Hoai Sa’s ‘Love Story of the Mountain – Horizontal and Vertical’ by Hoai Sa is a vivid memoir about the nature, culture and people of Ha Giang.
Young author Hoai Sa is a travel blogger. With logic, detail and special affection for the land of Ha Giang, The love story of the mountain – Horizontal and vertical Hoang Su Phi is the result of many times he “horizontally” over the past 2 years.

The pen book consists of 17 articles that let readers discover and experience the cultural life and natural landscape of Hoang Su Phi – a district located in the west of Ha Giang province. The eyes of a travel blogger do not disappoint readers when writing about their “field”. Throughout the work, Hoai Sa is like an anonymous artist painting the scene of Hoang Su Phi – the “paradise of terraced fields” of the northern mountains. The terraced fields in the ripe rice season bloom with golden colors on the mountains and hills interspersed with ancient tea hills. The beautiful scenery here was recognized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as a national intangible heritage in 2012. Photo: Hoang Tuan. Many times when he set foot in Hoang Su Phi, Hoai Sa contacted, lived and worked with indigenous people of many ethnic groups Dao, Nung, Tay… This contributed to creating a chronicle for the work, but still There is no shortage of the youthful experience of a young man who studied in the West, returned to his country and devoted his love to his homeland. At the beginning of the book, the reader is immediately impressed with the image of Hoang Su Phi terraced fields, from the origin, the way to improve and harvest to the method of releasing carp into the field. Under the author’s pen, that expression of labor appears vividly and quickly conquers the reader. Hoai Sa fulfills the duty of a travel blogger in bringing readers to traditional customs such as the New Rice Festival of the Dao and Nung people; or the story of making Tet cakes from the rice grains on the terraced fields. The book is like a series of color documentaries with seemingly idyllic but eye-pleasing footage, revealing in the words a majestic picture of nature, worthy of the title “terraced paradise” “. Ha Giang land is known as the cradle of Shan Tuyet tea. Not to disappoint readers, Hoai Sa is surprised when he spends many pages of his diary writing about hundreds of years old tea trees “dwelling” on Nam Pien hill. For those who love to explore history, you can read the details of the author’s record of the fake ancient tombs of King Hoang Van Thung in the border areas, along with an unbelievable story when he died. Pen signed The love story of the mountain – Horizontal and vertical Hoang Su Phi. Photo: Wings Books. In the journal, the writing style of a travel blogger is most impressive. How to do tourism is mentioned many times. With her professional experience, Hoai Sa considers community tourism as a bright spot of Hoang Su Phi in the context of mass tourism that has not yet arrived here. The word “love” also appears in the title for no reason The love story of the mountain – Horizontal and vertical Hoang Su Phi . Reading the work, readers feel the heavy love that the writer has for this land. Wok Yen – the author of the inspirational story From Dao village to Erasmus scholarship – giving praise to Hoai Sa’s autobiography: “Every word makes me feel that the author has given this land a special love, he is not just a visitor to Hoang Su Phi, Nor is he merely a journalist who writes about Hoang Su Phi (although his concise and logical writing style comes from his experience in journalism), he is the one who diligently preserves each beauty of Hoang Su Phi in his words. , and with all my heart.” Above all, whether the writing is journalistic or travelling, The love story of the mountain – Horizontal and vertical Hoang Su Phi is a must-read work not only for the “photographer” and photographers, but also for the general audience to see and better understand the “terraced paradise”.

In ‘Journey to the West’, Ngo Thua An uses this story to satirize the contemporary ruling class that doesn’t know how to use people.
From the moment he learned the bravery of the seven decades and the miraculous powers of incarnation from the Bodhi Patriarch, he robbed the “Ru Y Kim Co Bang” of the Dong Hai Long King, and made a big mess of Sam La Dien, self-corrected the book of life and death, causing the Jade Emperor to panic.

