Choosing apartments with a natural living environment will continue to be the trend of the majority of customers in 2021 and the future.

Natural green spaces are always the desire of many families In the past few years, the high rate of urbanization has made the living environment in big cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City stifling. People are often confined in an “industrial” space with concrete, glass doors and especially smoke and waste from vehicles. A green space with fresh air has become the desire of many people. In particular, the fact that families spend time every weekend to participate in resort and fun activities outside the city has become a habit. Or as with families with good economic conditions, choosing an apartment that is close to nature, in harmony with nature has become a top priority, even though the location of the apartment may be far from the center or the cost. expensive. According to Stanford University research, walking in nature instead of an urban environment helps reduce anxiety, stress and negative influences, while enhancing cognitive ability and improving work performance. Living space close to nature also plays an important role as a connection between people and people. All the above factors make modern residents want to find green living trends to balance and enjoy life. Around the world, the trend of bringing nature into your own living space has become very close and popular, such as in Copenhagen (Denmark), Ho Chi Minh City. Reykjavik (Iceland), City. Malmo (Sweden), Vancouver (Canada), Ecuador, Sydney (Australia), Colombia, Curitiba (Brazil), England…. In Asia, Singapore is one of the leading countries in urban green space design. The “Lion Island” is overwhelmed by the harmonious alternation between high-rise buildings and the proportion of trees. In Australia, two cities. Sydney and Melbourne have applied the form of greening roofs in shopping centers to attract visitors while improving the environment for residents and workers. The city government encourages residents to plant trees on the roof and turn office walls into green walls. The form of planting trees on the roof is also very diverse, from small and simple Styrofoam boxes to a garden with an area of up to 2,600m2 on the roof of Mcentral building, Harris Street, Pyrmont area, City. Sydney… D’. El Dorado is one of the rare projects that owns a large natural green space Meanwhile in Vietnam, taking advantage of green spaces from nature is still a rarity for real estate projects. The narrow land fund and high population density have pushed apartment buildings to become more secret than ever. In the context that modern customers are more and more concerned about the quality of the living environment, forcing investors to build more artificial green spaces in the project site and make the most of natural green spaces. provided by the surrounding environment. That explains why project D’. El Dorado II of investor Tan Hoang Minh has become the first choice of customers who love green life. Located in a prime location right next to West Lake – the natural “green lung” of Hanoi capital, D’. El Dorado II owns a truly natural fresh living environment with more than 500ha of West Lake water surface and a system of green trees running along the lake. Besides, with a unique location, residents at D’. El Dorado II also enjoys the cool breeze blowing from the romantic Red River. According to many scientific studies, the lake not only helps purify the air, but also reduces the ambient temperature by 2-4 degrees Celsius in the summer, increases humidity by 5-12% and reduces 2-4 .5% of solar radiation, while enhancing the circulation of cool and hot air flows between adjacent areas of the city. In particular, not only purifying the air to help people stay healthy and full of energy, but the lake also contributes to the joy of life, helps circulate energy, relieves stress, helps to refresh the spirit, and relieves stress. relieve anxiety, increase resistance. The large balcony has a panoramic view of West Lake and helps make the most of the fresh air Understanding the preeminent advantages of the project with large natural spaces, in each apartment, Tan Hoang Minh Group did not hesitate to invest in a system of large glass doors and balconies to maximize the space. green, natural light and fresh air of this place. With a prime location to make the most of the natural green areas, sophisticated architecture and a diverse system of internal utilities, project D’. El Dorado II will surely satisfy customers who are looking forward to a green life in harmony with nature.

Mr. Vu Van Hung, Chairman of the City People’s Committee said, Buon Ma Thuot was developed with the orientation of Ecology-Identity-Intelligence and has internal resources to build the city to reach the expected stature.
Buon Ma Thuot is a historical place – associated with the victory of Buon Ma Thuot, the opening of the general offensive and uprising, in the spring of 1975, leading to the complete liberation of the South and reunification of the country on April 30. 1975.

