These are two duplex villas in a project area, built on two floors with two separate stair systems. Lakeside location with a very nice view behind the house. When working with the architect, the owner requested to merge the two villas into one with two master rooms but only one system of stairs and elevators, convenient for traffic of all spaces in the house. Homeowners also share that they like bold, strong and cozy tones. Dining room. Kitchen. When surveying the status quo, the architect realized the value of the view from the back of the house to the lake and proposed a solution to arrange two master spaces on two floors behind the house so that the owners can enjoy the beautiful view, at the same time. Time from each room can access the ladder system in the best way. The front space will arrange additional spaces. Bedroom 1. Home office area in bedroom 1. Bath and toilet block in bedroom 1. Walk in closet of bedroom 1. Regarding the interior, also based on the color preferences of the owner, the architect recommends using dark brown and black tones as the main color, combined with gold and bordaux red accents to create warmth. pressure, luxury. Gradient and rust effect paint materials add lively options for family members of different ages. The wood is not painted with PU but uses an oil-infused paint, making the wood appear to be stained with time naturally. Looks more sentimental but still protects the material well. Furniture is custom built and selected from well known brands. Different views of the master bedroom. Walk in closet and toilet block of master bedroom. Thus, in this project of renovating and combining two villas into one, based only on the needs of the owner and with sufficient intervention, the architect brought about appropriate changes. A luxurious, comfortable and cozy new space has been formed. Design: Architect Ngo Ky Chu, Architect Le Tan Phong, TD Solutions
