Recently fired coach Jose Mourinho, Tottenham have won and improved their position in the Premier League rankings (both victory and new position are paramount). It can be seen as the ‘victory’ of interim coach Ryan Mason.

A fresh image of Tottenham in the first match under the young general Mason. In terms of gameplay, there is no significant newcomer, though Mason has made some notable changes from his last match under Jose Mourinho (a 2-2 tie in Everton in the Premier League). Mason took three positions in the starting line-up, with Gareth Bale starting from the start, and returning to a four-back layout. Mason emphasized the importance of Bale, as the reason he chose the player: “He is the type of player who can change everything with a moment of genius. In fact, Bale has done it (meaning 1-1 equalizer) ”. Trivia Fact: Bale with goalkeeper Hugo Lloris and defender Toby Alderweireld are players in the starting line-up who are … older than coach Mason! Not only is Tottenham’s play not remarkable, but perhaps also emphasized: very bad, in the first half. The players did not seem to know what to do when the ball reached their feet. Passes and passes back so much that, at times, viewers have to wonder: which side of the field belongs to which team! Attacking passes are few, and very inaccurate. This is the first time this season, Tottenham has not been able to shoot a shot in the right direction during the first half, in a home game in the Premier League. In contrast, the Tottenham goal was wobbly at the beginning of the match. Goalkeeper Lloris struggled to lose before two consecutive shots of Mohammed Salisu and Che Adams, in the second minute. Not long after, Hugo again played the heroic role, breaking the ball at the foot of former teammate Kyle Walker-Peters. If Mourinho was a petty man, he would have liked to see Danny Ings easily beat Tottenham defender Serge Aurier to open the score for Southampton in the 30th minute, from James Ward-Prowse ‘corner. The problem is: the faint and inferior Tottenham in the first half, the more it becomes clear what very young manager Mason did in the dressing room during halftime – something Mourinho certainly failed to do so he deserved. fired. Mason said nothing, but the Tottenham players became … themselves in the second half. In other words, it was still the Tottenham players, but they were awakened after being “turned on by Mason”. switch “. They are more focused, more precise. They followed the ball, rushing forward. They play clearly attacking. Each individual is like molting, the team spirit is also different. Then, Bale and Son Heung-min scored to help Tottenham win 2-1. Even what people used to say, even without the slightest scientific basis, supported Mason. General change of fortune? Tottenham was upgraded by VAR to a free-kick in the 90th minute (due to the absence of Harry Kane, Son took a penalty for Tottenham, and he succeeded). Bale did not make it clear, but he insisted: Mason changed everything during the break. He pointed out unsatisfactory positions, clearly indicating the need to be overcome, very simple. Specifically, it was probably the situations of double hand disputes, tackles, ball disputes … that the Southampton player usually won in the first half, but the Tottenham player improved in the second half. will add specific capabilities of coach Ryan Mason. But in the short term, Tottenham in the second half of this match is that Tottenham has the ability to compete in the “top 4” of the Premier League! The biggest difference Up to seven times in the Premier League this season, Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham lead at halftime, but ultimately drew or lost. Losing points in the 90 + 7 minutes, losing points even though leading to 3-0 after 16 minutes …, generally enough. Now the opposite: Ryan Mason’s Tottenham won back in a lead of the match before the end of the first half. Under Mourinho, Tottenham lost absolutely 6 points in the first half in the Premier League. 29 – Tottenham interim coach Ryan Mason (29 years, 312 days) is the youngest person ever to direct a Premier League team. Apart from Mason, since World War II, there is only one other coach who has directed since the age of 30 (Frank Sibley of QPR).

“There is still time for clubs to change their minds. All of them have made huge mistakes. I want to talk to the owners of six clubs in England. Everyone makes mistakes. English clubs please correct them. His club, for its supporters deserve respect “, Mundo Deportivo quoted President Ceferin of UEFA.

