On June 15th, the three major A-share indexes rebounded slightly after falling in early trading, and then maintained a low and volatile trend, and the decline narrowed. As of the close, they all fell by about 1%.

In terms of sectors, the electronics and automotive sectors bucked the market and rose, while the leisure services and non-ferrous metals sectors fell by more than 3%.

After the Dragon Boat Festival, the rainy season rained and wet the A shares. The high shock before the holiday was “inspiring”, and the plunge after the holiday was “sad”. On June 15, the first trading day after the Dragon Boat Festival, the performance of A shares was “unsatisfactory.” The two markets traded over one trillion yuan, and large market value stocks plummeted significantly.

What is the main logic of the A-share market opening on the first day after the holiday? From the perspective of fundamentals, valuation, liquidity, etc., what is the expected A-share market in the second half of the year? How to choose between large, medium and small market value and sectors?

“International Finance News” reporter interviewed several industry insiders. In their opinion, the current A-shares do not have the conditions for the index to rise sharply, and the hotspots collectively fell again, and the index continued to wash up and gather momentum. The upward momentum of the economy is still weak, liquidity is restricted, and equity market valuations are not low. In the second half of the year, income expectations should be lowered.

The first day after the holiday market “green fat red thin”

On June 15th, the three major A-share indexes rebounded slightly after falling in early trading, and then maintained a low and volatile trend, and the decline narrowed. As of the close, they all fell by about 1%. The Kechuang 50 Index bucked the market and opened higher and then fell back to close up.

In terms of sectors, the electronics and automotive sectors bucked the market and rose, while the leisure services and non-ferrous metals sectors fell by more than 3%. The performance of individual stocks was “green, fat, red and thin”, with 1351 individual stocks rising and 67 daily limit stocks; 2913 individual stocks falling, and 27 falling limit stocks.

In terms of popularity, the turnover of the two cities exceeded one trillion yuan, a slight decrease from the last trading day before the holiday. The net outflow of Beishang capital was 5.2 billion yuan, mainly reducing its holdings of WuXi AppTec, Zijin Mining, Ping An, etc., each of which exceeded 500 million yuan; Beishang capital also “started” Yanghe shares and BYD, and the net sales were about approximately 300 million yuan.

In the first half of the year, a total of 208.3 billion yuan of net inflows of funds from the north, including 88.8 billion yuan in Shanghai Stock Connect. Since June, the net inflow of funds from Beijing to Beijing is 1.5 billion yuan, of which Shenzhen Stock Connect has a net inflow of 1.4 billion yuan.

What is the main reason for the market decline after the holiday?

Qianming Asset Management Fund Manager Bai Yi analyzed to a reporter from the International Finance News that today’s market’s hot cyclical stocks and the concept of Hongmeng fell collectively, and the bull market trend sector securities also appeared to sell off. The deep-seated logic is that there are currently no conditions for the index to rise sharply, and the hotspots collectively fell again, so the index continues to wash up and gather momentum.

“The Shanghai Index fell below the 20th line on the first day after the Dragon Boat Festival, which exceeded most investors’ expectations.” Liu Youhua, head of research on private equity rownets, also told reporters that in terms of popularity, the turnover of the two markets still exceeded one trillion yuan. , The market is still hot, but structural opportunities are more difficult to grasp. In terms of liquidity, over-issuance of foreign currencies has led to global inflation expectations, while the continuous appreciation of the renminbi has led to continued inflows of foreign capital. This expectation will still exist in the second half of the year. From the perspective of individual stock fundamentals, the profitability of most individual stocks has improved, and the semi-annual report will be the focus of the market.

