The house has a unique design, an open space to welcome light with a garden corner with many trees.
Life is full, many families in Ho Chi Minh City look to neighboring provinces and suburbs to buy land to build a house, as a place to change the wind on weekends or relax on long vacations.

The house in Long Khanh City (Dong Nai) was born with such a purpose. The person who made the drawing is architect Nguyen Do Anh Quy. The width is narrow, but the architect makes the most of the space, adding a side garden corner. Mr. Quy chose warm brown tones for the house. However, the house is not too dark but still gets natural light from the skylight and stairs. Besides, the living room is arranged as an open space, with domes, high ceilings and large windows to keep the room airy. With the garden next to it, the architect can arrange many glass doors in the kitchen and living room. Particularly, the large glass door in the kitchen also helps to effectively deodorize. The indoor Taiwanese eagle tree (this tree rarely sheds leaves) and combined with the green space, both create accents for the living room and help the homeowner feel comfortable every time they step in. The stairs look like they are suspended. The stairs use wooden borders and transparent glass, synchronizing the overall color of the house and making the space more spacious and spacious. Under the stairs, the architect made a small corner, helping the family have a special corner to “chill”. With this design, looking at us, we feel that the stairs are “floating” in the air, but in fact the entire staircase is supported by a large pillar below. Under the stairs arranged into a place to sit and drink tea. Mr. Quy said that the owner wants the interior to be simple, with few distracting details but to ensure the comfort of a 5-star hotel. The architect used a few more lamps with the colors of the Vietnamese countryside. A small garden, where the family watches the stars, drinks tea or eats BBQ. This area is installed with a heat-resistant roof system and an iron frame for growing climbing plants. The dome has the effect of helping the ceiling to be higher and more airy. Modern living room with skylight. Plants that can be grown indoors, bring fresh air and ensure freshness. The bathroom is large, with a large window for sunlight. The design was very satisfied by the owner from the beginning, so everything went smoother. The architect designed many large glass windows instead of walls to receive the maximum amount of natural light. Around the house is a large yard for the pleasure of growing bonsai The entrance to the backyard The ground floor includes the front yard, living room, kitchen and bedroom.

Reasonable design, right function, satisfying all the needs of users is how homeowners bring home luck.
Feng shui is a reasonable and harmonious arrangement, in order to serve the objects living in the building.

The concept of feng shui may vary from person to person and from time to time, but the common goal needs to bring positive meaning to the user. According to KST Vo The Duy (CTA|Creative Architects), the building first needs to be reasonably designed, with the right functions, to satisfy all the needs of the users. It is the correct and convenient use of the house that will bring comfort, satisfaction and peace of mind in the mind of the owner. It is also a way to bring luck into the house. Depending on the owner, there will be more or less regulations on feng shui layout. The less regulations, the easier the design is to open and expand and bring many benefits to the homeowner. Architect Vo The Duy shared: “Fortunately, most of the clients we meet do not have too many regulations on feng shui and most of those feng shui regulations also coincide with the requirements of the designer.” Wall house (CTA|Creative Architects) with a ladder layout at the end of the house, connecting the two common spaces and the atrium. Talking about the principles of stair design, the principle of rationality in traffic and safety should be put on top. The stairs are the vertical traffic axis, which is also an important factor in the traffic arrangement of the house. Convenient, fast transportation and thereby creating interesting spaces in the house is a requirement of traffic design. Routes, directions, traffic intentions will be the main skeleton for the design of each house. The house has many interesting, airy, connected spaces because of the traffic layout, but the location of the stairs is a key factor. Regulations on height, clearance of handrails, handrails or farthest distance to stairs (25 m) should be ensured. However, depending on the nature of the building, these factors can be reduced to serve design requirements or homeowners’ preferences. Some projects have used handrails without bars or removing hands as examples of flexibility in these requirements. Depending on the needs of each homeowner, the design of each house will be different, there is no general rule for the location of the stairs other than the appropriate functional requirements. In addition, depending on the functional requirements, it is possible to know the position of the stairs in the traffic position so that the connection of the spaces is the fastest. Because next to the convenience is the requirement for escape safety. For example: Most houses are block-shaped townhouses, stairs are usually arranged in the middle to facilitate traffic between floors. From there the traffic axis is vertical and from that axis, the function rooms also surround the stairs. Stair space can be combined with skylights to take advantage of the empty space to create a larger atrium, helping to ventilate and get better light. The combination of gardening and planting trees under the skylight is also a very popular application. Some staircase design ideas are right on the façade, creating an interesting layout, evoking curiosity, but inside the traffic axis still ensures coherence and harmony. There is another idea of the position of the stairs at the end of the house, but this is a horizontal position with the layout of the rooms on both sides. The idea that the stairs are both a place for traffic, a space for learning, playing, shelves, and sitting steps is also an idea that architects often apply. Therefore, designing the stairs according to architect Vo The Duy will have no principles other than rationality and design intent to create a livable space for the homeowner.