Jade Emperor then followed the advice of Thai Bach Kim Tinh, sent a holy order, conferred Ton Ngo Khong the title of “Bot Ma On”, invited the King to come to Thien Cung, hoping to use this to bind the US. Monkey King. In the ancient Chinese fairy genealogy, including the officials of the gods, there are many things that are made up of imagination – the world does not have this official. Although Journey to the west is a mythological novel, the duties of the official are thus fictitious, there are many positions borrowed using the mandarin of the Ming Dynasty. “Turn Ma On” is not without reason, so in history there is an official “Boat Ma On” or not? During the Ming Dynasty, there was the position of Ngu Ma Giam, starting from the year of Hong Vo – Thai To Chu Nguyen Chuong, the deacons were all in charge of the eunuchs. The eunuchs as Ngu Ma Giam, the official must be the fourth grade, those who belong to the fourth or fifth grade are not selected. But if they don’t take good care of the horse, let the horse die, they will be punished very severely. Just like in Journey to the west In heaven, the eunuchs Ngu Ma Giam used to say: “If a horse is weak and weak, it will be punished. If the horse is injured, it will be compensated and questioned.” There was an official Ngu Ma of the Ming dynasty called Thai tu tu, starting in March 1371, the fourth year of Hong Vo, the main position was called Thai bo tu khanh, the secondary position was called Thieu khanh. The Marquis at that time was called “Ton Thai Tu Tu”. Why is it called “Turn on Code On”? Don’t say it’s the Ming Dynasty, all the mandarins of other dynasties don’t have a position called “Bot Ma On”. According to a record of ancient monsters, during the time of Tong Jin, the horse of the Trieu country suddenly fell dead, someone used an animal similar to a monkey (ape) to save them. Therefore, later people often locked a monkey in a stable and thought that by doing so, the horse would not be infected with plague. Traditional Chinese medicine also has a similar view of this. For example, books Sacrifice Essential Art by Jia Tu Hiep, who lived in Northern Wei, wrote: “Usually forcing the maid to go to the stables, it can prevent the horse from panicking, and also ward off evil, and cure all diseases.” In the Ming Dynasty, Ly Thoi Tran, in the draft outline, it was also mentioned that “The female monkey kept in the stable can help the horse avoid plague”. “Turn Ma On” (transliteration: Bi Ma Wen = Turn on code on) and “Tí Ma On” (transliterated: Bi Ma Wen = Ti Ma On) are homonyms with different meanings. So in Journey to the west Emperor Ngoc of Thien Cung chose a relatively beautiful official named “Bot Ma On” to let Ton Hau Vuong take over. Obviously, “Boat Ma On” is just another homonym with the same meaning as Ti Ma On. In the work Journey to the west By author Ngo Thua An, he gave the male breed Ton Hou a very strange nickname, which is certainly a very humorous description. Under his pen, “Bot Ma On” was directed by Emperor Jade Emperor himself. This is a poignant satire of the emperor in heaven and the emperor on earth. Their way of domination, if not concealment, is deceit. The Jade Emperor let the Hou King act as “Boat Ma Wen”, just one of the many examples of deception and hiding. Later, Sun Wukong learned the truth from someone else’s mouth. Bu Ma Wen is not only the smallest official but also “unofficial” among the officials. Therefore, Sun Wukong suddenly became angry, gritted his teeth and rolled his eyes, saying: “Dare to despise old Ton, old Ton I live in Hoa Qua Son, claiming to be King and claiming to be Patriarch, but dare to trick me into going to heaven to raise horses? Horse-keepers are just juniors, low-class people, why should it be my turn? He did not do! He didn’t do it!”. So, Ton Ngo Khong shouted, broke the koan, beat the Heaven Gate, and returned to Hoa Qua Son. The monkeys came to meet the Hou, and they were also angry and said, “The king is the king in this heavenly paradise, so respected and happy, why do you want to be a groom for people?” If you discuss with Sun Wukong’s bravery, you can’t be as majestic as the position of Marshal Thien Bong of Tru Bat Gioi, and you can’t call it Sa Tang’s official Quan Liem General, no wonder the Marquis is angry. . Moreover, in this story, Ton Ngo Khong shows a very strong self-esteem. When we went to get the scriptures, we still hated that other people called us “Boat Ma On”. If there is any goblin who does not know or deliberately rubs salt into the old wound, it will certainly be avenged by the monkey twice by destroying the entire lair. Work Journey to the west showed a very clear social meaning. Ngo Thua An was the one who understood it best and used this story to satirize the contemporary ruling class that did not know how to use people. Ngo Thua An was once a “famous” writer, but it was not until he was over 40 years old that he got the title of Tue Cong born, more than 60 years old, he was allowed to do Truong Hung district. Ngo Thua An borrowed the story of Ton Ngo Khong treason with the implication for his thoughts, and also wanted to regain some justice for all the amateurs in the world who had no time to study but did not meet the time.

The busy neighborhoods in Seoul, which were once a nightlife spot for young Koreans and foreign tourists, are now quiet, and restaurants are operating in moderation because of the pandemic.
Coming to Itaewon in the last days of May, it is clear that the damage this place is suffering because of the Covid-19 pandemic, according to Korean Herald.

Almost no restaurant is full, many employees stand at the door, trying to invite passersby. In the evening, only very few bars have guests to relax. “We maintain operations in the hope that some miracle will happen, for example, seeing a long line of customers waiting to open. Before the pandemic, there were always foreigners coming to my restaurant to eat burgers, everyone people still have to wait in line. Now it’s not like that anymore, every day, as long as there are about 20 customers, I feel lucky,” said a shop owner. Itaewon neighborhood is empty of tourists because of the epidemic. Photo: Korea Herald. A similar situation occurs in Myeong-dong, a popular destination for people who love to shop, eat, and have fun. Most of the restaurants operate moderately with a small number of customers. Because of their reliance on foreign tourists, the streets of Seoul are going through an unprecedentedly difficult time. The pandemic has limited international travel for many months, and the source of visitors from locals has also decreased a lot because of social distancing and blockade rules. The Seoul Metropolitan Government predicts that the number of foreign tourists has decreased by 86%, from 13.9 million in 2019 to just 1.92 million in 2020. “These neighborhoods popular with foreigners have been hit very hard. We get a lot of phone calls asking for help from people doing business here,” said an official from the tourism department of the city government. The famous entertainment areas in Seoul rely heavily on foreign tourists. Photo: Seoulpubcrawl. More than a year after the pandemic broke out, the rate of vacant real estate in busy neighborhoods also skyrocketed because many businesses went bankrupt. According to the Korea Real Estate Commission, more than a third of the total store space in Myeong-dong is vacant, or 38.4%. This rate stands at 22.6% in Itaewon and 13.1% in Hongdae. Experts say that unless the pandemic ends, this trend is sure to continue. In an effort to revitalize these areas, starting in May, the Seoul city government offers coupons and gift cards for a number of special tourist attractions, including Itaewon and Myeong-dong. A city government official in the tourism policy department said Seoul is also preparing many support measures to attract more local tourists to these entertainment districts. At Itaewon, some signs of positive change gradually appeared. According to shop owners, although business is not as good as before, the number of visitors seems to have increased as they turn to attracting locals. “Things are starting to get better compared to the same period last year. Hope to see Itaewon bounce back to its glory years,” said Maeng Ki-hoon, head of the merchants association in Itaewon.

