The Digital Transformation Manual for businesses has just been officially published. (Source: Ministry of Planning and Investment) This Guide was developed by experts from the Program to support businesses in digital transformation for the period 2021-2025 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, in collaboration with the USAID LinkSME Project. According to experts from the Program to support businesses in digital transformation for the 2021-2025 period of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the digital transformation roadmap for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam is recommended through the following: the following common stages: the preparation phase and the 3 stages to make the gradual transition from “doing digital” to “being digital”. These stages are relative, depending on the actual situation, goals and potentials of each enterprise, they can be implemented in parallel or in succession. Specifically, as recommended by experts, the preparation phase is to define digital transformation goals and strategies. State 1 , apply digital transformation of business models such as: Applying digital technology (CNS) to expand the system of distribution channels, marketing, sales and improve the efficiency of customer care activities, forming Experience customer; Step by step applying digital technology to the supply chain (connecting inventory management, production, input purchasing); Applying digital technology to accounting and finance operations; Building a common database framework on business, supply and accounting; Develop business and data security policies and apply security tools… Phase 2 ,focusing on digital transformation of management models, including production processes and technology processes, such as: Completing the governance model and defining integrated data requirements for the next step; Building and perfecting the governance model from organizational structure, people, policies and processes to all functional areas of the enterprise; Develop management indicators (KPI/OKR) and management reporting system, and database requirements; Identify requirements for comprehensive digital transformation and integration purposes; Apply CNS to the management reporting system; … Stage 3, Connecting business and administration, innovating to create new products and services such as: Applying CNS to gradually connect existing systems into a seamless information system from business to enterprises corporate governance; Building a common database in the entire enterprise; Invest in innovation (R&D) to drive changes in products and services and continuously upgrade existing systems; Applying new CNS to ensure information safety and network security for data of the whole enterprise. According to aggregated information from the Guidelines, the Cisco & IDC 2020 Report on the digital maturity of SMEs in 14 countries in the Asia Pacific region shows that 31% of businesses are in the digital maturity stage. the first stage of digital transformation, down 8% compared to 2019; 53% of businesses are in the next stage (“Observer” – “Observation”), up 3% compared to 2019; 13% of businesses are in the “Challenger” stage and 3% of businesses are “Mature” (“Native”), up 4% and 1% respectively compared to 2019. That shows that SMEs are mainly still learning and at the beginning of digital transformation. In particular, according to the Enterprise Development Department (Ministry of Planning and Investment), this is the first document that summarizes the map of technological solutions, independently evaluates the overview of the advantages and disadvantages of the different technologies. solutions, compare the readiness of domestic and international solutions in the Vietnamese market for businesses to consult and find the most suitable solution for their business conditions. The program to support businesses in digital transformation in the 2021-2025 period is chaired by the Ministry of Planning and Investment and coordinated by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The program aims to achieve the goal that by 2025, 100% of businesses will have increased awareness of digital transformation; At least 100,000 businesses receive technical support on digital transformation; At least 100 businesses are supported as typical successful digital transformation models to spread and replicate; Establishing a network of experts including at least 100 organizations and individuals consulting, providing solutions to promote digital transformation for businesses, and supporting the development of digital platforms. Source: ngonghiepvietnam.vn This is a recommendation made by experts of Real Estate Consulting Company Savills Vietnam in a newly released study. Chris Mariott, Managing Director of Savills Southeast Asia, said: “Nowadays, thanks to the development of the Internet of Things (IoT), we can access data through live cameras and sensors. Out. The data recorded in the building management system will help us to improve the management. In addition, smart technology will also proactively send notifications to management about maintenance schedules as well as potential or pending problems at the building. In addition, the application of artificial intelligence and technology will also help reduce the workload for management. In Vietnam, recently, the trend of applying technology in real estate project management is also considered as one of the solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the project. This factor contributes to making a difference to the standard of professional real estate management services, enhancing competitive value for real estate business units.

