According to the Department of Planning and Investment of Bac Ninh province, in the first 5 months of 2021, this locality has attracted 75 new investment projects inside and outside the industrial park.
5 months, Bac Ninh granted new investment registration for 52 foreign investment projects Specifically, from the beginning of the year until now, the whole province has granted new investment registration for 23 domestic investment projects with a total investment capital of 8,248,456 billion VND; granting adjusted investment registration for 36 investment projects, including 12 capital adjusted projects with the total adjusted capital increasing by VND 3,442.36 billion; adjusted 1 project for industrial park infrastructure investors with total additional investment capital of 1,180.37 billion VND, equivalent to 51.32 million USD. Accumulated up to now, Bac Ninh province has granted 1,455 valid investment registered projects to domestic investors with a total adjusted investment capital of 210,505.18 billion VND. With foreign investment projects, in the first 5 months of the year, Bac Ninh province has granted 52 new projects with a total registered capital of 320,691 million USD. Adjusted capital for 33 projects, with an increased adjusted capital of USD 43,607 million. Along with that, there were 22 times of capital contribution, share purchase and capital contribution with a value of 9,174 million USD. So far, Bac Ninh province has granted investment registration to 1,663 valid foreign investment projects with the total registered investment capital after adjustment and capital contribution to buy and buy shares, the contributed capital reaching 20,045 ,006 million USD. According to the Ministry of Planning and Investment, Bac Ninh is currently ranked 7th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide in terms of attracting foreign direct investment. Particularly in May 2021, Bac Ninh province has granted new investment registration for 14 foreign investment projects with a total registered capital of 61,072 million USD.