The villa on the 500m2 plot of land of Mr. Hoang Cuong (Da Lat, Lam Dong) is reminiscent of classic and romantic houses in England.
Farmhouse architectural style is quite popular in the UK and is always loved by many people for its rustic, elegant and romantic beauty. So is Mr. Hoang Cuong’s family (Da Lat City, Lam Dong).

In early 2020, when starting to build a villa 3km from Da Lat market, he and his sister discussed with the architect to choose this style. The feature of the English-style villa is the wide and high glass door system. The wall is covered with natural stone, ensuring durability over time, suitable for Da Lat’s climate. The villa was completed in November 2020, total construction time is about 10 months. The project consists of 4 floors (basement, ground floor, upstairs, attic), each floor area from 150-200m2. The architect is a family acquaintance, and at the same time he hires an additional technical design engineer. Outside the villa, the owner uses natural stone for cladding. The advantage of this material is that it is durable and beautiful over time. Warm white is the main color that helps to handle light well, creating a pleasant feeling for a space with lots of glass. The main color is white, using pink, gray and blue colors of the interior as accents. Hoang Cuong added that, to overcome the disadvantages of a house with many glass doors, he uses vacuum-tempered double-glazed box glass, which is soundproof and insulated, so it ensures the temperature stability inside the house. LVS.house is a different project compared to other tube houses. The house has a narrow width but has a large area in the back, which looks like the letter L.

This has opened up an interesting spatial development direction for the project. The investor wants the entire public or private living space to be as open as possible and create the best connection. In addition, parents can also observe the activities of two children at a young age. LVS.house was built on an L-shaped plot of land in Tan Binh district, HCMC. The outside of the building stands out with three white curves shielding the iron work. Architects AD9 Architects also arranged climbing plants on the first floor drooping at the front of the house. In addition to the split-level solution, AD9 Architects exploits vertical natural light and ventilation.

The skylight is an indispensable space for a modern townhouse and to make this place attract all eyes, homeowners need to know these miniature design styles.
Skylights play an important role in improving the air and light of tubular townhouses. In the trend of urban development like in our country, the design of skylights is considered the most effective solution.