Wang Jiang, general manager of Yuanrong Investment’s stock department, said in an interview with a reporter from the International Finance News that the market tends to choose the direction of least resistance in the short term, which has a certain degree of randomness. On the macro level, the market focuses on US employment data. If employment is weak, the expected contraction of the balance sheet will be delayed, which is conducive to the stability of the valuation level. However, as time goes by, the window of desensitization of inflation data and employment data has not yet recovered is being consumed, and as the Fed’s interest rate meeting approaches, the market will inevitably be worried. “As far as the second half of the year is concerned, there are macro variables, and the current equity market valuation is hardly cheap, and it is reasonable to reduce income expectations. In terms of sectors, the optional consumption branch in the increase in penetration rate and the disturbance of raw material prices The sub-manufacturing sectors that have little real impact can be paid attention to.”

How to switch between large and small market capitalization opportunities

In the first half of the year, the Shanghai Composite Index rose more than 4%, the ChiNext Index rose more than 11%, and the Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 Index and the China Securities 1000 Index both rose more than 2%. Since June, there has been a significant gap in the index of individual stocks representing large, medium and small market capitalization. The Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 Index fell nearly 1% during the year, the Shanghai 50 Index fell more than 3%, and the CSI 1000 Index rose 2.5%.

How to choose large, medium and small market capitalization stocks in the second half of the year?

“Currently, large blue chips and Baotuan stocks are at historical highs, and the probability of shock adjustments in the second half of the year is relatively high; but small market capitalization, second-tier blue chips, and the financial sector are again in the historical underestimation range, and there is an upward trend in the second half of the year. The biggest opportunity in the second half of the year. The risk is the valuation of U.S. stocks, which severely restricts the rise of the big blue chips of A shares.” Bai Yixiang “International Finance” reporter estimated that in terms of liquidity, the central bank is expected to continue to implement moderate monetary policy, and foreign capital will continue to flow into A shares. tendency. On the whole, the index fluctuated more in the second half of the year. Focus on the upside opportunities of undervalued companies. On the sector, it is recommended to pay attention to TMT, domestic substitution, and post-epidemic sectors such as tourism, airports, ports, etc.

Lang Chengcheng, director of the research department of Furong Fund, bluntly stated to the reporter of “International Finance” that the market was mainly high and volatile last week, and structurally small and medium-sized market capitalization companies rose at the top. In fact, since May, from the rotation of large market value companies to small and medium market value companies, both types of companies have seen a certain degree of rise. The core logic is to restore the pessimistic expectations of liquidity. “As the semi-annual report and the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party approach, the round of rising prices may have reached the middle and late stages, and market volatility will increase. Small and medium-sized market value companies under the catalysis of the theme should be treated with caution.

“In the short-term, it is recommended to moderately control the investment rhythm, and be optimistic about low-value banks and some cyclical leaders; in the medium and long term, performance growth is still the core main line, and we are optimistic about the high-period cycle of electronics and electronics.” Lang Chengcheng further analyzed, economic fundamentals. Financing data reflect that the upward momentum of the economy is still weak, the scale of new social financing has fallen sharply year-on-year, and the year-on-year growth rate of the stock of social financing has also continued to decline. The South China Industrial Products Index has risen to a high level again. Last week, the US CPI rose by 5% year-on-year in May, exceeding expectations and setting the largest increase since August 2008. However, the yield of Treasury bonds has continued to decline since then. Compared with inflation, the Fed pays more attention to employment and economic recovery, focusing on the Fed’s interest rate meeting this week.

Institutional view: not overly optimistic in the second half of the year

In terms of sectors, cyclical stocks such as steel, mining, chemical, non-ferrous metals and other cyclical stocks ranked first in the year’s component range (total market value weighted average), with a rise of more than 14%; non-banking finance, defense and military industry, and household appliances all fell more than 11%.

In terms of price-to-earnings ratio PE (TTM, holistic approach), science and technology sectors such as computers, national defense and military industries, transportation, communications, electronics, and medical biology exceed 50 times, of which media, leisure services, and integrated sectors exceed 240 times. The lower valuations are steel, mining, non-banking finance, etc., less than 20 times, and banking, building decoration, and real estate sectors are less than 10 times.

How to choose sector investment in the second half of the year?