In a relatively primitive society, animals as well as humans will have to compete for food, territory, mating objects, and even wars between herds and tribes. So with lab rats living in a carefree place, what will ‘rat paradise’ be like?
Human society is increasingly developing, competing resources are not simply water, shelter or food but also minerals, oil, … and the scale of war also follows the historical flow. which is getting bigger and more dangerous. Furthermore, competing resources are intangible aspects, such as education, medical care, and work. The unequal distribution of these resources is often the focus of society in peacetime.

Everyone longs for a “paradise” free from disease, war, and oppression, although this paradise may not exist, but with the development of science, technology and society, we are getting closer. to heaven in the eyes of the ancients. We will also be curious about the future of human society. There are countless works trying to construct an impossibly beautiful perspective for exploring such issues, most of which of course have pessimistic results. In 1798, the British demographer and economist – Malthus showed in his thesis “Principle of Population” that the population increased exponentially but food production increased linearly. If things continued like this, it would reach a point where the population could no longer grow. The hidden content of this theory is that population growth does not necessarily bring prosperity, but can cause socioeconomic stagnation, hence the so-called “Malthusian trap”. After the end of World War II, the world gradually returned to prosperity, the United States ushered in a period of population explosion with a series of babies after the war, and with it, pessimistic views began to emerge. . Some people think that “overpopulation” can lead to a crisis, which in the short term will deplete resources for survival. This mentality of the majority of the population was immediately drawn to Malthus’ ideals. However, the success of the Green Revolution made Malthus’s model no longer valid, as food production spiked. However, the fear surrounding population explosion and its consequences still lingers here and there. Accordingly, a series of experiments demonstrating the effects of population explosion emerged. But a series of animal experiments seem to have yielded surprising results. Human estimates of resources for survival may still be too optimistic, but the real crisis coming from the population itself will seem obvious. The most prominent of which is the experiment of John B. Calhoun, an American expert specializing in the study of ethology and human behavior. John B. Calhoun and the Norwegian Rats. Calhoun was particularly interested in studying birds during his early years, and one of his studies was published in the journals of the Tennessee Bird Society at the age of 15. After that, Calhoun studied from bachelor’s degree to doctorate, and his research direction also gradually turned to animal behavior. Since his doctoral thesis was to study the 24-hour rhythm of the Norwegian rat, Calhoun’s work after graduation was also closely related to this rat. In 1947, Calhoun, then working at Johns Hopkins University, asked a neighbor to buy a piece of land less than 1,000 square meters to use as a laboratory. Then he decided to build an “artificial rat paradise” so that his rodents could live carefree. In the end, Calhoun named the place “Rat City”. With this amount of land, the area of the mouse city is not small, it is estimated that it can accommodate 5,000 rats, Calhoun also provides adequate food and water for his mouse subjects, while minimizing the maximum. the impact of disease and predators. Rats are only allowed to operate within the “city”. However, the development of the mouse city was not as smooth as imagined, even a bit bizarre. Calhoun initially included five pregnant female mice, but the reproductive rates of mice in this range were not as high as he had imagined. The number of rats in the study area never exceeded 200, and it stabilized at about 150, much smaller than the number of rats this “artificial paradise” could accommodate. Live rats cluster together in groups, and feed only at specific spots. This may have been the first experiment that brought Calhoun’s attention to population density. Five years after the failure of the rat city project, Calhoun joined the US National Department of Mental Health (NIMH) and was in a better position to design experiments on mice. At that time, Calhoun had a small team working with him, they improved the experimental environment on the mice as well as specially designed the breeding area so that the “artificial paradise” could work better. . The farming area is now only about 4.5 m long, 3 m wide, divided into 4 areas separated by electric fences, each area is equipped with unlimited food and water sources, there is also a multi-storey “apartment” that rats can enter in a spiral. The 4 areas separated by the grid are actually not completely isolated from each other, they are connected in pairs by 3 small bridges. Specifically, these four regions can be considered as four quadrants in the Cartesian coordinate system, where only a direct bridge exists that causes the path to move between the beginning – area 1 and the end – area 4 creating into a U shape. Calhoun designed a special feeding system, where solid food is kept behind nets and the collection process is not easy. In the first litter, but the residents here are reasonably arranged with a total of 32 mice, the number of males and females is equal and they are all adult rats that have reached reproductive age. According to the plan, the mice in the habitat would breed quickly, and the number would exceed the 40 limit for a short time, but Calhoun wouldn’t stop the experiment immediately. He would let the rats spawn to 80 and watch them. At first, the female rats were evenly distributed in the four regions, but when the fights between the males ended, the stronger males took over more females. Due to the design of four areas and three connecting bridges, a large number of low-status male rats will be concentrated in areas two and three, while the first and fourth areas become “swarms” of mice Males have higher status. At the bridge, the rats built their own barriers that prevented individuals from walking freely. Weak mice went to cages 2 and 3 to feed and could not return, only a small number of male rats remained in cages 1 and 4. At this point, the strange thing happened, the low-status male rat living in areas 1 and 4 – despite living among the females – had no desire to mate with the opposite sex. Instead they approached higher-status male rats, but the high-status males didn’t deny it either. The number of mice in the barn for 2-3 days is dense due to the continuous appearance of new litters of mice that “go and do not return”. At the same time, the rats’ eating behavior changed as they became accustomed to Calhoun’s feeding device. They refuse to eat alone, and only engage in net scavenging activities when and only in the presence of their own. The pressure from the population, from feeding (despite the abundance of food) creates a pattern that Calhoun calls a “behavioural sink”, roughly translated as “behavior alienation”; Rats begin to develop harmful behaviors. Under the influence of behavioral alienation, female rats have increased social interaction and decreased ability to care for offspring – and because young rats rely heavily on their mothers, herd numbers are at risk of decline. Whenever female mice move their nests, they often leave behind a large number of young mice. And yet, at the time of estrus, because female rats live in closed cages, they cannot escape from the males, and the brutal mating behavior in the cage affects the young even more. At one point, the mortality rate in the rat cage reached 96%. In dominant males, behavioral corruption causes them to become hysterical, frequently attacking their cagemates and even their young. In the vulnerable group of mice, Calhoun found traits that could separate mice into three distinct groups: The first type is called “pansexual”, they do not participate in competitions for social status, but will try to mate with any rat possible regardless of gender. or age. Not many individuals refuse this behavior. The latter, which Calhoun calls a “somnambulist”, is slow-moving, barely interacts with other rats, does not participate in social activities, and very few other individuals interact with them. ., but they are extremely fond of taking care of their appearance and are never violent. The third category, the group that most surprised Calhoun was named the “probes”. These are hyperactive individuals, constantly looking for opportunities to mate with rats of both sexes. Even if they were attacked by higher-status male rats, they would still frantically pursue females in heat. Once they reached the slums and found the young left behind, the fugitives found another source of nourishment. Continue: The end of the gruesome experiment, and the premise of the next one.

