In recent years, the mezzanine level 4 model has become a home design trend in cities when the land fund for construction is limited as well as a cost-effective solution for families in the countryside.
Land fund or construction budget is limited but still want to own a comfortable and unique level 4 house is the desire of many people today; and one of the models that can meet the above expectations is a level 4 mezzanine house.

Level 4 house with Thai roof with mezzanine in the countryside A model of a level 4 house with a mezzanine in the city Normally, level 4 houses are built on a modest ground, so the mezzanine design is considered an effective way to increase the usable area of the house without causing its height to change. The mezzanine (or mezzanine floor, loft) is an intermediate floor, designed to connect with the ground floor and used as a space for resting, reading, worshiping… The model house level 4 has a mezzanine that is both beautiful and economical. Save the living space for the family as well as create a highlight for the house. Even if the owner uses the first floor for business, the living room can be moved to the mezzanine so that the family can both receive guests and observe the trading on the first floor. House space with mezzanine Currently, there are several types of mezzanines that are chosen by many people such as the front mezzanine, the side mezzanine and the in-room mezzanine. In particular, the front mezzanine is used a lot because it makes a strong impression when entering the living room, creating a new and attractive feeling. The mezzanine on the side brings novelty, uniqueness and personality, but must ensure the area is large enough because this type of design requires a spacious space. The mezzanine in the room is often arranged on the toilet, creating a workspace or reading place. However, to be able to find a beautiful mezzanine house design idea and suitable for the needs of the family, homeowners need to have a good construction plan. It is necessary to determine the available space, choose the most suitable material for the structure of the building and, importantly, choose the height of the mezzanine. It is necessary to avoid the design of the mezzanine that is too high or too low to affect the daily activities of family members. In addition, it is necessary to calculate in the most meticulous and detailed way the ventilation and air circulation capacity by using the appropriate light sources of the mezzanine. The height of the mezzanine must be suitable so as not to create a sense of mystery or shock for occupants. According to many architects, the height of the mezzanine should fall between 2.5m – 2.8m, the mezzanine should not be designed lower than this minimum height to avoid causing a feeling of mystery and suppression for users use; but also should not be too much higher because it makes people feel dizzy and lose their aesthetics. For a house with depth, homeowners can design a mezzanine located in the ground floor and used as a common living place. Floors with mezzanines usually have to be 4.5m – 5m high, mezzanine floors need to be designed to occupy 2/3 of the area of a floor. Mezzanine design should not occupy more than 80% of the ground floor area. In particular, in Vietnam, when designing mezzanine floors, great attention must be paid so as not to violate the Construction Law; For example, if the owner fills the atrium in the mezzanine floor, it will be considered an act of building more than the allowed number of floors and will be fined. Some of the most popular indoor mezzanine models today:

To get kids to love their own room, the simple trick is to focus on what they enjoy most: play. And there are a lot of ways to get creative: design a fake climbing wall with a safety foam mattress underneath with just the right height, install a slide, make a little stuffed animal zoo… to make kids feel see homes as well as parks or playgrounds. Children often love to store things, so design the storage corners that are airy and child-friendly. You can also display books to encourage children to read. Try to incorporate plants in your design, especially those that provide oxygen and help purify the air. Please make sure the trees do not hang too high, affecting the safety of children. At the same time, you can teach your child how to take care of plants. Encourage your child’s creativity with an art gallery where they can show off their creations. You can buy old picture frames and pictures, thread them with pictures of your children and hang them on the wall. Or you put your children’s clay works… in a small cabinet. Children will always love their own room! Light: First, make sure your child’s room is not too bright so that they can sleep well. Night lights should be placed low to the floor, in addition you can also use some decorative lights to make your child’s room always shimmering. Create your own corner: Design a lovely carpet, a soft lazy pillow to create a corner for your child, help them have their favorite activities here: reading, thinking, drawing… Any child would love to have his or her own corner in the bedroom. Children grow up fast and it’s better to have a room that can keep up with them. Don’t make it too childish, because children will grow up soon. Do not decorate the room too fussy with bright paint colors because children grow up very quickly and they will quickly feel out of place. Choose colors and textures that are neutral in color so that you can easily change them according to your child’s preferences.

While Vietnamese book-making units are gradually finding a direction during the epidemic season through promoting online publishing, the path of foreign-language publishers is still quite narrow.