Chen Li, chief economist of Chuancai Securities and director of the research institute, predicts that in the second half of the year, sector rotation will become more frequent and structural differentiation will continue. Unlike last year’s single valuation drive and the dominant performance drive in the first half of this year, the market in the second half of the year will no longer be a competition among various industries, and more inclined to comparisons within the industry, with low internal valuations and growth rates. The fast company will become the leader, and vice versa, it will continue to fall. For example, the growth of mid-to-high-end liquor in the liquor industry is expected to have strong certainty; under the background of “carbon neutrality”, the new energy industry is expected to diverge, focusing on both the technological path and cost advantages; Pay attention to the three links.

Looking ahead to the second half of the A-share market, the strategy team of Ping An Securities predicts that the overall market will fluctuate upwards in the second half of the year, and will lay out structural opportunities for growth styles. The economy is basically facing the upward pressure of the market, and there are corresponding constraints on liquidity. However, continued favorable policies and funding levels in the second half of the year are expected to continue to increase risk appetite. Equity valuation is not overly optimistic from the perspective of equity-bond yield ratio and earnings expectations. . It is recommended to pay attention to the proliferation of new energy vehicles, new energy, semiconductors, new chemical materials, biomedicine and other industries, as well as the proliferation of investment opportunities for more companies in the high-prosperity industry chain.

Northeast Securities bluntly stated that the leading factor in the market in the second half of the year will be the topping of profits, and the overall market valuation will be difficult to increase, and low-value and high-prosperity industries will prevail. The market fluctuated in the second half of the year. From the perspective of profit calculations, the profit growth rate in the second half of the year is decreasing quarter by quarter. In terms of funding, the US Taper expectations and the decline in domestic credit entering the second half of the year led to tight macro liquidity in the second half of the year; the stock market remained neutral in the second half of the year, mainly due to the increase in the issuance of new funds at the inflow side and the slowdown in foreign capital inflows. The outflow-end IPO fundraising rose, and the lifting of the ban fell. In terms of valuation and sentiment, the advantages of small and medium-cap valuations are obvious and the position of individual stocks is still low; Sino-US relations and credit risks may still suppress risk appetite.

On May 17, the 2021 Sohu Technology 5G&AI Summit was grandly held in Beijing.Peng Chengjin, co-founder and chief system architect of Uisee Technology, as a guest, published the title “AI Reshapes Future Travel and Logistics-“AI Driver” Empowers Full-Scenario Autonomous Driving Landing” Keynote speech.

After the speech, he accepted an exclusive interview with Sohu Technology, and gave detailed answers to the characteristics of Uisee’s autonomous driving technology, the landing case of airport scenes, and the practice of more subdivided scenes.

Peng Chengjin pointed out that Uisee Technology advocates a “really unmanned, all-weather, all-scenario” unmanned driving platform in the field of autonomous driving, and “delivers AI drivers to the entire industry to empower a new ecology of travel and logistics.”

In 2019, Uisee Technology and Hong Kong International Airport officially launched “unmanned logistics” operations, deploying multiple unmanned logistics vehicles to achieve end-to-end cargo transportation trial operations in the airport, and autonomous driving routes covering ground, underground, indoors, and tunnels And other complex environments.

At the beginning of this year, the landing process was further advanced. Hong Kong International Airport announced in January that all luggage trailers that walk through the airport’s Haitian Passenger Terminal will be replaced by unmanned logistics vehicles in the first quarter of this year, completely replacing traditional human-driven trailers to transport passengers’ luggage at the Haitian Passenger Terminal.

Uisee Technology has successively cooperated with many international airports at home and abroad, becoming the first unmanned driving company in China and even the world to build an unmanned intelligent airport.

