Space, light, traffic and furniture are the four criteria that homeowners need to put on top if they want to have a satisfactory living room.
The living room is an extremely important space in the house, a place to receive visitors, a place to gather family members. Homeowners are always interested in how to design a beautiful living room.

According to architect Vo The Duy (CTA | Creative Architects), there are four criteria homeowners should pay attention to to design a beautiful living room, including: space, light, traffic and furniture. About space For most Vietnamese, the living room is the face of the whole house, so all priorities in terms of functionality as well as construction costs are often reserved for the living room. For most townhouses and apartments with limited area and the development of home appliances, the combination of living room space with kitchen and dining room space is very popular today. The living room – kitchen – dining spaces are combined to make the space more spacious and airy. In addition, these functions also help increase the connection of family members. The apartment has a living room combined with a kitchen and dining space. Location Depending on the plot or design intent to determine the location of the living room, in general, the living room in Vietnamese families is often located on the main traffic axis of the house, where it is easy to access and see. The living room should not occupy space for travel or be located in difficult traffic locations. About the light The living room is a space where many people gather and is the face of the family, so it is important to pay attention to the problem of light both day and night. Taking advantage of natural light is still a top priority. The solution is usually to bring the living room to the front of the house, make windows, arrange near the skylight area, combine the garden to add a landscape. The wall slits or chandeliers at night will increase the aesthetics of this space. Standing lamps, radiating light will create a cozy feeling but need to be restrained to create accents and avoid overexposure. The light for this area should be warm, avoid using many colors that cause confusion and reduce aesthetics. Am house project (CTA | Creative Architects) living room uses natural light and landscape. About the furniture The synchronization of colors and materials between the ceiling, wall, floor, table and chair materials will create a harmonious and luxurious whole. The homeowner avoids the abuse of grout details, embossed plaster, cumbersome decorative objects that suffocate this space. In general, the sofa set is the main element for the living room, so the homeowner chooses the sofa model first, and then decides on the rest of the furniture such as sofa table, airchair, ottomans, curtain color … The layout of the living room interior also needs to pay attention to the gathering and gathering factors of the users, from there, arrange the tables and chairs reasonably. The position of the TV needs attention without glare, the hanging height, the distance and the position so that everyone can see it. The accompanying entertainment system such as internet cord, receiver, speaker, also needs to be integrated in the cabinet or in an aesthetically pleasing location.

Indonesian officials said that the crew of the KRI Nanggala-402 submarine had just enough oxygen until early the morning of April 24. But according to a naval expert, the 53 sailors on board also face another ‘hidden killer’: carbon dioxide (CO2).