Skylights have the effect of taking in light and convection of air. (Illustration) As an indispensable space for a modern townhouse, the skylight has the effect of bringing in light and convection air. In addition, the area of the skylight is also an ideal place to decorate the small landscape, helping the homeowner add more beauty to the house. Forest miniatures Trees are always the optimal choice when decorating skylights. Planting trees in this area is very easy to rot because of weather conditions, so homeowners should choose plants that are easy to live, do not take much care. To make the green landscape more natural, homeowners can combine it with stones, gravel or other garden decoration materials. If the small landscape design in the skylight is a tree population, the trees should be arranged into three floors. (Illustration) Trees should be arranged according to the principle of three tree layers. Large tree used to create a common theme. The second tier are plants that are shorter and thinner than the host plant. The bottom layer is the trees as the background, the shape needs to be smaller and thinner. When creating forest miniatures at skylights, homeowners should pay attention to the contrasting relationship between trees, such as between sparse and dense; between focused and discrete; between big and small; between host and guest; between competing and yielding… to create a natural tree population. Contrasting relationships between trees in the population should be noted. (Illustration) There are differences in morphology, living conditions as well as care among varieties, so if you want to be effective when designing forest miniatures, homeowners should plant trees of the same species. Small scene of cactus On the market today there are many types of cacti such as grandfather cactus, rabbit ear cactus, dragon fruit cactus, fox tail cactus, melon cactus… each type has its own characteristics in shape, color and flower . The cactus in the skylight is usually designed in the style of a flower bed. (Illustration) Cactus flowers in a very diverse cycle that no other ornamental plant has. Ornamental cacti are selectively bred and tamed for a long time. The appeal of cacti is easy to graft, rich in shape. Small landscape cactus in skylights are often designed as flower beds, depending on the size of the skylight, choose the appropriate number of plants. The front row chooses small plants or creeping plants. In the back, choose taller trees, not necessarily in rows. Sometimes a tall cactus is enough to make a fancy miniature. (Illustration) No need to arrange much, sometimes a tall cactus standing alone also makes a fancy miniature. Note when choosing cacti for beauty, homeowners should use light-colored bricks in the skylight area. Small rock scene Stone miniatures are a very popular style of skylight decoration in Western countries, especially with large-area villas. Natural stones, artificial stones are arranged alternately with plants that will create vivid miniatures. Stone miniatures are very popular in Western countries. (Illustration) When designing a rock landscape, homeowners can combine waterfall decoration with vines, ferns or flowers. With the shape of a small stream, it is possible to combine aquatic plants such as reeds, reeds, water bamboos. To create natural beauty, you should choose rocks with rough surfaces, rough edges, and more valuable moss or lichen. Note that one stone must be used and when stacked, it must be shaped like a natural joint. Small rock landscape combining waterfall, vines. (Illustration) In case the space is not large enough, where it is not suitable to arrange a rock garden, a stone wall as a background for climbing plants is a suitable idea. Note when choosing stone materials, such as display stones, you should choose pebbles, granite, slate…, planter stones that use permeable stone. Stone shape also depends on the function, such as stone for wall or embankment should choose rectangular block stone; waterfall stone used flat type (to create water shelf) combined with cobblestone for stream wall; block stones for stream banks; stone for bridge should use block stone to build foundation. Ceramic miniatures In interior decoration and especially at skylights, ceramic miniatures have created a new and attractive style when bringing an idyllic beauty, rough but bearing the breath of the village. There are many types of ceramics commonly used for display such as ceramic paintings, vases, decorative motifs, etc. The ceramic vase itself is a work of art. (Illustration) Ceramic vases are inherently works of art. Long-necked vases, tall tubular vases, “big belly with tight mouth” vases, combined with other materials such as silk, beads, rattan. If you know how to coordinate with plants, the decorative value of pottery will be higher. Choosing ceramic surface material depends on the design style of the house. With a modern and youthful home style, it is advisable to decorate ceramic vases in a disruptive style, with hot colors and strange shapes. The jars and jars are suitable for traditional tropical style houses. Phuong Anh (synthetic)

Architect Do Nguyen Anh Quy (Sun Concept) designed a minimalist house for his parents with the total cost of construction and interior excluding electronics about 3 billion VND.
The work was renovated from an old house with a small, cramped space. The design and interior of the house is old from the time of grandparents, no longer suitable, less modern and causes many inadequacies for users.

From those reasons, architect Do Nguyen Anh Quy (Sun Concept) designed a new house with a width of 4.5 m and a length of 13.7 m, including a ground floor and two floors and three bedrooms for parents, located located in Nha Trang City. The total cost of construction and interior excluding electronic equipment is about 3 billion VND. Architect Anh Quy said that he wants to build a solid house for his parents to shelter from the sun and rain with modern furniture that is easy to use and has reasonable house functions. Because the land area is not large, I want to use a minimalist style to increase the space in the house. Therefore, the architect and design team proposed that because the house in the alley had an unstable wind direction, two skylights would be used to both create an open space and get light. Function and style at the discretion of the owner, but with emphasis on the new furniture but still convenient for parents to use. The house is completely new with streamlined motifs, both ancient in the bedroom and modern in the kitchen and living room, bringing the whole nature into the small house in a subtle way. In addition, the gate uses stylized bricks to ventilate the house from the outside to help the house stay cooler. Ground floor includes living room, kitchen, dining area and bedroom, front yard. Living room, architect Anh Quy uses the spirit of minimalist style, only combining the white color of the wall paint and the wood color of the interior. Brown sofa set with upholstered mattress combined with payment wooden TV cabinet. The dining area is designed with wooden dining tables and chairs in accordance with a nature-friendly style. The highlight is the eye-catching design of the antique wooden dining table set, but breaking in the shape makes the dining space both natural and modern. Most of the interior materials are also made from natural materials, which is very suitable for the design of the whole house and very true to the architect’s and parents’ ideas. Brown sofa set with upholstered mattress combined with payment wooden TV cabinet. The kitchen area is attached to the dining table, the architect mainly uses wood and white colors. Stairs leading to the first floor are light wood. The set of tables and chairs in the dining area creates a feeling of comfort and room for users. The front yard of architect Anh Quy creates a small ecosystem in front of the house with vertical and climbing plants to help keep the house cooler. Besides, the architect also designed many curves in the house as accents. The use of two skylights saves on cooling and lighting equipment for the house. Impressive orange upholstery is the highlight of the bed and bed as for the whole bedroom. There are two porcelain pedestals above the headboard, instead of the usual bedside tab, which can hold useful items, lamps, books and phones. Bedroom two, this room is a combination of the previous two rooms but still follows the minimalist theme of the whole house. In the small living room, the architect designed a small table and chair set where the architect’s parents could drink tea, the family gathered together every Tet holiday. In front is a balcony where you can plant trees to create a new ecosystem. The architect also designed a small living room with a small table and chairs so that parents can drink tea and the family gather together every Tet holiday. Outside, there is a large balcony where you can grow plants and flowers. The third floor is the space of a solemn worship room with a typical Vietnamese classical style altar.