Ransomware is a common form of cyber attack, appearing in many fields. Understanding how it works will help your organization protect against future threats.

 Appropriate measures should be taken to limit the risk from ransomware. Illustration. With this form of attack, hackers often use tricks to fake websites, extract data of agencies and organizations and demand ransom. Cybercriminals carry out cyberattacks according to a concise strategy that is applicable to many industries. An analysis of recent experts shows that, in 2020 alone, the amount of damage related to ransomware attacks has reached billions of dollars. More dangerously, this behavior also targets the government’s information technology systems, causing serious impact. To protect critical data from attacks, government IT systems need to ensure external layers of security, while having the added responsibility of maintaining the infrastructure if an intrusion occurs. offense. According to studies, despite the development and expansion of the scope, the attacker’s methods still have similarities. Most hackers will illegally exploit the lowest-level vulnerabilities first, through some common and easy-to-implement method. Therefore, experts recommend to prevent ransomware from this initial step through some of the following methods. 1. Secure remote access Remote access is a familiar method often used by attackers, especially through unpatched vulnerabilities of information systems. Accordingly, hackers are constantly scanning the internet, looking for ways to exploit these vulnerabilities to perform attacks. To combat vulnerability scanning, organizations should prioritize patching vulnerabilities first. Along with that, to protect the system, experts recommend that organizations identify remote access systems to their systems by looking up IP addresses. If an attack is suspected, users should block public access to remote desktop protocol services (iRemoteDesktop – RDP), a secure shell that encrypts transmission data (Secure Socket Shell – SSH) ) and file transfer protocol (File Transfer Protocol – FTP). Agencies and organizations need to ensure that systems for remote access such as firewalls, VPN gateways, and email gateways are regularly patched, perform scanning for security holes, and deploy multi-factor authentication. Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for accounts that are authorized for remote access. Hackers take advantage of security holes to attack the network. Illustration. 2. Email security Many ransomware incidents can start with an email sent to a user. This attack method is gradually becoming popular for hackers to perform blackmail. Experts say it’s safer to prevent unsolicited emails in the first place. The email security system acts as a “fence” to protect the strange messages from the internet and private mailboxes in the intranet system. To avoid email threats, users need to make sure email messages are scanned through a filtering system, and check attachments and links for advanced threats. In addition, account holders should audit or block password-protected documents as hackers often use this method to bypass email data scanning. 3. Keep data backups safe The third most common method for ransomware is to identify the target, encrypt the data, and then completely delete the backups. In addition to the data on the network and the data being used directly, the hacker will search all backups and encrypt them, disabling the data to increase the possibility of ransom from the victim. The victim then has a high probability of paying to buy back these encrypted data. Therefore, individuals, agencies and organizations should have backup plans to ensure the safety of all data. 4. Implement a 3-2-1 . Backup Strategy Without the right protections, backups, and archiving, concurrent copies on the same network are vulnerable to hackers. To avoid network-wide attacks, experts have come up with a safe backup measure for users’ data systems. For all important files, users should store 3 copies, including 1 primary backup for daily use and 2 backup copies. In it, the files will be saved on 2 different media environments to reduce the possibility of mass attacks. These copies must be in place so that data can be accessed and restored easily and quickly in the event of a failure. At the same time, users should save 1 copy outside the work network or home network, in case of force majeure situations due to natural disasters, unexpected disasters.