Submarine KRI Nanggala-402. Choking because of CO2 CNA quoted Mr. Clark – a naval expert – who used to be a submarine sailor – as CO2 accumulating in the KRI Nanggala-402 submarine can suffocate the crew even if they have not exhausted oxygen. “CO2 needs to be filtered out of the atmosphere with a chemical. But this chemical will soon run out. Oxygen can be produced by chemical candles. But CO2 will suffocate the crew before running out of oxygen. ” The power outage also affects the crew’s lifetime, Clark said. Electricity is needed to operate the CO2 absorber and the fan transfers air through the oxygen candle. The Indonesian lifeboat joins the search for the KRI Nanggala-402 submarine. Photo: AP Why the submarine lost power? Underwater submarines often depend on battery power, Clark said. And a breakdown in the battery compartment such as fire, explosion, flooding, etc. can cause a power failure. Meanwhile, Mr. Ben Ho – naval analyst said that a torpedo explosion could also cause the submarine to lose power. “Historically, major submarine accidents have often occurred due to technical problems or weapon explosions. Indonesian submarines went missing while torpedo shooting exercises. Maybe a torpedo exploded, ”said Mr. Ben Ho. Oil spills at the location where the submarine went down on the morning of April 21. Photo: AP Submarine locator If the submarine is intact, it can be “relatively easy” to be located using sensors, Clark said. Magnetic sensors, similar to mine detection systems, can detect the steel hull of a submarine. Sound sensors can show the sound from submarines. “But the area they need to look for is relatively large. The sensors can only be effective in a small area. Searching can take a long time. ” Mr. Ben Ho, meanwhile, said that even modern sonar equipment can hardly detect the wreck of a submarine if the seabed is rough. “The submarine’s nature is inherently difficult to detect. Submarine fleets are often referred to as silent soldiers, ”said Ho. If the submarine is truly trapped at a depth of 600 meters or less, the crew has a “near zero chance of survival,” said Ho. “The grim reality is that once the submarine exceeds its maximum depth, it will explode due to the enormous water pressure.” If this happens, the explosion will be picked up by a sensor in a nearby area, he added. Rescue process Once the submarine is found, Singapore’s MV Swift Rescue can begin its mission. MV Swift Rescue is the first ship in Southeast Asia capable of rescuing submarines. Singapore’s MV Swift Rescue train. Photo: Facebook The ship can operate at sea for four weeks before needing refueling. On board is a rescue cabin named Deep Search and Rescue Six (DSAR 6). Cabin is used to evacuate crew from submarines. However, Mr. Clark warned that the biggest challenge is the lying direction of the submarine in distress. “For example, if the submarine is on its side, the DSAR 6 will be difficult to reach.” Cabin DSAR 6. Photo: Facebook According to the naval news site Naval Technology DSAR 6 is 9.6m long and can reach a depth of 500m. It is operated by two crew members and can accommodate up to 17 people. When the DSAR 6 floats to the surface and is recovered by MV Swift Rescue, the submarine crew will be transferred to a recovery chamber for treatment. The cabin can accommodate up to 40 people. Singapore and Indonesia signed a cooperation agreement to assist with submarine rescue in 2012. The agreement allows the two countries to send resources and help each other if their submarines crash. The KRI Nanggala-402 submarine went missing on the morning of April 21 while participating in a torpedo drill near Bali. On board there are 53 people, including 49 sailors, a commander and three weapons specialists. The 1,395-ton KRI Nanggala-402 was built in Germany in 1977, and joined the Indonesian fleet in 1981. About 40 countries in the world have submarines, but only a few countries have the ability to rescue submarines.

The news of Xiaomi and Didi building cars one after another reminded many people of Jia Yueting, who was suffocating dreams on the other side of the ocean. Since FF Motors (Faraday Future) has accelerated the pace of making cars in recent months, its founder, Jia Yueting, also has a strong momentum of “returning to China next week”; however, a recent official document issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission allowed Jia Yueting to return to China. The schedule became distant indefinitely.

On April 2, the China Securities Regulatory Commission’s website issued the “China Securities Regulatory Commission’s Market Banning Decision (LeTV, Jia Yueting and other 15 responsible entities)”.LeTV and LeTV’s actual controller Jia Yueting will be fined 240.6 million yuan and 241.2 million yuan respectively for ten consecutive years of financial fraud and fraudulent issuance. Among them, Jia Yueting and Yang Lijie will also be sentenced to life-long securities market bans by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Into measures.

Speaking of LeTV, you can’t get aroundJia Yueting, the man of the year, once expanded wildly in the name of dreams and built a business empire with a market value of 170 billion. In the end, he became the spokesperson of “suffocation for dreams”, and only one remained. The legend of “return home next week”.“Seeing him getting up from the Zhu Tower, seeing him banqueting guests, seeing his building collapsed” is just right for Jia Yueting and his LeTV.

Jia Yueting, a visionary liar

From the perspective of character, Jia Yueting’s financial fraud, non-fulfilment of loan commitments, and fraudulent issuance of stocks; from the perspective of winners and losers, Jia Yueting’s current situation can only be regarded as a veritable “Kou”; butJudging from his previous vision and layout, we have to admit that Jia Yueting is a very far-sighted person.

Jia Yueting founded LeTV in 2004, followed by fighting KuaiBai, buying copyrights, and listing LeTV on the GEM in just 6 years. Regarding the importance of copyright, I believe everyone has already experienced it. Xiaolei now encounters copyright issues when listening to a song or watching a video on a certain platform.

LeTV’s ecosystem covers seven major sectors: content, TV, mobile phones, automobiles, sports, the Internet, and cloud. Its “platform + content + terminal + application” ecosystem is called the “LeTV model” by the industry. From the current perspective, Jia Yueting’s layout at the time was still very forward-looking and strategic.Although Jia Yueting’s credit reputation has fallen to the bottom, the LeTV model has become the originator of the intelligent ecosystem that many Internet companies are vying to follow.