When environmental pollution due to smoke, dust and noise seriously affects human health, the value of the garden array, skylight is a trend that many families are aiming for. And the sacrifice of living space for space to relax and rest is being chosen by many people.
In this tube house, when designing, the architect prioritized creating many relaxing spaces, making effective use of natural light and wind to create a “green” living space for the owner.

Here, the house is divided into 5 parts that are almost equal in length.

Trees are always the best choice for decorating skylights, but homeowners need to know which plants to choose for easy care and aesthetics.
Designing miniatures for aesthetics is the biggest concern of many homeowners of houses with skylights. The problem is to choose to plant trees that have both strong vitality in low light conditions and bring general beauty.

Normally, the green landscape in the skylight area will be designed with three floors of trees. The arrangement of these tree floors will help the miniatures look more natural. When choosing to plant a population of trees in a skylight, homeowners should use the contrasting relationship between the trees. (Illustration) However, homeowners need to apply the law of change to handle a series of contrasting relationships of tree populations such as: between sparse and dense, between concentrated and discrete, between large and small trees, between paintings. win and give in… Depending on the area of the skylight, arrange the number of trees so that it is just enough, easy to move for care and hygiene. The skylight has a large area, so only the soil should be left in the planting area, the rest can be paved with stones or gravel. This layout both brings natural beauty and is easy to care for the tree. Planting bonsai in the skylight should design three floors of trees. (Illustration) Here are some plants that are suitable for planting in skylights: Plants grown in skylights today are very diverse in shape and color. With the main trees with a height of 1m – 2.5m, the homeowner can choose the mountain fortune tree, Hawaiian areca, honeysuckle, great rich man, Kim Thien, Japanese bamboo, honeysuckle… The beautiful betel nut trees can also be grown in the lower floors such as betel nut youth, betel nut king, betel nut, betel nut, betel nut, betel nut, betel nut, betel nut, etc. King betel nut is one of the suitable plants to grow in the skylight. (Illustration) Shrubs that can be planted in the skylights such as five houseplants, ten thousand Thien Thanh, small brooch, clover, millennium sui. The flowers are less abundant but can still be grown like Italian orchids or anthuriums. Hawaiian areca is a type of ornamental plant that easily blends in with the indoor environment and has the ability to absorb chemical toxins. Due to the high water requirements for growth, Hawaiian areca needs to be watered evenly, so the soil should not be too dry. Hawaiian areca is a popular houseplant because it has the ability to absorb toxins. (Illustration) In addition to flowers, many homeowners choose to plant trees with beautiful leaves, such as ten thousand thousand thousand. The advantage of this plant is that it has a long time to enjoy, rich in styles and colors, and requires little care. As a tropical plant, the ten thousand swan prefers a warm, humid and semi-shady environment. This is a plant that cannot tolerate cold, living in an environment of not less than 15 degrees Celsius. Avoid planting ten thousand thousand thousand in drafty places. With beautiful leaves and little care, thousands of Thien Thanh are suitable for planting in skylights. (Illustration) Phat Loc tree (another name is lucky bamboo) is also a suitable plant and meets the needs of every homeowner. The fortune tree is widely used in interior decoration, meaning to bring good luck and fortune to the family. The advantage of the plant is that it is easy to grow and will take care of. The plant lives in a humid environment, so just pay attention to watering enough. Avoid planting the plant in hot, direct sunlight. In addition to the advantages of being easy to grow and easy to care for, the fortune tree also has the meaning of bringing good luck and fortune. (Illustration) As a plant that not only eliminates toxic gases and regulates the temperature at the place of planting, Japanese bamboo also has feng shui meanings. This is a plant that likes shade and moderate humidity, very suitable for planting in skylights. Shade-loving and easy to grow, Japanese bamboo is suitable for planting in skylights. (Illustration) According to feng shui, Japanese bamboo is a plant with high yin, so it is suitable for planting where there is a lot of yang. Those are places with a lot of people passing or at the location of stairs up and down. Phuong Anh (synthetic)