The difficulty of foreign-language and bilingual bookmakers lies in “hunting” readers, because so far the number of readers is mainly foreigners. The pandemic has also made it difficult to transport orders over long distances. Dr. Tran Doan Lam, Director and Editor-in-Chief of World Publishing House, explained that the online book publishing story did not create a breakthrough for his unit during the epidemic season. Dr. Tran Doan Lam, Director and Editor-in-Chief of World Publishing House. Photo: Tran Long. The bookstore is no longer crowded – The pandemic has caused delays in many industries, including publishing. In the middle of the epidemic season, do you think that limiting contact will help publish books online with many advantages? Publishing books online during the epidemic season always has two sides: advantages and challenges. The outbreak makes people have more time to stay at home with their families. It is considered an advantage for people to have more time to relieve stress. If you want to connect with the outside world, you can use the Internet or read books and newspapers. On the other hand, during the epidemic, it must be acknowledged that the people’s priority item is necessities. Therefore, financial funds in the family must be considered when spending for entertainment purposes. That’s why I say the book release during the pandemic has two sides. Dr. Tran Doan Lam, Director and Editor-in-Chief of World Publishing House, shared the difficulties his unit is facing during the epidemic season. Photo: Tran Long. – Pandemic broke out, e-commerce floors were active. Do you think this will overwhelm the development of bookstores? We are facing the fourth technical revolution, electronic devices are becoming more and more popular. Most people have access to online information. I myself am from the generation that loves to read entity books. I like going to book streets, bookstores or going to book exhibitions as a reader. But recently, the bookstores are no longer crowded, maybe only the appearance of nostalgic people still retain the elegant pleasure of reading. Another fact is that as the population increases, the storage space for books in a family will be narrower, leading to the tendency to read more books online. However, I don’t think online books will completely overwhelm physical bookstores because nowadays there are still many readers who like to hold the book directly in their hands, feel its beauty before deciding to buy. Publishing books online, should or not? – Through participating on the book365.vn floor, how did the World Publishing House get results? Besides, through which pages does your unit promote books? With the participation on the book365.vn floor, we set the goal of promoting the brand of our unit; and at the same time introduce foreign language books and newspapers on the copyright exchange with European-American partners, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asian countries. The peculiarity of foreign-language books makes it impossible to promote on Vietnamese pages and reading groups. Dr. Tran Doan Lam, Director and Editor-in-Chief of World Publishing House Through this, we have sold book rights to a number of partners, contributing to promoting the image of Vietnam to the world. However, the number of books sold on the floor was also not very positive. The characteristics of the books of the World Publishing House make it impossible to promote on Vietnamese pages and reading groups. In addition to participating on the book365.vn floor, we only introduce books on Tiki and the official website of the publisher. – Many units are “covering losses” by promoting online publishing. Why doesn’t your unit follow that trend? Online book publishing is actually a trend in digital transformation. This is a requirement of the times and we cannot go against the times. World Publishing House was also forced to transform itself to catch up with this revolution. This is a great opportunity, saving a lot of costs and stages. However, publishing books online for a foreign-language and bilingual book-making unit is always more difficult than for Vietnamese online book-making units. Not to mention online publishing, it is necessary to invest in a certain infrastructure, and at the same time, our unit must also take into account issues of copyright, information security, payment, and database. .. To break through right away is very difficult, it must be a process and requires investment in both material and human resources. Publications of World Publishing House are mainly foreign languages and bilinguals. Photo: World Publishing House. What challenges are foreign book writers facing? – When the audience is mainly foreigners, what difficulties do you face in transporting and delivering books to readers during the epidemic season? The whole world is struggling against the Covid-19 pandemic, transporting books is facing many difficulties. About a few months ago, when an epidemic broke out, an American customer ordered 10 of our books for work. Due to the pandemic, the time to send books took a long time. The other reader kept emailing us, expressing his desire to receive the book soon. In the end, he did not have the patience to wait and said that the delayed delivery had missed his plan. He decided to cancel the order. When we contacted the Vietnamese post office, they confirmed that they had shipped the order to the US, but due to Covid-19, it was congested at the port. Then we had to return the money to the other customer and lose the books. Some time later, the books in the jammed port area were delivered to the buyers. Receiving the book, although not timely, was also very emotional. He wrote a letter to us expressing his sympathy for the difficulties faced by the foreign language book-making unit in the context of the epidemic. – The “hunting” of readers is certainly difficult, sir? How is World Publishing House oriented to overcome that difficulty? Our first difficulty must be mentioned is the small number of visitors, “hunting” readers during the epidemic season is really difficult because for nearly two years foreign visitors have not been able to enter, the number of books sold to this audience has decreased sharply . From left to right: Dr. Tran Doan Lam, Mrs. Diana Dudzik (author of two books A and V published by World Publishing House) and her husband Diana. Photo: Tran Long. Secondly, it must also be mentioned that our reading culture has been reduced when facing foreign and bilingual books due to the strong competition of the mass media. The third difficulty, as I said, is the shipping and payment for foreign readers. Currently, we focus on releasing more titles in Vietnamese because from last year to this year, the number of books published in Vietnamese has remained somewhat stable. Besides, promoting cooperation with foreign book-making partners. This is a very important orientation. However, due to the pandemic, all negotiations and contract signings have stalled. – So is it a challenge to associate with foreign units, translate and publish books online during the epidemic season? In my opinion this is a challenge. However, we have to thank some foreign partners because they still pay special attention to us, such as Korea and some Southeast Asian countries. The number of readers is small, the culture of reading books in foreign languages is reduced, and transportation during the epidemic season is hindered are the difficulties that we are facing. Dr. Tran Doan Lam, Director and Editor-in-Chief of World Publishing House Or as recently, the Venezuelan ambassador had a meeting with us. She asked permission from World Publishing House to translate some publications into Spanish. During the meeting, she also shared that Venezuela is about to host an international book fair, so she is very interested in the fact that there will be publications translated from Vietnamese into Spanish. Or vice versa, Korean publishing companies also regularly work with us to translate some works from them into Vietnamese to promote Korean tourism. But it must also be added that the pandemic makes it impossible for regular meetings to take place in person, but must be done online. Online transactions are still in the early stages, not our familiar ways and methods of working, so there are many difficulties, it takes time to get used to.

