Nowadays, people love to travel. In fact, traveling abroad is also quite good. You can see many different scenery and cultural customs. When it comes to traveling abroad, many people first go to Thailand. People are really familiar with this country. After all, this is one of the most favorite countries for Chinese tourists. It has charming scenery, rich tropical fruits, shemales and low prices, so people are generally the first choice to go abroad. It’s Thailand.

Many people are familiar with Thailand, but there are many services in Thailand that you absolutely don’t know about. For example, today I’m going to talk to you about this, the service you never expected in Thailand hotels, just put 20 baht by your pillow There will be surprises when you return to the hotel in the evening. Let’s take a look at the services below.

We can’t avoid staying in a hotel when traveling, and sometimes a clean and tidy hotel room can bring us a good mood. It costs a little bit to have a clean and tidy room in Thailand. If you live in a hotel in Thailand, you can put 20 baht under your pillow when you go out, which is 4.5 yuan.

This cost is not much, and it can be regarded as a little consumption for the cleaning staff. Although it is not much, it is very useful, because the 20 baht allows people to get hidden services. In Thailand, if you put 20 baht under the pillow, your room may be messy when you go out, and it won’t be much tidy when you come back, and the air in the room may not be particularly fresh. But as long as you pay a little bit, you can get a neat and even scented room, which looks better and makes people more happy. It’s not that you have to give a tip in Thailand. It’s just that the tip is not too much, but it can make your stay comfortable. Why not? To put it another way, this tip is also an encouragement to the cleaning staff. Although this kind of encouragement is not big, it will make people more motivated and moody to work. Naturally, this room will help you clean up. , This is actually good for oneself, and this 4.5 is not too much in the country, and you can’t buy a cup of milk tea. If you want to travel to Thailand, you must make a good guide, these guides may be an unexpected surprise. Of course, there are many things to pay attention to in Thailand. For example, you must not go to toilets with purple signs, etc., because this is a toilet for transgender people… Some netizens said: In fact, there was no tip in Thailand before. It was caused by countries such as Europe and the United States. However, the tip is not high, just the money for a bottle of mineral water. What do you think about this, please leave a message in the comment area!

When it comes to big cities in Gansu, the first thing everyone thinks of is Lanzhou, the provincial capital. As the largest city in Gansu and the economic, cultural, and political center of the province, Lanzhou has a pivotal position in the province. As for the second largest city in Gansu Province, there has always been a lot of controversy. Among them, Tianshui and Qingyang are the most competitive. If ranked according to population, Tianshui City is the most qualified to be selected.

Located in the southeast of Gansu Province, Tianshui City, known as Qinzhou in ancient times, has a total urban area of 14,300 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over Qinzhou and Maiji districts and five counties of Wushan, Gangu, Qin’an, Qingshui, and Zhangjiachuan Hui Autonomous County, with a total population of 3.72 million. In 2020, Tianshui City will achieve a regional GDP of 66.69 billion yuan, ranking third after Lanzhou and Qingyang, and it is the third largest economic city in Gansu Province. Although Tianshui belongs to Gansu Province, it is completely different from the Gobi Desert in the west. It has a mild climate, four distinct seasons, lush vegetation and a forest coverage rate of 36.45%. It is known as “Longshang Jiangnan”. The good ecological environment, unique natural resources and rich human resources such as cities, temples, temples and pavilions complement each other, making it an ideal destination for the best livable environment in the northwest and for tourism and leisure. Tianshui is also one of the important birthplaces of the Chinese nation and Chinese civilization. It has a history of more than 8,000 years of civilization and more than 2,700 years of city building history. According to records, the ancestor of the humanities of the Chinese nation-the “head of the three emperors” Fuxi family originated in Tianshui, where he created the gossip and initiated the Chinese civilization. Therefore, Tianshui also has the “Hometown of Emperor Xi” and “Zhi Xuezhi”. “Du”. Rich historical and cultural resources have left a large number of cultural relics and historic sites in Tianshui. According to statistics, there are 470 cultural relics under protection in the city and as many as 228 scenic spots. Among them, the most worth seeing Maiji Mountain Scenic Area is a 5A-level tourist attraction in the country. The scenic area has green mountains and green waters, rich and diverse biological species, and has many famous landscapes such as “Maiji Misty Rain” and “Xianren Sending Lanterns”. It has been listed since ancient times. It is the first of the eight scenic spots in Qinzhou. The Maijishan Grottoes, built in the post-Qin period of the Sixteen Kingdoms (384-417 AD), were excavated and rebuilt in more than a dozen dynasties of the Northern Wei, Western Wei, Northern Zhou, Sui, Tang, Five Dynasties, Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. There are 221 cave niches, 10,632 clay sculptures and stone sculptures, and 979.54 square meters of murals. It is one of the four largest grottoes in my country and was selected as a World Cultural Heritage in 2014. It is known as the “Exhibition Hall of Oriental Sculpture Art”. In addition to the well-known Maiji Mountain Grottoes at home and abroad, there are also many places of interest in Tianshui City. The ancient residence of the Hu family, which was built in the 36th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1608), is one of them. This residence in the center of Tianshui City was the private residence of Hu Laijin, deputy envoy of the Minister of Justice of Shanxi in the Ming Dynasty, and his son Hu Xin, Shaoqing Department of Taichang Temple. It is also the only existing Ming Dynasty official residence in Gansu. It is known as “Longshang”. The first residential house”. In the summer of 759 AD, Tianshui welcomed one of the most important guests in history-the poet Du Fu. At that time, Du Fu resigned and traveled west with his family members due to the Anshi Rebellion. He lived in Nanguo Temple in Tianshui for more than three months and wrote more than 100 popular poems. This ancient temple was built during the Southern and Northern Dynasties, and has therefore become a place for literati and inscriptions to visit, and is known as the “first famous temple in Longyou”. Fuxi is the earliest documented creation god in China. According to ancient records, he invented and created divination and gossip, and he tied ropes into nets to teach people the methods of fishing and hunting. He was regarded as the beginning of the humanities of the Chinese nation. Tianshui, as the birthplace of Fuxi, currently has the largest and best-preserved Ming Dynasty Fuxi Temple complex in the country, known as the “First Temple in China”. Every year on the 16th day of Fuxi’s birthday, Fuxi Temple attracts many domestic and foreign tourists to worship.