President Ceferin of UEFA. Photo: Getty. On the evening of April 20 (Hanoi time), The Times bringing one of the clubs MU, Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool may consider withdrawing from the Super League. Initially, the British “Bix Six” team was excited about the Super League project and agreed to participate as a co-founder. However, English teams, especially Liverpool and MU, faced fierce opposition from fans. Liverpool fans even burned shirts and raised banners to protest in front of Anfield. Fans of MU, Arsenal, and Tottenham also made drastic moves. Mundo Deportivo it is predicted that the first England team to withdraw from the Super League could be Man City or Chelsea. Super League is facing a stiff response from UEFA. On the afternoon of April 20, the World Football Federation (FIFA) spoke up to support UEFA. President Gianni Infantino stressed that the Super League wants to be separated from the football system. The head of FIFA declared that the teams have two options: to stay present, or to shake everything to go to the Super League. “There is no such thing as clubs on both sides,” Infantino said. Previously, UEFA threatened to remove the names of clubs from the domestic league and the playing fields under the organization’s management. The Premier League, La Liga and Serie A support UEFA’s plan. President Ceferin also warned players who played in the Super League are banned from EURO. In the opposite direction, only President Florentino Perez spoke up. The Super League head dismissed all criticism, and threatened the tournament. Perez said players should be assured because there will be no basis to ban them from attending the EURO or the World Cup.

The group of 12 founding clubs of the Super League announced that they have agreed and are ready to carry out a super project to break the European football structure. Before this information, there have been countless fierce reactions from experts and former players.
The introduction of the Super League will directly affect the survival of the Champions League, as well as a series of other domestic cup tournaments because of its size. Up to now, the media has said that 12 clubs have agreed to join the Super League founding group, and are waiting for 3 more names for the 15 group.

The Super League was the slap on UEFA’s Champions League restructuring project on 36 teams. The most powerful football agency in Europe affirmed it would do everything to prevent this “rude project”. Old continental football heads are also believed to be furious at the advent of the Super League. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is also part of the opposition, saying the Super League will “harm football” and is asking sports leaders to step in. The European Clubs Association (ECA) requested an emergency meeting over the weekend for the project, but none of the Super League founding groups attended. The participants were in fact only Ajax CEO Edwin van der Sar and representatives of Bayern and PSG. Not stopping there, representatives of the Premier League, Serie A and La Liga all oppose this plan. England participated in the Super League the most when the Big 6 including MU, Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham were all said to have agreed. Knowing this information, Gary Neville indignantly: “Everything is bullshit. I have been a MU fan for 40 years but I feel disgusting. I am most disgusted with MU and Liverpool. Gary Neville Liverpool, they are always proud of the slogan “You will never have to go alone”, which is the national team, the fan club. MU is a team with a history of 100 years from workers, but are they planning to give everything to an unbeatable tournament where they are not relegated? It’s a shame and we have to take back our power from the top clubs in this country, including mine. This is purely greed, they (the bosses) are club imposters. They have nothing to do with the football of this country. The fan community here is 100 years old, who live, love football and the club wholeheartedly. They need protection. I make a lot of money from football, I make a lot of money from football, I invest money in a football club. I am not against economic employment from football. But there need to be fair rules for a tournament, the right for a team like Leicester to win the league and go to the Champions League. MU is not even attending the Champions League. So are Arsenal and Tottenham. But do they want the privilege of taking part in top tournaments? A pathetic satire. Enough is enough, this greed needs to end. My responses are not based solely on feelings. I am very honest. Subtract 6 clubs from tomorrow, push them to the bottom of the chart and cut all their money. It takes strong action “. Agreeing with the old game, Sir Alex Ferguson responded: “Super League pulls back the 70-year history of European club football. As a player of Dunfermline provincial football in the 1960s and fourths. The way the Aberdeen manager won the European Cup Winners’ Cup, I understood that a team in Scotland attending the European Cup was like climbing Everest. Everton spent £ 500 million to build a new stadium with ambitions to attend the Champions League. Fans around the world love this tournament. When I was at MU, we reached the finals four times and those were always special nights. I am not sure if MU will participate in the Super League, but I am not part of the decision making.

New Tottenham business partner Dulux – a famous paint company – joked about the showroom of Spurs’ empty title despite the newly signed two parties.

Dulux joked about Spurs’ empty title showroom.

On the official Twitter page, Tottenham cheerfully announced: “We are pleased to announce that Dulux, the number one paint brand in the country, has become the club’s first official paint supplier.”

However, Spurs could not expect that it was this tweet that sparked a series of conversations “half-hearted and funny” created by Dulux himself. It is worth mentioning, the new partner does not hesitate to swirl into Tottenham’s empty-handed pain through responding to comments from fans.

Specifically, when an account named David Edwards commented: “From now on we can put paint cans in the cuproom because nothing else can seem to be there,” Dulux responded with pictures image of Tottenham’s empty cupboard, on which the words “For sale of unused cupboards. Contact: 0344.499.5000”.

Tottenham was ridiculed by Dulux.