Arranging play and study time with children at home, and strengthening measures to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic is a big challenge for parents today.

By dedicating a special area in your home to reading in the summer, you’ll help your child find joy in books. Whether it’s a cozy corner in the living room or a special space in a child’s bedroom, creating a summer reading environment will inspire children to read and make reading immersion fun. more taste. This helps children experience reading as a fun summer activity – like going swimming or playing outside – instead of something they think they have to do as homework. In the process of reading, children can write down things they find interesting. Here are 5 tips parents should refer to when planning to create a summer reading space for their children. 1. Capture the spirit of summer This time of year is boundless fun, so reading should spark that relaxed and joyful spirit. Parents should create a reading space that suits the child’s carefree mood. It could be a hammock in the yard, a sofa in the corner or a swivel chair by the window. 2. Create a comfortable atmosphere When it comes to reading, comfort is key. Pay special attention to good lighting when creating a reading environment and make the space as cozy as possible. Wall art and family photos are also a highlight for the reading space to attract young readers, raising the spirit of summer reading. 3. Eliminate distractions Distraction is a dilemma during reading for both young and old. So try to make your child’s reading corner away from the TV and other entertainment devices. Avoid crowded, noisy areas. Children will find it much easier to focus on a book when they have a quiet space. 4. Reasonable arrangement of books Make sure your child’s favorite books are within easy reach. However, don’t be afraid to mix up reading materials. A wide variety of books and materials is available to meet children’s reading needs and interests. 5. Refresh books periodically During the summer, parents should refresh their reading space with new options that match their child’s interests. This way, children will continue to interact, eager to read and learn something new about topics they love. Parents can even make reading more special by designating a specific day of the week to introduce new reading material or host a family pizza party to celebrate a new book. release.

‘Offline’ is a practical must-read for those who are ‘addicted’ to using smartphones and social networking sites.
“We initially decided to write this book because we felt suffocated by the constant ringing of the phone calling our attention and pulling us away from what was happening in the real world.” Authors Imran Rashid and Soren Kenner explain so in their book.