“In airports, the challenge of unmanned driving is very big. The first is safety. Because of the contact with the aircraft, the safety requirements are very high. Second, in addition to the requirements for safety, the airport has requirements for efficiency. It is also very high, because this flight is managed strictly according to time. Especially the Hong Kong Airport is very dense and the place is very small. The third is the environment. The Hong Kong Airport is reclaimed from the sea, and it is an environment that depends on the sea. Typhoons, heavy rains, high temperatures, and smog put great pressure on the technology itself, the quality of unmanned vehicle products, and operations.”

Peng Chengjin told Sohu Technology that after more than 500 days of operation, the above three difficulties have been basically overcome.

In response to the current car building boom, Peng Chengcheng believes that it is precisely because everyone has seen that smart driving has entered the second half, autonomous driving companies have solved the technology, products and the first batch of large-scale commercialization, so that the entire industry can see the development of smart driving. The outbreak has arrived, so so many companies have begun to join the manufacturing of intelligent driving vehicles, which in itself is an affirmation of the past exploration of autonomous driving.

The following is a concise compilation of the interview record:

Sohu Technology: First, you can briefly introduce to the netizens of Sohu the main work you are responsible for at Uisee Technology, as well as the technical characteristics of Uisee.

Peng Jincheng: I am mainly responsible for technology research and development and some construction of unmanned driving platforms at Uisee. At present, I am focusing on making unmanned driving algorithms and systems better, smarter, and safer. We call it a truly unmanned, all-weather, all-scenario driverless platform, and deliver “AI drivers” to the entire industry to empower a new ecology of travel and logistics.

Sohu Technology: The cooperation between Uisee Technology and Hong Kong International Airport is a well-known case in the industry. At the beginning of this year, it was reported that the unmanned logistics vehicle jointly developed by the two parties has also begun to operate. It can be seen that the use of unmanned vehicles in the airport has gradually increased. What are the difficulties in landing the airport scene? In terms of technology, how did Uisee achieve the first breakthrough in the industry?

Peng Jincheng: Around December 2019, we started to do normal unmanned operations in the airport. In the beginning, there were a few vehicles, but now there are dozens of them. Especially during the epidemic period last year, the airport scene saw the advantages of unmanned vehicles, and its deployment and application were greatly promoted.

In the airport, the challenge of unmanned driving is very big. The first is safety. Because of the contact with the aircraft, the safety requirements are very high. Just now I also introduced that in the airport unmanned vehicle, in addition to the safety and redundancy of the unmanned driving system, we have also created a system for “de-safety officer”, and even provided another set of scenarios for the airport. The intelligent system that monitors the environment, avoids aircraft and vehicles, and maintains a certain distance, guarantees the safety of unmanned vehicles in the airport and the safety of the apron area.

Second, in addition to the safety requirements of the airport, it actually has very high requirements for efficiency, because this flight is managed strictly according to time, especially the entire flight at Hong Kong Airport is very dense and the place is still small, so The efficiency requirements are very high. It is required that the unmanned vehicle must complete the service within a few minutes, and this cannot be exceeded. More than one time is equivalent to a record. In terms of efficiency, we also need to ensure that our unmanned vehicles cannot stop there if something goes wrong. You must ensure that it can operate at all times. If it goes wrong, there must be other ways to continue to provide services.

The third is the environment. The Hong Kong Airport is reclaimed from the sea. It is an environment that relies on the sea. Typhoons, heavy rains, high temperatures, and smog put great pressure on the technology itself, the quality of unmanned vehicle products, and operations. Basically, after more than 500 days of operation, we have overcome these three difficulties.

Sohu Technology: What other segmentation scenarios is Uisee still working on? How is it laid out? Which applications are the focus of investment?

Peng Jincheng: We are currently working hard in many industries. We are AI drivers in all scenarios. We provide AI driving services. In addition to airports, we have more than 100 unmanned vehicles in the world’s most modern factory. Normalized operation of AI drivers. In addition to public transportation, unmanned buses, RoboTaxi, passenger vehicles and unmanned delivery, we are also working hard. Our goal is to apply full-scenario AI drivers in addition to these so-called specific The scenes also include various open scenes.