Nguom Ngao Cave is one of the priceless gifts that nature bestows on Cao Bang.
Referring to Cao Bang, many people will immediately think of the extremely famous landscape – Ban Gioc waterfall. However, do not be so immersed in the poetic scenery of the green waterfall in the mountains and forests that you forget that Cao Bang still has an equally beautiful place – Nguom Ngao cave.

(Photo: Internet) Nestled in the majestic mountain at Gun village, Dam Thuy commune, Trung Khanh district, Nguom Ngao cave was discovered in 1921, put into tourist operation in 1996 and recognized as a national scenic spot in 1998. Although still quite young compared to many caves in Vietnam such as Phong Nha cave (250 million years old), Trang An cave cluster (250 million years old),… but Nguom Ngao still has an equally magnificent beauty. the “elders” mentioned above. In particular, the splendid scenery inside the cave also reminds many people of Thien Duong cave – another masterpiece that nature has bestowed on Vietnam. (Photo: Internet) From Cao Bang town, follow the road more than 60 km long, pass Ma Phuc pass and Khau Lieu pass to reach Trung Khanh town, go another 29 km to reach the cave. Nguom Ngao Cave is about 2,144 m long but has only been exploited for nearly 980 m, the inside of the cave is almost pristine with hundreds of unique and attractive shapes. Over time, stalactites and stalagmites have created vivid and interesting scenes that make people admire and be amazed. (Photo: Internet) Stepping into the cave, visitors will be overwhelmed by the amazing beauty created by layers of golden stalactites. Countless stalactites grow from the bottom up, from the high rock arches hanging down with many shapes, reflecting shimmering and fanciful light. All are created by the Creator, bringing a unique and wonderful landscape. Stalactites in the cave have a different color from other local caves because of the amount of calcium mixed with many impurities. (Photo: Internet) Nguom Ngao Cave is divided into many areas, such as the “four pillars of heaven” with stone pillars that look like pillars against the sky, the central area with a large space, the treasure area with golden and silver stalactites… Sometimes, we come across small streams in the cave and the sound of murmuring water is very pleasing to the ears. The unique feature that makes the “name” of Nguom Ngao scenic spot is the terraced fields formed by the limestone floor that has been eroded and weathered for many millions of years. The most special is the upside-down “Golden Lotus” limestone block, which is really a masterpiece of nature. The petals seem to be meticulously trimmed to perfection. (Photo: Internet) (Photo: Internet) Wandering in the cave, visitors can enjoy interesting experiences. The cave is like a maze with stalactites crowded with many layers, not monotonous or boring. Especially in Nguom Ngao cave, where there is a gap to the sky, at exactly 14 pm on April 22 every year, there will be 3 streams of light meeting, merging into one, making the cave as bright as day for a few days. minute. This is a beautiful natural phenomenon, many visitors have to admire the brilliant light in Nguom Ngao cave at this moment. (Photo: Internet) (Photo: Internet) Nguom Ngao is truly a priceless natural gift that nature bestows on the people here. Although, at the present time, Cao Bang has only exploited about 1 km for tourists to visit and enjoy, but Nguom Ngao cave is considered one of the most beautiful caves in the country.

