Therefore, the idea of ​​lighting design for each area in the Park Hyatt Phu Quoc project is like arranging for each scene of a play. Here, the light not only needs to be beautifully designed, but also has to bring a “dramatic” feeling. The space is staged with many layers of metaphorical corridors to evoke a strong impression for visitors to stay. – As far as I know, this is the first project in Vietnam that applies dynamic lighting technology in the entire construction process. This technology is not only used in luxurious public areas, but also appears in each mansion. This is the first time in a resort where each bedroom is individually programmed with multiple lighting scenes, allowing to transform the atmosphere of each suite. The luxury of this project is also reflected in the fact that every area has a calibrated scenario, even the swimming pool and garden are programmed with many different lighting scenarios. Lighting solutions are designed to suit the time of day. If the morning light is gentle and elegant, the afternoon is romantic, then the evening brings a feeling of warmth and relaxation. These sensations are all adjusted through the brightness and tone of the light, from bright white to warm. The meticulous attention to detail is also reflected in the fact that we have a separate scenario for the sunset, which happens only 15 minutes. Designers had to calibrate at the scene, making sure the moment appeared just as the sun was about to set, and the transition matched when the last rays of sunlight disappeared. This process requires engineers to calculate the correct solar orbit whether it is the summer solstice, winter solstice, spring or autumn equinox. At the end of the romantic 15 minutes of sunset, the lighting is changed, setting the scene for the late afternoon when guests are about to leave the room for dinner, and will automatically activate to welcome the owner back to rest. . In addition, safety and comfort factors are also put on top. We have sensors all over the resort. Light sensor system, landscape lights will react to the weather environment to automatically activate when it’s raining, cloudy, low light… Thus, occupants will always feel safe and comfortable in every situation. time. These are just a few examples of the meticulous care in design that promises to bring an unforgettable experience to visitors at Park Hyatt Phu Quoc. – With such a unique design and technological requirements, the project had to use many custom-made decorative lights. These are unique lighting tools for the project, inspired by fisheries, fishing villages, moonlight… creating a poetic scene of Phu Quoc but also luxurious enough with the stature of Park Hyatt. I am especially interested in the design of the lights in the garden, they are accented with round spheres, giving off a very interesting amber light. The light of each sphere is filtered through a layer of ivory silk fabric, creating a magical golden color that cannot be reproduced with modern lights. This is also a bold experiment, combining modern design and traditional Vietnamese techniques. Besides, the lamps that project plants meticulously hidden in brown glazed crockery are also a very Vietnamese mark. Or a pair of seemingly simple night lights, but inside use LED chips with turnable white technology from 3,000K to super warm 2,200K colors, to almost accurately simulate the magical light of the candles only in the palace. old. – In order to have many lighting scenes for each space in the resort villa, tree, lake, etc., the control system must be invested with modern scale. Sanction and then ‘ignore’ for mistakes

Mr. Tran Van Nhung, living in hamlet 6, Tuy Lac village, Thuy Trieu commune, Thuy Nguyen district, accused Tran Van Thuan and his son Tran Van Thanh of buying land in hamlet 6, Tuy Lac village of Mr. Huan for speculation.

In the process of pouring land for building walls, Mr. Thuan and Mr. Thanh encroached on the drainage ditch of the whole village (500 households) with a total area of ​​95m2.

This incident happened for many years. Although Mr. Nhung repeatedly reported and complained to the Commune People’s Committee, the government did not resolve it, but even mobilized to withdraw the petition.

“Mr. Thuan’s family has encroached on the entire eastern drainage ditch of the whole hamlet with an area of ​​75 square meters, encroaching the southern lane with a width of 2 meters and a length of 10 meters. Every rain, the water cannot be drained, so it floods the whole village, the waste flows into people’s houses, affecting crops … ”, Mr. Nhung is annoyed.

On the other hand, Mr. Nhung also denounced that, from 2017 – 2018, the People’s Committee of Thuy Trieu commune ignored Mr. Thuan’s family to pour stone bricks and tender lime into the rice fields that had been bought from the people and built factories and buildings. try on farmland thousands of square meters.

Regarding this, according to PV’s research, from April 2010 to June 2010, the People’s Committee of Thuy Trieu commune has issued a decision to sanction an administrative violation against Mr. Thuan’s household in the illegal construction area 924m2. with the amount of 2 million VND, then ‘shut up’ until now, while the factory continues to exist and operate on agricultural land.

Serial error

Since the wrongdoing is not completely handled, up to now, in the area of ​​hamlet 6, Tuy Lac village, Thuy Trieu commune, in addition to Mr. Thuan’s mistake, the People’s Committee of Thuy Trieu commune continues to detect a number of other households also encroaching. thousands of square meters of agricultural land.

For example, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Rum’s household and some other households built, gardened on agricultural land 828m2; Mr. Le Van Ngan’s household built on agricultural land, 445m2; household of Mr. Tran Van Hung illegally building on agricultural land is 270m2 …

According to PV’s research, in addition to signs of letting go of management and ‘ignoring’ the wrongdoing that existed in the area for many years, in 2001, the People’s Committee of Thuy Trieu commune granted authorized bond land to 6 households in the area. pond area of ​​Tuy Lac village, of which there is 1 land lot currently being used by Mr. Van Thuan.

Up to now, although nearly 20 years have passed, the case has not been resolved completely, although the people have fulfilled their financial obligations to the state, the commune has collected land but not paid to the budget and 6 households. has not been granted a land use right certificate.

The question is, why are thousands of square meters of rice cultivated land encroached upon, used for the wrong purpose in a long time but not discovered, in the case that the local government was found not to be completely dealt with. .

On the other hand, the violation happened on a large scale, quite clearly, but the local authorities only verified and handled them when there were recommendations from the people, causing frustration in public opinion.
