Until the 21st century, people can still discover new archaeological sites. The proof is in the La Mosquitia region in northeastern Honduras.
An expedition conducted by American and Honduran researchers has found the “white city,” an archaeological site that has never been discovered before. La Prensa in Honduras reported. The first photos of this city were published in the magazine National Geographic in March 2015.

The expedition was directed by the University of Colorado, the University of Honduras and the Honduran Institute of Anthropology and History, led by American archaeologist Christopher Fisher. There are 52 archaeological specimens have been found. Among them was a statue of the head of a ‘jaguar-man’, probably the embodiment of a shaman. According to a team member, those specimens date back 1,000 to 1,400 years. “White City” or “Monkey City” has evoked passions for decades. The city is located in the middle of the tropical rainforest of Honduras, in the La Mosquitia region in the northeastern part of the country. In the 16th century, immigrant Hernán Cortés mentioned this ancient city in a letter to the king of Spain. In 1940, explorer Theodore Morde mentioned in his notes the existence of this city after an expedition in the Honduran jungle. The aborigines he met there mentioned a statue of a monkey god in the middle of the city. However, he did not give the exact location to avoid the city being plundered. By 2012, the ruins had been identified thanks to a survey led by researchers at the University of Houston and the Center for American Mapping. An aircraft equipped with an aircraft scanner flew over the valley and surveyed the site with a laser. The researchers made a 3D map showing the archaeological ruins. Honduran President Porfirio Lobo Sosa has stated that all coordinates related to the “white city” are state secrets. Currently this coordinate is still protected. “The Honduran government wants to protect the site, but it doesn’t have the funds. We urgently need an international help,” said Virgilio Pardes Trapero, director of the Honduran Institute of Anthropology and History. According to the magazine National Geographic , this discovery may be the most important in the early 21st century. The city’s civilization flourished 1,000 years ago and then disappeared. Among the ruins are an earthen pyramid, mounds, large squares, numerous statues and ceremonial chairs. The architecture and many of the items were found in extraordinary condition. State secrets may seem logical at first, but as we all know, in 1940 the explorer Theodore Morde came out of the Honduran jungles with many of the city’s belongings, but he committed suicide before the revelation. reveal the location of that city. On June 26, 1954, Theodore Morde was found hanged in his parents’ bathroom in Darmouth, Massachusetts. His death was concluded by the medical examiner as a suicide. Some reliable sources confirmed in a later report that Theodore Morde was hit by a car in London shortly after returning from Honduras. After the 2015 expedition, at the urgent request of scientists, the Honduran government sent troops to protect the site. Contrary to the Maya civilization that people know a lot about, this civilization is very little researched and still has many mysteries. Moreover, archaeologists have not yet named the civilization. The expedition team returned to the site in late 2015 and discovered an extraordinary hiding place containing many statues still intact. They also found about 50 remains, many delicately decorated dishes with snakes, hawks and animals. One of the most notable objects is a “jaguar” head. According to Oscar Neil Cruz of the Honduran Institute of Anthropology and History, the evidence dates back to at least the 15th century. In addition to the fear of looting, the team is also concerned that the consequences of deforestation are destroying flora and fauna, as well as archaeological treasures that may be hidden deep underground. The 52 archeological specimens found at the site are just the tip of the iceberg as archaeologists believe many other remains will be discovered underground, well preserved and undiscovered. But instead of a city of ruins, archaeologist Christopher Fisher believes that many other cities have been found, all belonging to a mysterious civilization unknown to experts, so it is not yet there. Name. The city of ruins was first mentioned in the 16th century by the explorer Hernán Cortés. At that time, the city may have been used as a refuge for people fleeing Spanish domination. Many expeditions followed in the 1920s. It was during that period that the name “White City” emerged, referring to the white stone structures observed by aviator Charles Lindbergh in 1927. It had to wait until 1940 with the successful expedition of Theodore Morde to emerge the name “The Lost City of the Monkey God”. The explorer returns home with thousands of artifacts and local Aboriginal testimonies. They say that before that there was a temple with a statue of the Monkey God on the top. Many sacrifices were also held at the foot of the statue, they said. Now, nothing remains of the site, and the mystery is well-kept. Temporarily!