This move comes in the context of the Maldives government trying to control the number of Covid-19 infections that have been on the rise again in the last 2 weeks. In April this year, officials announced plans to vaccinate resort tourists, after all Maldivians were vaccinated. So far, about 25% of locals have been fully vaccinated, according to figures compiled by CNN. By May, the Maldivian authorities had introduced new restrictions. All new arrivals are required to present full documentation of a negative test done within 96 hours prior to arrival in the archipelago.
Surfing in Siargao. For surfing enthusiasts Siargao is located in Surigao del Norte province, the easternmost of the Philippines, 805km from the capital Manila, with an area of 437km2. This island was “awakened” when American photographer John Seaton Callahan published pictures in Surfer magazine in 1993. Shortly after being discovered, this place quickly attracted a large number of tourists to surf. . Surfing has become a traditional culture in this beautiful island. Siargao deserves to be the “surfing paradise of the Philippines” with 15 world-class surf spots, the most famous of which is Cloud 9. The fault reef to the right gives Cloud 9 fierce waves. , tall, thick and hollow tube, challenging even professional surfers. The waves in Siargao are ideal all year round but are most perfect from mid-August to early November. Siargao Cup is held annually in September-October, attracting thousands of participants and it is a sign of status. of the island in the world of surfers. Even if you’re not a surfer or haven’t reached the skill level needed to deal with the waves at Cloud 9, you should still come and take a stroll along the boardwalk leading to the station. indoor observation – where you can enjoy spectacular surf. This is also a great place to take pictures of the ocean. If you don’t know how to surf, you should sign up for an accelerated course. Most surf centers are run by Australian surfers who consider Siargao their home. Interesting experiences In addition to surfing, clear sea water, diverse marine life and many colorful coral reefs make this a great diving destination, such as Casulian, Pilar Twin Rocks, Shark Point and Seeco Reef. Boating activities on the blue water, between white sand and bright yellow sunshine will definitely bring visitors many unforgettable experiences. Try “slow living” with Siargao by walking on the romantic beaches, under the shade of coconut trees or swinging in a hammock to watch the sun fade over the sea. At the northernmost point of Siargao island is Taktak – the only waterfall on the island with unique value with cool fresh water flowing into a shallow tank. Although the waterfall is not too majestic, in return, it is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery with verdant forests and cool smooth water. If you want, you can immerse yourself in the clear lake at the foot of the waterfall and listen to the melodious birdsong. After exploring the scenery on Siargao Island, visitors can take a boat cruise to the neighboring islands. The nearby island of Guyam is a deserted, uninhabited paradise with white sands dotted with coconut palms. Next to it, there is an impressive Naked Island with a 200m long open-air sandbar that is not obscured from any angle. Daku has more locals, the beach is breathtakingly beautiful, and it’s a place to go freediving or scuba diving. Siargao’s wild beauty captivates people. Priceless wild beauty Dressed in a dreamlike landscape, Siargao is blessed with an extremely diverse flora and fauna, from vegetables to trees, sea turtles, large fish or non-poisonous jellyfish, not to mention a wide range of species. other terrestrial wildlife. The name of the island is derived from “Sha-gow” – the name of a species of mangrove that is abundant on the island. Siargao owns an isolated location, without an international airport, so it still retains the wild, natural beauty that many other islands have lost due to the tourism boom. The number of visitors to Siargao every year is moderate. This helps the island with a population of about 200,000 avoid overcrowding, pollution and commercialization. In addition to the wild natural beauty and impeccable service quality, Siargao also attracts visitors thanks to its unique cuisine. Seafood is a staple in resorts and restaurants. Barracuda at Siargao Inn and Tataki tuna in Sagana top the list of must-try items. The absence of single-use plastic is a big plus for restaurants on the island. In 2019, surpassing famous names such as Tahiti, Hawaii, Bora Bora, Bali…, Siargao was voted the most beautiful island in the world by Conde Nast Traveler magazine. Siargao has just developed tourism, still remaining wild, rustic, peaceful and clean, so it is easy to understand why this is one of the destinations that should not be missed in the journey to visit the country of thousand islands.

On the occasion of April 30 – May 1 this year, there are 4 days of holidays, this is a very favorable time for many people to choose to travel, rest and balance their lives.
Recently, the account has a name Faculty of Beo has posted on his personal page the travel experiences of Phu Quy (Binh Thuan) with extremely cheap prices, a 3-day and 2-night trip with “total damage” of just over 2 million VND. Accompanying the sharing lines are a series of luxurious photos of the guy taken at this “green pearl”.