The harmonious combination between green trees and blue system makes the townhouse bring relaxation and peace. Photo: Quang Dam The house is located on the road in Ba Ria urban area, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province. The owner is a young couple with a small daughter who wants to build a peaceful place with lots of trees, so they named the house: Peace House. The townhouse should of course still retain the modern and comfortable breath. The outside facade of the house.

If in the past, it was difficult for architects to convince homeowners to leave the house area for the skylight to get light and air convection, now everything is easier.
With today’s tube-shaped townhouses, skylights are the optimal solution to solve the problem of lack of light and lack of natural ventilation.

Skylights are often designed to light and ventilate exposed spaces such as stairs, bathrooms or bedrooms. On the roof, smart roofing is often used to illuminate and prevent rain. Skylights appear more and more in townhouses. (Illustration) Many homeowners open skylights but cover their roofs with light corrugated iron or glass. This design only solves the problem of getting light, the air will not be convection. Therefore, the roof of the skylight should have a gap, but still ensure the effect of preventing rain. Bringing nature into the house Houses with a large area should open the balcony towards the skylight like a split-level house. At that time, the homeowner can decorate with the railing of the balcony. Along with the variety of construction materials and modern techniques, skylights are increasingly modified and designed in many different styles. All towards the goal of bringing a better living space for homeowners, increasing aesthetics. Getting light and air convection are two advantages of skylights. (Illustration) If the house space is high, narrow and low-light, homeowners can design the skylight as a waterfall, a floating wall to bring nature into the house, turning this place into the “lungs” of the house. Material selection The downside of skylights is noise. Therefore, homeowners need to use noise-canceling materials. Planted areas or waterfalls should have a waterproofing solution. The planting site must be convenient for watering. Items hanging on the stairs and skylights must be easily removable. At corridor windows that open to skylights, safety railings must be arranged for children. Note that seating should not be arranged at the foot of the skylight to ensure safety. Air convection The essence of the skylight is to create the effect of air convection from bottom to top inside the well cell. This convection air flow will exit the well mouth carrying “dirty” gas, while the “clean” air outside will be sucked in. For a skylight to be effective, the path of convection air must be clear. (Illustration) The mechanism that creates the natural convection effect is the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the house, and the “paint gun”-type negative pressure effect on the well mouth when there is a breeze. To be effective, the path of convection air must be clear. Mini scene The area of the skylight on the bottom floor is often used for decoration, as a miniature or can be integrated into some functional space such as the living room, dining room, lobby. Planting trees in skylights should choose plants with little care, no harm and no strong scent. Sky well for small house For townhouses with a small area, most homeowners are aware of the importance of architectural physics and interior aesthetics when there is a skylight. The design plan must have a skylight to turn the dark part of the house into the brightest and naturally ventilated place. In case the house is large enough and has a backyard, the skylight is usually arranged in the middle of the house, providing an open view. Depending on the shape of the land, skylights will be scattered depending on the layout. Small houses can still design skylights. (Illustration) The area of the house is about 50m2, so a skylight should be arranged along the stairs on one side of the wall. This type of skylight is aesthetically pleasing and suitable for small houses. In some cases, the skylight is narrow and just a slit, but it provides very good air convection. At that time, the sunshades or diffusers are still utilized under the glass or plastic layer to bring soft light to the interior space. Phuong Anh (synthetic)

