The shrimp meat is mixed with eggs, purple onion, garlic, salt and pepper spices, shaped into a flat circle, rolled over the fried dough and deep fried until both sides are golden. The remaining ground shrimp meat is also rounded, flat, steamed, then pan-fried.</p>
