Many restaurants in New York have removed their partitions. This place has a new way of doing business in the context of the epidemic, which is to make a dedicated area for customers who have been vaccinated.
Epidemiologist Stephanie Silvera, professor of public health and social expert at Montclair State University, US, said people are at high risk of contracting Covid-19 if they gather in large crowds in one space. small and not wearing a mask.

That is the first reason why many restaurants in New York City have set up separate areas to serve diners who have been vaccinated against Covid-19. They think that people who have been vaccinated, even though they gather in close proximity, the possibility of disease transmission is very low, according to New York Post . But most of all, restaurant owners admit that they want to give diners the feeling of dining in 2019, a time when Covid-19 has not yet appeared. Carroll Place bar set up a separate area for customers who have been vaccinated. Photo: New York Post. Carroll Place bar (157 Bleecker Street, West Village) plans to open a new seating area for guests who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 on June 9. Restaurant owner AJ Bontempo shared: “I think that when life starts to return to normal, people will want to feel comfortable eating without having to worry about the disease like before. The new area is like a gift to those who have been vaccinated.” Of the 109 seats on the main floor of Carroll Place bar, 90 are reserved for vaccinated guests. The remaining seats are arranged behind the stage for the disabled because there are suitable restrooms located on this floor. Meanwhile, 50 seats upstairs and another 130 seats outside will be reserved for unvaccinated customers at the bar. Jolene Pub in Manhattan reopened, serving only vaccinated diners. Photo: New York Post. The Carolines, a comedy club on Broadway, is also offering the best seats indoors for those who have been vaccinated. “The easiest way to get the best seats in the house? It’s vaccination! We require theatergoers to present their vaccination cards,” said Caroline Hirsch, founder and owner of the Carolines Club. She further explained that continuing to maintain a minimum distance of 2 meters will reduce the capacity of the theater to serve. In the future, some performances at the Carolines will be exclusively for vaccinated audiences. “Our actors are always hoping to perform in front of a packed audience of people who have completed their Covid-19 vaccinations. When you’re a comedian, you want to see your audience laugh. Actors will not feel anything when they have to be 4 meters away from the audience and are covered by a plastic wall, “said Ms. Hirsch.

Tom Stevens returns to the owner of the old bow containing many important photos Colleen Distin An employee working on a project to renovate the historic theater in California, USA found a wallet that was lost 46 years ago. Tom Stevens said he was in the crawl room under the balcony at the Majestic Ventura theater, Ventura, when he found the wallet among a pile of ticket stubs, boxes and candy wrappers. Inside the wallet were some old photos, the ticket stub of a 1973 Grateful Dead concert, and a California driver’s license that expired in 1976. Colleen Distin’s name on the driver’s license, so following this information, Mr. Tom Stevens shared and searched online. However, he also found a lot of useful information. His owner, Loanne Wullaert, suggested he could use the theater’s Facebook page to post a search for the wallet’s owner. Tom Stevens was very surprised when the post received the attention of netizens and shared widely, the information finally reached Distin, a long-time resident of Ventura. Colleen Distin is a woman who lost her wallet while going to the theater in 1975. She called to report the loss of her wallet to the theater but received a notification that no one had found her wallet. The owner of the wallet couldn’t believe that one day he would get the item back after 46 years of dropping it. She is happy because in her wallet there are still old photos with many memories in it. Colleen Distin said: “I’m very emotional. I don’t think I will find the wallet one day, it’s like I am going back to my past, a meaningful trip through time. It’s amazing, there are people honest out there, willing to do whatever it takes to return your valuables.”

People move on the Brooklyn Bridge in New York, USA, April 25, 2021. Photo: AFP/VNA According to the Vietnam News Agency correspondent in New York, along with the removal of the regulation of wearing masks and social distancing, Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that all shops, restaurants, entertainment centers, theaters and museums from now on. No need to limit the number of visitors to a low level anymore, and the New York subway system, the largest in the US, is also officially operating 24/24 as before the pandemic. Vaccinated people only have to wear masks at nursing homes, hospitals or on public transport. By the end of May 18, about 52% of New Yorkers had received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and 43% of people had received the full dose. New York is also expected to soon host many famous traditional events that make up its own unique features such as professional volleyball tournaments, marathons and performances at the famous Radio City Music Hall. in this year. The decision to mark this historic moment was made by New York state officials after the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued instructions on May 13 that people who have been vaccinated do not need to wear them. masks or social distancing and state data also show that the number of new infections and deaths from COVID-19 in New York has dropped to the lowest level since the pandemic broke out in New York more than a year ago. Answering the VNA, Michelle Khoury, a resident of New York, expressed her joy at not having to wear a mask anymore. “Now people get to experience the real New York, and it suddenly dawned on me that we are almost over the real pandemic,” she said. Matt Mckeon said that although New York has been reopened to normal, “all should still be careful to wear masks in indoor spaces with many people until the pandemic is really over.” Many big-name shopping centers such as Target, CVS, Walmart or Starbucks coffee shop chain have officially applied this newly changed regulation. However, state officials also asserted that New York businesses have the right to have their own policies and continue to require their employees to wear masks if necessary. The New York City Department of Health still recommends that people wear masks in indoor spaces when it is unclear whether those around them have been vaccinated or not, but specifically at stores, gyms, and pharmacies. hairdressing or other health care and beauty services. If the situation continues to turn in a positive direction, Governor Cuomo said he will allow the application of social distancing in small indoor spaces such as Broadway musicals before June 19.