Khoa’s article quickly earned nearly 8,000 likes and thousands of shares from the online community. Khoa’s review of Phu Quy island tourism attracted a lot of attention from netizens. According to Khoa, he made this trip in early April. The place he set foot to is quite wild, not exploited for tourism so much, it is very suitable for young people, especially those who are Tour enthusiast. Phu Quy is an attractive destination in the summer for those who love to explore. Specifically, the article about the 3 day 2 night travel schedule of Khoa and his friends in the trip to explore Phu Quy Island is as follows: The first day, at noon, should pick up the hotel and rest, in the afternoon, go for a tour of the shooting locations. The second day on the island toured Tranh island, in the afternoon, went to a virtual life circle around the island. The last day, get up early in the morning to watch the sunrise and then continue to 1 round the island. Then return to the hotel to rest, 12 noon to the pier, board the boat to Phan Thiet. The total cost for the trip per person is about less than 2.5 million VND. In which, round-trip train fare: 700,000 VND; round-trip ticket: 280,000 VND; room rate is 400,000 VND (3 days), car rental, gas: 120,000 VND; Hon Tranh tour: 250,000 VND; Food: 500,000 VND. A total of about 2tr3 poured back because 1 amount will be less if you go crowded like dining or room. During this trip to Phu Quy, Khoa chose a bus when he moved from Ho Chi Minh City at 23:00 and arrived in Phan Thiet at 2:30 am the next morning. After that, the group of friends continue to wait until 6am to move on board to Phu Quy island. “From Phan Thiet to Phu Quy Island, there are 3 shipping lines, we are wondering between Phu Quy Express and Superdong, but due to coming early, waiting for a while, we choose the first ship Superdong. Time floating floating on the sea about 2 and a half hours before we arrive on the island ”, shared Khoa. In his post, Khoa also notes when people choose shipping lines. The 9X boy said: “If you want to have more time to rest, you can move to Phan Thiet early and rent a house to stay overnight, get up to the pier in the morning so you will have time to rest and not have to wrestle. early. The tickets of the other two airlines are equal and luckily, I experience these two airlines (to Superdong, to Phu Quy Express), so my sense is that Phu Quy Express will be better if you are prone to seasickness, due to the type of train. the bed so you just need to sleep one night to arrive ”. Khoa further notes that visitors should book tickets early through its websites. “The tip when booking on Phu Quy’s website is that you will only be able to choose a one-way bed, the other one-way bed is required to choose a seat. The solution is to separate the odd book! ”, Suggested Khoa. In addition, this young man also advises everyone to prepare more car sickness medicine to prevent seasickness. Because traveling on the train with the weather and other objective factors is easy to get drunk, thereby affecting the quality of the visit and experience. During a trip, eating – sleeping – resting is the top concern, so Khoa did not forget to share: “There are quite a few motels and small hotels on the island. Although the quality is not equal to hotels in big cities, it is also quite clean and the price is also reasonable (average hotel price from: 250,000 – 300,000 VND / day). In Phu Quy, there is a special thing that when you contact to rent a car, when you first arrive on the island, you will get the car, run to the hotel and then when you return, also run right at the port without fear of losing. . Usually, there will be a car rental here to pick you up and return the car ”, Khoa said. Regarding the dining on the island, Khoa commented that the food is extremely fresh and cheap. The guy said that he should go a little early, around 18:00 to order food gradually, and at 7:00 p.m., the customers were too crowded, the shop could not return in time. Snacks are mostly plan cakes, the price “super chestnuts”, there are a few milk tea shops, snails, mixed rice paper in the center of the island … In addition, Khoa also noted some beautiful and enchanting check-in places when tourists come to Phu Quy Island such as: Trieu Duong Bay; Pheo slope; Sovereignty flagpole, Bai Nho – Bai Da, Phu Quy island (watch dawn); Ganh Hang; Infinity Lake; Duong Lang Fish Boat; The Master’s Tomb + the aquarium behind (should be in the afternoon because the light is against the sun); Cao Cat Mountain + Linh Son Pagoda (should go in the afternoon); Phong Dien; Lang beach embankment; Hon Tranh … Here are a series of sparkling photos during Khoa’s trip to Phu Quy island:

Every year when the rape blossoms in Wuyuan are in full bloom, a self-driving trip is arranged. This habit has been maintained for six or seven years. In March of this year, I was enjoying flowers in Wuyuan, and I chose to stop and go along the highway on the northern line of Wuyuan. I came across an unknown ancient village just beside the Tsinghua Highway in Wuyuan. Because I saw this golden village on the road, there was a river beside the village, so I stopped and prepared to walk down to the village. On the roadside of the village, I saw a sign that was not clearly written, and I realized that the village was called “Longtan Village.”

Wuyuan’s travel route is based on the county seat, divided into east, north and west. The more famous scenic spots on the east line are Moon Bay, Likeng, Jiangwan, and Jiangling, and the scenic spots on the west line are relatively deserted. Fuchun Yuanyang Lake and Yaowan Scenic Area, while the northern line has Sixiyan Village, Tsinghua Rainbow Bridge, Shicheng, etc. However, most of these scenic spots are based on the same business model, that is, they are based on an ancient village, and then they are surrounded and charged. There are many scenic spots in Wuyuan, but they do not charge, that is, Moon Bay and Mengli Hometown. This is the reason why I rarely visit these scenic spots even though I go to Wuyuan every year. It’s not that I can’t afford the entrance fees, but that the ancient villages that are enclosed have lost the meaning of a natural village. But the Long Beach Village in front of us is an exception. It has not been fenced off, and it has not been developed into a scenic spot, and of course there is no charge. Changtan Village, belonging to Sikou Town in Wuyuan County, is located on the Tsinghua Highway from Qinghua Town to the county seat, which is the S302 line mentioned in the navigation, and is about five or six miles away from the seat of the town government of Sikou Town. Longtan Village is built on a half-hill slope. The terrain is not high. There is a field near the river below the village. Because it happened to be the rape blossom season when I went there, the whole village seemed to be wrapped in golden yellow. There is a crooked river on one side of the field. The river is called “Wushui”. The villages surrounded by mountains and rivers make people feel very beautiful. I found this ancient village because when I went from the county seat to Qinghua Town, I needed to climb a ramp just in front of the village. When the vehicle reached the highest point of the ramp, at the front left of the vehicle, I could see the Wushui River. There is a beautiful three-hole curved bridge, and the reflection of the curved bridge on the river is very clear. Then I saw not only rape flowers but also Hui-style buildings with white walls and black tiles on the side of the curved bridge, which looked old. So he parked the vehicle to the side of the road near the village, planning to walk into the village to see. There is a low wall near the road in the village, one person comes high, there are two unclear words “Long Beach” on it, and then there is a wooden sign on the side with the words “Recreation Resort Reception Center” vaguely. I asked the local people who accompanied me to find out that there was an unfinished building on the opposite bank of the Three-Kong Bridge in Long Beach Village. I originally wanted to turn it into a “resort”, but now it is completely rotten. This is also the other side of the river where I saw the village on the high slope. There is an unfinished building complex that looks very dilapidated. Although it is separated by a river from Longtan Village, it is still a bit horrible. My first impression of Long Beach Village was that it was very quiet, as if there were no people in the village, but those old-fashioned houses with ages extending from the side of the road to the slope. From the road down to the village, walking along the narrow alleys in the village, I suddenly felt that this should be the ancient Huizhou dwellings in my mind, with stone roads, white walls, and winding alleys. People walking inside can hear it. The sound of my own footsteps. Occasionally passing by an open door, a plume of cooking smoke will waft out and then spread along the bottomless alley. The outer walls of the houses here are mostly dry walls, but they are not lime-laid, and are only made of blue and red bricks. Even if the outer walls are painted with lime, the bricks inside will be very old because of the time. Revealed clearly. If there is a flue on the wall, that wall must also leave a black mark of smoke. You will feel that when you walk in such an alley, the age must be very far away. I don’t know how many turns in the alley, but I only saw an old man squatting in front of his house to eat. There was a big yellow dog in front of the old man, staring eagerly at the old man’s rice bowl. I wanted to go up and have a few words with the old man, but the old man had no choice but to speak Wuyuan dialect, so it was really difficult to communicate, so he just said hello to the old man and continued to wander around the alley. To be honest, if you shoot in such an alley, you will definitely be rewarded. Turning out from the alley is the rape field below the village. The rape blossoms are flourishing, but there are almost no tourists. There is also a creek beside the field, which is invisible when standing on a high slope. Two village women in red coats were washing things in the stream. The water in the stream was so clear that you could see the bottom of the stream at a glance. It is estimated that the stream flowed down from the high slope, because in the end it flowed into the Wushui River on the side of the village. I turned on my mobile phone and checked the information of Longtan Village, only to know that this village was built in the early Southern Song Dynasty and has a history of nearly 900 years. The villager’s surname is “Yu”, and the surname is Yu, a common surname in Wuyuan. The surname Yu of Longtan Village has been passed down from generation to generation and has been passed down for more than 30 generations. Historically, there have been many high officials in Longtan Village. During the Daoguang Period of the Qing Dynasty (1821), Long Beach had the Yu family as the magistrate of Changle, Hubei. Later, a member of the Yu family served as the chief secretary, as well as the official positions of Jinhua and Shaoxing. It is said that there were many “doctors” in Long Beach in ancient times, and there are still old houses of “Doctors” in the village nowadays. Because I am not familiar with it, I did not see which one was in this visit to Long Beach Village. Longtan Village was originally called “Dongshan Village”, but it is also divided into Upper Dongshan and Lower Dongshan. Because it is close to Wushui River, the river turns around the village. During dry seasons, the river will expose large beaches, so outsiders also call it “Longtan Village”. “. It has to be said that the ancestors who opened the village surnamed Yu had the foresight and chose a place near the hillside to build the village. The village was condescending.