Buon Ma Thuot is also the source of Vietnamese coffee beans, the economic nucleus of the Central Highlands. After 46 years of construction and development, Buon Ma Thuot gradually becomes the central urban area of the Central Highlands, both vibrant, youthful, modern, and deeply rooted in history and traditional culture. Shop of gratitude – city of sincerity Buon AKô Dhong, Tan Loi ward, Buon Ma Thuot city, in the days approaching the 46th anniversary of Buon Ma Thuot’s liberation, became more and more bustling. Outside, cars carrying tourists parked in a long line. Inside is wood, is bamboo, is filled with cement; is the sound of human voices, machine noises under construction. Dozens of traditional Ede houses on stilts are being erected, interspersed with mossy ones surrounded by green tea fences, multi-colored hibiscus flowers, walled bushes and mausoleums. purple flowers are in bloom. The nearly three-acre plot of land belonging to the Ancient Elder of the village Ama H’Rin, the founder of AKo Dhong village, is probably the busiest construction site. The thorny bamboos from the Buon Don forest, almost as big as a thigh, were piled up next to the fence. Large bundles of le, a type of bamboo as small as the handle of a hoe, are filled in a floating tank with a tarpaulin. Ama Jenni, the youngest son-in-law of the late village elder Ama H’Rin, with the muscular body of a descendant of Dam San, was sweating profusely with a group of workers who built large cedarwood pillars that one person hugged, forming columns on stilts . He said, on this mold, an architectural complex, mainly the traditional Ede, is being restored, with a system of valuable wooden columns such as katchi and incense; wooden floors covered with bamboo and bamboo walls, just like the houses that Ama H’Rin built more than 60 years ago. Seeing customers admiring the scale and curious about the purpose, Ama Jenni calmly: “Nothing, Ako Dhong is a rich merchant”! He also revealed that this is not a tourist area, nor a big family’s house, but built according to the wishes of ADuon H’Riu – the wife of the late village elder Ama H’Rin, in memory of the person who had openly give birth and shape the identity of the merchant. “The Ede people don’t like to be too calculating economically. If you feel you need to do it, do it. To let their children and grandchildren see how their forefathers have devoted themselves.” AKô Dhong, in Ede language means “watershed”, because it was established at the upstream of 6 streams: Ea Giang, Ea Dung, Ea Ding, Ea Pii, Thun M’nung and Ea Nuol. The source of water flows all year round and the green watershed strip of 4 seasons, the long houses built and embellished for 3 generations, along with rich traditional culture, has now become the tourist center of Buon Ma Thuot. . Investors in the province, outside the province, have invested here in modern restaurants and hotels, while the children of the Ede people have risen up with their beautiful, deep and sincere qualities. Like Ms. Hlen Niê, from “fairy house”, “fairy garden” left by her parents, she built Arul coffee shop which is also full of “fairy tales”, famous throughout the coffee capital of Ban Me. , is found by many tourists near and far. Although affirming economic benefits from Arul Coffee, for H’Len Niê, Ede culture is even more important. “Culture itself is a beauty, a separate thing, nothing can be exchanged. If you open a shop with only the goal of making money, you will lose culture in return.” Less than a howl from Arul Coffee, Mrs. H’Kjap Niê has also built Ako Ea tourist area, with thousands of square meters of community space, many souvenir stalls, and many accommodation rooms built of natural materials. Nature… All filled with flowers, green forest, coffee aroma, murmuring stream, T’rung guitar and throbbing gongs. Only 3 years of operation, but A Ko Ea has become an ecological and cultural address for families in Buon Ma Thuot to come every weekend, a familiar address for many delegations from other provinces. . Celebrating the 46th anniversary of national reunification, Ms. H’Kjap Niê quietly added to the bookshelf in each room a set of Vietnamese history books and accelerated preparations for the three-region culinary festival, right on the 30th. 4/4 and 1/5. “After 46 years of reunification, Dak Lak has 46-47 ethnic brothers residing together. Therefore, I want people to come here to see the history, see the tradition; experience natural living and see the beautiful customs of the Ede. Particularly on big holidays, there are always suitable activities for a large community to gather and share,” said Ms. H’Kjap. Green city – fragrant city Buon Ma Thuot with a bright future, a central city in the Central Highlands. Mr. Nguyen Van Toan is a photographer with nearly 30 years of seniority at Buon Ma Thuot Junction, so he witnessed every small change of the city. According to Mr. Toan, in recent years, Buon Ma Thuot has urbanized very quickly, causing many people to worry that architectural works