The organizers of the FITUR International Tourism Fair expect to welcome 100,000 visitors at this year’s fair, of which 50% are ordinary people who will be allowed to attend this event during the weekend. Last year, the event attracted nearly 260,000 visitors. However, due to the impact of the epidemic, this year’s fair will reduce the maximum number of visitors, while side festivals will not be held and seminars within the framework of this fair will be held. operate in an online form. The FITUR international travel fair is held in the context that Europe and many other countries have been eased from epidemic prevention measures and people around the globe are preparing to resume travel activities.

As a pretty hot star in the North, Thu Quynh spoke up about buying a luxury house, a beautiful car and paying attention at the Youth Theater at the startled level …
Hi Thu Quynh, people say after a series of movies such as: Quynh doll, Go home, baby … your income is very good, have you bought a house, bought a car?

Actually, it is true that I bought a house, bought a car, but it was all on installment payments. After the divorce, I took my child home to live with my parents, but after my son got older, I wanted to be more mature so I bought a separate house for the two of them. I bought an apartment near my parents’ house so that sometimes my grandmother could come to support me in taking care of my son. As for the car, I also buy a normal car. At that time, I used to take my son to the theater to work with, one sunny afternoon, both mother and daughter passed each other by motorbike, seeing my son so miserable that I decided to buy a car. I think, if I am independent and decide on my own life like that, I will be stronger, make a firm support for my son, and my parents are also more reassuring.

Thu Quynh is one of the most expensive actors in the North.

What about her high-paying information after participating in hot movies on VTV?

Actually, there are a lot of rumors blowing around me. Love story, work story but I don’t care. It is true that my payout has increased, but not too high. It’s just a little bit better than before. I still receive the invitation to advertise the product, but not everywhere I do, I have to consider carefully. Doing art is not rich, as evidenced by many people who have left jobs, go into business. Having been like today, I have put in a lot of effort.

Can the income at the theater, the event shows, give you a comfortable life?

Speaking out, people do not believe, but the pay I receive every night at the Theater is only 200-300 thousand VND per show. A price that everyone startled. But I still want to stick with the stage, because that’s my passion. Not only Thu Quynh but also many older artists. To unleash creativity on stage, we have to overcome daily difficulties and difficulties, because that is the common condition of many artists.

Going to events is not much, and not every event is invited. Both mother and child have a normal standard of living. Luckily, I have a mother to help, so every time Thu Quynh goes to film, she will be able to take care of her child to secure her acting.

In the near future, you will play Khanh Thy in the movie The taste of friendship, do you think, is this role impressive to the audience?

With each role, I do my best. I just hope Khánh Thy will be another mark in the hearts of the audience, after My Soi (Quynh doll), Thu Hue (Go home) and Ngoc (Warm fire). The role that impresses the audience depends on many factors. This film revolves around the fate of Phuong Oanh’s Nam. Actually from Quynh doll, Go home good Warm fireThu Quynh’s role has never been the main character. I always play the secondary role.

Just hope what the writer, editor, director gives Khanh Thy, along with my efforts, Thu Quynh will leave an impression. After a period of regaining emotions for constantly being on television, I hope the audience will still love Thu Quynh.

Thu Quynh and the People’s Artist Cong Ly, Quach Thu Phuong, and Hoang Anh Vu will play the role in the upcoming movie The taste of friendship.

Do you know why you have never been able to play the lead role?

I don’t think there is a scenario that suits me. Honestly, I’m not heavy about the main role or the supporting role, but I just stick with the role.

I feel like I don’t have enough time to be on set every day. I have children and also take on many other jobs. As a secondary role, I have more time to spend with my son, taking him to school. Besides, the secondary roles are also very good. I still have “fertile” land to show off, to fly and jump. Thu Quynh considers it a very affordable gift.

Many artists have very impressive supporting roles and I never thought about putting it on the scale. Even like the character My Wolf, after the movie ended, the audience was also very impressed. Just have a good role, I do.

There is information that you and your boyfriend have broken up, is it true? Does this affect your filmmaking?

I am very shy about talking in private. But love, break up story is normal. Every relationship is the same, sometimes happy and sad, dissolved. I know that the audience cares and always wants me to be happy, find fulfillment in my private life. But let me keep my feelings private.

I’m not an easy person to let my privacy influence that way. Usually what I like, what I think, I will share. Many times, I post on my personal page very late. It was a momentary emotion, not something too profound. I urge everyone to look at my efforts at work, not to pay too much attention to my personal affairs.

Thank you for your sharing!
