This is the time to turn the room into a ‘home office’ that brings excitement and incubates new initiatives.
  Choose corner look

Prioritize the location with natural light, the perfect direction is the window view. Let’s start by choosing the viewing angle for the desk. Prioritize the location with natural light, the perfect direction is the window view. However, if you do not have the conditions, you can choose the corner of the room so that you can take advantage of the decor on both walls. “Minimalist” desk What should appear on the table is a laptop, a writing box and a desk lamp. Do not leave many items on the table, especially magazines and books, they will make the table become cramped and you are also easily distracted. What should appear on the table is a laptop, a writing box and a desk lamp. Make use of shelves and baskets Books, papers and stationery should be grouped and put on shelves. Books, papers and stationery should be grouped and stored on shelves, baskets or in wooden crates with unimportant, rarely used documents. Ceramic vases can be used to store stationery, which is both economical and beautiful. Book display space The secret to displaying books and magazines is to categorize them by category. The secret to displaying books and magazines is to categorize them by category. Each category selects only the best, most frequently used books to put on shelves. Each group of books and newspapers will be spaced by a picture frame or a small flower pot. This is both aesthetically pleasing and makes you feel more interested in reading than looking at shelves with layers of books. Unification The synchronization always brings a sense of luxury and professionalism Creating unity in decor using storage boxes, records and accessories with the same color. Use color to categorize documents Create more space by categorizing documents, each group of documents is contained in similar color and texture covers, each with clearly labeled labels that will make you search. However, do not separate more than 5 types! Schedule and To-do list These two items are considered a must-have-item of the working and studying corner. These two items are considered must-have-item of work and study corners. They not only help you organize your work, but also control the progress of your work. Besides the basic grid templates, you can design your own Schedule styles that you find most convenient. Pin board (Pin-board) Pin-board both decorates your workspace and gives you better control over your work. Battery-board equally important, because it is the place to inspire you to study. Let’s create an inspiration corner in your own way! Emergency area This area should be arranged in a place that is easily visible and prominent. There is an area for important documents that need to be addressed immediately and labeled by urgency. Convenient trash can location Avoid stacking trash on the table or throwing it on the floor. A good workspace is when you don’t need to look but can still throw trash and bins, avoiding the situation of stacking garbage on the table or throwing it on the floor.

Organize Storage is always the biggest headache in the house. Neatness is not enough, how to make the house look airy, storage items must be beautiful, delicate …
  1. Sort