When the vehicle reached the highest point of the ramp, at the left front of the vehicle, I could see the Wushui River.

From the road down to the village, walking along the narrow alleys of the village, I suddenly felt a feeling that this should be the ancient Huizhou dwellings in my mind, with stone roads, white walls, and winding alleys.

“. I have to say that the ancestors who opened the village, surnamed Yu, had the foresight and chose a place near the hillside to build the village. They were condescending. Even in the flood season, the Wushui River would not affect the village.

The ancient Huizhou area has always admired the Chengzhu Neo-Confucianism and advocated the culture of farming and reading. Even if you go out to do business, you will have to return to your hometown, repair your ancestral home, build a family ancestral hall, and give back to your hometown. You can understand the truth after seeing Long Beach Ancient Village. Some old-fashioned houses in the village have been built for years, and they should have been built by rich people in the past.

There is such an ancient town in Ninghai, eastern Zhejiang. It was built at the end of the Song Dynasty. It is outside the world. The original version of the old Jiangnan residence is still well preserved. It is the largest settlement of children in Jiangnan and is known as the “living ancient town.” “, has the reputation of “Zhedong Lijiang”. Directed by the artist Chen Yifei, starring Chen Kun and Zeng Li, and nominated for the Best Picture of the Shanghai Film Festival’s Golden Goblet Award, the war of love film “The Barber” was shot here. The quaint and vicissitudes of the town in the film brought Zhejiang The unique charm of Donggu Town gives people a quiet and elegant beauty that is different from ordinary prosperous ancient towns. This Jiangnan town with strong ancient charm is Qiantong Ancient Town.

Qiantong Ancient Town is located in Ninghai County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It was built in the late Southern Song Dynasty and flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It has a history of nearly 800 years. We know that Ninghai County is the starting place of “Xu Xiake’s Travel Notes” and has extremely rich tourism resources. Qiantong Ancient Town, which is located here, is of course no exception. It has a profound cultural heritage and beautiful natural scenery. “Feng Shui Treasure Land” that does not block and hides Feng Shui. Here is the most typical style of Jiangnan ancient town, with white tiles, black walls, vines, stone carved windows, plus the quiet and shallow water of the white stream, painted doors and windows with carved beams, it’s completely “Every family has carved beams.” “Every household has living water”, unlike a water town, it is better than a superb view of the water town, and Qiantong is also known as the “Little Lijiang in the South of the Yangtze River” for this reason.

During the Shaoding period of the Southern Song Dynasty, the local Tong family moved here from Huangyan, Taizhou, and they were named “Qiantong” because they lived in front of Huiming Temple at that time. After thousands of years of multiplying, growing and studying, the children of the Tong family now have more than 2,000 households with a population of nearly 30,000, making it the largest settlement of Tong surnames in the south of the Yangtze River. Qiantong is the town with the most ancient Confucian culture in eastern Zhejiang, and is known as “the first Confucian town in the south of the Yangtze River”. The people here have always followed their usual way of life, cultivated in Dunmu, and trained their descendants to form the ancient cultural style of “small bridges and flowing water all over the courtyards, and eggs in the ancient courtyard of the ancient courtyard”. There have been many talents here from generation to generation. According to statistics, in the Ming and Qing dynasties alone, more than 200 people have obtained fame as scholars or above.