Norwegian fjords are always talked about by tourists (the only natural landscape that does not exist in China), and it stretches for a long time. The geographic starting point is located in the Lysefjord south of the southern port city of Bergen, and the northern end is located in Alesund, north of the Geirangerfjord. If you have the opportunity to take this famous fjord landform route, you will find that this trip is not as busy as Oslo, and there are beautiful scenery everywhere: beautiful canyons, open waters, and real virgin forest parks… Walking down the landscape road, you can’t help but embrace nature, forget about the natural beauty of the green mountains and green waters, and indulge in a Nordic fairy tale world that you don’t want to wake up at all. Schematic diagram of a self-driving tour of the Norwegian fjords Two years ago, we had an in-depth self-driving tour of the Norwegian fjords, and experienced the infinite scenery of the “king of the north of Europe” on the ground. The three-day itinerary and feelings are shared with you for reference only — Day1 Bergen: Sightseeing in the city of literature and art Bergen is the largest city on the west coast of Norway, the largest seaport in the country, and a famous cultural heritage city. Northern Europe is known for its cold climate, but Bergen can enjoy the warm current of Mexico, so it is humid and comfortable all year round. Bergen was built in the 11th century AD, and it played the role of the capital of Norway for nearly three hundred years, until Oslo became the new capital of Norway in 1814. It is not an exaggeration to say that Bergen is “Norway’s most literary city”. At the old wharf, the historic sites that Bergen integrated into the European Union of Lufthansa are still there, telling a long history. In the city, there are a large number of ancient churches, concert halls, art galleries, museums, theaters, art festivals, performances, open-air concerts, art and design exhibitions, in Scandinavia and throughout Europe. Ranked among the best. Not only that, as a vibrant city, its countryside is integrated with the fjords, making it a paradise for outdoor sports enthusiasts. Recommended self-driving route: Bergen Airport-25km-downtown (Bryggen Wharf-Fish Market-Floyen Cable Car-Hockensund Palace-Bergen Art Museum) Bryggen Wharf is the business card of Bergen. Rows of old houses gather restaurants, museums, and cafes. Near the pier is a fish market that gathers the best seafood from the west coast of Norway. On Floyen Mountain, you can take the Floyen Cable Car, the oldest cable car in the world, to the top of the mountain and have a bird’s eye view of the entire city. The local Bergen Art Museum is composed of Bergen Fine Arts Collection, Steineson Collection, Lasmby Meyer Collection and other parts. It is the most valuable art gathering place in Bergen, near the museum The city squares and parks are suitable for walking. Bergen hotel recommendation: Clarion Hotel Admiral (Clarion Hotel Admiral). This hotel is one of the most famous viewing hotels in Bergen (built in the early 20th century), across the water from the Bryggen Pier and the Floyen Mountain. The hotel’s 210 rooms have wide viewing windows, 50 of which are facing the harbour. In order to give guests a chance to get to know each other, the hotel also specially set up a large public living room with artworks. The hotel is only 2 minutes’ walk from Bergen Pier, 6 minutes from the nearest shopping street, and 18 kilometers from the airport. Address: C. Sundtsgate 9, Bergen, price: RMB 900 per room (single room). Day2 Bergen-Sognefjord 4h: Norway’s high point Bergen is the general starting point for trips to the Norwegian fjords. The landscape road has been surrounding the fjord area all the way to the north. The scenery you see makes you feel like you are traveling in the middle of a painting, and the roads along the way are flat, which is definitely the best choice for self-driving tours. Self-driving route: Bergen-Rv48 (120 kilometers)-Hardangerfjord-E16, Rv13 (250 kilometers)-Sognefjord. Along the highway from Bergen to the north is Hardangerfjord. It is known as the second largest fjord in Norway and the third largest in the world. You can climb mountains here, and there are orchards, glaciers, and We can watch seals and whales. The Sognefjord is the largest and deepest fjord in the world, with a total length of about 240 kilometers. The scenery along the way is beautiful. It is a world natural heritage recognized by the United Nations. There are only 30,000 residents in the area. Every family lives in an idyllic pastoral life. . Self-driving tips: Starting from Bergen and heading north, the first to arrive is Hardanger