Social networking sites have only appeared in recent years: Facebook was founded in 2004, Youtube – 2005, Twitter – 2006 and Instagram – 2010. But its level of “manipulating” users is amazing. Before that parameter, Offline exposes digital technology overload and its consequences, and tells readers to free their minds and keep a safe distance from smartphones and social media. Social networks are “manipulating” people As of 2019, there are more than 5 billion people in the world with smartphones and 1.5 billion people with tablets. Soon, it is expected that about 75% of the total global population will be using this advanced device. Among the social networking sites today, Facebook holds the title of the most popular social media platform. In Vietnam, more than 70% of the population has a Facebook account. However, a surprising information is that, in the midst of a forest of “addicts” to Facebook, even its father – Mark Zuckerberg – does not spend much time surfing the product he created. Instead, he lives a happy life with activities of reading, traveling, playing sports… In the midst of people immersed in online, Mark Zuckerberg (creator of Facebook) still leisurely travels, plays sports and reads books. Photo: Bing Bong Bot. Every day we “tribute” online time to Mark, instead of spending it with our loved ones or other healthy jobs, and this online activity continuously turns us into subjects, responsible for answering the king of the world. I asked “What are you thinking?”. Book Offline spent half of its pages sparking revelations about brain hacks that Facebook, Apple, Tiktok, or Instagram used to entice users. The more glued to the screen, the more the founders of the technology applications will have more pocket money. Online how to not cause harm? It is undeniable that electronic devices also partly change individuals and the whole society in a good way when connecting human exchanges and interactions quickly. The impact is good or bad depending on how we spend our time and minds online on social networks. Soren Kenner (one of the two authors of the book) shared, in this high-tech world, he even has to text through Messenger to invite his children to dinner because he knows otherwise they will not come down. Offline books help free your mind from smartphones and social networks. Photo: TT Next, the two writers posed the question: Do you ever feel chills in a cafe when friendly jokes are replaced by sombre silence, when the whole cafe flickers with bright lights? light emitted from dozens of large and small electronic screens? Smartphones are slowly becoming the first thing you look at in the morning and the last thing you see before you go to bed. Social networks also create a virtual feeling for people, making us sometimes feel as if our pockets are vibrating. But this is just one of the many consequences of being online too much. This level of damage can be improved if you know how to control the frequency of “tribute” time to social networks and high-tech applications. With practical, straight-to-the-point writing, Imran Rashid and Soren Kenner offer a range of methods for freeing the mind from smartphones through setting the modifier of creation: Identify the sizing factor. activities, coping planning, psychological fundamentals, learning to focus… Offline Not only researching tricks to attract and manipulate users’ brains, but also drop in on readers how to protect themselves from digital pollution to use healthy electronic devices and more connected to the real world.

  1. Wear tight skirts and high heels: A pencil skirt can make you seductive, but it can also cause back pain. Tight skirts limit movement at the hips, straining the spine. Similarly, when you wear high heels, too, the habit of high heels causes your legs to drop unnaturally, causing the lower back muscles to move. To avoid back pain, choose comfortable skirts and shoes with soles less than 2 cm high. 2. Regularly drink carbonated soft drinks: This daily routine can lead to kidney stones and cause severe lower back pain. Carbonated beverages can also lead to air trapped in the digestive system and put pressure on the spine. In order to meet the needs of people to learn and read books, in recent years, Hanoi has formed quite interesting book streets, creating an attraction for readers. This is not only a fun and healthy playground but also a cultural space to improve the reading culture of the people of the capital.

