of life.

Currently, the Zen lifestyle is also present in many countries, including Vietnam. In particular, Zen style interior decoration is also quite popular (Modern Japanese Style – Japandi). Zen style uses natural materials, natural light, everything is minimalist and the space is organized. In interior design, Zen reflects balance, harmony and relaxation. A touch of Zen style. Zen interior design is based on five natural elements – fire, earth, metal, water, wood. However, Zen does not mean separating oneself from life but living leisurely, doing the movements of daily life with a natural way. Living Zen also means living slowly, making life’s challenges simple. No matter how busy the work is, the people of the land of the rising sun always value balance in life. The followers of this school no matter how busy they are, they still find time to relax through every activity of their daily life. All those spirits have been conveyed by Ms. Tram Nguyen – an interior designer and the LD studio team into a 60m2 apartment in Ho Chi Minh City. The theme for the living room is: Classic, Tailor-made Comfort. Stylist mixes cedar blue or Woad Blue/green blue (60%) with warm earthy tones such as ceramic orange or terracotta Terra-cotta (30%) and Plum red (10%) for a bold look. , cozy and inviting. Ms. Tram Nguyen shared, this is the apartment of the owner named Linh. In the process of working and interacting, she found that the owner has a very “Zen” energy. Because, the owner loves and lives according to Buddhist principles. The apartment is 60m2 wide with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so it needs a lot of storage space. Besides, the owner also likes to organize meetings and welcome friends to visit the house. Characteristic in the Zen style are the Buddha statues. With these two main needs, Ms. Tram Nguyen finds Japanese-style furniture to be the most optimal. However, homeowners do not like the traditional style, but prefer Western furniture. In the end, Japandi was chosen as the perfect puzzle piece. Ms. Tram Nguyen added that she worked as a fashion stylist before, then switched to an interior stylist with her husband. The above apartment is made by husband and wife. The interesting thing here is that the couple is trusted by the owner to assign from A – Z, even the selection of style, as long as it suits the personality and needs of the owner. This Buddha statue will absorb solar energy and glow when it gets dark. “Normally, customers who come to design consultations often have ideas and ask us to implement them, but Linh is different. We have to learn the thoughts and preferences of our customers, then fly as we please. It’s like a guest comes in and is ready to make a blank page so that I can dress them up with fabrics and colors and patterns,” said Ms. Tram Nguyen. Agarwood burners, books and some home decor items.
Red is the most favorable color, can stimulate creativity. Red is always associated with power, royalty, and the color of kings. Many companies use the color red as a symbol to bring luck, prosperity, and create trustful sympathy. Inner feng shui of a yang co also attaches great importance to the color red, feng shui Phung Gia will share more details below. Color has an effect on the human psyche because each color has its own “temperature”. Red tones tend to be warm and dynamic. All objects on this background have a tendency to clump together. They are called progressive colors because they give the impression of being closer to where they are. Warm colors, with above-average brightness, high intensity, tend to be uplifting and stimulating, but if overused, they can cause conflict. To be able to mix colors effectively, it is necessary to apply the principles of Yin and Yang balance in accordance with the concept of Feng Shui. Bright red color has a positive effect on psychophysiology when arranged in the South, Southwest and Southeast. The burgundy color works well in the South and Northeast directions. A lot of red will make the user feel that the room space is narrower and make the object size larger. So bright red upholstered furniture increases their size. But conversely, if the walls are painted red, it makes the room less wide because of the tendency to get closer together, so the room looks narrower. It is a color that activates the romance of the home and it is associated with warmth, passion and prosperity. Commenting on feng shui home, in addition to the mutual support and harmonious internal relations, the color element is also very important, especially the headquarters and offices of senior leaders. 7 tips on using red in feng shui first. Use lucky symbols and objects. Tie a red ribbon around the feng shui or lucky objects. 2. Prevent loss by red. Place red toilet seat covers to prevent leakage of vital energies in the house (unless your toilet is in the center, southwest or south). 3. Add red strokes in the house. Every room needs a little bright red decor. See all the rooms in the house and look for items that are red. If not already, add a red object, preferably in south, southeast or northwest corners. In the living room, red makes people happier and closer. Decorate the living room with red mattresses to make everyone feel warmer. 4. Launch your business. Put the phone and fax machine on the red paper to make business more convenient. 5. Warm up your love life. Placing red rose flowers in the southwest corner of the living room will bring romance. But avoid putting it in the bedroom. 6. Draw attention to the house. If your home is for sale, grab the attention of buyers by placing a vase of red flowers in the living room or dining room. This is a great way to attract buyers. You should also light the lights at the back of the house. Finally, make sure there is open space on the south side of the house. 7. Create career advancement. Place a lamp in the south direction of the office to promote admiration for your contributions and efforts. Add a tree in the office if possible because the tree represents wood and requires wood to maintain the fire. * The article is for reference only.

Architect Do Nguyen Anh Quy (Sun Concept) designed a minimalist house for his parents with the total cost of construction and interior excluding electronics about 3 billion VND.
The work was renovated from an old house with a small, cramped space. The design and interior of the house is old from the time of grandparents, no longer suitable, less modern and causes many inadequacies for users.

