<span id="more-20891"></span> Hoi An Oi Villa is a tourist villa located along the Thu Bon River and about 1.5 km southeast of Hoi An ancient town (Quang Nam province).</p>
<p> The design task given to 6717 studio is to design a tourist villa with seven different bedrooms, including four double rooms, one family room, one twin bed room, one four bed Dom room . Especially the villa has living space, dining, kitchen and swimming pool. All rooms and common living spaces fully exploit the view and river breeze. The villa must bring the atmosphere and spatial spirit of Hoi An but still be modern and contemporary. Architect 6717 shared: &#8220;Hoi An Oh Villa is a project reminiscent of an old town on the banks of Hoai River.&#8221; <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/c14b30142056c9089047.jpg" width="625" height="350"> <em> According to the architect, Hoi An is the cherishing of traditional Hoi An values and blowing a new breeze in accordance with the breath of the times.</em> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/39e1c1bed1fc38a261ed.jpg" width="625" height="350"> <em> Overall floor plan of the project.</em> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/daec20b330f1d9af80e0.jpg" width="625" height="417"> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/95f96ea67ee497bacef5.jpg" width="625" height="464"> <em> Hoi An Oi Villa was developed from the tube house structure of Hoi An ancient town: the front house, the bridge house and the back house. The image of a familiar small gate commonly seen in Hoi An is used in the project, creating familiarity and closeness when approaching.</em> Hoi An Oi Villa is a combination of three main blocks combined with sub-blocks. The main block corresponds to the sleeping space, the sub-block corresponds to the toilet or the common living area, forming the rhythm of the neighborhood facade and harmonizing with the landscape of the whole area. The ground floor of the villa is arranged into two areas: the public space and the living space are connected by a side hall and a staircase. The first and second floors, each floor has three rooms, the rooms are separated by a toilet and a common living space, to increase privacy, especially the problem of sound. <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/b58a48d55897b1c9e886.jpg" width="625" height="936"> <em> From the outside, the building has a brick-colored roof system with the traditional style of Hoi An.</em> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/d63929663924d07a8935.jpg" width="625" height="351"> <em> Door system &#8220;Thuong Song Lower Village&#8221; &#8211; a feature in traditional Hoi An architecture. </em> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/d02810770035e96bb024.jpg" width="625" height="417"> <em> The bars can slide closed, regulating ventilation and privacy for the building.</em> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/30bdf1e2e1a008fe51b1.jpg" width="625" height="883"> <em> The ground floor of the villa is arranged into two areas: public space and living space, which are connected with each other by the side hall and stairs.</em> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/5b8c99d3899160cf3980.jpg" width="625" height="936"> <em> Stairs lead to the upper floors.</em> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/4608855795157c4b2504.jpg" width="625" height="417"> <em> The curved arch in the interior space is developed from the curves of the lantern to create a harmonious and impressive feature.</em> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/b56a713561778829d166.jpg" width="625" height="417"> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/4b5c8e039e41771f2e50.jpg" width="625" height="500"> <em> The golden light of Hoi An lanterns makes the space warm and outstanding, reminiscent of the full moon nights of the Old Town that anyone has ever been to Hoi An.</em> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/fd4b3b142b56c2089b47.jpg" width="625" height="417"> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/1e86d9d9c99b20c5798a.jpg" width="625" height="417"> <em> The public space is the living room &#8211; dining &#8211; kitchen area that is interconnected and directly connected to the swimming pool arranged along the house.</em> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/5d04955b85196c473508.jpg" width="625" height="463"> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/a8cd619271d0988ec1c1.jpg" width="625" height="417"> <em> Living space, family room is arranged at the end of the land, separate from the public area, and at the same time, the space is expanded to the back is a large porch.</em> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/00b9cae6daa433fa6ab5.jpg" width="625" height="417"> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/4aee81b191f378ad21e2.jpg" width="625" height="417"> <em> All rooms are fully exploited with river view.</em> <img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="lazy-img" src="https://photo-baomoi.zadn.vn/w700_r1/2021_06_01_114_39039909/7b30b76fa72d4e73173c.jpg" width="625" height="417"> <em> The house trick is contrast but still harmony.