Sohu Technology: In 2018, you expect that it will take 3-5 years for the cost of driverless vehicles to fall to the point that they can be commercialized on a large scale. Looking at it now, has this progress been achieved?

Peng Progress: In 2018, it seems that the judgment is still a little conservative. In fact, everyone is now talking about the second half of driverless driving. The first half is mainly about technical products and whether it can explore real business. The landing value has been proven in the second half.

We have already started to use unmanned driving technology on a large scale last year, and there are many applications in many scenarios. By this year, with the advancement of technology, especially the cost of lidar, a key component in unmanned driving, its cost has dropped very fast. At that time 3 years ago, it was tens of thousands of dollars, and now there are thousands of dollars. Lidar can be selected. In three years, hundreds of dollars will be available, which will greatly promote the industrialization of unmanned driving, lower its threshold and promote its arrival.

Sohu Technology: Autonomous driving technology manufacturers like Baidu have also started to build cars. What do you think of the current car building boom? Does Yushi have a plan to build a car?

Peng Progress: It is precisely because everyone has seen that smart driving has entered the second half, we have solved these difficulties with technology, products and the first batch of large-scale commercialization, allowing the entire industry to see the arrival of smart driving. That’s why so many companies have begun to join the manufacturing of smart driving cars. In itself, our past work and our persistence are an affirmation.

Secondly, we still stick to our point of view. We don’t build cars. We only provide AI drivers. We work with other car-making companies in the whole industry. As we enter the second half, the industry begins to gradually integrate. The point of view is who is good at Do what you do. In the end, only in this way can the future of intelligent driving come faster.

Germany’s defender Antonio Rudiger said he and his teammates will do everything possible, even ready to play bad to prevent the spearheads of France’s attack, before the big battle in Group F EURO 2020.
“Of course, France has very good strikers. We have to be ready to win one-on-one duels. We also have to play a little dirty, we can’t always play nice football. Yes. In front of players like them (Mbappe, Karim Benzema and Antoine Griezmann), you have to make your mark,” Rudiger shared.

Germany will host world champion France in the opening match in Group F – the death group of EURO 2020, where Portugal and Hungary are also present. Die Mannschaft is likely to play with a three-back formation, in which Rudiger can side with Mats Hummels and Matthias Ginter. Rudiger and his teammates will do everything to win the French team. In the 2020/21 season, Rudiger played very well, especially in the second half of the season to make a great contribution to helping Chelsea win the Champions League in a worthy way. The 28-year-old midfielder is considered to be Germany’s number 1 hope in defense at EURO 2020. Due to being in the death table, a defeat against France on the opening day could become a disaster for Germany. Therefore, experts believe that this competition is likely to end inconclusively. After the match against France, Germany will face Euro champion Portugal, before meeting Hungary in the final round of the group stage. This is an extremely heavy schedule for Joachim Low’s teachers and students because it has many potential risks.