In Hoan Kiem district, there is a book street that attracts a large number of people, which is the book street 19-12. This street was formerly known as Am Phu market (market 19-12). At one point, this was also a car park for offices and offices. About 200m long, 19-12 book street has one end connecting Hai Ba Trung street, the other end connecting to Ly Thuong Kiet street and next to the City People’s Court. Hanoi. Officially opened from May 2017, the 19-12 book street is not only a place to sell books but also a cultural space, where events such as introducing new works, meeting and talking with authors. Book street symbols 19-12 at two ends of the street. 19-12 book street is designed quite nicely to create an extremely spacious and airy space. This small street is also the home of 16 famous bookstores such as Kim Dong, Dinh Ty, Nha Nam, Thai Ha Books, Phuong Nam … This is also the convergence of many good books and books. of famous domestic and international publishers. The first sign for us to recognize the book street space is the presence of two book street symbols at the ends of two streets. Walking on the clean gray stone paved road, readers can admire the neatly arranged books on wooden shelves. The convergence place of many famous publishers. According to Ms. Nguyen Hong Van (in Hai Ba Trung district), the books here are divided into many categories such as children’s story books, foreign language books, foreign novels, Vietnamese literature … so readers will not have to. it takes time to search: “My daughter and I have to go 3-4 times a week because the house is close by. I love reading and also want to inspire my daughter ”. Many new books are interested by readers. In the middle of the street is a small square. This is the place that often organizes exchange activities, seminars and introduction of books of domestic and foreign authors. For the convenience of sightseeing, the book street has equipped 2 public electronic information search stations and e-books to help readers and visitors learn thoroughly about the history, culture and tourism of Hanoi. “I find the reading space here is very relaxed, civilized and modern. In addition to reading books, I also have fun and drink coffee with my friends ”- Ms. Nguyen Linh, from Cau Giay district shared. Many young people come here to buy books. To avoid the inconveniences of the narrow space inside the booths, each publisher arranged small chairs for readers to read and also to visitors to sit and rest. Therefore, here will not have to compete, crowded seats to rest or fear anyone complaining about sitting for long because it is completely free. According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, the first impression that anyone can easily see is the uniqueness of the decoration of the bookstores, the wooden chairs dotted with the green color of the trees. brilliant flowers. On the weekends, many readers have come to the book street. When we come to the book street, we will enjoy a quiet space and immerse ourselves in the world of good books, famous, is the specialty that makes this unique street. Not only a destination for genuine “bookworm” people, Book Street 19-12 is also a famous tourist destination that many tourists visit from all over the world.

Entering this bookstore, make sure that the ‘bookworm’ association will love it because its design is both beautiful and luxurious, and also owns a large number of books!
Chung Thu Cac is a famous bookstore system in China with a unique space design that not only attracts book lovers and literary lovers, but also becomes tourist attractions.

Up to now, Chung Shu Cac has been present in many big cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Hangzhou and most recently in Chengdu. The interesting thing is that the bookstores in Chung Thu Cac system are unique in each place, designed based on the cultural characteristics of each region. Chung Thu Cac Bookstore in Chengdu was inspired by the dams in the Do Giang Yen area If Chung Shu Cac in Chongqing is inspired by mountains, Chung Shu Cac in Hangzhou is inspired by forests, Chung Shu Cac in Beijing has moon gates, giving the feeling that Entering a lofty garden … But at Chung Thu Cac located in Do Giang Yen, Chengdu – where there is an ancient irrigation system, the main area of the bookstore is shaped based on the structure of the dams, is reproduced in an artistic way. The common point of bookstores in Chung Thu Cac system is that the ceilings are mirror-clad, thanks to the reflection, the bookstore space is expanded, creating an infinite feeling. In addition, bookstores use the deep and subtle colors of the libraries in ancient Europe. The system of stairs winding around the columns of books really impresses visitors At Chung Thu Cac in Chengdu, the design company X + Living has set up columns of books that are high to the ceiling, and a system of stairs curled around the columns to help readers easily access the desired works. However, not all the books on the columns are real books. There were only pictures of books on the top shelves of the column. According to the X + Living design side, this is a difficult area for readers to access, leaving real books will make it difficult for bookstores to manage and care for books at the top. However, Chung Shu Cac in Chengdu still owns a huge “treasure” with more than 80,000 books on an area of 973m2, creating a large maze that makes first-time visitors easily overwhelmed. The columns of books in the Chengdu Chung Shu were high and hit the ceiling With a two-storey design, in addition to the bookstores stacked up to the ceiling, the first floor of the bookstore also has a coffee shop and a children’s play area, where there are bookshelves made of bamboo. On the second floor, the bookstore has many seats, suitable for readers to rest and read, work, talk and exchange. Thuy Duong – Photo: Feng Shao According to X + Living

In the current context, many publishers have identified digital transformation as an important step towards promoting reading culture.
According to data from the Ministry of Information and Communications, Vietnam has only 30% of people read books regularly, 26% do not read books and 44% only occasionally read books. However, we have up to 70% of people using the Internet, in the top of the world. Facing this shortcoming, in the framework of the National Online Book Association in 2021, there was a seminar on “Reading culture in digital transformation trend” to discuss solutions to promote reading culture before the digital transformation trend. 4.0.

