<p>Peng Jincheng: Around December 2019, we started to do normal unmanned operations in the airport. In the beginning, there were a few vehicles, but now there are dozens of them. Especially during the epidemic period last year, the airport scene saw the advantages of unmanned vehicles, and its deployment and application were greatly promoted.</p>
<p>In the airport, the challenge of unmanned driving is very big. The first is safety. Because of the contact with the aircraft, the safety requirements are very high. Just now I also introduced that in the airport unmanned vehicle, in addition to the safety and redundancy of the unmanned driving system, we have also created a system for “de-safety officer”, and even provided another set of scenarios for the airport. The intelligent system that monitors the environment, avoids aircraft and vehicles, and maintains a certain distance, guarantees the safety of unmanned vehicles in the airport and the safety of the apron area.</p>
<p>Second, in addition to the safety requirements of the airport, it actually has very high requirements for efficiency, because this flight is managed strictly according to time, especially the entire flight at Hong Kong Airport is very dense and the place is still small, so The efficiency requirements are very high. <p>For projects that are behind schedule due to problems in site clearance, problems with legal procedures or other objective reasons and do not owe financial obligations to the State, assigned to departments, sectors, Relevant localities continue to monitor and urge investors to implement; promptly guide and remove difficulties and problems for investors. People&#8217;s Committees of districts, towns and cities with investment projects in the area actively coordinate with investors to support and remove difficulties and problems in site clearance to implement projects.</p>
<p>Regarding projects that have leased land but have been behind schedule for many years that are not in the category of land use extension or beyond the schedule extension, financial obligations have not been fulfilled to the State, Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People&#8217;s Committee assigns the Department Natural Resources and Environment shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Investment, the Provincial Tax Department, relevant departments, branches and localities in reviewing the progress of projects; work with investors and request a commitment to project implementation progress; advise the Provincial People&#8217;s Committee to recover land for projects if they do not implement, fail to fulfill tax obligations according to the provisions of the Land Law.</p>
<p>For projects that are behind schedule but still in progress adjustment according to the Law on Investment 2020, the Department of Planning and Investment is assigned to assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and localities in checking inspect and supervise the implementation progress; urge investors to speed up project implementation; urge the implementation of deposit investment in accordance with regulations.</p>
<p>In addition, the Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People&#8217;s Committee also assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, relevant departments, sectors and localities to advise the provincial People&#8217;s Committee to establish a review team for slow projects degree to direct implementation; Concerned departments and branches shall focus on directing to organize a specific review of each group and each type of project; classify specific project groups to advise the Provincial People&#8217;s Committee to consider and report to consult the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to handle each specific project according to regulations, especially some large projects, major projects. projects with a high commercial advantage position, projects that are of interest to the voters and the people.</p>