It is extremely important to arrange items by classification, color, and size so that they are neat. They help you never have to rummage through just to find one thing and always easily see what you’re looking for. Use clear cardboard or plastic boxes to prevent items from getting mixed up. Sort items by classification, color, size. 2. Big and small space division Instead of spreading items evenly throughout the house, divide the space big and small. The main space of the house should reduce furniture, making the space larger. Meanwhile, the storage items should be concentrated in one place, easy to find when needed, and save space. Storage items should be concentrated in one place. 3. Hide the clutter When the storage items are gathered in one place, of course this area will become very cramped and messy. Use curtains to hide the clutter and make the space feel more open. Use curtains to hide the clutter. 4. Wrapping paper for storage objects If reusing storage items such as suitcases, wooden crates, tin cans… they don’t always look good. Take the trouble to buy wrapping paper and wrap those things outside. Depending on the color of the wrapping paper you can turn them into a beautiful accent in the room. Use paper to wrap cans, wooden crates, tin boxes for reuse. 5. Take advantage of standing space What has no place to store on the ground, hang it up, from small objects like a key or as big as a bicycle, there is always a solution for you. If you know how to make use of vertical space, your house will save considerable space. And here are some suggestions for using vertical space: Behind the door: For many people, the door only works to ensure privacy, so the space behind the door is often neglected and wasted. You can fully utilize the back as an efficient storage space. Take advantage of the back of the door for efficient storage. Horizontal bars: Used to hang shoes, clothes or bags. Do not underestimate these horizontal bars, they are extremely useful. Pegboard : Perforated panels are the ultimate solution for heavy hanging objects. Not to mention, its advantage is that you can decorate and arrange the position according to your liking. If you know how to sort, pegboard Can completely become a “work of art” in the house! Note, depending on the capacity of the hanging object that drills a large or small hole, the heavier the object, the larger the hole for the hanger must be. If you know how to sort, pegboard Can completely become a “work of art” in the house! Tube length: The long tube, after being glued to the wall, can be used to store light objects such as stationery, needles…. The beautifully wrapped long tubes both help to store your belongings and beautify your home. Wall mount: Used to store clear plastic jars that you can hold 1001 things in. The wall mount is both space-saving and holds many things. Paper towel holder: Reusable tissue holder to store keys or ribbons. Smart reuse will bring convenience to your life. “Sewing” the bag for the wall Empty walls are a great storage space if you know how to use them. 6. Label the boxes Store unused or rarely used items in boxes, wicker bins or simply cardboard or plastic bins. Notes and labels for each type of box/box. Even when stacking boxes of all kinds on top of cabinets or in storage, you won’t have to worry about messing up your search if you label and label them carefully from the beginning. 7. Use trays with dividers, compartments Divide compartments in drawers to store things more scientifically, allowing separate, unmistakable items to be stored, making it easy to find when needed. Keeping things apart will help keep items separate, unmistakable, making it easy to find when needed. The trays will help you store your sundries neatly. The trays will help you store your sundries neatly and less cluttered. In particular, use a tray with divided compartments, allowing to store separate items, not being confused, making it easy to find when needed. 8. Store items on top of cabinets or under the bed These are the two most often neglected spaces while they can completely store a lot of items. Hoang Vu Thu Thao graduated from banking, but when she graduated, she passed the flight attendant exam of Vietnam Airlines and worked there for 3 years.

After that, she got married and moved with her husband to Kolding (Denmark). Thu Thao and his wife. Thu Thao enjoys blogging about cooking, gardening and taking care of children. Before moving to a 900m2 garden house, she and her husband lived in a pretty wooden house with a small garden. Thao’s old house is close to the pedestrian street center, near schools and universities. Within a radius of 800m, there are 7 supermarkets, pharmacies, building materials … Thu Thao’s husband helped his wife build a garden, packed wooden boxes to grow all kinds of Vietnamese fruits such as: perilla, water spinach, chrysanthemum, mint, coriander, dill, zucchini, spinach, bean sprout parking … These are simple but expensive things in the country. The small garden in front of the house is planted by Thu Thao with many trees, vegetables and spices. After a month of helping her husband build a garden and take care of vegetables, she lost nearly 8kg, her skin was black but happy with the results obtained. Herbal green vegetables self-grown, provided for daily meals. She just said goodbye to that small house with a Vietnamese garden, containing the couple’s enthusiasm, moved to a garden house with a width of 900 square meters. She and her husband used to visit this house last year, but since they were both making financial investments, the plan was postponed. From the first time she saw the house, she had a feeling of familiarity. She told her husband that she really liked the house. After that, the house was also not for sale. A year later, they saved a little more money so decided to buy a new house. Every day, she goes to the website to search for apartments according to her needs. I did not expect to see the house I like to appear. All purchase and sale procedures went smoothly, the paperwork only took place within 2 weeks, and she and her husband took the key to move in. Her old house was renovated, rented, and saved. Because the old house has a beautiful location, close to the pedestrian center, near universities and the south center of the city, it is very easy to rent out. The new house is under renovation and has not yet been decorated. Thao shared that the location of the new house is not as central as the old house, but it is also quite comfortable. The house is 200m from the supermarket, the gas station, the stadium, the soccer field, the kindergarten to the secondary school within a radius of 800m, the 5-minute drive from the commercial center. The house features Nordic style with simple but comfortable and modern furniture. She said she would rebuild the garden, plant a lot of flowers, vegetables and fruits like the old house. The house is located in the middle of the garden, with a front yard and back yard.
Unfortunately, the 19-year-old does not have the money to cover the costs of the immigration plan nor can he afford a plane ticket to return home. Realizing he had not many options, Robson came up with a plan to pack himself in a box and send it home by air.

