1. Cancel the policy of “1:1 for general job diversion” upon graduation from junior high school, and universalize general high school education in an all-round way. Let the children go to high school as much as possible, and use the high school diploma as the basic diploma for the young people in the future. 2. Implement 12 years of compulsory education, 6 years of elementary school + 3 years of junior high school + 3 years of high school, cancel the high school entrance examination, and implement nearby enrollment at all stages.