Digital library Until now, when referring to the library, people often think of the rooms filled with books and paper documents. But the digital transformation trend is gradually changing the way traditional libraries operate, opening a new era in which paper books no longer have a unique position. That method is electronic library, also known as digital library. Digital library is one of the solutions to promote reading culture In the past, documents and paper books in the library often did not have a long lifespan due to complicated preservation process and many difficulties. Each book has been used many times, as well as the negative impacts from the environment such as mold, insects, … On the other hand, some school units still have difficulty, so traditional libraries are only capable There are enough books for a certain number of students. The emergence of the digital library form is gradually solving the problems of traditional libraries. Specifically, the seminar on reading culture in the digital transformation period taking place on April 19 in Ho Chi Minh City mentioned the advantages of e-libraries in stimulating the reading habits of subjects. students and students of all levels. “Thanks to the electronic library, reading can now take place anywhere,” said Mr. Ibadulla Yoldas – vice principal of Horizon International School. It is not necessary to go to school to read books, students can read books at home ”. According to Mr. Yoldas: “Digital library is the solution, an idea for schools to apply in teaching and learning”. Audiobooks The digital transformation process in Vietnam is forming a new habit for modern readers – the habit of “listening to books”. This is said to be the result of real needs of modern young people who do not have much time but still want to cultivate their knowledge. In fact, many hours a day are wasted. It could be traffic jam, waiting for the plane, or even while doing housework … Instead of accepting lost time and feeling bored, many people have used audiobooks as a “countermeasure” solution. dealing with busy life. The seminar “Reading culture in digital transformation” took place at the opening ceremony of Vietnam Book Day 2021 mentioned the trend of “listening to books”. Currently, many Vietnamese audiobooks are constantly improving product quality to bring the best experience to readers. One of them is the application of artificial intelligence to create a reading voice suitable for each type of book. Also during the seminar on Reading Culture, Mr. Le Hoang Thach, Co-Founder of Voiz FM, shared: “In a recent test of the company with 800 customers. Up to 70% of them could not distinguish the artificial voice from books and real human voices ”. According to ICT Vietnam, our country is similar to the international audiobook market in general and the US market in particular in terms of the structure of listeners. Specifically, they are young, employed and educated clients. These subjects tend to spend a large amount of time using the Internet, using mobile devices to receive information. This can be considered as a prerequisite for the application of digital technology, developing audiobooks and forming Vietnamese books’ listening habits. Create reading habits for children With the attraction of programs on Youtube or games on technology applications, children are not currently able to form a habit of reading. This forces families and schools to have strategies for children to adapt to the reading culture. Instead of the time for children to watch entertainment programs, parents should join their children to access online reading applications, read interactive books with their children … At the same time, it is necessary to give children a reading space. New books, stimulate children to find books and help children feel comfortable reading. Online books with interactive programs are a solution to help form reading habits for children Talking about the issue of forming reading habits for children, Mr. Nguyen Nguyen – Director of the Publishing Department emphasized: The habit of reading books for children must originate from families and schools. It is necessary for the children to have space to read books, time to read books, and then form the reading habits so that they love books. And Mr. Nguyen Nguyen also affirmed: “Publishing capacity in Vietnam is not weak, but the reading culture is not high. Digital transformation will help narrow that gap and stimulate reading culture ”./.

There are many rumors about feng shui, it is necessary to avoid news lest you bring bad things into the house.
Beds have to face the direction of luck or else you’ll have bad luck

This is one of the rumors that confuses people. The bed does not turn to the direction of luck can not cause unhappiness for the homeowner. It has no basis and is also not true. The front door must be painted red Overall, red is a good color in feng shui as it protects and can bring prosperity. However, that doesn’t mean you have to paint the front door red. Colors have different meanings and effects, and there may be other energies you choose to invite into your home. Some people may benefit more from a color other than red. Color depends on individual status and temperament of the people living in the house. Do not put plants and flowers in the bedroom Different schools have contradictory views on this topic. There are some views that plants and flowers provide too much energy for the bedroom. Normally, plants and flowers bring positive life energy into the bedroom. Green plants have effects such as healing, growing. Fresh flowers bring joy and sublimation to homeowners. Feng shui is just rearranging the interior Chances are you will move some things around the house after seeing a consultant or reading about feng shui. Arranging furniture is only part of feng shui. Feng shui cares about the flow of energy around space. Making a change with feng shui takes more time and more ways. Feng shui costs a lot of money This is a mistake you have to quit immediately. If you need a new plant to grow in a certain area of your life, you can go into the forest to cut a tree and plant it. Or you can take the time to read and study feng shui yourself.

