The design task given to 6717 studio is to design a tourist villa with seven different bedrooms, including four double rooms, one family room, one twin bed room, one four bed Dom room . Especially the villa has living space, dining, kitchen and swimming pool. All rooms and common living spaces fully exploit the view and river breeze. The villa must bring the atmosphere and spatial spirit of Hoi An but still be modern and contemporary. Architect 6717 shared: “Hoi An Oh Villa is a project reminiscent of an old town on the banks of Hoai River.” According to the architect, Hoi An is the cherishing of traditional Hoi An values ​​and blowing a new breeze in accordance with the breath of the times. The ground floor of the villa is arranged into two areas: the public space and the living space are connected by a side hall and a staircase. From the outside, the building has a brick-colored roof system with the traditional style of Hoi An. Door system “Thuong Song Lower Village” – a feature in traditional Hoi An architecture. The ground floor of the villa is arranged into two areas: public space and living space, which are connected with each other by the side hall and stairs. Stairs lead to the upper floors. The curved arch in the interior space is developed from the curves of the lantern to create a harmonious and impressive feature. The golden light of Hoi An lanterns makes the space warm and outstanding, reminiscent of the full moon nights of the Old Town that anyone has ever been to Hoi An. The public space is the living room – dining – kitchen area that is interconnected and directly connected to the swimming pool arranged along the house. Living space, family room is arranged at the end of the land, separate from the public area, and at the same time, the space is expanded to the back is a large porch.
