According to PV’s record on April 13, the area of ​​Song Ca stream corridor was completely encroached upon, soil and rock were poured straight into the stream, causing some points to be blocked, the current status stretches more than 2km along. along the stream.

Worth mentioning, through observation, in addition to stream leveling, this enterprise is currently placing a pipeline system from the direction of Sonadezi Chau Duc industrial park to the Song Ca stream (suspected waste pipe). Authorities determined that the filling of stream land was carried out by Chau Duc Sonadezi Urban Joint Stock Company. Through the comparison of maps, cadastral records, the Song Ca stream is 18-21m wide, in fact this company has dumped soil, leveled up 1/2 of the stream’s width.

It is known that earlier in the inspection of the current state of the stream, the Chau Pha commune authorities invited the Sonadezi Chau Duc company to work, but this enterprise did not coordinate.