In the statement, the WHO’s independent expert panel recommended that Sinovac be given to adults over 18 years of age, with a second dose initiated every 2-4 weeks. Sinovac said it had delivered more than 600 million doses of the vaccine at home and abroad as of the end of May, of which more than 430 million had been administered. In addition, China has deployed hundreds of millions of doses of its own vaccines – including Sinopharm and Sinovac – to many countries, especially in Latin America, Asia, and Africa.
 Facial recognition technology. Photo: https://towardsdatascience.com/ According to the Vietnam News Agency correspondent in Ottawa, in a recent speech to the Canadian House of Representatives, Daniel Therrien, Canada’s Privacy Commissioner, said that bill C-11 is not enough to protect people from identity technology. face and need to include “significant modifications”. This measure proposes to amend private sector privacy laws. Regarding facial recognition technology, Mr. Therrien mentioned US technology company Clearview AI. In February 2021, Daniel Therrien’s office, along with three provincial privacy commissioners, concluded that Clearview AI violated Canadian privacy laws by providing facial recognition software. for the police. What’s interesting is that Clearview AI’s (New York-based) software works by comparing photos with a massive stockpile of billions of photos the company has amassed, collected from various sources. popular social media sites without the consent of individuals. “While we found that Clearview’s practices violated Canadian privacy laws, the company refused to follow our recommendations, such as removing photos of Canadians,” said Mr Therrien. Meanwhile, the new administrative penalty regime in C-11 is not applied to such violations of the law. Therrien noted that the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada is investigating whether online website Pornhub and its parent company MindGeek (based in Montreal) violated Canadians’ privacy rights. MindGeek is accused of regularly sharing videos of child pornography and sexual assault, as well as content that was filmed/or posted without the subject’s consent. Within the framework of the bill, for the most serious violations, fines could be up to 5% of revenue or CAD 25 million (whichever is greater). These measures have been assessed by Canada’s Department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development as the strongest penalty framework among the world’s Group of Seven (G7) privacy laws. Therrien recommends that when there is a conflict between commercial goals and protecting privacy, the privacy of Canadians should take precedence.

The State Department has said it will update the majority of countries to the ‘Level 4: Do not move’ warning list.
The ministry announced on April 19 that about 80% of countries worldwide will soon be on the highest warning level. As of the afternoon of April 19, about 16% of countries had been marked at this level, according to Washington Post .

“This tuning is better for the current, unpredictable and ever-evolving threat of Covid-19. We continue to recommend that US citizens reconsider traveling abroad and postpone trips if possible, ”the ministry wrote in an email. In a media statement, the agency said the change does not “imply an assessment of the current health situation in a particular country”, but rather an advice for US citizens, in addition to information from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). America warns people not to move to 80% of the countries of the world. Photo: Reuters. In addition to reflecting on travel health notices issued by the CDC, US State Department advisers are looking at logistical factors, such as travel restrictions for US citizens. If the passenger decides to go to the countries with a level 4 warning, the State Department recommends that they carefully read the information about the risks of arrival. The warning comes as the number of US passengers continues to increase and many countries around the world begin to open their borders to Americans. On April 19, Greece started to allow US citizens to re-enter if they have a negative test certificate for the virus or have been vaccinated. United Airlines has also announced new flights to Greece, Iceland and Croatia, starting in July. Earlier this month, the CDC said fully vaccinated people could move, and the risk this group poses is quite low. Even so, the agency said it still discourages movement as the number of new Covid-19 infections is still increasing in the US and globally. On its website, the agency recommends that residents postpone international trips until everyone is fully vaccinated. The agency warned: “Passengers who are fully vaccinated are less likely to become infected and spread Covid-19. However, international migration is still potentially risky and even fully immunized people are at risk of catching new virus strains and spreading them to the community ”.

【Wise Observation Report】As an outstanding female entrepreneur in China and even in the world, Dong Mingzhu not only makes Gree bigger and stronger, but also often makes Gree search hot for free with his sharp complaints. Regardless of Dong Mingzhu’s personal style of doing things, his experience in the workplace is of great help to the current workplace people, especially young people.