Public baths in Roman times were places where the public gathered for both relaxation and entertainment, reading books, discussing politics, meeting friends… Roman public buildings also had a degree of protection. good birth because from this time, the Romans had elaborately built water supply and drainage systems. The reconstruction results from the research team show that a beautiful and splendid entertainment place, full of amenities, is no different from luxury swimming pools or baths at modern sauna and spa facilities. Archaeologists are still learning about the newly excavated structure. It is quite large, at first it was mistaken for a shrimp or fish farm. The construction was praised for its sophistication, with parts of the walls, doors and windows intact.

Vincent Willem van Gogh is a post-impressionist Dutch painter. At the same time, he is also one of the most famous and influential painters in the history of Western art.

Born and raised in the 19th century, many people know Van Gogh through his works of art, books and records of his life. But, have you ever imagined what if one day Van Gogh appeared in the form of a modern man? This time, Artist Mikeshake – an artist specializing in using iconic faces in art history and applying them to modern images, once again presented the audience with his works of art. The main character is painter Van Gogh. With his own imagination and aesthetic eyes, Artist Mikeshake turns a 19th century Van Gogh in harmony with the style of contemporary young people. Gentleman Van Gogh is elegant in a simple black suit. The thoughtful style of photography is probably very suitable for the Dutch painter. Although he is in the 19th century, Van Gogh still knows how to pose in a very standard magazine style. However, regardless of the time, his romantic looks still unwavering. It can be seen that Van Gogh’s face and hairstyle are quite suitable for country-style outfits. Even so, once he’s put on a cowhide coat, he looks very much like this and that. With Van Gogh’s talent, at the moment, buying a super car is not a big deal. Close-up portrait of Van Gogh strayed into modern times.

The Ingenuity Mars Helicopter paved the way for sky exploration in the distant worlds in the Solar System.
3:46 am on April 19, 2021 (Pacific Time – PDT),

The entire NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in the state of California burst out loud, clapping. After more than 10 days of delay, the Ingenuity helicopter weighing only 1.8 kg, worth $ 85 million of NASA, took off successfully on Mars. This victory is likened to NASA as the living moment of the Wright brothers (USA) who successfully made the first flight on Earth in 1903. NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) tweeted immediately after Ingenuity’s success: “Perseverance has brought us to Mars. And Ingenuity takes us higher.” “. NASA’s Mission Control Room at (JPL) received a 14-minute delay in success signal because of a distance of 289 million kilometers from Mars. Photo: NASA The moment in which the Mission Control room was delighted to hear that Ingenuity had successfully flown on Mars. Photo: Reuters “Now, 118 years after the Wright brothers successfully made the first flight on our planet in the 20th century, the Ingenuity helicopter has succeeded in performing this amazing feat in the world. another – the Red Planet – in the 21st century “- NASA Deputy Science Director Thomas Zurbuchen said. At a distance of 289 million km (from Earth to Mars), the Ingenuity Mars helicopter has done a miracle, unprecedented in history: Automatically refuel from the Sun, automatically fly to a maximum prescribed height of 3 meters and maintain that altitude stable for 30 seconds, then a gentle landing on the surface of the Red Planet. The whole process took 39.1 seconds. 39.1 seconds is only two-thirds of the time of a minute. The time is extremely short but is a wonderful fruit for the efforts of thousands of minds to contribute to Mars Mission 2020 of NASA. It took NASA nearly a decade to prepare for this feat. SURVIVAL WITH SUCKS Dr. Daniel Brown, an astronomy expert at Nottingham Trent University (UK), described sending something flying to Mars as a ‘staggering feat’. The biggest challenge of the Ingenuity engineering team is the flying environment on Mars: – First money. So far, no one (human) has set foot on Mars. All scientists know is simulate that environment through data and images transmitted by NASA’s self-propelled explorer ship back to Earth. – Second, the Mars environment is known for its harshness: The difference in temperature between day and night can “kill” human machines, in particular, Ingenuity helicopters are too small, too light (this is required technical conditions for test flight). Not to mention, the Red Planet does not have a magnetic field, the gravity one third that of Earth; and the atmosphere is extremely thin, only 1% of the pressure on the surface of our planet. Basic construction of the Mars Ingenuity helicopter. Photo of Vietnameseization: Trang Ly / Trang Dinh [Đọc thêm về cấu tạo của trực thăng Ingenuity: ‘Mổ xẻ’ trực thăng 85 triệu USD đang ‘sống tốt’ trên sao Hỏa: Sáng tạo khoa học táo bạo bậc nhất của Mỹ!] This means that in order to fly, the helicopter must be super light and turn its wings extremely fast to gain lift. Therefore, the blades of Ingenuity reach 2,500 rpm. Each propeller on the Ingenuity is made of a 57-gram composite material that powers a chopper body the size of a tissue box! OPEN THE WAY TO DISCOVER THE NEW SKY To further mark the link between the Martian Ingenuity helicopter and the Wright brothers ‘maiden flight, NASA confirmed it had named the first Mars airport (where the Ingenuity helicopter took off) as’ Wright Brothers. Field ‘. “We don’t know exactly where Ingenuity will lead us, but today’s results show that the sky – at least on Mars – may not be the limit,” said NASA Administrator Steve Jurczyk. . Just as the Wright Brothers’ flight ushered in human exploration of the sky on Earth, Ingenuity’s mission has sparked a new wave of exciting projects, poised to take the discovery of distant world to a new level. In 2027, NASA plans to launch Dragonfly mission his highly anticipated, in which a helicopter will fly over the sky of Saturn’s moon Titan. Other missions to explore distant atmospheres – such as Venus’s cloud survey mission – may soon emerge. THE MISSION OF INGENUITY NOT STOP HERE … The NASA team plans to have Ingenuity more test flights in the next few days, with up to five bolder flights over the next 30 days assuming each is successful. NASA’s Ingenuity Mars helicopter captured this scene as it hovered over the Martian surface on April 19, 2021, during its first controlled, powered flight. another planet.