Fjord. This journey is very easy to drive, and you can reach Sognefjord in the afternoon. In addition, this journey can also be taken by train or cruise. The climate in the fjords is much cooler than in the cities, and thick clothing should be prepared. This section of self-driving route requires the help of ferry. The Sognefjord has many branches, and Nr yfjorden is the most famous of them. The narrowest water surface here is only 250 meters wide, and the highest mountain is more than 1,700 meters above sea level. The stave church in Sognefjord is worth seeing. It is a very old wooden structure, and it is also the architectural representative of the “Viking Age” (generally referring to the Viking period from 790 to 1066). There are currently only 28 stave churches left in Norway, 5 of which are located in the Sognefjord, including the 800-year-old Ornes stave church, Haupasta stave church and Polkun stave church. Sognefjord hotel recommendation: Sognefjord Hotel (Sognefjord Hotel). This hotel is one of the best hotels in the local area for travelers to relax. It is located in the scenic town of Leikanger, overlooking the Sognefjord. Each room is a view room with views of the garden, mountains or fjord. The hotel has free wifi. It is worth mentioning that guests can borrow the hotel’s bicycles to ride around the fjord. Address: Sognefjordvegen 20, Hermansverk, Leikanger 6863, price: RMB 1030 per room (standard room). Day3 Sognefjord-Alesund 4h Aalesund is a small city located on the island of Moeller-Romsdal in western Norway. The entire city was reborn after a fire in the winter of 1904. After reconstruction, the architectural style of the small town of Alesund is full of new artistic features, and was evaluated by the American magazine “National Geographic” as “just out of a fairy tale”. Special recommendation: Alesund’s houses have distinctive architectural features. The houses on the three small islands stand opposite each other and form a triangle. You can take a boat to explore the waters in the middle. There are many natural scenic spots around the small town, hiking and swimming in summer, skiing and ice climbing in winter. It is one of the most popular resorts in Norway. After racing in the most beautiful fjords in Norway, you will once again return to the city from nature. In the morning, we depart for Geirangerfjord. Most of the landforms here were formed during the ice age. Compared with other fjords, it is more spectacular. There are also many famous large waterfalls in Norway (tips: Geirangerfjord). Compared with other fjords, the travel in, is more difficult, especially some trails in national parks, which are only suitable for people with outdoor sports experience). In the afternoon, head to Alesund and stay here. Self-driving route: Sognefjord-passing Rv5 (250 kilometers)-Geirangerfjord-Rv60 (102 kilometers)-Alesund. Alesund hotel recommendation: Radisson Blu Hotel lesund. This hotel is located in the kansekaia area by the Alesund harbour, overlooking the sea. The hotel’s private jetty allows guests to enjoy their vacation in peace. In addition to local specialties, the hotel’s restaurant can also eat organic meals. In addition, compared with hotels in big cities, the rooms here are cheap and easy to book. Address: S. Bullsgt. 7 Alesund. Price: RMB 800 per room (standard room). Norway travel Tips: Traffic: Norwegian vehicles drive on the right. As in China, the roads between cities are mostly two-way single lanes. The Norwegian Transport Agency requires vehicles to turn on their lights 24 hours a day. At city roundabouts, vehicles on the roundabout and vehicles entering the roundabout on the left have the right of way; vehicles on the right side of the intersection have the right of way; vehicles going down on the ramp have the right of way. Most traffic toll stations adopt automated systems. Currency: Norwegian Krone (NOK) is the official currency of Norway. In the retail industry, the penetration rate of the euro is not as good as the krona. Language: Norwegian (subdivided into Norwegian national language and new Norwegian) and Sami are both official languages. Some Norwegians also speak Danish, Swedish and German. English is also very popular, and tourists can use English to communicate with locals. Shopping: Most cities have shopping streets and large shopping malls, but the prices are relatively high. Norwegian goods have a 25% value-added tax, which can be refunded in the airport lobby when leaving the country. Tickets: Some public art galleries and museums in Norway are open to the public for free. Tickets for scenic spots vary greatly during off-peak and peak seasons. You can check the official website in advance.