will overwhelm nature. But the reality is the opposite, the more urbanized, the greener, cleaner and more beautiful Buon Ma Thuot is. “In the past, around this Junction 6 were full of small buildings, pressed close to the road, causing a feeling of narrowness. Then the city rebuilt with buildings from 6 to 18 floors, but deep inside, so the street is very spacious. The ground floor buildings in the Cultural Center campus were demolished by the province, so there is more space. In general, Buon Ma Thuot Junction has very beautiful architecture, very large space, lots of green trees, very beautiful. Guests like to take souvenir photos in this area,” said Mr. Nguyen Van Toan. Along the streets of Buon Ma Thuot, an impressive highlight for locals and visitors is the populations of trees and flowers. The temporary markets, the wasteland corners of the inner city of Buon Ma Thuot, have all been renovated into flower gardens. The fully functional Analog TV tower was dismantled by the province, built into a square with a lot of sports equipment, for the masses to freely roam and exercise. Often taking her young daughter for a walk every afternoon, Ms. Tran Thi Yen, Tu An ward, Buon Ma Thuot city feels satisfied: “The city is full of green parks; The air here is clean and safe. I really enjoy living here.” Despite being a young city, rising from the remnants of war and the red dust of the sky, in a short time, Buon Ma Thuot has reached its sophistication in development. If a house is built high, it must be deep to avoid confinement; Every street corner, every flowerbed, park, square shows the philosophy of green development, towards community benefits. And right in the center, an empty street where drug problems were difficult to handle before, has been radically changed when it was built into a land of knowledge and fragrance. Buon Ma Thuot Coffee and Book Street, after 4 years of construction, has become an interesting meeting place for businessmen; where the writers and poets of Dak Lak organize the launch of new books, where tourists and the public inside and outside the province relax and settle down. According to Mr. Hoang Danh Huu, Director of Miss Ede Coffee Company, a member of the Coffee Book Street, this place is now almost an “exchange floor”, a place to organize meetings and promote many people. Commercial transactions were rekindled, many investment cooperations formed and many startup ideas were implemented. “The government has an open policy for businesses to help spread the reading culture, local culture and coffee culture. That is a success,” said Mr. Huu. Bright future “Brilliant” is not an exaggeration of the future of Buon Ma Thuot. That future is not only reflected in issued policies, such as the Politburo’s Conclusion No. 60 in 2009 on building Buon Ma Thuot into a central urban area in the Central Highlands; Conclusion No. 67 of 2019 on economic and social development of Buon Ma Thuot or in the idea of Buon Ma Thuot-Nha Trang Expressway. The future of the city is reflected in what has been and is being built: Ea Tam Lake in the city center and East-West Boulevard, connecting Buon Ma Thuot Airport with the city center. In particular, Lake Ea Tam under construction, 35 hectares wide, one and a half times larger than Xuan Huong Da Lat Lake, will “paint dragons and eyes” for the highland city, a great highlight for prosperous feng shui, bringing vitality. for dozens of new urban clusters. East-West Boulevard not only shortens the distance from the center to the harbour, but also helps Buon Ma Thuot show off its rich beauty. 8km of the boulevard, in turn, leads people through one of the oldest precious timber forests in Vietnam, with varieties of Christmas, teak, star, planted in the 194x; through the fragrant rice fields of the Muong, Thai, and Tay people opened and cultivated; through immense coffee and durian gardens, through the largest general hospital in the Central Highlands… Mr. Vu Van Hung, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City. Mr. Vu Van Hung, Chairman of the City People’s Committee said, Buon Ma Thuot was developed with the orientation of Ecology-Identity-Intelligence and has internal resources to build the city to reach the expected stature. “Buon Ma Thuot is the coffee capital of the country and also a major coffee address in the world. There are research institutes on agro-forestry, hygiene and epidemiology; There is a university in the national key group, which is the center of plant varieties of the Central and Central Highlands” – Mr. Vu Van Hung confidently From the economic aspect, Mr. Vu Van Hung affirmed, along with the key projects of the state that have been surveyed and invested, many investors, enterprises and large corporations have followed each other. to Buon Ma Thuot. Dozens of large and small projects, with a total cost of hundreds of thousands of billion VND proposed by private investors, help Buon Ma Thuot to raise its wings and become a radiant city in the middle of the Central Highlands. ./.