A few days ago, Dong Mingzhu participated in the recording of the variety show “We Are New to the Workplace”. In the show, Dong Mingzhu turned into an interviewer to provide interns with suggestions and opinions. Moreover, in the program, Dong Mingzhu also put forward some suggestions about the workplace, “Dong Mingzhu from the media” also summarized the 10 core points of which are:

Destiny is changed on our own. What we should think about is what I can do, what I have achieved, and what else should I do;

Work regardless of gender, our career choices are related to our brains, we should use a professional perspective to correctly evaluate ourselves;

Being excellent comes at a price, and what you pay can make you a better person;

As long as young people have a tolerant heart and a long-term interest in learning, no matter if you encounter setbacks or difficulties, you will face it bravely;

Don’t avoid the opportunity to express the problem, otherwise you will avoid yourself;

A person’s success is not absolute, one must first assume the responsibilities of his position;

Don’t take relatives as the relationship, nor friends as the relationship, take his ability as the standard, ability is very important;

Not only think about what can be learned from the company, but also what it can bring to the company;

You don’t have to obey absolutely, you can refute if you are wrong;

Really good companies do not do things by drinking and inviting guests to dinner.

To be honest, Dong Mingzhu’s ten suggestions seem to be okay in general, and some of them are very good. For example, destiny is changed by yourself, excellence is costly, and do not avoid the opportunity to express problems, etc. And so on, can really calm down some impetuous young people, don’t be arrogant and eager to pursue superficial success. When you first enter the workplace, you should settle yourself and make yourself more outstanding.

However, there are some suggestions. Zhiguan believes that Dong Mingzhu is only starting from the perspective of his own leadership. As an intern who has just entered the workplace, unless he has a strong background, he can only think about it in his heart. For example, you don’t have to obey absolutely, you can refute this one if it’s wrong, let alone an intern, even the old fritters in the workplace dare not refute the leader like this. Of course, Dong Mingzhu, as the person in charge, can refute anyone at any time. From her point of view, there is indeed no problem. I don’t know, Dong Mingzhu still remember the scene where the employees he met while riding the elevator saw him and ran away.

Objectively speaking, Dong Mingzhu’s first impression is that he is “dominant president”. Even in the show, he will show his truest side and not be artificial. This is rare among Chinese entrepreneurs, and it is also a valuable place for Dong Mingzhu. For the selection of employees, Dong Mingzhu also has his own set of methods. Before that, she said that I would never want anyone who quit in the home appliance industry.

In Dong Mingzhu’s view, there are two reasons why the job-hopping person deviates from the original company: one is that he does not agree with the original corporate culture and feels that the original corporate culture is not good; the second is that his personal ability is not good. Those two kinds of people cannot penetrate into a company with a strong culture like Gree.

By the way, in the end, Dong Mingzhu’s 10 workplace advices are still very pertinent, at least not wrong. After all, Dong Mingzhu said before that he couldn’t do anything wrong, including making a mobile phone before. Dong Mingzhu didn’t seem to feel that he was doing something wrong.(Text / Wisdom Observation)

According to a report by the National Institute of Nutrition, the Ministry of Health, the rate of overweight and obesity will increase from 8.5% in 2010 to 19% in 2020 (more than 2 times higher), of which in urban areas it is 26. 8% (more than 3 times), 18.3% in rural areas and 6.9% in mountainous areas.
Eat too much meat, less vegetables

According to the results of the National Nutrition Census 2019 – 2020, the diet of people in 2020 has increased on average, but only about 66.4% – 77.4%. compared with the recommended adult nutritional pyramid needs.

Meat consumption increased rapidly, more than 1.5 times, from 84g / person / day (2010) to 136.4g / person / day (by 2020); consumption in city areas is higher. Meanwhile, rice consumption tends to decrease. There is a trend in city schools to increase the consumption of soft drinks and fast foods.

Consumption of meat and ready-to-eat foods is the cause of obesity and overweight.

The rate of stunting in school age children (5-19 years old) is 14.8% (in 2010 this rate was 23.4%). It is very noteworthy that the rate of overweight and obesity will increase from 8.5% in 2010 to 19% in 2020 (more than 2 times), of which it is 26.8% in urban areas (more than 3 times higher). 18.3% in rural areas and 6.9% in mountainous areas.