From those reasons, architect Do Nguyen Anh Quy (Sun Concept) designed a new house with a width of 4.5 m and a length of 13.7 m, including a ground floor and two floors and three bedrooms for parents, located located in Nha Trang City. The total cost of construction and interior excluding electronic equipment is about 3 billion VND. Architect Anh Quy said that he wants to build a solid house for his parents to shelter from the sun and rain with modern furniture that is easy to use and has reasonable house functions. Because the land area is not large, I want to use a minimalist style to increase the space in the house. Therefore, the architect and design team proposed that because the house in the alley had an unstable wind direction, two skylights would be used to both create an open space and get light. Function and style at the discretion of the owner, but with emphasis on the new furniture but still convenient for parents to use. The house is completely new with streamlined motifs, both ancient in the bedroom and modern in the kitchen and living room, bringing the whole nature into the small house in a subtle way. In addition, the gate uses stylized bricks to ventilate the house from the outside to help the house stay cooler. Ground floor includes living room, kitchen, dining area and bedroom, front yard. Living room, architect Anh Quy uses the spirit of minimalist style, only combining the white color of the wall paint and the wood color of the interior. Brown sofa set with upholstered mattress combined with payment wooden TV cabinet. The dining area is designed with wooden dining tables and chairs in accordance with a nature-friendly style. The highlight is the eye-catching design of the antique wooden dining table set, but breaking in the shape makes the dining space both natural and modern. Most of the interior materials are also made from natural materials, which is very suitable for the design of the whole house and very true to the architect’s and parents’ ideas. Brown sofa set with upholstered mattress combined with payment wooden TV cabinet. The kitchen area is attached to the dining table, the architect mainly uses wood and white colors. Stairs leading to the first floor are light wood. The set of tables and chairs in the dining area creates a feeling of comfort and room for users. The front yard of architect Anh Quy creates a small ecosystem in front of the house with vertical and climbing plants to help keep the house cooler. Besides, the architect also designed many curves in the house as accents. The use of two skylights saves on cooling and lighting equipment for the house. Impressive orange upholstery is the highlight of the bed and bed as for the whole bedroom. There are two porcelain pedestals above the headboard, instead of the usual bedside tab, which can hold useful items, lamps, books and phones. Bedroom two, this room is a combination of the previous two rooms but still follows the minimalist theme of the whole house. In the small living room, the architect designed a small table and chair set where the architect’s parents could drink tea, the family gathered together every Tet holiday. In front is a balcony where you can plant trees to create a new ecosystem. The architect also designed a small living room with a small table and chairs so that parents can drink tea and the family gather together every Tet holiday. Outside, there is a large balcony where you can grow plants and flowers. The third floor is the space of a solemn worship room with a typical Vietnamese classical style altar. Sleeping on your stomach, putting body weight on your chest, makes the shape of this part distorted, easy to collapse or expand. “Pressing the mattress for hours will affect your breasts. Don’t forget the harm of sleeping on your side. This can cause your chest ligaments to dilate over time,” says a doctor. Everyday Wellness . However, choosing underwear that fits is very important for bust shape. Wearing a tight-fitting shirt will compress your breasts and cause it to bulge outwards. Therefore, you can prioritize rimmed models to ensure good support. Women should also throw away stretch bras to slow down the rate of sagging breasts. Image: Getty. Maintain a normal diet: Eating less is the choice of many women when wanting to have a thin body. Not only does the overall look look down, it also makes the bust smaller. Therefore, if you want a slim body but your breasts are not shrinking, you must choose a healthy weight loss method. Getting the help of a professional trainer to provide the right nutrition is also the right thing to do. Image: Sina. Maintain an exercise routine can boost metabolism and help the breast effectively absorb essential nutrients. Therefore, women need to pay attention to whether they are hunchbacked or not, especially for those who sit for a long time in the office. This position will compress the blood circulation and lymph in the chest, weakening the ability of the muscles to support the chest. Image: huaglad.

  1. Wrinkle reduction: Medical News Today says studies have shown pillows to compress the skin while sleeping, especially in people on their stomach or on their backs. Over time will cause wrinkles and other signs of aging. In the beginning, sleeping without a pillow can make you uncomfortable, but it has many benefits in the long run. Image: napodpktor. 2. Prevent back pain: The shape and size of many pillows can lead to an unnatural sleeping position. If you are new to not using pillows, choose a thin, light product for spinal alignment. Image: mattress express. 3. Avoid neck pain: If you don’t use a pillow, your head will be in a natural position. This helps prevent damage to nerves and muscles, helping you to experience less pain. In addition, pillows that are too soft also disrupt blood circulation to the neck, causing discomfort. Image: marylandpainandwellnesscenter. 4. Prevent acne: Acne is the result of dirt and oil build up on the face of the face clog pores. During sleep, your face will often stick to your pillow. Because pillows can become a breeding ground for bacteria, the skin condition worsens. Therefore, you should wash all pillowcases and sheets regularly. Image: skinclinics. 5. Skin is smoother: Your body needs to be hydrated to make your skin plump. However, cotton pillowcases can absorb the nutrients on your skin and make your skin less healthy. So, practice the habit of sleeping without using pillows to help smooth skin. Image: into the gloss. 6. Reduce skin irritation: If you have sensitive, acne-prone skin, sleeping on cotton pillows may not be the best option. Too coarse material rubs on the skin causing irritation, aggravating existing skin conditions. Therefore, you should switch to silk fabric instead if you are new to not using pillows while sleeping.