The ancient town does not have a strong commercial atmosphere. Walking on the maze-like pebble paths, the roadsides are blue bricks and ink tiles, and the stream is beautiful. You will find that the bricks, the walls, and the bridges here are exquisite works of time. It reveals a simple and quiet atmosphere, giving people a strong sense of vicissitudes of ancient rhyme. The entire ancient town is laid out in nine palaces and eight hexagrams according to the word “hui”, and each house corresponds to the eight hexagrams. There are still more than 1,300 ancient houses of Ming and Qing Dynasties. The houses, academies, and ancestral halls are all elegant and beautiful. The old streets, pavilions, and arches are each other. At first glance, they feel dilapidated.

In Qiantong, you can visit the solemn and solemn Tongda Ancestral Hall built in the early Ming Dynasty, you can also visit the majestic and beautiful Lianghuang Mountain in Xu Xiake’s Travels, and you can also experience the interesting and primitive folk customs of eastern Zhejiang. Of course, the most not to be missed is the “Zhejiang No. 1 Ancient Camphor” growing at the east end of Zhulin Village, Qiantong Town. The ancient camphor is commonly known as “five-branched camphor”. It is 18 meters high and 15 meters in diameter at breast height. It was planted between the Tang Dynasty and the Northern and Southern Dynasties. The tree is at least 1200 years old. It is famous for its age, luxuriant foliage, and full of vitality. It is listed as the first of the “Ten Best Ancient and Famous Trees” in Ningbo, was certified as a national first-class protected ancient tree, and won the reputation of “Ningbo Tree King”.

Traveling is a seasoning in life. With a backpack on your back, alone or with friends, or looking for a beautiful place, enjoying the beautiful mountains and rivers of the motherland, or looking for a secluded place to live for a day or two, Feel the life like a paradise.
In addition to visiting tourist attractions, many people now choose to find a homestay with beautiful scenery and a good location, so that they can enjoy the beautiful natural scenery while enjoying a comfortable life.

I visited Quzhou not long ago and came across a homestay that was left behind and independent like a paradise called “Sanyuantang”.

Sanyuantang is located at the bridgehead of No. 2 Bridge in Qixi Village, Qixi Town, Kaihua County, Quzhou. It is located near the mountains and rivers. Majin Stream flows slowly from the side. This river has a lot of origin. It is the source of the Qiantang River. One, it is called “Qianjiangyuan”. Whether it is natural scenery or geographical location, it can be said to be very attractive, and it can be called a “haven paradise”.

When I first saw Sanyuantang, I was attracted by the building in front of me. The main building is composed of two parts, the lower part is a circular columnar building, and the upper part is a white wall and gray tiled house. I can’t help but think of ” The four-character “Sky, Round Place” and its shape resembles a “UFO”, which left a deep impression on me.

A friend also said that it seemed a bit abrupt, like a “nail house”, haha.

The overall scale of Sanyuantang is quite large, covering an area of about 6 acres. More than 50 million yuan has been invested in building this homestay. Of course, Sanyuantang is not only a homestay, its homestay is in the upper part, and the lower part is the root carving creative garden. Its establishment is very important to the locals. It is the only cultural and creative attraction in Qixi Town, despite its popularity. It’s not too high, but there are also many tourists here.

When you walk into the hall of Sanyuantang, you enter the world of root carving. Many people may know that Kaihua is the hometown of root carving art in China. The famous root carving of Kaihua is very famous. The most famous spot in the area is the Cultural Tourism Zone of the Buddhist Kingdom of the Root Palace.

Root carving is one of the traditional Chinese carving art. It has a very long history. As early as the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, tree root carvings were used to make tables, shelves and other items. In recent years, the art of root carving is still very popular, and root carvings can be seen in many places. Art gallery.

Living in Sanyuantang means living in the world of root carving. Exquisite and exquisite sculptures can be seen everywhere in the lobby on the first floor. The number is dazzling. The owner of the homestay has more than 20 years of root carving skills, and the carved works are infused with heavy enthusiasm. The wooden fragrance that blows on the face makes people hear the sound of a carving knife falling on the roots of the tree.

On the second floor, you will arrive at the lodging area. Many people may have heard of “Golden Sus”. There are now levels of accommodation, namely Baijinsu, Jinsu, and Yinsu. Sanyuantang is one of the golden hotels. In 2020 Awarded by selection.

Jinsu has relatively high requirements for all aspects, and it has been felt since the moment it walked into Sanyuantang.

Sanyuantang’s rooms are facing the green mountains, and some are facing the green mountains and green waters. I stayed in a room facing Ma Jinxi. The layout of the room is very pleasing. The large windows make the room extraordinarily bright, and the overall decoration is also that kind. Chinese style is elegant, simple and modern, and full of style.

Outside the room is a terrace. It’s not beautiful to sit down, drink tea, and watch the scenery.

I have an infinite love for homestays, not only because of the environment here, but also because of the same-minded friends and sharing their travel stories with each other, which is also a beautiful thing.

I don’t know, have you ever been to or heard of the “Sanyuantang B&B” in Kaihua County, Quzhou? What is your impression of the scenery here? If you have the opportunity, would you come here for a holiday? Welcome to leave comments.