The National Online Book Fair 2021 takes place from April 17 to May 15 at book365.vn Compared with the first year organized in the online form, the 2021 Book Association has many new and more attractive features. At this same point of view, many publishers believe that while translating COVID-19 has many potential risks, as well as the strong development of the 4.0 technology revolution, the organization of the Online Book Association is the right direction. appropriate, in accordance with the trends and needs of the reader. For publishers, book publishers, book companies … joining the Online Book Association helps them save on site and human costs, and at the same time, promote books more widely to the community. Meanwhile, readers in all parts of the country, especially in places where there is a shortage of books have the opportunity to access, experience digital books, buy useful books without wasting time, instead It only takes a “click” on the computer screen or smart phone, then you have owned the book you want to buy. Up to now, the National Book Association has taken place for the 7th time, annually held to celebrate Vietnam Book Day April 21. This event was jointly organized by the Ministry of Information – Communications, the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and other units to encourage and develop the reading movement in the country. In 2020 and 2021, the National Book Association will be organized in the online form, on the e-floor https://book365.vn of the Ministry of Information and Communications. Over the past 7 years, whether taking place on the electronic floor or on the field, the National Book Association has also received the attention of book lovers and the community, contributing to enhancing the position and role of books in social life. This is also an opportunity to honor readers, participate in composing, publishing, collecting and storing books; to uphold the responsibilities of all levels and branches for the construction and development of reading culture.

True maturity is mental maturity, not necessarily dependent on age.
True maturity is mental maturity, not necessarily dependent on age. There are people who are very old in age but do innocent things, do not know how to treat people. There are people who, despite their young age, know how to consider the matter rationally. Here are 5 things that are obvious in an adult.

Learn how to separate from a large family and take a separate view of marriage and family

There is a term called “to learn something”, which means that as an adult the child will imitate the parents’ words and actions and be deeply influenced by the parents.

What is the marriage of a parent, the children’s attitude toward marriage is probably the same. For example, parents quarreling every day, children will think that marriage is a bad thing, bringing pain to both parents. When parents divorce, the children will think the marriage is unreliable and will feel a bit guilty.

Have you ever wondered why poor children study hard? Did those kids realize the importance of reading? In fact, those children are brought up in a family that is materially poor but their parents are “not poor”.

In other words, parents have recognized the importance of reading and have taught their children about reading from a young age. Children learn and read more books, the more intelligent, talented and have the opportunity to become successful in the future.

If one day, you feel that you can live independently, not depend on a big family and have a certain concept of marriage and family, you are already mature.

Learn how to say goodbye to the past

One sage said: “Adults don’t ask about the past, intelligent people don’t ask about the present and talented people don’t ask about the future”.

When you contend with people and things of the past, you made nonsense. No matter how capable you are, you cannot go back to the past.

Since the past is over, let it go. If you can’t let it go, let the memory always exist, and it will fade away over time. When you do not think about the past, you will find that the past is something not worth mentioning, whether it is joy or sadness.

Learn to empathize, respect others, and understand others with your heart.

“An important mark of a mature personality: tolerance, generosity, and kindness,” Carnegie said.

Why can’t you understand others? Why do you want to crush people who are better than you? In fact, you’re too petty, selfish. Human heart is only the size of a fist, how many things can hold? As you try to understand others, you will find that each has their own set of challenges and weaknesses and good sides.

A mature person understands and is tolerant of others. Turn the strengths of others into your own. Adults who are good at understanding others, of course, have a broader resource network. If you understand others, you also have a broader vision.

Learn to respect ethical rules and believe that good things will pay off

Immature people often obey moral rules. For example, not stealing, picking up belongings, giving back the lost people, living honestly and upright. Even when living in accordance with morality, they may suffer disadvantages, but their souls are at ease.

Learn to be humble and “hide” your wealth and wisdom

When you were young, you really liked to show off. When anything or success is achieved, you want to share it with your friends and family as much as possible. Now, when you open Facebook, you will see thousands of posts with bragging content: Traveling, opening a restaurant, eating hot pot at home, getting a certificate …

If you look closely, you will see that there are always underground giants around you that do not boast anything.

Adults will know how to behave in a humble way. Even if they are richer or wiser than others, they still know how to hide their wealth and wisdom and reveal them only when necessary.

The model of ‘Green Library’ has created an open space, attracting a large number of students to books.

Students of Tan Hung Secondary School explore the world of books from the school’s “Green Library”.