The domestic paint market is diverse in types and models. Photo: Thanh Luan The race to attract customers The paint market has accompanied the development of the building materials industry and thrived in the last 10 years. With hundreds of brands from foreign to domestic, paint products are increasingly diverse in types, features, colors… Mr. Nguyen Tien Quan – owner of a paint agent on Phung Khoang Street (Nam Tu Liem, Ha Noi). Noi) said that the current paint market is a race to attract customers of domestic and foreign enterprises. From the “big guys” like Jotun, Dulux, Nippon Paint, 4 Oranges to many small and medium brands like Galaxy, Alex, Kavic, Joton, Jymec… are all trying to establish a foothold in the market, continuously. improved, diversified in types, features, colors… making the competition somewhat fierce.
For example, with AkzoNobel, the company’s main product line is Dulux Weathershield for exterior paint, Dulux 5 in 1 for interior paint, developed and applied cooling feature with reflective technology. Heat reduces the outside temperature of the wall compared to conventional outdoor paint. Or as Jotun Vietnam marketed anti-fading Jotashield exterior paint products, helping to prolong the time of repainting the house. Meanwhile, paint products Mykolor, Spec of 4 Oranges are integrated with environmentally friendly properties, do not contain lead, mercury…
However, according to market analysts, in the face of pressure from the “big guys”, domestic paint firms, although inferior, are not afraid to approach the market. The focus on research and development of unique features to make a difference has helped domestic enterprises maintain their brands, output, and customer market share. “For example, Kavic has launched the KA-388 interior polish product on the market, the KA-683 exterior polish is quite good, easy to install, very affordable. Besides, there are also anti-reflective paint products. KA-889 cement absorbent application Nano technology, waterproof feature, ultraviolet rays are popular “- Mr. Nguyen Tien Quan information.
Choose the right product for the function
Through reference, paint shop owners all said that the choice of water-based paint for both individual housing projects or large projects focuses on three factors: Price, quality and brand. Next, we will consider the advantages that paint brands bring (coverage, gloss, color, aesthetics and criteria such as anti-cracking, self-cleaning…), until the product line is approved. make sure to sign a contract to choose that brand. The price is also diverse for consumers to choose, on the market recorded ranging from 350,000 to 2,500,000 VND/barrel, depending on quality, good adhesion, easy to clean, anti-mold and body. environmentally friendly.
But depending on the geographical conditions, environment, weather and climate of each project, there will be appropriate paint products. The criteria for evaluating indoor wall paint are different from outdoor wall paint, so the same paint cannot be applied to evaluate good or bad. Therefore, consumers can rely on a number of criteria such as paints provided from reputable brands, sold at genuine stores. Water-based paint needs to ensure factors such as diverse and rich colors, good features, high adhesion, long-term color fastness, not affecting the user’s health as well as the environment.
Ms. Pham Hoa, owner of Phu Minh wall paint and construction agent, Linh Duong street (Hoang Mai, Hanoi) said that the trend of house paint colors this year is mostly in the direction of “tone – slick – tone” when The color of the furniture in the house is in harmony with the paint color of the wall, emerging 4 main colors, which are: gray, cream brown, dark blue and pastel blue. Gray color is for customers who love luxury for the context and decoration in the living space. With cream brown color will bring a sense of politeness, peaceful beauty, full of sunshine, like being illuminated by the sun everywhere in the house. Pastel blue or dark blue brings a feeling of coolness and relaxation, and at the same time brings a feeling of freshness, sophistication and aesthetics.
The growth of the paint market will be resonated with the recovery of the real estate market. When the market appears more and more manufacturing enterprises, the competition becomes more and more fierce, so customers have more choices. Most paint companies have launched many products with improvements in features and capacity at different prices to meet the needs of the increasingly vibrant building materials market. As more and more construction works, manufacturers also compete with each other to develop sustainable brands. Consumers also have many choices because of the variety of designs, colors, and decorative paints that have begun to invade the market before the rapidly increasing demand for use.
