On May 27, the Adventure Playground Project in Khau Pha valley (Cao Pha commune, Mu Cang Chai district, Yen Bai province) was officially introduced to people and visitors. The project is formed from the combination of two social enterprises, Think Playgrounds (TPG) and Khau Pha Friends (KPF).

The Adventure Playground project is co-created with the indigenous community, including a system of play spots close to nature located in the Khau Pha valley. In addition to the amusement park Kham Tang Nha (Thai means “giant chair”) designed specifically by the stream with swings and climbing frames, visitors can also experience the folk games of the river. Thai people, such as: Throwing cone, fast tom, catching swallows, catching fish, flying kites, rocking the fields… With a team of local guides, visitors – especially children and families will cultural experiences that are enjoyable, rewarding and safe. The playground is designed as a journey of discovery for young families with the desire to create opportunities for parents and children to interact with each other more, and at the same time, share cultural stories, birth scenes, etc. activities in the Northwest highlands. This is also an opportunity for highland children to have fun and interact with children from the city. Children have fun at Khau Pha Adventure Playground. In the coming time, Adventure Playground will be developed into a unique tourism product of It Thai village in Khau Pha. This is a responsible community-based tourism project owned by Thai people, with the goal of helping tourists discover and experience, children have a useful playground and close to nature, thereby creating more sustainable livelihoods. sustainable, contributing to improving the lives of local people and spreading the cultural identity of the Black Thai people in Khau Pha.