The story doesn’t stop. When another fan commented, “Paint over this dusty, traditional room,” Dulux replied: “Don’t be silly. You have to clean the dust before you can paint.” Another looked at the company’s iconic Old English Sheepdog mascot and asked: “Can this dog kick the center-back?”. “Couldn’t be better,” Dulux replied, with an emoji of delighted smiles.

Dulux’s somewhat overly “new client” “care for” fans quickly became the focus of British media. The company subsequently had to erase its ridiculous responses to Tottenham, despite all the jokes for fun.

Dulux’s “tease” words added to the pain of Tottenham’s titleless title. The last time Spurs had lifted a trophy was in 2008, 13 years ago, when they won the League Cup.

This season, Tottenham is facing the opportunity to quench the thirst of the title when it reached the final of the League Cup, meeting Man City on April 25.

Tottenham aim to replace Jose Mourinho this summer after the team’s poor performance. Here are 6 potential candidates to replace the Portuguese strategist.

Mourinho is facing growing pressure at Tottenham. After losing to Man United last weekend, Spurs are now 6th on the rankings, 6 points behind the Champions League, 3 points behind the Europa League.

Spurs can still win tickets to the European Cup if they win the League Cup. But even then, they can only attend the UEFA Europa Conference League, the newly established European 3rd class arena and are expected to go into practice next year.

That may have been Spurs’ first title since 2008 but not enough to erase a failed season for the team if they fail to attend the major European arenas next season.

Chairman Daniel Levy is expected to find a new coach to replace Mourinho. Here are six potential candidates.

1. Nuno Santo

Santo is the top candidate to replace Mourinho at Tottenham

Former coach Valencia and Porto are having an unsuccessful season when Wolves are unlucky with injuries. Currently, this team is ranked 12th on the rankings, without having to worry about relegation but also no longer have the opportunity to attend the European Cup. However, Wolves’ successes in recent years are enough to prove Santo’s capabilities. Moreover, President Levy also admires the 47-year-old coach.

In January, there were rumors that Nuno Santo asked agent Jorge Mendes, who is also Mourinho’s agent, to help him find another club. And in case Mourinho is sacked by Spurs, Nuno Santo can dock Spurs.

2. Julian Nagelsmann

Nagelsmann is currently the coach of Leipzig. He is the youngest coach to reach the semi-finals of the Champions League with this feat last season. This season, Leipzig was eliminated by Liverpool from the eighth round but is still competing fiercely with Bayern in the Bundesliga arena.

Nagelsmann is one of the top coaches in Europe. He was linked to several Premier League football teams, including Chelsea before Tuchel was appointed. The play that the 33-year-old leader offers is enough to attract Levy if the Tottenham president decides to fire Mourinho.

3. Brendan Rodgers

Rodgers is flying high with Leicester in the Premier League, despite having limited financial potential, Tottenham’s BLD is in desperate need of this. Chairman Levy has reportedly wanted to appoint Rodgers in the past when he fired Redknapp in 2012.

Former Liverpool coach is considered one of the best strategists in the Premier League. He also did good jobs at Liverpool and Celtic before. And the challenge of making Tottenham a force is enough to attract the Northern Irish strategist.

4. Ralph Hasenhuttl

Hasenhuttl is currently coach Southampton. He used to help this team fly high earlier in the season but has been in decline recently. He is said to have many similarities with Pochettino, Mourinho’s predecessor was very successful at Tottenham.

The Austrian strategist is considered by experts to be one of the most talented coaches in the Premier League. Captain Southampton has a pretty special nickname “Jurgen Klopp of the Alps”.

5. Max Allegri

Allegri won 6 Serie A championships with AC Milan and Juventus. In an interview last year, he expressed interest in wanting to work in the UK and revealed that he is working hard to learn English.

Since then, there have been rumors that Allegri will accept a job at Man United, Chelsea and many other teams. Recruiting Allegri would be a successful deal for Daniel Levy.

6. Rafael Benitez

Benitez just broke up with the Chinese team in February and is looking for a job in England. Benitez’s only problem is that his football philosophy is somewhat pragmatic, promoting discipline that goes against Levy’s attacking direction.

He has brought Champions League titles, FA Cup and European Super Cup for Liverpool, Europa League titles for Chelsea and won many major trophies with Inter Milan, Valencia and Napoli. Most recently, Benitez helped Newcastle return to the Premier League. Benitez left Chinese football team Dalian Pro in January and will be open to the opportunity to return to work in the Premier League once again.
