Over a period of more than 20 years, the company has been experimenting with salt spraying in the lab on more than 8,000 samples. More than 10,000 other samples were exposed to samples at 22 different exposure points across Australia and around the world. In addition, 50 model houses of different applications and 5 models were built for testing in real world conditions and in harsh marine environments. These are remarkable numbers of serious investment, making up the remarkable success of current Activate technology. More than 18,000 prototypes have been tested over 20 years to verify the corrosion resistance of Activate technology. More than 20 patents protected worldwide Another indispensable number is that Activate technology is also granted more than 20 patents protecting manufacturing technology and unique coating structure.