Brussels capital center on weekends when restaurants are allowed to serve customers outdoors. (Photo: Huong Giang/Vietnam+) Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo said on May 9 that the Belgian government could allow large festivals to be held in the second half of this summer. Writing on Twitter, Prime Minister De Croo stated: “Belgium is a great festival center of the world, we will once again prove this in the summer. In the second half of this summer, major festivals need to be allowed to resume.” Access to large gatherings, which are banned in Belgium due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will depend on testing and vaccination vaccines. Advisory Committee of Belgian Government will meet on May 11 to outline the conditions for promoting reopening. According to the statistics of worldometers, as of May 10, Belgium has recorded more than 1,014 million cases of COVID-19 and 24,511 deaths due to this dangerous disease. After 7 months of observing social distancing measures to prevent the epidemic COVID-19 Since May 8, restaurants and cafes in Belgium have been allowed to reopen to welcome guests, but they must all serve outdoors. Anyway, this is also a good news for the Belgian people. According to the Vietnam News Agency correspondent in the Kingdom of Belgium, May 8 is the weekend that many people in this country have been waiting for a long time, because this is the day to reopen coffee shops, after 7 months the food service industry was forced to Closed to prevent COVID-19 outbreak. At the outdoor terraces in the center of Brussels, customers are very crowded. They come here to get a taste of normalcy after days of social distancing, as if to celebrate the return of freedom. “It’s great! After 16 months of being forced to close by government orders to prevent the epidemic, Mr. Thys Daniel is now able to sell goods again at a small market selling handicrafts near the Grand Square in Brussels. He was very happy to be able to welcome visitors again as before. “This market is usually open on weekends and sells handicrafts. Today is an important moment for us, marking the lifting of strict lockdown measures. This allows people to return. normal life, being in contact with each other,” said Mr. Thys Daniel happily. When I asked him, when will life really return to normal. He replied optimistically: “Very soon. Then we quickly find our old habits in a normal rhythm of life.” At restaurants, the reopening is done in a regulated manner. Each table is limited to 4 guests, except for members of the same family who may be larger. Restaurants are allowed to open to serve visitors until 10pm. A little further afield, at Supra Bailly, a group of four young men gather to drink beer. “This is our ‘headquarters’,” said Guillaume, 37. They shared a smile and clinked a cup to congratulate the fact that from now on, they could gather together to eat, drink and chat every weekend. He replied optimistically: “That’s okay. Then we quickly find our old habits in a normal rhythm of life.” At restaurants, the reopening is done in a regulated manner. Each table is limited to 4 guests, except for members of the same family who may be larger. Restaurants are allowed to open to serve visitors until 22:00. Despite allowing restaurants to operate, with the condition that Belgians are still required to wear masks in public places, on public transport and implement distancing measures at stores. Belgian authorities are considering reopening festivals in the second half of summer. Access to large gatherings, banned in Belgium due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will depend on testing and vaccination. The Belgian government’s advisory committee will meet on May 11 to determine the conditions to expedite reopening. According to worldometers, as of May 10, Belgium has recorded over 1 million cases of COVID-19 and 24,511 deaths due to this dangerous disease.

The 14-hour fire on the Perle nuclear-powered submarine, while it was in dock for repairs in June 2020, left the front section severely damaged, the French Defense Ministry said.

Ship with structural damage with steel parts and cannot be restored. But the second half of the 73-meter submarine was unaffected in the fire. CNN said. Fortunately for the French Navy, a submarine of the Saphir class was decommissioned in 2019, awaiting dismantlement at a shipyard in the port of Cherbourg, northwest France. The front section of the Saphir is still very good. French officials decided to take the first part of the Saphir, combined with the rear of Perle to form a new submarine. The Perle submarine was transferred from the city of Toulon to Cherbourg on a dedicated train in December 2020. At the shipyard, workers cut the Perle in half in February and did the same with the Saphir in March. The Perle submarine was cut in half at the Cherbourg shipyard. Photo: Naval Group. In early April, the second half of the Perle and the front half of the Saphir were fixed to tow them, then welded to connect the two hull halves together. The connection of the two hull parts will be completed in the coming months, said Klara Nadaradjane, spokesman for Naval Group, main contractor. The new submarine is still called the Perle. It will be 1.4 m longer than the original, as an additional component connecting the two halves of the hull is needed. Spokesperson Nadaradjane said the connection of the two halves of the hull was simulated with a 3-dimensional digital model, before being put into practice. However, a Naval Group spokesman did not disclose the cost. The Perle, commissioned in 1993, is the newest of six French Rubis-class nuclear attack submarines. Rubis-class submarines are expected to be replaced by more modern Barracuda-class nuclear attack submarines. However, it was not until 2030 that the last of the Barracuda-class submarines was delivered to the French Navy, forcing them to find a way to repair the Perle submarine. This is the first time the French shipbuilding industry has cut two different ships in half to merge them into one complete ship. Previously, this technique was used by the US to repair their damaged submarines.