Many women “don’t know how to love themselves”, endure hurts and sufferings every day. But how to love yourself and love yourself properly to be happy?
Many people are disillusioned when entering marriage, they complain of reprimand and misery in all kinds … as follows:

I love him all, sacrificing wholeheartedly with her husband and her husband’s family. But they betrayed me.

I got married, knowing that my husband’s family owes quite a large amount, so I tried to work for the family and pay back the husband’s family. But after paying the debt, they kicked me out of the house with empty hands …

When you love each other, it’s very beautiful, you have little quarrel and I also give in to you and apologize to you. Whenever I go, I want you to go. I am pregnant, knowing that you do not have a stable job, you will not be able to take care of the mother and child, so you ask for an abortion to try (if you decide to abort, you will become a single mother).

When I saw you saying that it would be your responsibility to take care of the mother and daughter – I was so happy, I thought it was true love. But since the wedding, to the time of birth (she gave birth by caesarean section), I did not ask questions or confide in you, and went everywhere alone. I want to sleep separately, and I often cry alone, often sad and melancholy, partly because of fatigue, morning sickness, not knowing to talk to anyone, so I fell into depression. The husband does not care for the mother and child, nor is she for herself. I’m really tired, want to rescue, but I’m afraid that a daughter is born without the love of her father …

My husband loves fishing differently. He went fishing every day from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm at night. When I was pregnant and gave birth, I couldn’t stay home with my wife for a day. Many times when my sick children call home to buy medicine, they cannot come home and tell them if they are finished, they can come back. My parents-in-law loved my mother and my son so much that they had an argument that they were willing to kick my husband out on the street. But I became more and more depressed, did not want to continue with my husband. Thinking a lot makes me lose sleep, I have to use sedatives every day to sleep.

Many women have fallen into miserable situations, suffering from emotional and physical pain every day just because they “do not know how to love themselves” properly.

How to love yourself properly? Most women get married and are only busy taking care of their husbands and children, making their husband’s family happy. In their mind then just think of doing everything to be good for you, good for your husband … but accidentally forget the feeling of the most important person – that is yourself.

Women learn to love themselves properly. Illustration.

Whenever you feel upset, sad, angry … tend to run outside to find the person who caused the sadness, the anger … (why hurt me, why betray me to me? this breakdown …?). It seems that you keep looking outward constantly without spending quality time on yourself.

Only when you live a happy life with yourself will you be happy. If you yourself still have a lot of hurt, a lot of suffering, then will it be happy to live with others? So ladies, please do whatever you want. When my husband comes home late, he will eat first and go to bed early, read some books, or learn to meditate to understand and to be happy with himself.

Everyone deserves to be happy, and so do you. If you want to be happier every day but do not know where to start, do not know how, let Tue An help you step by step to spark happiness behind you.

Treat yourself well;

Give more, ask for less;

Willing to say “no” to what you don’t want;

Invest time and emotions in positive relationships;

Make time for yourself: be quiet, breathe, relax;

Ignoring observations and judgments from others;

Smile more;

Avoid blaming, avoid complaining;

Set small goals every day.

Women need to act immediately on the above things to be happy with themselves every day, to achieve happiness now, to make life and relationships happier around them.
