Buon Choah – a land of charming mountains, majestic mountains and cultural traditions, imbued with the identity of the ethnic groups. There is also Nam P’lang crater located… However, those potentials and strengths have not been exploited and promoted effectively.

Fruit garden planted on basalt Through the fairy land Buon Choah is also known as Cat village (Choah village, Krong No district, Dak Nong province), formerly mainly Ede people, they took the alluvial sand from Krong No river to name the village. The remote commune of Krong No district is the location of the global volcanic geological park. On the way from Buon Ma Thuot city to Choah village (where there is a volcanic cave complex), we heard Mr. Le Hoang Co, General Director of Dam San Tourism and Trade Company, a passionate explorer, many times. led the delegations to experience and learn about the land and volcanic caves of Dak Nong, sharing: for many years, the people here have lived by the rice trees, drank the river water, lived a kind and loving life. They love the road which is the burning rocks not because of the scorching sun but due to the impact of the volcano, which is quite interesting and strange. Especially the orchards planted on the wrong rocks are full of fruit. Whether it is a rice field or an orchard, when harvested, the yield is unbelievably high. This place has tourism potential, attractive agricultural resources, must combine all the strengths of the region to make products to attract tourists and improve the quality of life of the people. What makes this land poetic beauty is the endless stretch of rice fields, becoming a feature of the material and spiritual life of the people here. The fragrance of rice rose gently through the nose and the golden sun fell to the foot of the hill, Nguyen Thi Yen (Thanh Son village, Choah village) expressed, people call the rice fields in Choah village the golden rice bowl. because ST24 rice variety has good rice quality and high yield. In 1996, her family came here to set up a business, at this time, they grew RVT rice. In 2016, the government experimented with planting ST24, now it has grown the whole field. Her family has 2 hectares of this rice variety, two crops a year for 14 tons/ha and 2 sao of fruit trees: jackfruit, coconut, litchi and 10 cows, with a total income of 300 million VND per year. The newly discovered cave has a length of nearly 1 km The Krong No River appears before your eyes. The large ferry approached the shore, a group of 45 people from a company in crimson uniforms carried luggage onto the ferry. More than a few minutes of moving, touching the shore, each group in turn was arranged to wait for 5 workers and farmers. The peacock raced up the slope, everyone was surprised to see papaya, avocado trees on both sides of the road, forming a beautiful green patch, pressed against the dark gray pumice area. And the farmers themselves still see the mystery, in the fields and fields, there are only rocks and stones, yet the orchards are still green for bountiful crops. People forget the fatigue of the heat, find the heaven and earth here strangely enchanting. The hustle and bustle of life gradually subsided, in front of my eyes, thousands of colors flickered back and forth around the foot of the mountain, which was quiet and immense. This land for many years has been deposited by alluvium, now becoming the most fertile place of Choah village. The Krong No River builds up from the water to the products on both sides of the river, giving the local people a warm and friendly atmosphere, amidst the vastness of heaven and earth. The legendary story of A Tay and A Yong is told by the village elders over a jar of yeast that has been handed down for generations. That, their love was hindered because the girl’s house was too poor, there was no gift to bring the boy back to be her husband. The desperate couple threw themselves into the river to die. The girl turns into Krong Ana river (mother river), boy turns into Krong No river (father river). The Serepok River is the eternal blend of faithful love. The river has nurtured and created a culture unlike any other. While here there is a revelation of wonder that fascinates all mankind. The Mystery of the Bat Cave The vehicle carrying the group stopped in the middle of the orchard, next to the people’s farm huts. Weaving through the fruit-laden lychee orchard, we walked more than a kilometer on jagged pumice paths, frozen by the molten lava spewing out of the crater. The feet quickly reached the basalt field stretching as far as the eye could see. People seem to be trapped in the vast windy space, the fatigue is somewhat reduced. Touching the lava rock shelf where the new cave was discovered, each stone surrounded a giant arch. Following the flash of a flashlight, we groped on the jagged rock and entered the nearly 1 km long cave. In the dark and deep recesses of the cave, the smell of dampness penetrated the nostrils. The cool world inside the cave dispels the hot air outside. Flashlight streaks quickly glide over countless stalactites, traces of a volcano that have fallen asleep, making everyone stunned. The cave we are exploring, the experience is the newly discovered cave. Indigenous people say that there are many caves around this area, including bats, which is not strange. Before knowing Chu Bluk cave, the people around here used to call it Bat cave. If there are tourists to visit, these caves are not the first place they introduce, because of the wildness, difficult-to-find location, undeveloped services. Therefore, this has contributed to preserving the original purity of the cave until now. Leaving the cave, the sunset is long. On the Krong No river, the bobbing boats of the fishermen cast their nets and cast fishing lines. The woman showed off a 3kg trout struggling in her hand, returning down the stream after releasing the spoils. From time to time, motorboats carrying sand tore through the water, making the river’s surface agitated. Then, momentarily right there, the river was calm and calm again… The volcanic cave system in Krong No district, Dak Nong province is a 25km-long volcanic cave system in basalt, stretching from the crater of Buon Choah along the length of the Serepok River to the area of Dray Sap waterfall. Dak Nong Geopark was recognized by UNESCO as a global geopark in 2020, contributing to strongly promoting tourism and attracting domestic and foreign tourists to explore. This is the third global geopark in Vietnam.