1. Michel Houellebecq, whose real name is Michel Thomas, is a famous French writer, poet and critic. He is famous for many works of great value to contemporary literature such as: Expand the scope of the fight, Basic Grain, Tilt, Map and Land… In his works, Michel Houellebecq often shows a dark and pessimistic look. Image: InsideHook.

Michel Houellebecq has a unique perspective with a hard, condensed, even harsh tone. Therefore, he became a strange author when there were both a lot of admirers and no shortage of bitter haters. But regardless of angle, one cannot deny the talent and personality of Michel Houellebecq. Photo: Amazon.

2. Frédéric Beigbeder born in 1955 in a well-off family in France. To him, literature seemed instinctive. The characters he builds often carry the traits of Beigbeder himself. Some of Beigbeder’s famous works include: A French novel, Romantic Selfish, Three Years of Love, Save! Forgive… Image: Emile Magazine.

In his satirical works, Frédéric Beigbeder often expresses a skillful, sarcastic tone of sarcasm. He likes to refer to himself as a selfish romantic, and this life is like a big comedy. Photo: Nha Nam.

3. Marc Levy perhaps the belated talent of world literature. He was born in 1961 and studied Computer Management at Paris-Dauphine University, France. At the age of 37, he officially released his first work – If I’m not a dream. Immediately, this surreal-colored love novel earned Marc Levy the prestigious Goya Award and worldwide fame. Image: Leparisien.

Of course, not only If you are not a dream but a series of later novels by Marc Levy also continuously entered the best-seller list in France and many countries. Works such as See you, Next Life, Shadow Thief, Another concept of happiness … have been translated into many different languages. According to the Europa Editions, the novels by Marc Levy have sold more than 30 million copies. Photo: Quidinh.

4. Guillaume Musso born in 1974 and is one of the most successful romance writers in France. Musso’s literature is special, like the perfect union between Marc Levy and Stephen King. In the past, after a traffic accident, Guillaume Musso became interested in learning, researching and composing details related to near-death experiences. His typical works on this subject are: And then… (Et après…). Image: Archyde.

In addition to handsome and thrilling colors, Guillaume Musso also shows romance and depth in his works. Perhaps, that is why his novels are very popular with fans. He is also the best-selling author in France for many years. Musso’s famous works can be mentioned: Life is a novel, The Secret Life of Writers, Skidamarink … Photo: Midori.

5. Michel Bussi born in 1965 in France, known as the king of French detective stories. In his works, thrilling cases and arduous journeys to find the villain, Michel Bussi also pays special attention to female characters, giving them plenty of space to express themselves. body, personality.

Like Marc Levy, Michel Bussi came to literature quite late. In his 30s, he just started to compose and until 2007 did he publish his first work – The Mark in the Sand. However, with his talent, it didn’t take long for Michel Bussi to become famous for his distinctive style of detective. Cursed Treasures or Please do not let go of your hands are also favorite works of readers of French writers. Photo: Nha Nam.