In the automotive field, Jia Yueting planned a “kangzhuang road” for the ecological development of automobiles for LeEco before 2016, compared with the “sluggish” Xiaomi and Didi. If Jia Yueting did not build a car like his present one, he should also have his top spot among the current auto giants.

So since Jia Yueting is so insightful, how could he still play this game of 100 billion yuan? In fact, the problem lies in this big game.Although the ecosystem laid out by LeTV back then showed Jia Yueting’s advanced strategic vision, the rhythm of his layout was completely wrong. The blind industrial expansion turned LeTV into a magnificent and crumbling loft in the sky.

Now, the era of LeTV has long passed,The first ray of life for Jia Yueting’s turnaround is also pinned on the dream of building a car that suffocates him, and his dream of building a car is currently in a state of coexistence of vitality and crisis.

Jia Yueting’s dream of building a car is coexisting with vitality and crisis

FF has already made a lot of big moves when it just entered 2021. It announced that it would backdoor listing, and it was successful in financing. After that, it has reached strategic cooperation with Zhuhai State-owned Assets and Geely, showing it to the outside world. The scene is booming.

Lack of money is the biggest problem FF has always faced, Backdoor listing means that FF will be able to obtain more funds in the future, Which can make its car-making business complete more smoothly. The successful financing means that although Jia Yueting has long been notorious in China, FF can still be recognized by the capital market. The cooperation with Zhuhai State-owned Assets and Geely also shows that the Zhuhai government and domestic auto giants have a positive attitude towards FF, which will become a powerful boost for FF in the automotive field.

Judging from the various major moves of FF in the past six months, it seems that it has firmly grasped the three major elements of the strategy of war: the time, the right place, and the harmony of people, but in Xiao Lei’s view,The current crisis facing FF is far greater than the vitality.

first of all,The positioning of the FF 91 is too high-end. Even if it can achieve mass production next year and complete its sales target of 2,400 vehicles, it still cannot solve its urgent financial needs. You know, mass production and profitability are two different things. In the long river of automobile history, there are countless cases of suspension of models and bankruptcy of car companies due to high cost and too little output. The annual sales volume of 2,400 vehicles is obviously difficult to bring to FF. How much profit, poor gross profit margin may even further drag it down.

Of course, judging from the positioning of FF 91,The significance of its mass production is obviously not for volume, but for the hope of FF’s dream investors to see their dreams shine into reality. So, whether there are 2,400 diehard fans who will spend more than 2 million yuan to pay for FF 91 has become a key question. If FF 91 completes annual sales of 2,400 vehicles, then it may further stimulate investors to continue to spend money; but if FF 91 only sells 24 vehicles, what mentality will FF investors have?

According to FF’s model plan, its follow-up model FF81 will have to wait until after 2023 to complete mass production at the earliest, and the lower-positioned FF 71 is expected to be mass-produced by the end of 2024.These mass production plans can only be completed when FF is progressing smoothly, and it is difficult to say whether FF, which is already struggling, can survive such a long time.

In addition, FF 91 was originally planned to be mass-produced and launched in 2018. Now even if it can be mass-produced as planned, the time will have to be pushed to the first half of 2022, which means that it has been delayed by 4 years. Smart cars are developing so fast,There are already a large number of smart car giants on the market, and these giants have had the strength to equalize or even surpass the previous advantages of FF in the past four years of development.

to sum up

Finally, come back and talk about the “China Securities Regulatory Commission’s Market Banning Decision (Jia Yueting, Yang Lijie and other 5 responsible entities)” issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and what impact will it have on Jia Yueting’s car-making plan. For Jia Yueting, a fine of 240 million yuan is second. Anyway, he has already developed the ability to not overwhelm his debts, butThe SFC’s ban on him can make his situation even worse. He is bound to struggle in the country, and may even have no hope of returning to China from then on.

Costs 1 million VND per month, just go to the room to shower and sleep

Currently, the “super small” area of only about 3m2 is the choice of many young people because of low cost, regardless of the inconvenience of living space and living.