Built before the announcement of the postponement of the Olympics, this public toilet was added to serve passengers at Sendagaya Station and those visiting the National Stadium designed by Kengo Kuma for the Summer Olympics in Tokyo. The architects aim to design a small project with a big impact: “ We want to use simplicity to create impact and the solution here is height. Normally they look very heavy, but this time the walls don’t touch the ground, they float, elegant, like a work of art “. The toilet block is 7.5m high, almost twice the height of the station entrance, combined with a monolithic concrete facade that makes the work quite massive. The concrete walls are attached to the central columns and are about 50cm above the ground, creating an opening, allowing natural light and air to enter. The architects design the space using contrasting relationships with each other, such as “the feeling of floating of heavy concrete” and “the presence of light in the dark”, which we seek to eliminate. boundaries between people and buildings, creating a resonance between nature and architecture. The building has an area of 75m2, the entrance is located opposite the station. In the position of the door, we feel more clearly the suspension of the concrete block. The central area is a wash basin and male and female toilets are arranged on both sides. To create the feeling of “being at a hotel”, the architects used Akoya wood (which is 3 times stronger than natural wood with exclusive technologies) to make the partitions and signage made of wood. transparent copper to create a luxurious feeling. A long skylight is arranged along the building to get light from the roof. “ Taking in the light from above and ensuring ventilation through the opening below, we aim to create an architecture that allows people to experience the space and not just go to the public toilet “, the architects explained, adding: “ We think this is a collective effort to help revive the city before the Olympics. The building is also similar in size to regular toilets, giving it a familiar feel. On the other hand, people tend to think of unclean images of public toilets, so we want to improve this and turn the building into a work of art.” Project information: Design: Suppose Design Office Structure: Ohno Japan Material: ZO Consulting Engineers Contractors: Tatsu (ZEN hol) Light design: ModuleX Translate: Hoang Anh

When choosing the West to build a house, homeowners need to have calculations in design and construction to bring a cool living space.
Most house builders prefer to choose the South or Southeast direction to open the main door because this direction is good feng shui. This is also the direction of sunrise, the house will receive daylight but still be cool and ventilated.

While the West facing house has many disadvantages because it is the direction of the setting sun, the afternoon will absorb a very high amount of heat. Therefore, the west facing house is usually very hot. However, there is still a way for the West facing house to overcome this shortcoming. Architect Bui The Long (CTA | Creative Architects) said that there are two notes for building a west-facing house, including space layout and sunlit surface design. For the west-facing space, the functional spaces that can be arranged are spaces that are rarely used, with hollow nature such as stairs, skylights, corridors, warehouses, toilets, gardens… to create separation from the main use spaces. T-house project (CTA | Creative Architects) with a west-facing facade, a solution of covering walls combined with ventilation, light and side corridors to reduce heat. For the surface of the building directly exposed to the sun, there are many ways to solve it. For example, using insulating materials such as planting trees or using blue systems to block the sun, create shade, cast shadows on the surface of the wall, reduce heat absorption, etc. Parallel to that is the problem of natural ventilation. The surface of the wall needs to be well shaded from the sun but still has to be ventilated, creating air convection, quickly cooling the inside of the building. The hot air rises up, but it will hang around in the building causing heat if there is no way to escape. Therefore, it is necessary to design ventilation boxes and slots to create convection and air circulation in the house. In summary, the overall solutions of space arrangement, shading, shading and ventilation will solve the disadvantages of west-facing buildings. Homeowners need to combine many solutions, not a single element.

Currently, the area and living space in the house is increasingly limited, and the population is increasing. Therefore, open space has become a preferred solution because of the comfort and aesthetics it brings to families.

Here are some suggestions for some open space design ideas for you today: Architect Bui The Long, CTA | Creative Architects, said: to create open space for villas is relatively easy, but for townhouses and apartments, open space is something that requires a lot of thought. Because in an open space, safety and privacy are things to keep in mind. For long townhouses, separating the spaces and then intermingling with green areas, the open space has the most area exposed to natural light. Here is a solution with many variations to liven up your living space. The interweaving of open spaces according to the area from the top down is often combined with skylights and vertical traffic is a staircase that contributes to expanding the space, bringing as much space as possible. Common living space, living room, dining table or playground are often arranged in the above area. The bedrooms will be surrounded to increase family connection. T-house project with open space combining stairs, atrium and living room. In addition, architect Bui The Long said that the open space along the length of the house is also a good idea. The open space with green trees will connect the used spaces into a continuous strip, ensuring that every area of the house is in contact with nature and the garden. However, this idea needs the width of the house to be wide enough to design. Another idea about open spaces along the length of the house is that these spaces will be staggered. Between the openings between the function rooms will be the garden, trees. These small gardens will be scattered throughout the house, also bringing nature to all living spaces. In addition, the open space can be reduced but still need spaces such as the arrangement along the traffic corridor, the stair landing area is large enough. The bedrooms at the end of the house can design a bathroom that opens to a green garden, connecting with the bedroom without a wall, which will help expand the space, increase utility but still be private and safe.