Exercise will help children avoid obesity.

Proper nutrition and increased exercise to prevent obesity

According to Assoc. Dr. Le Bach Mai – Former Deputy Director of the National Institute of Nutrition, if the child has mild physical activity, sleep less than 8 hours / day, the risk of being overweight and obese is almost 3 times higher than that of physically active children. heavy power, enough sleep, little computer sitting Therefore, elementary school students need 1-2 hours / day of physical exercise and sports. On the other hand, feed your baby regularly on a fixed day of the month before eating. If your child gains weight in excess of the standard for 3 to 5 months in a row, parents need immediate treatment to avoid obesity. When the baby has shaped the eating habits and overweight is too much, it is difficult for parents to lose weight.

Experts also recommend that the best method is proper nutrition, increase physical activity, and reduce sedentary time. Children under 2 years old should not watch TV, older children should only watch TV for less than 2 hours / day or less than 14 hours / week. In addition, the sleep time, for children 0-5 years old is 11 hours / day; 5-10 years old is 10 hours / day; over 10 years old is 9 hours / day.

Also according to experts, the prevention of overweight and obesity is not only the responsibility of the health sector but needs the coordination of many other disciplines, including the Education sector. The school needs to balance school meals, create a playground for children to exercise and play sports. On the other hand, children need to be educated to realize the harmful effects of obesity and how to prevent them. Besides, parents need to set an example for their children about healthy and balanced exercise and eating habits; encourage and encourage your child to play sports or participate in active games instead of playing games, “surfing” Facebook …

The requirements for energy and protein at specific ages are as follows:
+ From 6 years old: Energy 1600; 36g protein
+ From 7-9 years old: Energy 1800; Protein 40g
+ From 10-12 years old: Energy 2100– 2200; Protein 50g

Attention: If it is not possible to process many kinds of dishes in a day, the child’s protein can be calculated as follows: For every 100g of lean meat is equivalent to 150g of fish or shrimp, 200g of tofu, 2 duck eggs or 3 eggs . If you eat all kinds of vermicelli, vermicelli, pho, potato, maize, and cassava, you must reduce the amount of rice.

In the BMJ medical paper bowl, the authors, including expert Julian Tang from the University of Leicester and expert Linxey Marr from the University of Virginia Technology, indicated the likelihood of the virus spreading through inhalation at close range This is higher than through exposure to or breathing at a long distance. But airborne transmission is “only mentioned through loudspeaker in a few translation control guidelines”.

Part of the problem, experts emphasize, is that the definition of “droplet” and “airborne” is not yet clear when describing how the virus is spread,

The BMJ article states that careful measures like wearing a mask, keeping distance and reducing crowds in enclosed spaces all help prevent the spread of the virus. But experts stressed the need to add ventilation equipment because small suspended particles can remain in the air for hours and this is an important pathway of disease transmission.

Last March, the World Health Organization (WHO) also released a guide to epidemic prevention, which recommends creating better ventilation in buildings.

On the same day, French President Emmanuel Macron on April 14 announced that France would provide free psychotherapy for children and adolescents who have suffered psychological harm due to the effects of COVID-19 epidemic.

Speaking during a visit to a psychotherapy facility in the city of Reims, President Macron said France’s social security system would reimburse a total of 10 psychotherapy sessions with a specialist for children from 3 – 17 years old.

After meeting with patients and psychologists at the facility, Mr. Macron said that France is currently having a medical problem affecting children and adolescents in addition to the COVID-19 pandemic. Cases of anxiety and other psychological problems have increased among young people to the extent that they were not seen in the first blockade last year.

Currently, France is implementing a third national blockade to prevent COVID-19 epidemic, but the measures are not as strong as the previous two waves. Schools remain open for a longer period than their European neighbors, although France has now extended the Spring break to halt the epidemic.