To choose the right plants, he spent a lot of time hunting at gardeners in Saigon and Da Lat, even ordering from abroad such as Japan, Thailand, and Ecuador.
Nguyen Quang Tam is currently living and working in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City, with a special love for ornamental plants, glass leaves… Mr. Tam owns a huge collection of plants and turns it into one of the green interior decorations for his house.

Tam’s house is 40m2 wide, the total floor area is 175m2. The house consists of 5 floors, 1 ground floor, 3 floors and terrace with full function rooms such as living room, kitchen – dining room, 1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom for mother, 1 dressing room and working room. Nguyen Quang Tam in his favorite area of the house. (Photo: Nguyen Quang Tam) Hunting for mutant leaves is one of the trends that many people are interested in, even with leaves up to several hundred million dong. (Photo: Nguyen Quang Tam) Anh Tam currently owns about 50 different types of ornamental leaves with many precious and unique lines. However, he affirmed, the collection of trees comes entirely from the love of nature and green space, not hunting for business purposes. (Photo: Nguyen Quang Tam) Because of the passion for planting trees, the owner cleverly arranges ornamental plants suitable for each functional area. Not only adorn the living space, but trees also help purify the air, creating a feeling of comfort and relaxation. Mr. Tam collects plants by line such as alocasia, anthurium, philodendron…, including both Vietnamese and foreign seedlings. In order to choose the right plants, he had to spend a lot of time and effort, from buying and earning from gardeners in Saigon and Da Lat to ordering from abroad such as Japan, Thailand, and Ecuador. In addition to the trees placed in the functional areas, he mainly grows trees in the front yard and on the terrace because it is easy to care for and the trees grow well. During the care process, Mr. Tam pays attention to providing water and light suitable for each type of tree. He uses coir mixed with some kind of pumice stone instead of using soil to help plants have better growth. Mr. Tam’s investment for ornamental plants in the house is about 300 million VND. Spacious terrace, designed with an outdoor bath and eye-catching decoration like a miniature resort. (Photo: Nguyen Quang Tam) The function rooms in the house are designed in a modern and luxurious way but still ensure ventilation, maximum light and closeness to nature thanks to the lush green pots. The bedroom has luxurious furniture. Gray, black, white, and brown tones are harmoniously combined, creating a cozy, closeness, and expressing the personality of the owner. As a busy person, the owner prefers a simple design. Household items are not too many, suitable for the single life of the homeowner.

5 body parts that need cleaning but are often overlooked

Foot The feet are one of the parts of the body that need to be washed with soap. However, many people ignore this part because they think it will be cleaned from soap and water is slipping down from the body. However, in these areas, the fungus that causes athlete’s foot is very common, especially if you wear flip flops or flip flops, don’t wear socks or sweat a lot. According to dermatologists, we not only wash our feet with soap, but also rub with pumice stones every day. The space between your toes should be thoroughly cleaned, no matter what type of shoe or socks you are wearing. To prevent the spread of bacteria and germs, wash your toes with soap and water and dry them carefully with a towel afterwards. Illustration. Nape This part of your body can often be warm and moist, especially if you have long hair or exercise regularly. Favorable conditions like these can lure away body mites and bacteria. That’s why washing the back of the neck daily with soap and an exfoliating sponge or wet washcloth can be so important to prevent the spread of bacteria. Illustration. Eyes Washing your eyes with soap is not a good idea as it can damage the cornea and sclera. Gently rub your eyelids back and forth with a towel and rinse with water afterwards. Illustration. Sensitive area According to dermatologists, we should wash sensitive areas thoroughly every day. This part of your body has folds that can contain harmful bacteria that lead to ingrown hairs, infection, and a bad smell. According to doctors, soaking a cotton swab in warm soapy water and swabbing under your fingernails will remove bacteria and debris that are invisible to the naked eye. Illustration. Cleanse the body before shampooing Using conditioner on your hair can lead to skin irritation and body blemishes.

