<p>Today, the National Bureau of Statistics released statistics on changes in the sales prices of commercial residential buildings in 70 large and medium-sized cities in March.<strong>Both new and second-hand houses in the four major first-tier cities rose month-on-month. New and second-hand houses in Guangzhou led the country, and second-hand houses in Beijing led the country.</strong></p>
<p>According to statistics from the Bureau of Statistics, in the past March, 62 of the 70 large and medium-sized cities across the country increased the price index of newly-built commercial housing from the previous month. This was an increase of 6 cities from the 56 cities in February, including Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen.