COVER IN PLASTIC BOX

When playing, the students of Tan Hung Secondary School (Tan Hung commune, Ba Ria city) rushed to the school yard. The group comes to active games, the group goes to the “Green Library” area to find their favorite books. The school’s “Green Library” is a small garden, with a stylized flower trellis frame, on which there are nearly 200 plastic tubes, size 15cm x 25cm, with two ends with caps. The tubes are decorated with all kinds of eye-catching drawings, close to the age of students, such as roses, sunflowers, classroom pictures, or funny cartoon characters … Especially, in each tube Plastic is a book or story waiting for students to explore.

Reaching for the tube with a smiley face, Le Kim Ngan, grade 9A1 took out the book “Two cats sitting by the window” and went back to the bench to read with her friends. Ngan shared: “I like reading Nguyen Nhat Anh’s story, yesterday I was half-done, so I put it back in place, and read it today. Books in plastic boxes are interesting, because we don’t know which books are “hidden” there. Even more interesting when reading books under the green canopy with friends “.

Mr. Nguyen Van Trung, General Manager in charge of the Team, said the model “Green Library” was deployed by the Union of Tan Hung Secondary School from the school year 2018-2019. Accordingly, each class is in charge of 10 plastic boxes, students draw pictures and hang them on the position of the class, and interesting and interesting books are voluntarily contributed to the library by students to enrich. The library was completed after 1 week of preparation, with 180 plastic tubes “hanging” on the truss, creating curiosity and excitement for students. After reading, they voluntarily return the book to the correct place and close the lid of the storage box. Every month, the school librarians change books and stories in plastic boxes.

In addition to the library “plastic pipes”, Lien Doi Tan Hung Secondary School also has a mobile library with roofs and benches for students to relax.

Also implementing the project from plastic pipes, Le Hong Phong High School (Kim Long commune, Chau Duc district) has put into use 100 plastic tubes “hidden” books for the school’s “Green Library” on April 5. . Ms. Hoang Thi Le Thuy, Vice Rector of the school said, “Green Library” is the product of the teachers in the school and Kim Long Commune Youth Union, made from items such as plastic boxes, foam paper, drawing colors … Colorful reading space for children and makes students of the school excited when opening a plastic box every time they discover a new book.

OPEN SPACE

The “Green Library” model has been launched by the Provincial Team Council from the 2018-2019 school year up to now. Library space is an open space, not constrained by bookshelves, reading tables, and reading rooms. Thanks to this “Green Library” corner, book-loving students have more opportunities to come to books.

Depending on each school, the model “Green Library” can be “modified” to suit, as at Trung Vuong High School, HCMC. In Vung Tau, the school built a “Green Library” like a beehive, with colorful wooden book boxes, underneath it was covered with artificial grass. In addition, the school also has 12 mobile bookcases that bring books to students. The “Green Library” at Ngai Ngao Secondary School (TT. Ngai Giao, Chau Duc district) is placed under a tree, with swings next to it to attract students. “Green Library” of Thang Nhi Secondary School, City. Vung Tau is the basket mounted on the school’s greenery, where books are placed so that students can read in the middle of playtime, when they go to the school yard …

According to Ms. Ho Thi Anh Tuyet, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Team Council, after more than 2 years of launching, the whole province has 231 Lien Doi and 80% of which have friendly libraries and about 50 schools have “Green Library”. In the school year 2018-2019 and 2019-2020, the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Team Council mobilized units and sponsors to hand over 6 book newsletters to the League of High and Secondary School; 15 Lien Doi bookcases placed in the school yard with thousands of books, donated to schools in remote areas in the province. “Each Federation deployed the model of” Green Library “, the schoolyard bookcase according to the needs as well as reality at the school, most of them are beautifully designed, covered, the location is easy to identify and convenient for I read books. The books located at the “Green Library” are life skill books, comics, thinking books or beautiful life. Thereby, helping students sit and read without fear of rain or sun.

“We encourage schools to change from traditional to green, friendly libraries. For some schools with difficult conditions, the Provincial Youth Union will strongly mobilize sponsors to support bookcases. The Provincial Team Council also continues to encourage schools to build more green libraries to develop reading culture among students and staff members, helping them to access knowledge in a proactive way. management, protection of bookcases, libraries, responsible for keeping books ”, emphasized Ms. Tuyet.