Now, more than 50 years after his risky journey, Robson once again tells his story hoping to help him find two old friends to help him pack and send them back to the UK.

“The last time I spoke to John and Paul was when one of the men knocked on the barrel asking if I was okay. When I say okay, they wish me luck and hope to see each other again soon, ”Robson told CNN Travel.

Spectacular idea

A year before deciding to pack himself back home, Robson was a bus assistant in Wales. He found another job at the Victorian Railways railway company – the main railway operator in Victoria (Australia) at that time.

Immediately after his 19th birthday, Robson bought a plane ticket to Australia in the hope of changing his life. However, when he came to Melbourne and took a job, Robson found that the living conditions here were too big and decided to return home. He worked for a railway company for about 6-7 months, then changed to work as a paper mill worker.

Despite wanting to return to his homeland, Robson had financial difficulties, when the Australian government asked him to reimburse the support fee that brought him here just as he needed money to fly home.

“Costs fall from about $ 960 to over $ 1,000. But every week I only earn 41 USD. That’s not possible, ”Robson calculated.

Robson met two friends John and Paul while on his way back to the inn. The three quickly became close. When they went to a trade show, they saw a booth from UK-based shipping company Pickfords with the ad: “We can deliver anything, anywhere.” .

That advertisement gave Robson the idea of risking. The very next day, Robson went to the office of Qantas Airlines in Melbourne to find out the process of sending a package abroad. He carefully notes the size and weight of the allowed package, as well as the required documents and shipping fees.

After having enough information, Robson returned to the inn and discussed with the two friends. They take at least a month to prepare everything. All three bought a wooden box with dimensions of 76 x 66 x 96 cm to ensure the inside of the box has enough room to hold both Robson and suitcase.

Robson brought a pillow, a flashlight, a water bottle, a urine bottle and a small hammer to open the box when he arrived in London. All three also rehearsed once before officially suing Robson sent back to England.

The journey is full of pain

“The first 10 minutes of being in the box is pretty good. But my knees started to tighten when pressed against my chest, ”Robson recalls. The parcel with Robson was loaded onto the plane just hours after he arrived at the airport.

Robson’s first British journey to the UK was a 90-minute flight from Melbourne to Sydney. However, Robson was in great pain.

When the package arrived in Sydney, the staff members put it upside down on the runway. “I was upside down on my neck and head during the 22 hours in transit,” Robson describes.

Due to running out of cargo space on Qantas to London, Robson’s cargo had to board another plane to Los Angeles (USA) and the journey was extended.

“This flight takes about 5 days. I couldn’t take any more pain and couldn’t breathe normally. I fell asleep and lost consciousness, ”said Robson, trapped in the shadow of a box and struggling with pain and hallucinations. “There was a time when I felt like I was going to die. I just want everything to happen quickly ”.

When the plane landed at its final destination, Robson waited until night to use his hammer to remove the nails from the box and escape. However, his plan was not flawed because two people working at the airport discovered light from inside the cargo box.

“Those people must be amazed. Someone kept screaming, someone was here. I cannot answer. I could neither speak nor move, ”Robson realized he was in America because of the voices of the other two employees.

After confirming that the people in the cargo box were alive and not posing any threat, the airport staff rushed Robson to the hospital. The guy takes at least 6 days in the hospital to recover.

Although Robson came to the US illegally, he did not face any charges. Robson was even arranged to fly to London in the first class seat.

The media hunted as soon as Robson arrived at London airport on May 18, 1965. Robson said his family felt very happy when his son returned but they were not satisfied with what he did.

In the days that followed, Robson haunted his time in the box and guilt over his two friends. Robson never thought of the case that if he died on that trip, his two friends would face criminal charges.

Now, as a 76-year-old man, Robson wants to see his two friends again and apologize to them.