In Hanoi, this type of accommodation has just appeared in the past few years, tends to flourish in the districts of Cau Giay, Dong Da, Hai Ba Trung, … where many universities (University ), colleges (colleges), large students and low-income workers.

As noted by PV, a 6-storey house with an area of 45 square meters on Mai Dich Street (Cau Giay) initially had only 8 bedrooms but was redesigned to have a “super” number of rooms for rent – nearly 80 rooms private. The first floor of the house is a shared kitchen and parking space, starting from the second floor onwards is a private room, including two large rooms with an area of about 18-20m2.

What makes viewers surprised when coming here is the design and arrangement of the rooms that do not seem much different from the “honeycomb”. Inside the large room is divided into 8 independent small cells by laminate boards. Each room is 3-5m2 wide, just enough for one person to live in; most are very tight, without windows. In the room, the owner has installed clothes rack, storage bar, electric socket, light bulb and ventilation system. Corridors less than 1m wide are common paths for the whole room. Outside is the shared toilet. These houses are also equipped with a number of other basic amenities for tenants such as wifi, shared air conditioning.

The room is too small, just enough to hang a few clothes and some personal belongings.

LHA (23 years old, a student at Hanoi Electromechanical College) – the tenant here said: “I’ve been here for nearly half a year, the room has 2 people, the rent is 1.3 million dong / month, more living expenses, each person only costs about 1 million. For students, this price is also quite reasonable ”.

However, according to LHA, living in such “honeycomb” apartments is also quite inconvenient. With the number of people on each floor is relatively large, the living space is narrow, noisy, a large room. There is only one door, not to mention the sharing of the kitchen, toilets, laundry drying area that have to wait a long time for each other’s turn.

“Most of the tenants here are students and employees because the rental is low. Because the room is tight, tight and stuffy, people often eat out and only come here in the evening to shower and rest, ”added LHA.

Most of the tenants here choose to eat out, as the whole building has only one shared kitchen.

There is supply there must be demand, but there are potential risks

Currently, the demand for low-cost single-room rentals of students and low-income workers in Hanoi is increasing.

Ms. Nguyen Tra My, owner of a motel in Xuan La Street (Tay Ho) said: “The entire 6-storey house is single room for rent with prices ranging from 1.3 to 1.6 million VND / month. . Most of my tenants have simple needs, they go all day and at night to rest, so rooms like this are easy to rent, not often empty.

According to real estate expert Phan The Phuong, many rental housing companies have quickly grasped the market, designing super-small apartments with relatively full utilities, both to meet the needs of guests, and at the same time. increase revenue for the company.

With a normal bedroom, when divided into 6-7 small bedrooms, the profit will increase by 60-70% of the input rent in the case of a full room lease. However, according to Mr. Phuong, with the profit, the level of risk of this form is quite high.

“This model violates the human safety zone. When living in such a dense environment, they will not be able to feel safe and comfortable. In addition, the facilities in the living space are very few, only temporary, so the tenants will not stay for a long time, so the room vacancy rate is also very high. This business model is not sustainable ”, Mr. Phuong added.

A room is only about 3m2, when no one is in, it still feels urgent.

Are “honeycomb” apartments really economical?

According to LHA, when he first lived here, he often got sick due to living in a secret space, lack of light and air. The noises from the adjacent rooms also made him lose sleep because of the plastic or laminate partitions between mini apartments containing dozens of people who could not be soundproofed.

These 3m2 honeycomb apartments not only cause inconvenience for users but also can affect the house they are in. The rooms, which are inherently only for 2-3 people, are suddenly “transformed” into countless independent rooms, with the number of people many times over, and the space is seriously “overloaded”.

Talking with PV, architect Nguyen Trung Kien said: “The honeycomb model is quite popular in countries such as Japan, Korea, because the climate of those countries is dry all year round, not humid or hot or humid. like our country’s climate. Therefore, we do not support the widespread development of this model in Vietnam ”.

According to Mr. Kien, when renovating the original room into “honeycomb” rooms, to be safe and not affect the scope of construction, companies and design units should use lightweight materials such as : Plaster, plank wood, composite “… Besides, it is necessary to have a reasonable calculation and division of the number of rooms to avoid overloading, limiting the impact on the house structure.