Our skin is home to about 1.5 trillion bacteria. Not all of them are harmful to the body, some bacteria are even important and have health benefits. That is why we should not clean some body parts with soap. Meanwhile, some other parts require daily cleaning and preferably with soap. There are 6 parts of the body that people often clean the wrong way, adversely affecting the skin as well as health. Foot The feet are one of the parts of the body that need to be washed with soap. However, many of us often ignore it and think that our feet will be cleaned when the water and soap slide from the body to the bottom. However, in these areas, the fungus that causes dermatitis is very common, especially if you wear flip flops or flip flops, don’t wear socks, or if you sweat a lot. Therefore, washing feet with soap is very important. If possible, you should rub your feet with a pumice stone daily to remove odors and bacteria. The zinc between your toes should also be thoroughly cleaned, regardless of whether you wear shoes or socks. To prevent the spread of bacteria and germs, wash your toes with soap and water, and dry them carefully with a towel. Nape The back of the neck is usually humid and hot, especially if you have long hair or exercise regularly. It is a place where there are favorable conditions for body mites and bacteria to grow. Therefore, washing the back of the neck daily with soap and an exfoliating sponge or wet washcloth is very important in preventing the spread of bacteria. Eyes Washing the eyes with soap is a dangerous thing that can harm the cornea. Since they cannot be cleaned by touching, the tear glands (tear glands) are responsible for cleaning and protecting them from debris and other irritants. A safe way to clean your eyelids and eyelashes is to use an odorless baby shampoo. Mix about half a teaspoon of shampoo in a cup of warm water and dip a soft towel in the mixture. Gently rub your eyelids (back and forth) with a towel and rinse with water afterwards. Groin According to dermatologists, it is advisable to wash the groin thoroughly every day. This part of the body has tight, folded folds, which can contain harmful bacteria that lead to ingrown hairs, infection, and odors. The groin is also one of the most sensitive areas of your body, the most effective way to clean it is by using a gentle soap and a soft towel. Zinc nails Different types of bacteria can populate the area under your fingernails and it is certainly not possible to get rid of all of them just by washing your hands. According to doctors, use a cotton swab soaked in warm soapy water and rub under the fingernails, this will remove bacteria and debris that are invisible to the naked eye. Arms and legs Unless it gets dirty, hands and feet are a place that doesn’t need to be cleaned every day. The skin in these parts usually does not produce much oil, so cleaning them with soap daily will leave your skin dry and lifeless. Wrong process causes back acne The use of conditioner in the hair can lead to skin irritation and body blemishes. To avoid this and remove any remaining conditioner and shampoo on the skin, experts recommend the following shower regimen: “Wash your hair, rinse, apply conditioner, wash your body, then rinse. conditioner and shower gel at the same time ”.

This bacteria goes into a humid environment and will begin to multiply, causing bad feet. Anti-sweat feet Foot antiperspirants contain chemicals that help reduce perspiration. They can be purchased at drug stores, so they should be used at night, right after bathing. Footwear disinfection You should regularly disinfect shoes and shoes by: Wipe the outside thoroughly, soak the shoelaces and laces in a solution of chlorhexidine (disinfectant). Finally, wipe the inside of the shoe with a cloth soaked in chlorhexidine. Keep shoes dry You should have at least 2 pairs of shoes to wear them alternately. If you only have 1 pair and your shoes are getting wet, there is a very useful tip to deal with right away: Put some crumpled newspaper inside the shoe to help absorb moisture. A dryer can also be used to dry the shoes. Ask your doctor If your foot not only smells bad but it also starts to itch and flake, see your doctor. This could be a symptom of ringworm, an infection or a fungal disease.
