<p> The resolution sets out specific goals by 2025, striving to have 13.5 million trade union members, most enterprises with 25 workers, or more employees have trade unions, by 2023 strive to have 12 million unions. tablets; strive for 80% or more of enterprises and units with trade unions to sign collective labor agreements, reaching more than 70% by 2023. Besides, building strong enough financial resources to perform well the functions and tasks of the trade union; strengthen the leadership of the Party over the organization and activities of the trade union; perfecting policies and laws, strengthening and improving the efficiency of coordination between state agencies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, economic organizations, and social organizations with trade unions.
